Overall, arranging everything by yourself can be a hassle, but with the bus, ox cart, and boat, everything is taken care of in one go. It allows for efficient travel, includes pick-up and drop-off services, and offers free time, making it highly recommended for first-time visitors.

The boat may lack the luxury compared to other companies, but since you won't be on it for hours, it's not a problem.

One thing to note: the bicycles available for rent are quite worn out. It was mentioned that there would be English guidance, but there was none at all. I applied for the bicycle rental option, and while it clearly stated that those who cannot speak Japanese are not allowed, I inquired whether it would be fine if someone who speaks Japanese accompanied me, and it was indeed fine. It would be better if this information were accurately stated.

とにかく自分で手配したら面倒なのですが、バス、牛車、船、と全て一発です。
効率良く回れ、送迎もあり、自由時間もあり、で、初めて行く方はお勧めします。
船は他社に比べると豪華さに欠けますが、何時間も乗るわけでないので問題なし。

気になった事。
自転車レンタルオプションの自転車はかなりボロいです。
英語ガイダンスあり、と書いてありましたが、全く案内ありませんでした。
自転車レンタルオプションを申し込みましたが、明らかに、日本語できない人は不可、とありますが、日本語が話せる者が同行したら問題ないか問い合わせて、問題ありませんでした。
記載だけなので、正確に記載されていたらもっと良いと思います。

You can efficiently visit all the points you want. The guide was attentive and wonderful, and I enjoyed listening to songs played on the sanshin. The driver also drove safely, making it a fantastic time.

ガイドさん付きでガイドさんのお話が丁寧で素晴らしく三線での歌も聞かせてもらえて楽しかったです。
ドライバーさんも安全運転で最高な時間でした。

This was my third time visiting Ishigaki Island, but it was the first time for my wife, my daughter and her husband, and my two grandchildren. Our accommodation was all-inclusive, so we were having a great time without needing to go out. However, I thought it would be a shame not to do any sightseeing while we were in Ishigaki, so I made a reservation for a half-day private sightseeing taxi from Veltra without consulting my family. On the day of the tour, I discussed with the driver and requested to visit the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay and try the gelato at Mirumiru. I left everything else to the driver, and we just followed along. At the glass-bottom boat, my grandchildren and daughter were thrilled to see tropical fish and sea turtles. At Mirumiru, we were blessed with good weather and enjoyed gelato and shaved ice outside, which made us very happy! The driver's sightseeing commentary along the way was enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his help. Even though it was time to go, he took us to the observation deck, so thank you very much. I plan to visit Ishigaki again in December and intend to book the same tour. Thank you in advance!

自分は石垣島は3回目でしたが、女房・娘夫婦、孫2人は初めての石垣島でした。宿はオールインクルーシブなので、外に出なくても十分楽んでいました。しかしせっかく石垣島に来て一つも観光しないなんてと思い、自分が家族とは相談せずに、勝手にベルトラの半日貸し切り観光タクシーを予約しました。その日に運転手さんと相談し、川平湾のグラスボート、ミルミルのジェラードの観光をお願いしました。あとは運転手さんに全てお任せで、我々はその通りに
動いただけです。しかしグラスボートでは孫や娘たちは熱帯魚・ウミガメを見て大騒ぎ。ミルミルでは天気にも恵まれ、外でジェラード・かき氷を食べて大満足！それらの行く途中にも運転手さんの観光案内が楽しくて本当に世話になりました。時間になったにもかかわらず、見晴らし台にも連れて行って貰えて、ありがとうございました。12月にもまた石垣に行く予定です。同じツアーを予約するつもりです。宜しくお願いします。

The tour included visits to Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island, and it was a lot of fun. I especially enjoyed the bus driver's stories based on his real experiences on Iriomote Island; they were interesting and entertaining. I think he might have exaggerated a bit, but I was impressed by his calm way of speaking and how he wrapped up his stories with a punchline. I thought this was really insightful and listened intently. As for the ferry returning from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Island, the boarding area was hard to find. There were no announcements at the waiting area, so we almost missed the boat. I wonder if there were others who missed it too.

西表島も由布島も竹富島にも行くツアーでしたが、とても楽しかったです。とくに西表島のバスの運転手さんの実体験に伴うトークが、面白くて楽しかったです。多少、盛ってるとこ有ると思いますが穏やかな話し方と、ちゃんとオチのある締め方で感心しました。コレって参考になるなぁ～と思って聴きいりました。竹富島から石垣島に帰るフェリーですが、乗り場が分かりにくかったです。待合所では、何のアナウンスも無かったので乗船がギリギリになってしまいました。中には乗り遅れた人もいたのでは？と思います。

I went to Okinawa for the first time. I was inspired to go after coming across travel videos about Okinawa on YouTube. Just watching the videos made me feel like I was traveling every day. My husband, who is recovering from an illness, suddenly said, "Let's go to Okinawa!" His condition had stabilized, and I thought we could go if we adjusted his diet (salt intake). We managed to book our flights and hotel, and created an itinerary. We chose a bus tour, and the weather was great, making it a fun and comfortable experience.

はじめて沖縄に行きました。
YouTubeで沖縄旅行✈️してる動画に出会ったのがきっかけ。動画見ているだけで旅行に行けてる気分で毎日過ごしていました。
病気療養中の主人が突然、沖縄に行こう！
体調も落ち着いていましたが、食事(塩分)を調整すれば行けるかも😃飛行機✈️、ホテル🏨の予約がとれ行程表を作成しました。で、選んだのがバス🚌ツアーでした。天候にも恵まれて楽しく快適なツアーでした。

The weather on the ocean road was cloudy, but I thoroughly enjoyed the open scenery. 😄 On the way back, I had delicious Okinawa soba recommended by the driver, making for a meaningful holiday. 😊 Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

I was a bit anxious about driving in a new place for the first time, so taking the bus to efficiently visit several main locations in Okinawa (from the northern to central areas) was ideal. The bus group happened to have many tourists from overseas, which led to some friendly interactions, and we ended up sightseeing together at some spots. It turned into a bit of international exchange. This course included lunch only, but since the final stop was close to Kokusai Street, I went to a restaurant I had reserved before the trip for dinner. Using this course as an optional activity during your travels is a great idea!

初めての場所で運転に不安もありましたので、沖縄の幾つかの主な場所（北部~中部）をバスで効率的に回るのには最適でした。バスグループは、海外からのツアー客がたまたま多かったのですが、逆に仲良くなり一緒に観光して回った場所もありました。ちょっとした国際交流になりました。このコースは、昼食のみセットになっていましたが、終点が国際通りにも近かったため、夕食は、旅行前に予約しておいた国際通りにある、気になるレストランに行きました。旅のオプショナルとしてこのコースを利用するのもありです！

Although the rain dampened our sightseeing mood all day, we ended on a high note by witnessing my first sunset at American Village, which lifted my spirits as we arrived at our accommodation. Thank you very much.

With the wonderful guidance of the bus guide, I had a very fulfilling sightseeing experience. I was a bit anxious about renting a car alone in an unfamiliar place. I was able to visit almost all the places I wanted, and the itinerary had a decent amount of flexibility, which was great.

バスガイドさんのとても素晴らしいガイド付きで、大変充実した観光ができました。知らない土地で1人レンタカーはちょっと不安で。行きたいところはほぼ行けたし、行程もそこそこ余裕があって良かったです。

It was rich in content, but it would have been better to have a bit more time to explore each sightseeing spot. There were participants from nine countries on this day.

It was a great tour that allowed us to cover all the places we wanted to visit in Okinawa in just one day. The driving was safe, and the guide provided thorough explanations about each location.

On the way to the Churaumi Aquarium, there were restroom breaks, which was reassuring. (The guide also explained that it’s good to use the restroom at other places as well.)

We enjoyed not only the sightseeing spots but also the views of the ocean, the streets of Okinawa, and the local vegetation from the car window.

I spent a relaxing time riding a water buffalo cart. Each buffalo has its own personality, and even in just a short time, you can grow fond of them. The mangrove scenery completely made me forget the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a luxurious moment wrapped in the tranquility of nature.

水牛車に乗って、ゆったりとした時間を過ごしました。牛にはそれぞれ個性があって、ほんの少しの時間でも愛着がわいてしまいます。マングローブの景色は、都会の喧騒をすっかり忘れさせてくれ、自然の静けさに包まれる贅沢なひとときでした。

I was satisfied with the tour that efficiently covered the remote islands, and surprisingly, there was plenty of time. Since local people acted as guides, I was able to experience the local atmosphere and felt relaxed while listening to the sanshin. This was the most satisfying tour I had on Ishigaki Island.

離島を効率よく回るツアーで、意外に時間も十分あり満足でした。　
現地の人がガイドになったりするので、現地の雰囲気味わい、三線聴きながら、癒されました。
私が石垣島でのツアーの中で1番満足度が高いです。

The friendly staff and the driver for the mangrove tour are very helpful and will answer any questions you have, making it an interesting experience. It seems that the timing is divided by groups, but it can be unclear which group you belong to, and the meeting time after lunch can be confusing, which made me a bit anxious. However, if you ask the nearby staff, they will provide you with the information, so you can feel at ease.

親切な対応でマングローブ遊覧の運転手さんも質問すれば丁寧に答えてくれますので面白いです。時間などはグループによって分けられてるみたいですが、自分がどこのグループなのかなどは分かりづらくて昼食後の集合時間などわかりにくいところもあり不安になりましたが、近くのスタッフさんに訪ねると教えてくれますので安心です。

There were about three groups of Japanese participants and fifteen groups of foreigners. Thanks to everyone sticking to the schedule, the tour proceeded mostly as planned, even though our return was slightly delayed due to traffic.

The guide, Kim, mentioned that he was not very familiar with Japanese, but he provided simple explanations about the tourist spots and the flow of the tour without any issues. I think it was a great tour that allowed us to efficiently visit various attractions.

When I come to Okinawa again, I will try a different course. Thank you very much.

参加者は日本人3組と外国の方15組ほど。
皆さん時間を守って行動していたおかげで、渋滞で多少帰着が遅れたものの、おおむね予定通りツアーが進みました。

ガイドのキムさんは日本語が不慣れとおっしゃっていましたが、何の問題もなく観光地の簡単な説明や流れの説明などされていました。
効率よく色々な名所に行けて、良いツアーだったと思います。

また沖縄に来た際は、別のコースに参加してみます。

My first trip to Miyako Island. On the day of my return, I was picked up at the hotel and taken to the airport. I requested a four-hour tour. I intentionally didn’t research anything in advance, and the driver guided me to recommended places for the itinerary and lunch. Driver Nema was incredibly knowledgeable about the island, and I felt it was wonderful. I was able to cross all three bridges and see many beautiful landscapes. I was very satisfied with the fresh, cheap, and delicious seafood bowl at the shop recommended by Nema, which I definitely wouldn’t have found on my own. It truly felt like a unique taxi tour experience. Of course, the driving was safe, and the explanations and guidance were clear, along with enjoyable conversations, making the four hours fly by! I fell in love with Miyako Island. This was my first time using a chartered taxi, and I highly recommend it. I plan to visit Miyako Island again next year, and I would like to use this service again then. Thank you very much.

初 宮古島の旅。帰りの日 ホテルまで迎えに来て頂き 空港まで送って頂きました。4時間のコースでお願いしました。あえて 事前に何も調べず 行程も 昼食場所も ドライバーさんおススメの場所へ 案内して頂きました。ドライバーの根間様は 島内の事を色々 本当に よく調べていらして 素晴らしいなぁ〜と感じました。3つの橋も 全て渡る事ができましたし 美しい風景も たくさん見る事ができました。根間様に おススメ頂いた漁協直営のお店で 新鮮で安くて美味しい海鮮丼に 大満足！！自分たちでは 絶対 辿り着いてないお店だと思うので タクシー観光ならでは…だなぁと思います。安全運転はもちろん わかりやすい説明と案内 そして 楽しいお話で あっという間の4時間！宮古島が 大好きになりました。初めて 貸し切りタクシーを利用しましたが 本当におすすめです。来年また 宮古島を訪れる予定なので その際は また利用したいと思っています。ありがとうございました。

I joined the tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village! I was very satisfied as I enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach and Manzamo, and was able to buy delicious sweets at the Okashi Goten! The meeting place was easy to find, as there was a guide standing there, which made me feel very secure. When I was thinking about how to get to Sam's, they kindly explained the way to me. I'm filled with gratitude for the kind staff who even took photos for us. Thank you very much! In the evening, I added a steak at Sam's. It was incredibly delicious and the best!

ビーチや万座毛の美しい景色を楽しんだり、御菓子御殿で美味しいお菓子を買うことができて、大満足です！

Since we had the same driver for two days, we were able to finalize our plans the day before. Due to road conditions and time constraints, he was flexible and accommodating. We couldn't visit both recommended lunch spots, but I definitely want to try them next time. As for lunch at the roadside station, the view was amazing! We were able to enjoy our meal while looking at the scenery with nine of us lined up. Of course, the food was delicious too (Okinawan specialties, great value). It was such a wonderful place that I wish we had gone there from the start. All the recommended spots were great, and our driver, Kan-chan, was truly impressive! He was always on time, so there was no wasted time. Thank you for accommodating our lively group in various ways. It was thanks to Kan-chan that we had such a fun trip.

2日間、同じドライバーさんと言う事もあり、前日に予定を決める事が出来ました。
道路事情や時間の都合により、臨機応変に対応いただきました。ランチはお勧め場所2ヶ所とも入れませんでしたが、どちらも次回行ってみたいと思う所でした。そして、道の駅でのランチ。景色が最高！9名並んで景色を見ながらお食事する事が出来ました。勿論食事も美味しかったです。(沖縄名物、コスパ良し)最初からこちらでも良かったぐらい素敵な所。お勧め場所全て良くて金ちゃん(ドライバーさん)流石です！
時間にもいつもいてくれて、無駄な時間がありませんでした。
賑やかな私たちに色々対応してくださり、ありがとうございました。

On the day, I changed part of my request. They were very accommodating and I was able to visit the places I wanted and some recommended spots as well. I'm glad the driver was a nice person.

It was a mangrove tour at Nakama River in heavy rain. The captain prioritized safety while navigating, but due to poor visibility from the heavy rain, I thought it might have been better to suspend the trip. The water buffalo cart was a lot of fun. At Yufu Island, I felt that even though there were fewer lunch options, the quality could be improved a bit.

On Taketomi Island, we had free time! Renting a bicycle is a must. The rain stopped, and we were able to enjoy pleasant cycling and sightseeing. Overall, I’m glad I participated!

船長さんは安全第一を心がけて運転していましたが大雨による視界の悪さでしたので運休してもよいかと思いました。水牛車はとても楽しかったでさ。由布島でもランチは品数少なしてでももう少しクオリティあげてほしいと思いました。
竹富島ではフリータイム！自転車レンタルは必須です。雨も上がり心地よいサイクリングと観光ができました。総合的に参加してよかったです！

It was forecasted to rain, but it cleared up and the tour went smoothly without any issues. The boat ride on the way there was quite bumpy, but no one got seasick. Since it was high tide when we visited the mangroves, I would like to see the low tide state as well. The bus driver to the water buffalo riding spot on Iriomote Island was very entertaining. Bicycles are a must on Taketomi Island. Although it's not a very large island, I thought it would be challenging to cycle around it. Lunch was served buffet-style, and the taste was fairly good.

行きの船はかなり揺れましたが船酔いしている人はいませんでした。
マングローブは行ったときは満潮だったため干潮の状態も見てみたいと思いました。
西表島での水牛乗り場までのバスの運転手さんがとても面白かったです。
竹富島は自転車必須です。あまり広くない島とはいえ、自転車で1周は大変だと思いました。
お昼ご飯はバイキング形式で、味はまあまあおいしかったです。

Since I made a reservation the day before, I hadn't done any research at all, but Uni Beach was amazing! The drone filming technology was also fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and my shy daughter warmed up to them. We also had an activity booked for the evening with the same company, and the guide was with us, which made it very reassuring and enjoyable! I highly recommend this tour company.

We were not informed that we could enter Pineapple Park and only looked at the souvenir corner before leaving. The admission fee of 1,500 yen was too high, so we didn't go in. I was very disappointed to learn later, when you called to let us know we could enter, that we had missed the opportunity. I'm also concerned that after I made a complaint, I was told they would check on it, but I still haven't received any contact.

パイナップルパークに入れる事が私たちに伝えられおらず、お土産コーナーだけみて退店した。有料1500円が高くて入らなかったので、後から入れると電話でご連絡頂いた際に知ってとても残念だった。
クレームをしたら、確認しますと言ってからいまだに連絡が無いのがきになる。

The water buffalo moving from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island was great. The mangrove cruise with the guide's explanations was also good. The buffet lunch was mediocre.

西表島から由布島へ移動する水牛がよかった。

ビュッフェの昼食はイマイチでした。

I recommend visiting the three islands of Iriomote, Yufu, and Takeshima as it's more efficient than exploring them individually. Being swayed in a water buffalo cart while listening to the guide's sanshin performance of Okinawan songs, surrounded by the blue sea and the clear blue ocean, was a precious experience that allowed me to forget my daily life and be healed by nature.

西表、由布、竹島３島巡り、個人で巡るより、効率的に巡る事ができるのでお勧めです。水牛車に揺られ、ガイドさんの三線演奏での沖縄の唄、青い海と、透明な青い海、日常を忘れ自然に癒される貴重な体験でした。

I was able to efficiently tour Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart, and Taketomi Island using the ferry, water buffalo cart, and bus. Although it was early October, it was still quite hot, and it was very good that we could travel by bus on Taketomi Island.

西表島、水牛車、竹富島、と船と水牛車とバスで効率的に観光することが出来ました。
10月初旬ですが、まだまだ暑く、竹富島はバス移動が出来、非常に良かったです。

The tour was held despite the heavy rain that had been ongoing for about two days prior to my reservation. When we arrived at the cave, we found out that it was flooded, and unfortunately, the visit was canceled (crying). We couldn't relax at either Kabira Bay or the observation deck due to the storm, and we weren't able to take many photos... However, we enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Since we can't control the weather, I will consider this a valuable experience, but it turned out to be a disappointing tour.

予約していた2日ほど前から続いていた大雨の中で催行されました。
楽しみにしていた鍾乳洞に着いたところで、鍾乳洞内が冠水しているとかで、まさかの見学中止に(泣)
川平湾でも展望台でも暴風雨でゆっくりできず、写真もなかなか撮れずじまい…
お昼は美味しくいただきました。

天候はどうすることもできないのでこれも貴重な体験かと思うことにしますが、残念なツアーとなってしまいました。
