It's still hot and humid with occasional light rain, making it quite uncomfortable. It's advisable to wear semi-trekking shoes as the ground can be slippery. If you're not good with insects, it's better to refrain from going out.

I took my parents on their first trip to Okinawa. It was helpful that we could visit the main attractions. Manza Beach requires an additional fee. For some reason, there are dinosaurs at Pineapple Park?! On this day, the tour company prepared sandwiches for us on Kouri Island. The Churaumi Dolphin Show limits the number of people seated, so it's best to arrive more than 20 minutes before the start time. The botanical garden in the park has an additional fee. You can buy fresh purple sweet potato tarts at the purple sweet potato tart shop.

This is a day trip tour departing from Ishigaki Island, visiting Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi Islands in that order. The day before, the Yaeyama Islands were cold, but the day of the tour was sunny and a bit warm. Upon arriving at Iriomote Island, we cruised along the Nakama River at low tide, and the mangroves looked beautiful. Since it had warmed up, we spotted a large number of southern fiddler crabs on the tidal flats. According to our cruise guide, they couldn't be seen the day before due to the cold, so we were lucky. We then took a water buffalo cart from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island. While riding the cart, we learned that the buffalo are raised gently without training. The entire island is a subtropical plant paradise, and after lunch, we enjoyed a pleasant stroll through the island's nature and sandy beaches. Upon arriving at Taketomi Island, we visited Hoshizuna Beach, known for its star sand. After that, we rode the famous water buffalo cart in the center of the island, touring the main points and enjoying Okinawan songs played on the sanshin. A friendly assistant accompanied us from Ishigaki Island, but different guides were responsible for each sightseeing spot. The time management was well organized, and it felt like a very well-coordinated tour.

Originally scheduled for December 30, it was changed to December 31 due to bad sea conditions. The terminal check-in is smooth but a bit crowded. Stickers are applied, and passengers are sorted. The ferry was stable and didn't sway much. The weather was cloudy with occasional rain, but even on New Year's Eve, it was over 15°C, so a coat is essential, but it was manageable. However, the water buffalo cart to Yubujima crossed in strong winds, which was a bit chilly.
This is actually my second time, but unlike before, the boat ride on the river in Iriomote Island is now just a round trip without landing, which is a bit boring. Other than that, the water buffalo carts on Yubujima and Taketomi Island have a different atmosphere and are quite nice.
If I had to say something, I think it would be nice to have Okinawa soba for lunch, and the free time on Taketomi Island feels a bit short. Overall, I think the meeting place, the way we moved around, and the time allocation were fairly good.

実は2回目ですが、以前と違って西表島の川を船で行くのは、上陸なしで、行って帰ってくるだけとなっておりちょっと退屈です。
その他は由布島と竹富島も水牛車に乗りますが、雰囲気は変わって、いい感じです。
敢えて言うなら、昼食は沖縄そばがあってもいいと思うのと、竹富島での自由時間がちょっと短いなと言うのが感想です。
全体的には集合場所、周り方、時間配分とまあまあ良かったと思います。

It seems that due to the temporary suspension of GoTo Travel, there were only two participants. We toured Ishigaki Island in a clockwise direction, getting off at various points of interest. At Kabira Park, we decided not to add the glass boat option, as it would have taken up all our time on the boat, and it turned out to be the right choice for us to explore freely. GoToトラベルの一時停止扱いになったせいか２人の参加でした。石垣島をぐるっと時計回りに見どころのポイントで下車して回りました。川平公園ではグラスボートのオプションを付けるとボートだけの時間になってしまうということで、オプションを付けず自由散策にしましたが正解でした。冬場はそれほどきれいではないとのことでしたが、私的にはきれいな石垣島の海の景色をゆっくりと眺めることができました。ガイドさんに各観光地までの道中や観光地到着後、丁寧に案内・説明していただきました。三線を使った沖縄の歌が上手くて感動し、生まれて初めて三線の蛇皮の部分を触らせていただきました。

At Nago Pineapple Park, we were able to enjoy a tropical atmosphere while riding on a dedicated cart. Kouri Island had beautiful scenery and the color of the sea was stunning. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was the main highlight of this tour, and we had three hours of free time, which felt a bit short, but we had a great time. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there was a limit on the number of people allowed at the dolphin show venue, and it was disappointing that we couldn't enter, but we were able to observe from a distance. I think it's better for those who want to see the show to arrive early at the venue outside the aquarium. At what I believe is the main store of Okashi Goten, if you purchase over 3,000 yen, you receive an impressive special bag and chopsticks, which was a nice touch. Manzamo required an additional entrance fee of 100 yen, but it was great to enter and see the Elephant Rock.
日本人だけでなく、外国人も参加されるツアーでした。ガイドさんには日本語、英語で案内していただきました。ナゴパイナップルパークは専用カートに乗って南国気分を味わうことができました。古宇利島は景色が良く、海の色がきれいでした。沖縄美ら海水族館がこのツアーのメインで３時間の自由時間がありましたが、時間が足りなくなるくらいでしたが楽しめました。新型コロナウィルスの影響でイルカショーの会場は人数制限があり、入場できなかったのが残念でしたが、すこし遠くから見学することができました。ショーを見たい人は早めに水族館外の会場に到着しておいた方がいいと思います。御菓子御殿本店だと思いますが、３千円以上購入するとインパクトのある専用バッグと箸がもらえたのが良かったです。万座毛は別途入場料金１００円がかかりましたが、入場して象さん岩を見学できて良かったです。

If you take a glass-bottom boat in the main Kawahira Bay, you will have very little time to enjoy the scenery, which was the only downside. Everything else was almost satisfactory.

I think this is a great tour that allows you to efficiently visit the highlights of Ishigaki Island. Fortunately, the weather was favorable, and I was able to fully enjoy Kabira Bay, which I had been looking forward to. If I had to be picky, it felt a bit rushed, and the return ended at the bus center, so I had to take a taxi back to my hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. (I wish they had made that clear in advance.)

I had signed up for a tour with a rental car, but since I don't drive often, I was looking for a local tour and found this one that covers all the places I wanted to visit. We had plenty of time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and visited various spots, and it felt relatively relaxed. The admission fee is included, so I definitely think it's a great deal. Above all, it was great to efficiently visit the places I wanted to go.
レンタカー付きのツアーで申し込みしていましたが、あまり普段運転しないため現地ツアーを探していたところ行きたいところを網羅したこのツアーを見つけました。美ら海水族館でもたっぷり時間がとれ色々まわりましたが、割りとゆったりまわれたかなといった感じです。

Last time, I visited the Valley of Gangala on the same tour, so this time I visited Okinawa World. It was closed during my previous visit, but I found it to be a very flexible tour since it allows for a split between the two adjacent facilities.
I recommend focusing on specific activities, as visiting the Habitats Garden and participating in craft experiences can take up a lot of time.
Perhaps due to the low number of participants (10 people) during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were fewer bus pickup locations than announced in the itinerary, and we ended up finishing earlier than planned. I was unsure whether to have them drop me off at the airport when I signed up for the tour, but I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Naha after getting off at the north exit of the prefectural office until my flight departure time. I was very satisfied with how I could fully utilize my time.
The bus guide was different from the last time, but just like before, they were very enthusiastic! They even sang folk songs, making the ride and facility visits a very enjoyable and fulfilling half-day experience.

前回、同じツアーでガンガラーの谷を見学したので、今回はおきなわワールドを訪問しました。
その時はおきなわワールドが休日だったので無理でしたが、隣接しあう2施設を回る為に途中解散も可能とのことで、とても融通の利くツアーだと思いました。
おきなわワールド内のハブ園を見学したり、工芸体験等すると時間が足りなくなるので、目的を絞って参加されることをお勧めします。
コロナ禍で参加者が少なかったのか（10名）、バスの送迎場所が公表の旅程より少なくて済み、予定より早めの解散となりました。
ツアー申込時は空港まで送ってもらおうか悩みましたが、県庁北口で降りて飛行機出発時間まで那覇観光を楽しむことが出来ました。時間をフルに有効活用出来て大満足です。
バスのガイドさんは前回とは違う方でしたが、前回と同じく、サービス精神旺盛！！！民謡まで歌って下さり、乗車中も施設見学中も、お陰様でとっても楽しく充実した半日を過ごせました。

We departed from Naha City around 9 AM to arrive at the sacred site of Sefa Utaki, which opens at 9 AM. It was impressive to visit this representative holy place of Okinawa, where national ceremonies were held during the Ryukyu Kingdom era. Upon entering Okinawa World, we first explored the limestone cave, Gyokusendo, located underground. It took us about 25 minutes to walk through at a leisurely pace. First of all, the tour content is wonderful. It's a bit different from other tours. We were also blessed with good weather. The combination of the audio guide and the tour guide was great. The interaction between the driver and the guide was entertaining as well.
As a piece of advice, when moving from the Churaumi Aquarium to other facilities, using the in-park bus can save time. I visited the Churaumi Aquarium, the botanical garden, and the cultural center.
If the restaurants are not crowded, having lunch on Kouri Island can save time.
Also, since we arrived in Naha City late, I think having dinner in Chatan is a good idea.
Overall, I really enjoyed it.

Since I could choose my own return boat time, after touring the village with the water buffaloes, I was able to rent a bicycle from the neighboring building and go to the beach and some nearby places. I recommend bringing a raincoat as it seems to rain a lot during this season. Even when it rained along the way, I had no problem riding the bicycle thanks to the raincoat. I would like to visit again on a sunny day.

The tour guide and the local guide at the Gangala Valley were both very skilled at explaining, and I was very satisfied with the tour itself. However, someone else who participated in the same tour and booked through a different site was able to use other discounts and even had a free option included, so I felt like I missed out a lot. I will make sure to compare other sites more before making a reservation next time.

The guide at the Valley of Gangala had a connection to Shizuoka, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was surprised that the bus on the day before and the day before that had WiFi, but the conductor from Toyo Bus sang Okinawan folk songs and performed a paper play, which was a lot of fun. I thought it was nice to have these traditional bus tours. The timing was perfect for returning to the city just as we got hungry after half a day!

You can take a tour around Ishigaki Island. It was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, and I was able to enjoy it in a short amount of time. The guide was a local, and their stories were interesting, so I never got bored. I have been to Okinawa about 20 times, but it was my first time visiting Kouri Island and Manza Beach. Personally, the time allocation was just right. (Pineapple Park might have been a bit long.) I felt reassured that hand sanitizer was available everywhere. It was great that they picked me up from the hotel I was staying at and dropped me off at my destination hotel on the way back. Staying at multiple hotels while being able to sightsee and travel was the best experience.
沖縄には20回程行っていますが、古宇利島、万座毛は初めてでした。
個人的に時間配分は丁度でした。

消毒液が至る所にあり安心しました。

We participated as a three-generation family. Thanks to the GO TO Travel program, it was quite a bargain. The only downside was the weather, which was mostly cloudy with light rain, but we had a satisfying five hours thanks to the male guide's clear and enjoyable talk. With live performances of the sanshin and singing, we really felt like we were in Ishigaki, and we were able to efficiently tour around Ishigaki.
親子３代で参加しました。GO TOトラベルのおかげで、だいぶお得でした。
お天気だけが残念で曇りと小雨がほとんどでしたが、男性ガイドさんのわかりやすく楽しいトークで満足な５時間でした。

I went to Okinawa for the first time! Since I was scared to drive a rental car, I booked a hotel on Kokusai Street, which is easily accessible by the Yui Rail. But it was definitely the right choice to join this tour to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium! Plus, due to COVID-19 measures, the number of participants was smaller. We participated as a pair, but I had two seats to myself. The tour guide was kind, and the atmosphere felt very homey.
It was my first time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, and three hours was enough to enjoy it. The Agu pork bowl I had at the restaurant was delicious! I also used the regional common coupon to buy a large whale shark plush toy for my child.
Although the travel time was long, the view of the beautiful ocean was enjoyable! I ended up sleeping soundly on the way back.

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was great, but I really enjoyed walking around the park. On Kouri Island, the souvenir shop staff provided many samples and recommended great souvenirs, which was wonderful.
