This is a very economical bus pass that allows you to ride for a full five days (120 hours) for just 2000 yen. You show the Veltra voucher at your first boarding to receive your ticket. The boarding time is indicated, and from that point, you can ride for 120 hours. Depending on your boarding time, you can ride for up to six days.

You can also board from Ishigaki Airport, so there’s no waste. The second and third images show the places I visited by bus. However, there are quite a few bus stops with limited service, so you need to carefully check the timetable and plan your schedule. If you get the timing wrong, you may not be able to return to your hotel or the airport.

一番最初の乗車時にベルトラのバウチャーを見せて、チケットを貰います。乗車時間が出てるので、それから120時間乗車可能。
乗車時間次第で6日間乗車できます。

I booked a day tour that included a SUP tour in the mangroves and snorkeling in the Blue Cave. The guide was very knowledgeable about Ishigaki Island and the mangroves, and I learned a lot, which was enjoyable. The day before, I received a phone call explaining the details of the tour. I thought I understood the overview of the tour, but I had some misunderstandings, so it was good to confirm everything. Unfortunately, the snorkeling in the Blue Cave in the afternoon was canceled due to bad conditions, which was disappointing, but the mangrove tour in the morning was fulfilling enough to leave me very satisfied. Thank you!

マングローブでのSUPツアーと青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングがセットになった一日ツアーを申し込みました。
ガイドさんは石垣島やマングローブの知識が豊富でいろいろと教えて頂き楽しかったです。
前日にお電話でツアーに関する詳細の説明がありました。ツアーの概要は理解しているつもりでしたが、勘違いもあり確認いただいて良かったです。
午後からの青の洞窟はコンディションが悪いと言うことでキャンセルとなり残念でしたが、午前中のマングローブツアーだけでも十分満足出来るほど充実したツアーでした。

I was able to efficiently tour the attractions in northern Okinawa in one day. At American Village, I was able to see the beach at sunset!

Due to poor weather conditions on the day, both the canoeing and snorkeling plans (location and time) had to be changed, but we were fortunate to experience almost no rain, and the canoeing even had some sunny moments, making it a wonderful day!

I appreciated the early notification about the changes to the schedule the day before.

We had children with us, and I was happy that the staff engaged with us a lot during canoeing and adjusted the pace for snorkeling to accommodate the kids. I initially thought the photos would be an extra charge, but I was thrilled to receive many high-quality commemorative photos for free. The sightseeing information during our travel was also great!

当日天候不良のため、カヌーもシュノーケリングもプラン（場所、時間）を変更しての実施となりましたが、どちらもほぼ雨に降られることなく、カヌーは晴れ間も見えとても良い1日になりました！
前日の予定変更も早めにご連絡くださり、ありがたかったです。
子連れでしたが、カヌーでは沢山声をかけてくださり、シュノーケリングでは子供のペースに合わせてゆったりと泳いでくださったのが嬉しかったです。写真も別料金かと思っていたのですが、クオリティ高い記念になる写真を沢山無料で頂いて感激しました。移動中の観光案内も良かったです！

It's convenient to visit tourist spots, local supermarkets, drugstores, and Don Quijote within the island. It's a great deal at 2000 yen for five days. You just need to show your ticket to the driver when you get on and off.

島内の観光地、地元のスーパー、ドラックストア、ドン・キホーテなどに行くのに便利です。5日で2000円はとてもお得です。乗る時、降りる時にチケットを運転手さんに見せるだけです。

The wind was strong, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but as an alternative, we went to Shigira Beach where we were able to see a lot of sea turtles! A curly-haired guy guided us, checking our condition each time and explaining about the marine life. He also took many photos for us, helping us create wonderful memories! Thank you very much!

風が強く、青の洞窟には行くことが出来ませんでしたが、代換え案で行かせていただいたシギラビーチはウミガメをたくさん見ることができました！髪がくるくるなお兄さんが指導してくださりましたが、都度体調確認や海の生物の説明をしてくださったり、写真もたくさん撮って下さり楽しい思い出作りが出来ました！ありがとうございました！

Since tickets can only be purchased with cash on the bus and in the office, it was perfect for someone like me who prefers using cards! Also, I just had to show the ticket to the driver without having to scan it, so I could keep it in a transparent phone case and show it easily without losing it, which was very convenient!

バスの車内や事務所では現金でしか購入できないのでカード派の私にはピッタリでした！また、チケットをかざしたりせずに運転手さんに見せるだけなので透明なスマホケースに挟んでそのまま見せれて無くさず快適でした！

Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the weather, but the snorkeling at the "Phantom Island" we were taken to instead was amazing! I received a thoughtful confirmation call the day before, which allowed me to look forward to the day with excitement.

The boat rocked a bit and made me feel a little seasick, but the underwater scenery was filled with the beautiful blue fish and coral unique to Okinawa, which quickly made me forget my discomfort. I was worried about the cold winter sea water, but thanks to the kind support from our guide, I was able to enjoy the experience throughout.

I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to see a sea turtle, but the burger place and the yakiniku restaurant I was told about during the return ride were exceptional. I definitely want to go see sea turtles next time.

あいにくの天候で青の洞窟へは行けませんでしたが、代わりに案内された「幻の島」でのシュノーケルが最高でした！
前日に丁寧な確認連絡をいただけたので、期待を胸に当日を迎えられました。

少し船が揺れて酔ってしまいましたが、海の中には沖縄ならではの青い魚とサンゴが広がっていて、その美しさに酔いも一瞬で吹き飛びました。
冬の冷たい海水が心配でしたが、ガイドさんが優しくサポートしてくれたおかげで、終始楽しく体験できて良かったです。

ウミガメに会えなかったのは心残りですが、帰りの送迎で教えてもらったハンバーガー屋さんと焼肉屋さんが絶品でした。
次はぜひウミガメを見に行きたいです。

I participated in this trip with my parents. Since I'm not good at driving in unfamiliar places, I joined the tour, and it turned out to be enjoyable and stress-free. My parents, who walk slowly while keeping an eye on the time, seemed to struggle a bit, but I think we were able to visit various places within the allotted time and had a meaningful experience. The guide provided thorough explanations throughout, which allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of Okinawa.

両親との旅行で参加しました。見知らぬ土地での車の運転が苦手なので参加しましたがやはり楽でストレスなく楽しめました。時間を気にしながらなので歩行がゆっくりの親はしんどそうでしたが決められた時間内でいろんなところを見て回り、有意義な時間を過ごせたと思います。ガイドさんが終始丁寧な説明があったので沖縄についてよく深く知ることが出来ました。

After checking in, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach. On the day of our visit, it was sunny, and I was first amazed by the beauty of Kabira Bay. The white sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea were stunning. I could have watched it forever without getting on a boat. There was no wait time for the boat, and we departed right away. The view of the seabed from the glass-bottom boat was incredible, with a variety of corals and fish to see. Although I didn't get to see one, I heard that if you're lucky, you might spot a sea turtle as well. There were various explanations provided, and the experience lasted about 30 minutes, which was just right.

受付終えてから出発する砂浜まで徒歩すぐです。
当日は、晴れでしたが、まず川平湾の美しさに驚きました。白い砂浜、透明度の高い海。
ボートに乗らなくてもずっと見ていられそうでした。
ボートまでそんな待ち時間もなくすぐに出発しました。グラスボートから見る海底は、素晴らしく様々なサンゴや魚を見ることができました。自分は、見ることができませんでしたが運がよいと海ガメも見ることができるらしいです。いろいろな説明もあり体験時間は約30分とちょうどよかったです。

I had a truly fulfilling time participating in this tour. It was my first experience paddling through the mangroves on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and I was deeply moved as I slowly glided over the calm water, observing rare plants and creatures that are not often seen up close. The guide's explanations were clear, and I appreciated learning about nature and the formation of Iriomote Island. The water buffalo cart tour on Yubu Island also provided a unique experience, and I was very satisfied with the many photos I was able to take. I believe this tour is perfect for beginners and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

今回こちらのツアーに参加して、本当に充実した時間を過ごすことができました。マングローブの中をSUP（カヌー）で進む体験は初めてでしたが、静かな水面をゆっくり進みながら、普段なかなか見ることのできない珍しい植物や生き物を間近で観察でき、とても感動しました。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、自然や西表島の成り立ちについて学べたのも良かったです。由布島の水牛車観光も非日常感があり、写真もたくさん撮れて大満足でした。初心者でも安心して参加できる内容で、心からおすすめできるツアーだと思います。

This tour is definitely satisfying for those visiting Iriomote Island for the first time! Our guide, Macchan, introduced us to many aspects of Iriomote Island, making it a wonderful memory. The mangrove canoeing was not only a chance to observe up close, but we also entered maze-like areas and took many photos, which was a lot of fun. Each water buffalo on Yubu Island had its own personality, and the guide's explanations were entertaining, keeping us engaged throughout. We were able to spend a graceful and meaningful time, and I definitely want to visit again!

初めて西表島に訪れる方は間違いなく満足できるツアーです！ガイドのまっちゃんさんが西表島について沢山紹介してくれたので、最高の思い出になりました。マングローブのカヌーは間近で観察できるだけでなく、迷路のような場所に入ったり、写真もたくさん撮っていただけてとても楽しかったです。由布島の水牛も一頭一頭に個性があり、ガイドさんの説明が面白く、終始楽しめました。優雅で有意義な時間を過ごすことができ、また絶対に訪れたいと思います！

At the end of January, my family participated in a one-day tour. We were picked up at our hotel, and in the morning, we had a canoe experience. When we arrived at Kabira Bay, we were amazed by the beauty of the ocean. There were no other people around except for us, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery. Even the children, who were experiencing this for the first time, were able to paddle without any issues.

For lunch, we had a break at the island terminal. We ate at our favorite restaurant and gathered back at the terminal at 1:30 PM. On that day, the wind was strong, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but we had a snorkeling experience in Osaki Bay instead. At first, the water was cold, but I quickly got used to it and it wasn't cold anymore.

The children, who are not great swimmers, were able to hold onto floaties and move around comfortably, which was reassuring. There were beautiful fish and coral, and I was particularly impressed to see a sea snake. The guide frequently checked on our well-being, so even with the kids around, I was able to focus and enjoy watching the fish.

I highly recommend snorkeling even in winter, as it can be done without any problems.

1月末に家族で１日コースに参加しました。
ホテルまで迎えに来て貰い、午前中はカヌー体験です。
川平湾に到着して海の綺麗さに感動しました。人も私達以外は誰も居なくて景色を楽しむ事が出来ました。
初めて体験する子供達でも問題なく漕ぐことが出来ました。
お昼は離島ターミナルで一度解散です。好きなお店でお昼を食べて13:30に離島ターミナルに集合です。
当日は風が強く青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが大崎湾でシュノーケリング体験をしました。
最初、水が冷たかったのですが直ぐに慣れて寒くなかったです。
泳ぎが苦手な子供達は浮き輪に捕まり進んでくれますので安心です。
綺麗なお魚や珊瑚がいて、特にウミヘビが見れて感動しました。
ガイドさんが体調確認を頻回にしてくれますので、子供達が居ましたが安心して私は夢中でお魚を見ることが出来ました。
冬でも、シュノーケリングが問題なく出来るのでお勧めです。

I was searching for a tour to the Churaumi Aquarium and found this one. We had 150 minutes at the aquarium, and since we opted for a light meal, we were able to enjoy it without rushing.

I thought the time allocation for the other stops was appropriate, but I felt that the 50 minutes at the American Village at the end was too short.

I have visited Ishigaki Island many times, but this time I used the free pass for the first time. When I arrived at the airport and showed the printed reservation ticket to the bus driver, he immediately handed me the free pass. It costs 1,100 yen for a round trip from the airport to the remote island terminal, so it's very economical and appreciated.

I would like to use this free pass again when I visit Ishigaki Island!

何度も石垣島に来ていますが、今回初めてフリーパスを利用しました。
空港につきバスの運転手さんに印刷していった予約券を見せるとすぐにフリーパスを渡してくれました。
空港から離島ターミナル往復でも1100円かかるので、大変お得でありがたいです。

It was my first time doing SUP in the mangroves, but since it was on a calm river, I felt safe doing it. The instructor was kind, which made it enjoyable.

During the three-day weekend, I went to Ishigaki Island and purchased a free pass for the To Bus from Veltra. This time, I used the route bus to visit places like Kabira Park, Hirakubo Lighthouse, and Tamatorizaki Observatory. It was also fun to plan my schedule like a puzzle while looking at the timetable.

3連休に石垣島へ行った際、veltraから東バスのフリーパスを購入しました。
今回は川平公園、平久保崎灯台、玉取崎展望台などに路線バスを利用して行きました。
時刻表を見ながらパズルの様に予定を考えるのも楽しいです。

This was my first time in Ishigaki, and since I wasn't familiar with the geography, I used the bus tour from To Transport. It efficiently covered the key spots.

The bus guide provided various information, including views from the bus, which was very helpful for me as a first-time visitor to Ishigaki.

We departed in the morning from the bus terminal near the ferry terminal. It felt like we were going around half the island, but before returning to the bus terminal, we also stopped at Ishigaki Airport. So, if you're flying back after 2 PM on your last day in Ishigaki, you can make good use of your limited time.

石垣もはじめて。地理も不慣れなため、東運輸のバス観光ツアーを利用しました。
要所を効率よく回れます。

バスガイドさんも、車中からの眺めも含めいろいろ案内してくれたので、はじめて石垣に行った私には、とてもありがたかったです。

離島ターミナル近くのバス発着所から朝出発。島を半周してくる感じですが、バス発着所に戻る前に石垣空港でも止まりますので、石垣最終日の14時以降の便で帰るときも最終日の限られた時間を有効に使えると思います。

I was worried about the rain forecast, but we were able to sightsee without much rain. There were a lot of clouds, but Kabira Bay was beautiful. We enjoyed seeing the fish clearly from the glass-bottom boat. I imagine it would be even more beautiful on a sunny day. It was great to hear the bus guide's stories and songs as well. It was helpful that we could go to the airport, so we didn't waste half a day and were able to enjoy sightseeing.

It was our first time snorkeling for both of us, but the time flew by and it turned out to be a fulfilling day! Our guide, Hina, provided us with detailed information about marine life, and we even got to see a sea snake! I would like to use this service again when I come back to Ishigaki Island next time!

I used the bus for sightseeing, and I think I got my money's worth over the two days. Even when going to the city for dinner, I casually used the bus for just a two-station ride. I will use it again.

バスを利用しての観光をしたので、2日間で、元が取れたと思います。夕飯で、市街地に行く際にも、2駅分の移動でも、気軽にバスを利用しました。また、利用します。

I was able to see scenery that I can't experience in Tokyo and its surrounding areas from inside the bus, making it an amazing plan.

僕が住んでいる東京及びその周辺の地域でも味わえないような景色をバスの車内から見る事が出来て、凄い良い計画になりました。

It was a winter snorkeling experience, but since I was wearing a wetsuit, I hardly felt the cold and was able to enjoy it comfortably. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the weather conditions, but our guide, Sugimori, explained the situation thoroughly each time and I felt that safety was given ample consideration. He made sure to check on each participant as we progressed, which allowed me to feel secure during the experience.

冬のシュノーケリング体験でしたが、ウエットスーツを着用していたため寒さはほとんど感じず、快適に楽しむことができました。天候の影響で青の洞窟には行くことができず残念でしたが、その都度ガイドの杉森さんが状況を丁寧に説明してくださり、安全面にも十分配慮されていると感じました。参加者一人ひとりの様子を確認しながら進めてくださったため、安心して体験することができました。

A 3-night, 4-day solo trip to the Yaeyama Islands.

On the final day, the bus tour around Ishigaki Island allowed me to thoroughly enjoy all the famous spots I wanted to visit, thanks to the high-level guidance from the driver and bus guide. The sun also made an appearance at the beach, so I got to see the stunning Ishigaki Blue 🩵, which was amazing.

When I visit again, I definitely want to recommend this tour to my acquaintances as well.

3泊4日の八重山ひとり旅。
最終日の石垣島バスツアーは、思うところすべての名所めぐりと、ドライバーとバスガイドのハイレベルの案内で、存分に満喫できました。
海では，太陽も顔を出してくれたので，石垣ブルー🩵も見れてサイコーでした。
また訪れるときはもちろん、知り合いにもオススメしたいツアーとなりました。

In some places, the parking lot is far away, and we can't be late for the meeting time, so the time written is even shorter. However, since we couldn't drive around ourselves, it was a very helpful tour.

場所によっては駐車場が遠く、集合時間に遅れてもいけないしで、書いてある時間より更に短くなります。ただ自分達では運転してまわれなかったので、ありがたいツアーでした。

In the morning, I went to Yufu Island, and in the afternoon, I went canoeing on the Urauchi River. I participated alone, but everyone else was very kind, and they helped me a lot during the canoeing. I got stuck in shallow water and had trouble moving forward because of the strong wind, so it was quite chaotic. However, our guide, Macchan (Matsushita-san), supported me the whole time, and in the end, he got into my canoe, and we paddled together to safely return. There were various participants, including solo travelers, families, couples, and foreigners, and a sense of teamwork developed, making it a lot of fun.

午前中に由布島へ行き、午後から浦内川でカヌーでした。ひとり参加でしたが、他の参加者のみなさんがとても優しく、カヌー中はみなさんにたくさん助けていただきました。浅瀬で座礁したり、風が強くて前に進めなくなったりとだいぶグダグダでしたが、ガイドのまっちゃん(松下さん)がずっとフォローしてくださり、最終的には私のカヌーに乗り込んで2人で漕いで無事に帰ることができました。
1人参加、親子、夫婦、外国の方など様々いましたが、チームワークみたいなものが生まれて楽しかったです。

If you're going to Iriomote Island, you can't miss the mangroves, so I joined this one-day tour with the intention of kayaking. I was excited even before participating, and it turned out to be an incredibly satisfying experience, just as I had hoped! 🌟

It was my first time kayaking, but our guide, Macchan, was absolutely amazing!

His explanations were very clear, and he was friendly and attentive throughout. I felt safe and enjoyed myself. ☺️

The time spent navigating through the mangrove tunnel was calm and pleasant, and the scenery was truly beautiful.

On the other hand, it was a windy day, and I used a bit of energy while paddling through the tributaries. (Some women might find it challenging on their own.)

During the bus ride, he talked a lot about the island's nature and lifestyle, making what could have been just travel time into a learning experience, which was impressive! I was unexpectedly moved when I saw him doing a handstand on the SUP. Haha!

In the afternoon, we took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island while listening to the sanshin performance, moving leisurely. 🐃 The island was quiet with few people, making it a perfect tour for my first visit to Iriomote Island!

西表島に行くならマングローブは外せないと思い、カヌー目当てでこの1日ツアーに参加しました。参加前からワクワクしていて、「自然すごそう！」という期待通り、想像以上に満足度の高い体験でした🌟

カヌーは初めてでしたが、担当ガイドのまっちゃんさんがとにかく素晴らしかったです！

説明がとてもわかりやすく、終始フレンドリーで丁寧。安心して楽しめました☺️

マングローブのトンネルを進む時間は穏やかで心地よく、景色も本当にきれいでした。

一方、この日は風が強く、支流を漕ぐ場面では少し体力を使いました。
（女性だけだと大変に感じる人もいるかもしれません）

移動中のバスでも島の自然や暮らしについてたくさん話してくれて、ただの移動時間が学びの時間になったのも印象的でした！
SUPの上で逆立ちしていたのには思わず感動しました笑

島内も人が少なく落ち着いて過ごせて、初めての西表島にぴったりのツアーでしたー！
