I experienced mangroves, SUP, and a water buffalo cart on Yubu Island. The staff were polite and cheerful, providing great guidance, which was very nice. It felt like time flowed slowly, and I was very relaxed. There are also stylish restaurants on Iriomote Island, and I enjoyed a delicious lunch there.

There was about an hour of waiting time until the return ferry, so I hope there will be a smoother ferry option available in the future.

マングローブ、SUP.由布島観光、水牛車　の体験しました。スタッフさんは丁寧で元気よく案内してくれてとてもよかったです。のんびりと時間が流れるようでとても癒されました。西表島におしゃれなレストランもあり、美味しいランチもいただけました。
帰りのフェリーまで1時間くらい待ち時間があったので、もう少しスムーズに帰れるフェリーがあるといいなと思いました。

You can use it for 24 hours from the time of purchase, so there’s no disadvantage regardless of when you arrive in Ishigaki Island. However, this time, I received a printout that only allowed me to use it for 23 hours and 59 minutes from the start of use. I brought this up to the driver, but he insisted that there was no mistake. Since I couldn't get anywhere with that, I called the office, and it turned out that the driver had made an error. As a result, I was able to get it reissued.

が、今回は利用開始から23時間59分しか使えない印字で引き換えとなったので運転士に申し出ましたが間違いないとの一点張り。
埒が明かないので 営業所に電話したら運転士の誤りであることが判明、結果再発行してもらいました。

Wow, it was amazing. I think it's a must-visit when you go to Ishigaki Island. The boarding time was irregular, so I boarded just 10 minutes after checking in. As someone who was traveling by bus, it was the best experience.

いやー、最高でした。石垣島に行ったら1度は行くべきだと思います。運航時間が不定期だったので受付後１０分で乗船でした。バスで行動していた身分としては最高でした。

I participated in the mangrove canoeing and snorkeling activities.

Honestly, both activities were amazing! I spent the entire day with them, experiencing mangrove canoeing in the morning and snorkeling in the afternoon. The guides were incredibly kind and attentive, which made it easy to relax and enjoy. Both guides had extensive knowledge and experience, allowing us to learn while having fun, making it the best day ever.

I was worried about the weather, but they made sure we could enjoy ourselves no matter what the conditions were, so I was very satisfied!

午前はマングローブカヌー体験、午後はシュノーケリング体験と丸一日お世話になりましたが、とにかくガイドさんが親切丁寧で安心して楽しめた上に、どちらのガイドさんも経験知識が豊富で楽しみながら学ぶ事ができ最高の1日でした。

天候の心配もありましたが、どんな天気でも楽しめるよう対応していただいたので大満足です！

In the morning, I was moved by the great nature while kayaking through the mangroves✨ We entered narrow paths that felt like a maze, which was really interesting! During the free time, including lunch break, the guide introduced us to some recommended shops! After enjoying a leisurely meal, we had plenty of time to take a short stroll around the area! In the afternoon, we rode a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island and explored the island on foot🚶. There was just the right amount of free time here too! I had a fulfilling day filled with many first-time experiences!

午前中はマングローブカヤックで、大自然に感動しました✨細い道にも入り、迷路のようで面白かったです！
お昼休憩を含めた自由時間では、ガイドさんがおすすめのお店を紹介していただきました！
ゆっくり食べた後に周辺を少し散策できるくらい、十分に時間がありました！
午後は水牛車に乗って由布島へ行き、島を散策しました🚶ここでもちょうど良い自由時間でした！
初めての体験を沢山して、充実した1日でした！

If you check the time properly and take action, it's the best ticket. It costs more than the ticket price for a round trip to the northernmost cape, but this ticket will cover it.

きちんと時間を調べて行動すれば最高のチケットです。最北端の岬往復でチケット代以上かかりますがそれがこのチケットで間に合います。

I'm glad I was able to visit popular spots that are difficult to reach without a car in a compact one-day trip. Additionally, I was lucky to book at a great price during the Black Friday sale.

The Churaumi Aquarium is spacious with many attractions, and it took a lot of time just to travel back and forth from the bus parking lot. Even while eating the lunch I brought, I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the exhibits.

Similarly, the American Village also had a distant bus parking lot, and I only had time to walk around and see the exterior of the buildings, which was disappointing as I couldn't go into the shops and relax.

The guide warned us, "If you miss the meeting time at each spot, you'll have to make your own way to the next sightseeing location," which made the participants gather quickly, causing the tour schedule to move ahead significantly. I would have appreciated it if we could have extended our stay at the American Village to the originally planned time.

車がないと行きにくい人気スポットを１日でコンパクトに回れて良かったです。
更に今回はブラックフライデーセールでお得価格で予約できてラッキーでした。
美ら海水族館は広くて見所が多く、バス駐車場からの往復移動にも時間がかかり、持参した昼食を食べながらの見学でも時間が足りませんでした。
アメリカンビレッジも同様にバス駐車場が遠く、建物外観を一通り見て回るくらいでお店に入ってゆっくりする時間がなく残念でした。
ガイドさんから「各スポットの集合時間に間に合わなかった人は自力で次の観光地点まで移動してください」と脅されていたこともあり参加者の集合が早くツアースケジュールがかなり前倒しで進んでいたので、最後のアメリカンビレッジ滞在を本来の予定時間まで延ばしてもらえるとありがたかったです。

The staff and equipment were great, and I was happy that I could easily put on the wetsuit. The transportation and the boat, as well as the consideration for participants, scored high points.

If I had to point out a weak point, it would be that since there were mostly inbound guests, it can't be helped, but the wetsuits and life jackets were too buoyant, making it feel like I wasn't swimming, and I thought some people might get seasick. The season was May, and it happened to be a bit cool, so the sea was slightly cold, but the visibility was excellent.

スタッフさんも機材も良くて、ウエットスーツがすらっと着れてよかったです。
送迎も船も、参加者への気遣いも高得点です。
あえてのウィークポイントは、インバウンド客ばかりだからいたしかたないんでしょうが、ウェットスーツ＆救命胴衣は、浮きすぎて泳いだ気がしないし海酔いする人もいるだろうなあ、と思った。
季節が5月でたまたま涼しかったので海は少し冷た目でしたが、透明度抜群でした。

While on a business trip, I wanted to do something Okinawan, so I signed up for a half-day snorkeling course. I was a bit anxious since I was participating alone and can't swim, but they carefully taught me how to use the life jacket and necessary equipment, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind as a beginner. Just getting into the water from the boat required a bit of courage, as it was quite deep.

The visibility was so clear that I could see all the way to the ocean floor just by putting my face in the water! The breathtaking scenery was truly moving. For the first 15 minutes, my mind was racing with thoughts like, "Wow, it's deep!" "I'm scared!" "It's so beautiful!" "Wait, how do I breathe again?!" "There are so many fish!" But with the instructor nearby, I felt reassured. Once I got used to it, I was able to let go of the float.

I learned that fish are attracted to the float, so I was able to see them up close. The instructor helped me spot three sea turtles by saying, "Here they are!" 🐢 It was so much fun, and the time flew by. I never expected to have such an emotional experience at over 40 years old.

If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to participate. Thank you very much!

出張のついでに沖縄っぽいことがしたいと思い、シュノーケル半日コースを申込みました。一人で参加だったうえに泳げないので若干の不安はあったものの、ライフジャケットや必要な機材の使い方も丁寧に教えてくださったので初心者でも安心して楽しめました。※ボートから海に入るときだけちょっと勇気がいります。まぁまぁ深かったです。

水面からちょっと顔をつけるだけで海の底までハッキリ見えるほどの透明度！びっくりするほどの絶景で本当に感動しました。
※最初の15分は「深っ！」「怖っ！」「めっちゃキレイ！」「あれ？どーやって息するんやっけ？！」「めっちゃ魚おる！」と静かな海で脳内は大忙しでしたが、近くにインストラクターさんがいるので安心です。慣れると浮輪から手を離せるようになります。

魚も浮輪をみると寄ってくるそうで、間近で見ることができました。インストラクターさんが先にウミガメを探してここー！と教えてくれるのでウミガメも3匹拝めました🐢本当に楽しくてあっという間でした。40歳をすぎてこんなに感動できる体験があるとは思ってませんでした。

Since I didn't rent a car, I decided to sign up for this tour. Although I encountered traffic on the way back, I was glad that I didn't have to drive myself, which made it less tiring. The staff who accompanied us took photos, and the driver was very pleasant, which made the experience really enjoyable.

レンタカーを借りなかったので、こちらのツアーに申し込みさせてもらいました。帰り道は渋滞にあいましたが、自分で運転することを考えたら疲れずに済んで良かったです。同行したスタッフの方が写真を撮ってくれたり、運転手さんも感じのいい方で、とても良かったです。

This year's rainy season started early, and the forecast predicted rain ☂️, but while traveling by bus, it rained a bit, and by the time we arrived at our destination, it had stopped, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing without using an umbrella. The view of Kabira Bay was amazing.

梅雨入りが今年は早くて予報では☂️でしたが🚌で移動中は降っても現地に着くと止んで傘を使わずに観光出来ました。川平湾の景色最高でした。

It was my first time snorkeling, but the staff were kind and made me feel safe. There were many beautiful fish. I didn't get to see any sea turtles that day, but if I have the chance, I would like to participate again.

初めてのシュノーケルでしたが、スタッフの方々が親切で安心してできました。
魚もたくさんいて、とてもキレイでした。
この日は、ウミガメには会えませんでしたが、機会があれば、また参加したいです。

I made a reservation for two dives, but I felt that the communication regarding which of the three locations we would be diving at and how long we would stay at each spot was a bit lacking. However, most of the participants were foreigners, which added to the feeling of being out of place. The refreshing and handsome instructor took photos with the sea turtles, and I was truly very satisfied with the experience. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

2ダイブで予約をしましたが、
3地点の内のどこでダイビングをするかとか、
ここで何分くらい滞在するのかとか、
情報伝達が少し雑な気もしましたが、
参加者の殆どが外国の方でアウェイ感もある中、
爽やかイケメンインストラクターさんが、
海亀との写真を撮ってくれて、
本当に大満足でした。
また機会があったら利用したいです。

The arrival at Ishigaki Airport and the issuance of the one-day bus pass purchased at the bus stop went very smoothly, and I arrived at the island terminal as scheduled!

石垣空港に到着からバス停で今回購入の1日バス乗車券発券まで非常にスムーズで離島ターミナルまで予定通り到着！

The weather was unfortunate, but it was a fulfilling tour. There were only a few of us that day, which gave it a private feel. Thank you to the guide for your thoughtfulness. This was my first trip in May, and indeed, Okinawa is ideal before the rainy season. Next time, I will definitely plan a trip by April.

お天気は残念でしたが、充実したツアーでした。当日は少人数でプライベート感有　ガイドさんお気づかい　ありがとうございました。
今回は初めての5月の旅行　やはり沖縄は梅雨入り前が理想的　次回は必ず4月までの旅行　計画たてます。

I think a bus tour that includes the attractions of Ishigaki Island, including Kabira Bay, is perfect for travelers who are unfamiliar with the island. Additionally, I used it on the last day, and it was possible to get off at Ishigaki Airport along the way, which allowed me to make full use of my time on the final day.

川平湾を含む石垣島の見所をバスツアーでまわれるので、島に不慣れな旅行者にはぴったりだと思います。
また、最終日に利用させていただき、途中石垣空港で下車も可能だったので、最終日の時間をフルに有効活用出来ました。

Just before my trip, the rainy season started, and I was worried about the continuous rain forecast for Okinawa. However, thanks to this bus tour, I had a very fulfilling day.

We visited the Churaumi Aquarium and a pineapple farm, and along the way, we bought souvenirs and enjoyed delicious food. Although we couldn't see the blue sky, the ocean in Okinawa was still clear and blue even in the rain, which was truly moving.

I was very happy to visit Emerald Beach again, a place I had wanted to return to since my last visit eight years ago. The guide's stories and songs were soothing, and the bus was very comfortable. On the way back, I listened to the song "Shimanchu nu Takara" sung by the guide.

I highly recommend this tour for those without a rental car. It was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful day!

旅行直前に梅雨に入ってしまい、連日雨予報の沖縄、楽しめるか心配でしたが
こちらのバスツアーのおかげでとても充実した1日になりました。
美ら海水族館や、パイナップル園などはもちろん、途中途中でお土産を買ったり美味しいものを買って食べたり。青空は見えませんでしたが沖縄の海は雨でも透き通っていて青くて、感動しました。
8年前に訪れてまた行きたいなと思っていたエメラルドビーチにまた行けて私はとても嬉しかったです。ガイドさんのお話もお歌も癒されましたし居心地のいいバスでした。帰りの飛行機はガイドさんが歌われた島人の宝を聞いて帰りましたよ。
レンタカーの無い方はおすすめです。とても快適です。

I experienced a mangrove canoe 🛶 and water buffalo tour at Yufu Island 🐮. First of all, I'm really glad I chose this tour! The distance from the mangrove spot to Yufu Island was surprisingly far, and traveling by car was essential. I believe that participating in the tour allowed me to smoothly experience both activities in one day! Moreover, our instructor, Shabi, provided various interesting facts about Iriomote Island while guiding us, which made the experience even more enjoyable than the activities themselves!

I also joined the tour as a day trip from Ishigaki Island. After the tour ended, there was a bit of time before the return ferry, but I highly recommend Maruma Beach 🏖, which is about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal! It was the most beautiful sea I've ever seen, and since I happened to have clothes that I didn't mind getting wet, I changed and played in the sea. The time until the ferry arrived flew by!

マングローブカヌー🛶＆由布島水牛観光🐮のツアーを体験しました。
まず、本当にツアーにしてよかったです！マングローブスポットから由布島までは意外と距離があり、車での移動必須でした。ツアーに参加したからこそ、1日でスムーズに両方体験できたと思います！そして何よりインストラクターのシャビさんが、色々な西表島豆知識を挟みながら案内してくださったので、アクティビティそのもの以上に楽しむことができました！
また石垣島から日帰りで参加したのですが、ツアー終了後～帰りのフェリーまで少し時間があきますが、フェリー乗り場から歩いて10分ほどのところにあるまるまビーチ🏖が本当におすすめです！！！今まで見た海の中でいちばんきれいで、ちょうど濡れてもいい服装を持っていたので、着替えて海で遊んでいると、フェリーまでの時間はあっという間でした。

I enjoyed a day of experience diving with my two 13-year-old grandchildren. It was a sunny day just after the start of the rainy season, and we were lucky to dive with calm sea conditions. The instructor was very skilled, and my grandchildren had a great time on their first dive.

13才の孫2人と体験ダイビング1日を堪能しました。梅雨入り直後の晴れた1日で運良く潜れ、海況も穏やかな一日でした。
イントラさんもとても上手で、孫2人も初ダイブを楽しみました。

Initially, we planned to do stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) at Kawahira Bay, but due to high waves, we ended up at Miyara River instead. It was a lot of fun! We got caught in the rain, but since you get wet while paddleboarding anyway, I highly recommend experiencing it on a rainy day! Our guide, Mr. Tsuchiya, was handsome and comes highly recommended! 👍

当初は川平湾でsup予定でしたが高波の影響で宮良川でのsupとなりましたが楽しかったです。雨に振られましたが、supで濡れるので雨の日こそ体験しちゃった方がいいくらいのオススメ度です！土屋さんというガイドさん、イケメンでオススメです👍

The weather was unfortunate, but we were able to efficiently tour Ishigaki. It was a sightseeing experience rich in essence. The bus guide's explanations deepened our understanding of Ishigaki.

あいにくの天気でしたが、効率よく石垣を観光できました。エッセンスが濃縮された観光でした。バスガイドさんの解説も石垣の理解を深めました。

Due to the wind from the previous day, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but instead, I was satisfied to interact with the colorful and cute fish. The guide was friendly and kind, and they took a lot of photos and videos for us. I also made friends with the other participants, and in the end, we were able to take a commemorative photo with the guide, creating a truly precious memory. I'm grateful for that. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to challenge the Blue Cave.

前日の風の影響で青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、そのかわりカラフルでかわいいお魚さんたちと一杯触れあうことができ満足でした。
ガイドさんも気さくで親切でいっぱい写真や動画を撮ってもらいました。参加した方とも仲良くなり、最後は、ガイドさんと皆で記念撮影もでき、大変貴重な思い出として残すことができました。感謝です。
また機会があれば、青の洞窟に挑戦したいと思います。

The morning mangrove canoeing was exhilarating, as it felt like an adventure through a dense jungle, surrounded by lush greenery. I felt incredibly refreshed as I experienced the sparkling surface of the water up close. After that, I took a shower at the office and had some free time to eat lunch at Uehara Port.

Later, the ride on the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island was surprisingly leisurely. Listening to the sound of the sanshin while gently gliding over the sea was a truly luxurious and happy experience. This tour allowed me to enjoy both active adventure and the soothing charm unique to Okinawa, creating memories that will last a lifetime!

午前のマングローブカヌーで、生い茂る緑の中を抜けていくのは、まるで密林を冒険しているようなワクワク感があり、キラキラした水面を間近に感じて最高にリフレッシュできました。その後、事務所でシャワーを浴び、お昼は上原港で自由に食べる時間がありました。
​その後、水牛車での由布島への移動は、驚くほどゆったりとした時間が流れていました。三線の音色を聴きながら、海の上をのんびり進む感覚は、なんとも贅沢で幸せな気持ちになります。アクティブな冒険と、沖縄らしい情緒たっぷりの癒やしを両方味わえて、一生の思い出に残るツアーでした！

I participated in a half-day snorkeling trip. Unfortunately, it was rainy on the day of the trip, and the boat was quite rocky, but the clarity of the water was amazing, and I was very satisfied. The temperature was a bit low, so I only wore a wetsuit on top, which was just right. If I had to be picky, I would have liked to go a little shallower. The coral reef was incredibly beautiful, but it felt quite deep.

半日シュノーケリングに参加しました。当日はあいにくの雨模様で船もかなり揺れましたが海の透明度は素晴らしく満足しました。気温も少し低めだったので上だけウェットスーツを着ましたがちょうど良かったです。欲を言えばもう少し浅いところまで行ってもらうと良かったと思います。珊瑚礁はすごく綺麗だったですがかなり深く感じました。

Unfortunately, the weather was not great, but the water was beautiful. We were able to stop at a point, and the staff member explained things to us. We got to see various things. However, since I was seated at the back on the first ride, I could hardly hear the staff member's explanations. The smell of gasoline was quite strong, so wearing a mask is necessary.

What I was dissatisfied with was that I arrived earlier than my reservation time, and I wasn't sure how to check in. They said that those with reservations could go first, but the staff member didn't say anything and just told us to line up there because it wasn't time yet. I was confused about where to stand since there were so many people in line, and I couldn't tell which line was for what.

I was unsure where to line up, so I asked, "Should I stand at the very back?" and they said, "Okay, I'll check you in next, so please wait." Then, when I was checked in, I was given an earlier time. I didn't even ask for an earlier time, and the ticket seller's response was quite unpleasant. They were lacking in communication. I understand they might be busy, but I wish they would listen to each person's words properly. Their attitude was definitely not very friendly either.

海の中は綺麗で、ポイントに止まってもらえて、お兄さんが説明してくれていました。
色々と見ることができました。
ただ、最初に乗って奥の端の席だったので
お兄さんの説明がほぼ聞こえない。
ガソリンの匂いがすごくてマスクは必要ですね。
不満だったのは、予約時間よりも早く着いて
受付の仕方が良くわからなかったのですが
予約有りの方は先にどうぞ、だったのですが
受付の方は何も言わずに、時間がまだなのでそこに並んでくださいと言われ、そこ？
沢山のひとが並んでどこが何の列がかわからない。
と思いながら並ぶ場所がわからず
どこに並べば良い？
1番後ろ？ですか？
て聞いたら、じゃあ次に受付するから
待って下さい、、
そして次に受付したら早い時間を渡されました。
別に早くして欲しいとは言っていないのに
チケット売り場の方の対応が気分悪かったです。言葉が足らな過ぎます。
忙しいとは思いますが
一人一人ちゃんと、こちらの言葉を聞いて欲しいです。
愛想も決して良くはなかったです。

At 47 years old, it was my first snorkeling experience, but thanks to the kind support of the guide, I was able to enjoy it safely and securely. The underwater world was adorned with beautiful corals and fish, and I was truly impressed. I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

47歳にして初のシュノーケリング体験でしたが、ガイドさんの親切なサポートのおかげで、安全安心に楽しむことができました。水中の世界は、美しい珊瑚と魚で彩られ、本当に感激しました。また機会が有れば参加したいと思います。

On May 3rd, I participated with my family of three. It was a bus tour where I was impressed by the vast knowledge of our guide, Sunakawa. The explanations were easy to understand, and both the songs and the sanshin performance were wonderful. We experienced the mysteries of nature in the limestone cave, and on the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay (additional fee), we were able to see sea turtles, schools of grouper, and colorful tropical fish.

5/3に家族3人で参加。
ガイドの砂川さんの知識量の多さに感服しながらのバスツアーでした。
説明も分かりやすく、歌も三線も素晴らしいものでした。
鍾乳洞で自然の神秘に触れ、川平湾のグラスボート（別途料金）ではウミガメやグルクンの群れ、カラフルな熱帯魚達をみることが出来ました。
