There are limited bus services, but for someone like me who can't drive, it's very helpful! I will continue to use it!

I stayed in the northern part and didn't have a car, so this was really helpful! The driver was kind and even asked where I wanted to get off, which was very appreciated since I'm not familiar with Ishigaki Island.

Lunch included at a restaurant with a great view!" However, I would like a bit more detailed information about the places we will be visiting.

ネットで、「川平湾や玉取崎展望台など島の名所をバスガイドの案内でひと巡り！眺めの良いレストランでランチ付き！」と書いていますが、行く場所を、もう少し詳しく記載してほしいです。

I chose this course because my flight was in the evening. It was the rainy season and the sky was cloudy, but I was very lucky that it was sunny at Kabira Bay. I took the optional glass-bottom boat and was thrilled to encounter clownfish and sea turtles, amazed by the beauty of the coral reefs. For lunch, I had a hamburger set at a place with a great view, and it was quite a generous portion! I was very satisfied.

The bus guide was a local who played the sanshin for us. The schedule went as planned, and I highly recommend it.

夕方からの飛行機だったのでこのコースにしました。
梅雨の時期で曇り空でしたが､川平湾では晴れてくれてとてもラッキーでした。
オプショナルのグラスボートに乗って、クマノミ•ウミガメに出会えて珊瑚礁の美しさに感動。
お昼は眺めいいところでハンバーグ定食､なかなかのボリューム！
大満足です。

バスガイドさんは､地元の方で生の三線を聴かせてくれました♪
スケジュールも予定通りでオススメです。

I'm not very good at swimming, but I felt safe and enjoyed myself because the guide closely monitored our group, and wearing a wetsuit helped me float well. We went snorkeling at three different locations, and I could choose from three types of lunch boxes. They also provided towels, making it really easy to have fun. They took a lot of photos, which became great memories. I highly recommend this tour.

泳ぐのが得意じゃないのですが、グループでガイドの方が良く監視してくれるのと、ウエットスーツ着用で身体が良く浮くの安心して楽しめました。3つの場所でシュノーケリングをして、お弁当も3種類から選べるし、タオルも貸してくださったので、本当に気軽に楽しめました。写真も沢山撮ってくれて、良い思い出になりました。このツアーはおすすめです。

It was a very affordable tour that allowed us to visit the main tourist spots in Okinawa over the course of a day! However, the time spent at each location was quite tight, so if you want to take your time and explore, I think it would be better to go individually with a rental car.

If you want to ride the cart at Nago Pineapple Park, make sure to receive the admission ticket that is distributed and immediately return to the ticket booth to purchase the cart ticket. Then, line up at the cart boarding area located near the entrance 🍍. I wandered around thinking there would be a boarding area ahead, and by the time I finally reached it, it was 30 minutes before departure, so I couldn't ride (the stay time was 50 minutes).

Perhaps because I booked through Veltra, about 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the bus guide was doing their best to provide guidance in broken English. They even sang and guided us during the ride, but unfortunately, I couldn't hear much of what the guide was saying due to the bus engine noise.

For this price, they took us to the main tourist spots and also transported us back to the nearest hotel, so there was no worry about fatigue. It was the best tour! I highly recommend it! Thank you very much to both the bus guide and the driver.

１日かけて沖縄の主要観光地を案内してもらえる、とてもお得なツアーでした！
ただ各観光地への滞在時間がやはりタイトなので、じっくり見たい方はレンタカーなどで個人的に行かれた方がいいかなと思います。

ナゴパイナップルパークのカート？に乗りたい方は、配られる入場チケットを受け取ったら直ぐにチケット売り場に戻ってカートのチケットを購入して、入場口側にあるカート乗り場で並んでください🍍
案内されて進んだ先に乗り場があるのかなと彷徨って、ようやく乗り場に辿り着いた時には出発時間の３０分前で乗ることできませんでした！（滞在時間は５０分）

ベルトラ経由の予約だったからなのか、８割外国の方でバスガイドさんが拙い英語でがんばってガイドしていました。
移動中の車内でも歌ったりガイドをしてくださっていたのですが、バスのエンジン音に負けてガイドさんのお話しがあんまり聞こえなかったことが残念です。

このお値段で主要観光地に連れて行ってくれて、帰りも最寄りのホテルまで運んでくれるので疲れの心配もなく最高のツアーでした。
是非おすすめしたいです！

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.

The tour was filled with anxiety from start to finish. After being picked up at the hotel, we signed in at the office counter. We were instructed to wait nearby, but no one provided any guidance. Around us, foreign guests were happily choosing wetsuits with the staff, while we felt completely left out. A staff member happened to notice us and helped us select and change into our wetsuits. However, there was still no explanation about what to expect next, how long we would wait, or what we should do. Even when we wanted to ask questions, the staff seemed to be absent, making it difficult to get information. Suddenly, we were told by another staff member to get on the bus outside, so we just went along with it. Surrounded by foreign guests, we felt quite anxious.

Once on board, they did provide a brief explanation of how to snorkel. However, when it came time to enter the water, there was no instruction on how to get in or how to breathe; we were just expected to jump in. I had to figure out how to breathe through my mouth on my own. They took a couple of photos when we first entered the water, but after that, they focused solely on taking pictures of the fish, and we didn’t get many photos of ourselves. The underwater scenery was truly beautiful, and we even encountered a sea turtle. I think it’s worth trying at least once.

The environment was quite challenging for snorkeling beginners, and it seems better suited for those who are experienced or who don’t mind the staff's casual attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this tour for those looking for a more attentive and guided experience.

ずっと不安なまま進むツアーだった。
ホテルでピックアップしていただいた後、事務所のカウンターでサインをして受付。近くで待つよう指示されたが、誰も何も案内してくれない。周りでは外国の方々が外国のスタッフさんと和気藹々とウェットスーツを選んでおり、完全に置いて行かれている感。偶々通りかかったスタッフさんが私達の存在に気づき、何とかウェットスーツ選びと着替えを行った。その後も何も説明がなく、どこでどれくらい待つのか次に何をすれば良いのか何もわからない。聞きたくてもスタッフさんが何故かその辺に留まっておらず、聞けない。するとまた突然スタッフさんに外にあるバスに乗るよう言われ、とりあえず乗る。周りは外国の方だらけでとにかく不安。
乗船後は一応シュノーケリングのやり方は一通り説明してくれる。しかし実際に海に入る時には、入水方法や呼吸の仕方等何もレクチャーしてくれず、とりあえず海に入ってみる方式。何とか口呼吸の方法を自力でやってコツを掴むしかなった。写真は入水した時にとりあえず1、2枚程度撮ってくれたが、その後はずっと魚を撮っているだけで、私達の写真は特に撮ってはくれなかった。海の中は本当に綺麗で、ウミガメにも会えた。一度やってみる価値はあると思う。
終始シュノーケリング初心者には厳しい環境で、経験者、スタッフさんの陽気さや適当さが気にならない人向きだと思う。
丁寧に案内してくれるツアーを求めている人には、おすすめできない。

Unfortunately, it was rainy on the day of the tour, so the scenery wasn't very good. The guide was someone who could speak three languages. The tour was long, so I got tired. Maybe it would have been better to just visit the Churaumi Aquarium.

当日はあいにくの雨でしたので景色はあまり良くなかったです。ガイドの方は3カ国も喋れる方でした。ツアー時間が長かったので疲れました。美ら海水族館だけで良かったかも。

I purchased tickets in advance at a discount using points at Okinawa Airport. After arriving at Ishigaki Airport, I went to the bus stop for the Higashi Bus. There was already a route bus waiting for departure, and I boarded it. I showed the driver my smartphone screen, and he issued my ticket without any issues right away. There were also announcements posted inside the bus. Coincidentally, the same young driver was on both the outbound and return trips. I would like to purchase tickets here again next time since I can earn points.

何も問題なくすぐに対応して頂きました。
車内にも案内が貼ってましたね。
偶然にも行と帰りは同じ若い運転手でした。
次回もポイントが付くのでこちらで購入したいと思います。

There was fog, but the sea was clear and not murky 🥰 The instructors were kind and taught us gently, so I felt at ease 👍 I will definitely ask for your services again when I go to Okinawa 🤲

In the water, the staff member asked us to wait a moment and showed us a pufferfish, saying it was not a good swimmer. We were completely captivated by its incredibly adorable appearance. Including that lucky encounter, there were many colorful fish, making it a wonderful memory. I was moved to see the Blue Cave with my own eyes, which I had only seen in pictures.

From the explanation of the equipment to being underwater and until the end, everything was explained thoroughly and enjoyably, so I had no worries at all. They took care of all the tedious preparations and clean-up, making it a luxurious experience that was easy to enjoy. Even when I was about to be swept away by the current during the underwater photography, the staff member quickly reached out to support me, allowing me to enjoy myself without any concerns. It was great that they provided skincare products like lotion and a hairdryer. I thought it would have been even better if the shower had warm water.

Thank you for taking so many wonderful photos and videos! I would love to experience this again!

と言って私たちに見せてくれました。
そのめちゃめちゃ愛くるしい姿に魅了されまくりでした。たまたま出会えたその子も含め、たくさんの色とりどりの魚がいて最高の思い出になりました。
写真で見ていた青の洞窟をこの目で見ることができ感動しました。

機材の説明から水中、終わりまで、丁寧に楽しく説明していただけたので不安は一切ありませんでした。
準備や片付けなど面倒なことは全てやっていただけて、手軽に楽しめる贅沢な経験でした。
水中写真撮影のとき水の流れに逆らえず流れそうになっても、すぐお兄さんが手を伸ばして支えてくれるので安心して楽しむことができました。
化粧水や乳液、ドライヤーも完備されてて、とても良かったです。
シャワーは温かいお湯が出たらさらに良かったなと思いました。

たくさんの素敵な写真や動画を撮ってくださりありがとうございました！
また体験したいです！

It was great to feel and see the beauty of Okinawa, and the way the tour guide spoke was easy to understand, which was also good. I have used VELTRA multiple times, and the staff members are the best.

The veteran bus guide was very good. Not only did they provide various explanations about Okinawa, but they also sang some famous Okinawan songs, making the journey a lot of fun. The bus interior was clean and comfortable.

Originally, I planned to drive around with a rental car, but due to the forecast of rain, I canceled the rental and booked this instead. It was the right choice to go with this option, as we were able to efficiently tour even in the rain.

It was a pity that we couldn't see the fields at Pineapple Park because it was out of season. I also regretted not being able to ride the cart due to the limited time for the visit, and I missed out on having meals like pineapple pizza. (However, it was nice that we could choose souvenirs after tasting.)

ベテランのバスガイドさん、とても良かったです。観光スポットだけでなく、沖縄にまつわる様々な説明や、沖縄の有名な歌も、いくつか歌っていただき、道中とても楽しかったです。
バス車内も綺麗で快適でした。
もともとは、レンタカーで周る予定が、雨の予報だったため、レンタカーをキャンセルして、こちらを申込みました。雨でも効率よく周れて正解でした。
パイナップルパークは、季節外れのため、畑が見れなかったのが残念でした。
見学時間に余裕がなく、カートに乗れなかったのと、パイナップルピザ等の食事が出来なかったのも心残りでした。(試食をしてからお土産を選べるのはよかった)

A Solo Trip to Ishigaki Island

This was my first time on a bus tour, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was excited about visiting a tropical island without thinking too much, but the guide's fluent narration provided insights into the history and connections of the island and its surrounding islets, which was very educational.

For lunch, I had a delicious Ishigaki beef hamburger. The mozuku vinegar was quite strong, and if you eat it too quickly, it can make you cough. But it was tasty!

The guide's performance of traditional songs while playing the sanshin was impressive. I was truly amazed. While there isn't much freedom in the itinerary, I recommend this tour for anyone visiting the island for the first time.

バスツアー自体初めてですがとても良い経験をさせていただきました。
なにも考えず南国の島
などと浮かれていましたがガイドさんの流暢な語りで島や周辺の離島などの歴史や関わりなどを知り、とても勉強になりました。
ランチは石垣牛のハンバーグで美味しかったです。もずく酢は酢が強くて勢い良く食べるとむせます。でも美味しい

ガイドさんの三線を弾きながらの民謡は圧巻でした。流石だと思います
自由度はありませんが初めて島に行かれる方は参加するのをお勧めします。

I bought this ticket to visit the area near the island terminal since I will be staying a little away from the city in Maesari. It can take you not only to the city but also to the airport, Kabira Bay, and Hirakubo Cape, making bus sightseeing possible.

市街地から少し離れた真栄里へ滞在するので離島ターミナル付近を訪れるためにこのチケットを買っています。街中へはもちろんですが、空港や川平湾、平久保崎まで行けるのでバス観光が可能です。

I always use this bus ticket when visiting Ishigaki Island. It's very convenient since there's no need for payment each time. Thanks to this ticket, I can always go out with ease.

石垣島を訪問する際はこのバスチケットを必ず利用しています。
都度支払いがないので大変楽です。このチケットのおかげでいつもフットワーク軽くお出かけができています。

It's easy to exchange when boarding the bus, and just going back and forth between the airport and the island terminal makes it worth it, so it's cost-effective.

バス乗車時に難なく引き換えでき、空港と離島ターミナルを往復するだけでも元が取れるため、コスパがいい。

I had planned a trip to Okinawa with a friend, but they couldn't make it, so I ended up going alone. Honestly, at first, I thought, "Oh, I'm going alone..." but by the end, I had so much fun that I completely forgot about it!

It was great that I was the only Japanese speaker that day, allowing me to fully enjoy the atmosphere of an overseas resort. In fact, it was very relaxing to spend time without having to worry about anything (laughs).

The staff explained everything carefully, alternating between Japanese and English, which made it easy to understand and allowed me to participate with confidence. Moreover, the water was incredibly clear that day, and I even got to see sea turtles, which made me very satisfied.

This was my first time in Kerama, and I had wanted to go for a long time, so I'm really glad I didn't give up just because I was going alone.

Another highlight was receiving photos taken with a GoPro, which allowed me to capture memories. I plan to show them off to my friends when I get back!

沖縄旅行を一緒に予定していた友人が来られなくなり、急遽ひとりで参加しました。正直、最初は「ひとりか…」と思っていたのですが、終わる頃にはそんなことを忘れるくらい楽しめました！

たまたまこの日は日本語話者が自分だけで、海外リゾートらしい雰囲気を存分に味わえたのも良かったです。むしろ気を遣わずに過ごせて、とても気楽でした（笑）

スタッフの方は日本語と英語を交互に使いながら丁寧に説明してくださったので、内容も分かりやすく安心して参加できました。さらに、この日は海の透明度がとても高く、ウミガメにも出会うことができて大満足です。

初めての慶良間だったので以前から行ってみたいと思っていましたが、「ひとり参加だから」という理由で諦めなくて本当に良かったなと。

GoProで撮影した写真をもらえたのも嬉しいポイントで、思い出を写真に残すことができたので、帰ったら友人に自慢しようと思います。

If you're going to the Churaumi Aquarium, this is the best choice. In this class, there are often additional charges for admission, but this price includes everything. At the Kouri Bridge, we were able to see sea turtles.

美ら海水族館に行くなら1番。このクラスだと、入場券別が多いが、込みでこの価格。古宇利大橋では、ウミカメにあえました。

Since Kawahira Bay was not accessible due to high waves, we were guided to a different location. Other tours were operating boats in that area, but they had a style where you walked from the shore. Additionally, the staff mentioned that stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is mostly not possible during this season, which raises doubts about why they were promoting tours that included SUP. However, the guide was very kind, and I enjoyed the tour itself.

川平湾が高波でNGだったので、別の場所への案内でした。他のツアーはそのエリアで船を出してましたが、岸から歩くスタイルでした。また、supはこの時期は殆ど出来ないと当日スタッフが仰っていました。なぜsupの出来るツアーを募集していたのか、不信感。ガイドの方はとても親切でツアー自体は楽しめました。

There was a long line even to enter, and the inside was quite crowded. Since time was limited, I just took a quick look around and that was it. It's located away from the city center, and while you can get there by bus, I only recommend it to those who can plan their schedule with some flexibility. This was my third time in Okinawa, and I thought about visiting the famous Churaumi Aquarium at least once, but now I'm feeling like once more would be enough.

入場までも並び、館内もかなりの混雑。
時間が限られていたこともあり、ざーっと見ただけで終わってしまいました。
中心部から離れており、バスでは行けますが、余裕を持ったスケジュールが組める人にのみお勧めします。
沖縄は3回目で、一度くらい、かの有名な美ら海水族館へと思いましたが、もう一度でいいかなと言う感じです。

The guides were very kind and warmly welcomed us with attentive hospitality!

If I have the opportunity to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would like to experience activities at Kabira Bay next time!

台風接近の影響により、SUP、シュノーケリング、カヌーのすべてのロケーションが川平湾から変更となりましたが、大変楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました♡

Since it was forecasted to rain, the day trip tour by bus was excellent. I was able to visit various places and I am very satisfied! The time management was also good, and I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

雨の予報だったのでバスで日帰りツアーは最高でした。色んな所へ行けてとても満足しています！時間配分的にも良くてまた機会があれば利用したいと思っています。

If you come to Ishigaki Island, you definitely want to experience the glass-bottom boat. I arrived at the reception earlier than my reservation time, but they kindly changed me to an earlier departure without any waiting time. We efficiently visited all the highlight spots, from the shallow areas to the offshore table corals, and the 30 minutes flew by with enjoyable explanations. I was lucky to see two sea turtles as well.

石垣島に来たらぜひ体験したいグラスボート。予約より早い時間に受付に着いてしまいましたが、前の時間の便に変えていただき待ち時間なく乗ることができました。浅瀬から沖のテーブルサンゴまで見どころスポットを効率よく回ってくれ、楽しい説明で30分があっという間でした。ウミガメも2匹見られてラッキーでした。

It was my first time diving and snorkeling, but the guide was very polite and kind, which was great. The sea was very beautiful.

I was amazed by the sheer number of fish I've never seen before, all so colorful! I was also thrilled to see Nemo in person, something I've only seen in videos before.

Although the chance of rain was 80%, it was beautifully sunny, and we were able to experience everything without getting wet. The mangroves offered a breathtaking panorama that felt like something out of a dream. While paddleboarding, the waves were gentle, making it easy to ride. The maneuverability was great, so I highly recommend it. Meeting the Ryukyu Kingfisher was a highlight, and the guide's insights were unique to this place, making it a wonderful memory. In the Blue Cave, the sea, coral reefs, and colorful fish of all sizes were stunning. I did feel a bit unwell at one point, but the kind words from the staff helped me get through it. Everyone else on the tour was lovely too, and we waved goodbye with big smiles as we parted ways.

降水確率80%でしたが、しっかり晴れて雨にあたることなく、体験できました。
マングローブでは、日本と思えないパノラマが広がり感動しました。サップでは、波も少なく簡単に乗ることができました。小回りもきくので、とてもおすすめです。リュウキュウアカショウビンに出会えて、ガイドさんの案内も、ここならでは！と言うことばかりで、とても、いい思い出になりました。青の洞窟では、海と珊瑚礁、大小のカラフルな魚達、美しかったです。途中、気分が悪くなってしまいましたが、優しい声かけをしていただき、無事すごせました。また、同じツアーに参加した皆さんも、素敵な方で別れ際は大きく手を振って笑顔でわかれました。

From the airport, you can easily and affordably travel to the island terminal with frequent services. It's even better if your accommodation is close to that route. Taxis were also easy to catch. If you use a hotel that is on the route, your destination, and a plan that includes transportation, the travel costs are quite reasonable.

空港から、離島ターミナルまでは、本数があり格安で移動できます。宿泊先が、その路線近くだと尚いいです。おタクシーもつかまりやすかったです。路線から、滞在するホテル、行き先、また、送迎付きプランを使えば、交通費は、かなり手頃です。
