I was unsure whether to rent a car since I was moving around the island, but choosing a sightseeing taxi was a great decision. The driver shared a lot of information about Okinawa Island, and when I was unsure about tourist spots, he quickly guided me to recommended places. It was very relaxing, and I’m really glad I used the sightseeing taxi. I was able to explore freely and made it to the airport on time, enjoying the sights without getting bored. I'm really happy with my choice to use this service.

島内を移動するのでレンタルか迷いましたが、観光タクシーにしたことで運転手の方から沖縄本島のことを色々と聞けたり、観光場所に迷っていたらおすすめの所をすぐに案内してくれて、とてもゆったりと回れて観光タクシーを利用して本当に良かったです。
自由に回ることができて飛行機の時間にも間に合い、空港まであきることなく観光できてて利用して良かったです。

First of all, to get straight to the point, I found the experience quite disappointing, and I regret not choosing a different tour. The schedule was excessively delayed, and it was too packed, so we couldn't properly enjoy the aquarium. At the American Village, we only had an hour, but the bus was far away, and the restrooms were crowded. After a quick bite, we had to rush back to the bus. As a result, we didn't see anything. There's no way to cover everything in just one hour. We were over an hour late, so we had to cancel our dinner reservation.

I would be surprised if anyone thought this course and its timing were appropriate after trying it out.

I think it would be better to revise the itinerary to allow for more time to truly enjoy the experience. Also, the driver ignored my child every time they said thank you, which was concerning.

One silver lining was that the tour guide was kind and responsive when one of my children started feeling unwell.

まず、結論からいくと、かなり残念すぎる内容で、他のツアーを選べばよかったと後悔しかありません。予定時間が過ぎるにもほどがあるし、詰め込みすぎだから、水族館もまともにみれない。最後のアメリカンヴィレッジも1時間しかないのに、バスは遠く、トイレは混んでる。少し食べたらもう急いでバスに戻らないといけない。結果何もみれませんでした。到底1時間でまわるなんて無理。予定より1時間以上遅れたため、予約した夕飯の店はキャンセル。

事前にまわってみて、このコース、時間設定でよいと思われたならびっくりです。

ちゃんと満喫できるように、時間に余裕もてる内容に見直ししたほうが良いかと思います。
また、運転手の方、子供が有難うと何度いっても無視。どうかと思います。

1人子供の具合がわるくなったのですが、添乗員の方が親切に対応してくださったのだけが救いです。

Thank you to the guide and the driver for a wonderful day. I chose Okinawa for my grandchildren's graduation trip. I was worried that Churaumi Aquarium was far from Naha, but thanks to the guide's stories and the driver's safe driving, we had a very meaningful day. Among other things, the scenery of Kouri Island, which the guide personally recommended, was breathtaking. After returning home, I've been mimicking the guide's tone and asking my grandchildren, "Are you okay?" It took about 12 hours, but it was a cost-effective and fulfilling trip. Thank you very much.

美ら海水族館が那覇から遠いので心配でしたが、ガイドさんのお話　運転手さんの安全な運転でとても有意義な一日を過ごすことが出来ました。
中でもガイドさん個人的にお勧めの古宇利島の景色は絶景でした。

I have a driver's license, but since I don't have much driving skill, I opted for a sightseeing taxi. The driver took us to the places we wanted to go in a planned manner and shared interesting facts about Okinawa along the way, making our sightseeing enjoyable. Additionally, the driver was knowledgeable about parking and photo spots in Okinawa, allowing us to move smoothly without wasting time. It was great!

免許は持ってるけど、運転技術があまりないので観光タクシーにしました。自分達が行きたいところに計画的に行ってくださり、沖縄の豆知識も所々教えてもらい、楽しく観光できました。また、駐車場や、写真スポットなど、沖縄に理解ある運転手さんが素早く運転して下さるので時間ロスせず、スムーズに行けて良かったです！

You receive a colored sticker and, after an explanation, you go on a tour individually. One hour on Taketomi Island is short. There isn't much star sand, so it would have been nice to have a little more time to see it, not just from the car window at the next beach, but also to have 5 minutes to take photos.

色のシールが渡され、説明を受けて各自が周るツアーです。竹富島のいち時間は短い。星の砂はあまりないので少し見るだけで次の浜辺の車窓からだけでなく、写真を撮る時間5分でもあると良かったです。

This time, we discussed visiting Shuri Castle and the Himeyuri Monument on the way to the airport during our return flight.

I really appreciated the guidance provided within the company, and I was able to hear various stories while at Shuri Castle, which was a lot of fun.

Since we had some extra time, we were also taken to nearby recommended sightseeing spots, making for a fantastic final day of sightseeing. Thank you very much! 😊

The basic time was insufficient, but for us who cannot drive, it was truly a wonderful tour!

I've been to Okinawa more than ten times, but it's been about 25 years, so I was looking forward to it.

There were more people than I expected, and it was lively, so I can see there's a demand.

I think the old Pineapple Park was better. The dinosaur collaboration was strange, haha.

The Churaumi Aquarium has worth seeing the whale sharks. The tanks were beautiful and sparkling, filled with many colorful fish, which was a feast for the eyes.

沖縄は十回以上は来てますが25年ぶりくらいなので楽しみでした。

思ってた以上に人がいて活性化してたので
需要があるのがわかります。

パイナップパークは昔のがよかったかな。

水槽がキレイでキラキラして

As soon as I arrived in Okinawa, I was able to book online and obtain my tickets at the airport. It was great to have everything planned smoothly and affordably.

沖縄に到着してすぐ、空港でウェブから予約、チケットを入手できました。
スムーズに、お得に予定が決められてよかったです。

Yambaru National Park was amazing for exploring nature. The view from Cape Hedo was breathtaking! The only downside was that the tour guide was quite unfriendly, making them the worst person I've encountered on various bus tours so far!

やんばる国立公園は大自然の中を探索出来て最高でした。

ちょっと、残念だったのは、添乗員さんが、あまりにも無愛想で今までの色々なバスツアー🚌の中では、最悪な人でした‼️

My trip to Ishigaki Island in February was quite cold, but I enjoyed the cruise in Iriomote Island, which had measures in place for wind and rain.

The water buffalo experience on Yubu Island and cycling on Taketomi Island were also included, making for a very efficient sightseeing experience.

2月の石垣島という、かなり寒い中での旅行となりましたが、西表島でのクルーズも防風雨対策もされていて、楽しめました。

由布島への水牛体験、竹富島でのサイクリングも含め、とても効率的に観光できました。

On the day I participated, it seems that only those coming from Naha had some extra time, allowing us to arrive at Manzamo earlier than scheduled. Additionally, there was consideration to visit the Churaumi Aquarium during lunchtime. Since there was no traffic on the expressway, we were able to return earlier than planned. The seating was free (though it seems there are designated seats for a certain number of people).

There were a few disappointing aspects. It seems typical for bus tours, but I think the long time spent at the Okashi Goten and Pineapple Park is just to encourage purchases. I believe it would be better to skip these two, even if it means raising the tour price. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time. Also, the bus guide lacked a smile and was a bit intimidating... I particularly felt this because the guide on the Hokkaido tour with Veltra was friendly and smiling.

Overall, it was a good tour to participate in, especially since it's inconvenient to visit places like the Churaumi Aquarium individually.

参加した日は、那覇から参加の方だけとのことで、時間に余裕があったらしく、予定時間より早く万座毛にも到着でき、また、最後に行く予定の美ら海水族館をお昼ご飯の時間に行けるように配慮はされていました。那覇到着も高速等が混んでなかったこともあり、予定より早く戻ることができました。席も自由でした。（ある程度の人数からは指定席らしいです）
残念なことがいくつかあります。バスツアーならではでしょうが、御菓子御殿とパイナップルパークはお菓子を買わせるために長い時間を取ってあるのだろうと思いますが、ツアーの値段を上げてもいいから、この２つは寄らなくていいと思います。正直、時間の無駄でした。また、バスガイドさんに笑顔がなくてちょっと怖かった…と言うところです。ベルトラさんの北海道のツアーのガイドさんが笑顔で感じのいい方だったので、特にそう感じました。
個人で美ら海水族館などに行くには不便なので、総合的には参加してよかったツアーでした。

The guide provided an enthusiastic explanation. They also taught us how to plan our visit to match the showtimes at Okinawa World, allowing us to fully enjoy the Eisa performance. Our return flight was at 3 PM, but we were able to make the most of our time in the morning.

おきなわワールドでのショーの時間に合わせた回り方も教えてもらい、エイサーを満喫することができました。
帰り午後3時の便だったのですが、午前中の時間を有意義に使うことができました。

It was a comfortable tour. I think the price is quite reasonable. I wondered if it would be better to choose either Manzamo or Kouri Island and increase the stay time a little at each. Unfortunately, when crossing the bridge to Kouri Island, many people closed the window curtains (because the sun was too bright), so I couldn't see the beautiful ocean. There were foreign visitors both before and after, and we couldn't communicate... I wished the guide had said something like, "Please open the curtains as we cross the bridge."

快適なツアーでした。値段もお安いと思います。　万座毛か、古宇利島、どちらかにして、全ての滞在時間を少しずつ増やした方が良いかなと思いました。残念だったのは、古宇利島の橋を渡る時、窓のカーテンを(太陽が眩しくて)閉めている人が多く、せっかくの海のきれいさが見れませんでした。前後とも外国の方で、言葉も通じず…。ガイドの方が、「橋を渡るのでカーテンを開けてください」みたいな声をかけて欲しかったです。

While I was considering going to the Churaumi Aquarium by rental car, I found a bus tour and made a reservation. It was a fulfilling course where we got on a boat to see beautiful fish, visited the Churaumi Aquarium, Fukugi Tree Lane, and American Village! I think it's worth making a reservation because it would be difficult to visit these destinations without a rental car! I made great memories on my graduation trip. ☺️

レンタカーで美ら海水族館に行くか考えていた時に、バスツアーを見つけ予約しました。船に乗って海に出て綺麗な魚見たり、美ら海水族館、フクギ並木、アメリカンビレッジと充実したコースでした！レンタカー無しで、この目的地を回るのは大変だと思うので予約する価値ありだと思います！卒業旅行でいい思い出が作れました☺️

I chose this tour because it allows me to visit both the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village.

While there is the downside of a limited time frame, I am very satisfied that I could visit many new places in a short amount of time!

We were also blessed with good weather and were able to see the sunset at American Village.

制限時間に限りがあるデメリットもありますが、短い時間で多くの初めての場所をめぐることができとても満足です！

天気にも恵まれ、アメリカンビレッジで夕陽が沈む瞬間を見ることもできました。

When we arrived at Taketomi Port, a shuttle microbus was waiting for us right by the side. Getting onto the ox cart was smooth as well. Due to our schedule, we chose a shorter course, but we were able to enjoy the atmosphere sufficiently. Since we had some time before the return boat, we walked towards the port while exploring the town. There is also a shuttle bus service for the return trip, so I think it's reassuring for those with mobility issues.

竹富港に着くと送迎のマイクロバスが横付けで迎えに来てくれてます。
牛車乗込みまでもスムーズでした。スケジュールの関係で短めのコースを選びましたが、十分雰囲気を味わいました。帰りの船まで多少時間がとれるので、町中を散策しながら徒歩で港に向かいました。帰りも送迎バスの運行があるので、足の悪い方も安心だと思います。

For my first trip to Miyako Island, I initially planned to join a bus tour around the island, but the tour was not available on my desired date, so I requested a private taxi. On the day of the tour, they picked me up from the hotel and took me around the island while accommodating my preferences within the time frame. I was happy to have time for restroom breaks and to buy souvenirs. Since I was traveling alone and didn't know my way around, I appreciated the guidance that included tourist information and the island's history. It truly became a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

初めての宮古島旅行、初めは島内をめぐるバスツアーに申し込むつもりだったんですが、私の希望日だけツアーが開催されず、タクシーの貸しきりをお願いしました。当日はホテルまで送迎いただき、私の希望を組み合わせながら、時間内で島内をぐるっとまわっていただきました。トイレ休憩、お土産を買う時間もあり嬉しかったです。一人旅だったので右も左も分からない中、観光情報や島の歴史なども交えながら案内いただけて、本当に良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

I was very satisfied with how efficiently I could visit various tourist spots! I was able to see a beautiful sunset at American Village. 150 minutes at the aquarium might not be enough.

色んな観光地を効率よく回れて大満足でした！

On my first trip to Okinawa, I was torn between renting a car and joining a bus tour, but choosing the bus tour was the right decision. It took us to famous tourist spots in Okinawa, and the bus guide's stories were enjoyable. The time spent at each location was a bit short, but we were able to visit many places, which was great. If I had rented a car, someone would have had to drive, and we wouldn't have been able to relax as much, but on the bus, I could take a nap if I got tired and enjoy a more leisurely experience.

初めての沖縄で、レンタカーと迷いましたが、バスツアーをお願いして、正解でした。
沖縄の有名な観光地に連れて行ってくれるし、バスガイドさんのお話も楽しかったです。
1カ所ずつの時間は短めだけど、その分沢山の場所を回れたので、良かったです。
レンタカーだと誰かが運転して、ゆっくりできないですが、バスなら疲れたら眠ったりもできて、ゆったりと過ごせました。

I conveyed the places I wanted to visit and chatted with the driver while touring recommended spots! We got to see beautiful beaches, and the kids were happy. I'm really glad we used the sightseeing taxi!

Although the weather wasn't great for the three days, I was able to relax. On the last day, I took a taxi for a tour of the island, and it went by in just five hours. The driver shared fun stories and responded to our requests, even taking us to recommended shops, which made for a wonderful experience. I definitely want to visit Miyako Island again. I hope the weather will be better next time.

The water buffalo named Aapa took nearly 20 people on a tour of Taketomi Island. The guide's stories and the performance of the sanshin were great too! ☺

The weather was nice, and the Iriomote Island cruise, along with the water buffalo to Yufu Island, was a smooth tour with no waiting time at all! The lunch was delicious. I definitely recommend it!

Even though the weather wasn't very good, it was an enjoyable course, and the guide's explanations were very easy to understand, making it much more educational than exploring on our own! If I had to be picky, I would have preferred a tour of American Village, but since we signed up at the last minute, we ended up at Pineapple Park! However, that was fun in its own way!
