Was lucky to get the rebate plan (2for 1) (rebate will only come in after review) for our trip.
As my family and I weren’t prepared for this trip due to our busy schedule, I only booked it on 22nd Jan(midnight) when I was already in Okinawa. It was confirmed very quickly with details sent within 10hours.

Pickup:
The pickup was at hotel lobby(wasn’t clear on pickup point)
The bus was a little late that day, made my mom frantic and afraid that we were at the wrong pickup point. Attendance was easy and smooth.

First 2 locations:
Scenic and the time given was just perfect. There isn’t much around the area so have a good look & take photos & move on.

Lunch: I DIDN’T GET TO EAT LUNCH
The restaurant opposite the shopping place was full and had no seats to accommodate more guest. There wasn’t any selection to choose lunch so I didn’t get to eat. :)))) again, there weren’t other restaurants to eat at other than a buffet hotpot. Lunchtime was about 50mins so no buffet, don’t waste money.

Churaumi:
Easy & smooth entry. Reach around 2 pm
The bus was to leave at 4 pm. Ok here’s what I’m ??? about:
Dolphin show was 3pm & 3.30pm(dolphin feeding) finishes at about 3.50pm. Bus Bay is 10-15mins of walk back, so we rushed. Imagine elderlies walking, it would take time quite a while. The bus should leave at 4.15 pm for guest to enjoy the shows.

Nago pineapple park:
Time should be extended by 10mins.

Overall, good experience. The guide distributed snacks and kept doing headcounts before we left just to Ensure everyone’s on board. She was very friendly too!

This was a great opportunity to see some of the country without doing the driving. The aquarium was great and there were many other sights to enjoy. Due to the language barrier, there were times when it was a bit confusing, however the wonderful guide went out of her way to explain things and showed us great kindness. I highly recommend this trip.

This is my second time on the bus tour to the aquarium. The tour organized by Cellulian Tour was excellent, with the experienced guide providing thorough and attentive explanations. In addition to verbal explanations, the supplementary information through panels (diagrams/photos), the rental of GPS-enabled foreign language guide devices for foreign participants, and the singing and dancing were all aspects that impressed me with the unique guiding service compared to other tours. It would be very helpful for me, as someone with hearing difficulties, if explanations could be provided using a microphone between the meeting point at Palette Kumojii and DFS.

水族館へのバスツアーは、今回が2回目です。このセルリアンツアーさん主催のツアーは、経験豊富なガイドさんの懇切丁寧な説明が、大変良かったです。言葉での説明に加え、パネル（図/写真）での補足説明、外国人参加者へのGPS付き外国語ガイド機器の貸出、歌と踊り等々、他主催のツアーと全く違うガイドサービスに感動致しました。集合場所のパレットくもじ～DFS までの間、マイクを使用して説明頂けたら、難聴の私は大変助かります。

You can efficiently explore during the afternoon. There was information about celebrities from Ishigaki, and we enjoyed the guide's sanshin performance and singing. Although it was unfortunately rainy and windy that day, we were able to see many fish and corals while on the glass-bottom boat. It was great that it was a tour that a woman could easily join alone.

午後からの時間で効率よく回ってくれます。石垣出身の芸能人の情報あり、ガイドさんの三線や歌ありで楽しめました。当日は生憎の雨と風でしたがグラスボートでは魚や珊瑚がたくさん見られました。女性一人でも気軽に参加できるツアーで良かったです。

The weather was not favorable, and the scenery wasn't very good. However, after the sightseeing ended, I was dropped off at the airport, which was a great help.

While heading to the destination, we enjoyed the various exteriors of the hotels while attracting customers at the resort hotel, and I felt that the guide's smooth chatter, filled with numbers, was quite educational. At the Churaumi Aquarium, I was struck by the impression that I mostly heard Chinese. Even though it was before the Lunar New Year, I was overwhelmed by the large crowd. I was satisfied to see the dolphin show despite it being winter. I would like to use this service again.

リゾートホテルで集客しながら目的地に向かうので、様々なホテルの外観も楽しめるし、ガイドさんのよどみないお喋りも数字が多用されて勉強しているなと感じた。美ら海水族館では、中国語ばかりが聞こえていた印象です。春節前でしたがその大人数に圧倒されました。冬なのにイルカショーを見られて満足しました。また利用したいです。

This is a tour that covers all the places listed in the guidebook. I wasn't bored thanks to the guide's excellent narration. The stories about the culture of the Yaeyama Islands were fascinating. I thought it might be worth it to include the glass-bottom boat even if the price is a bit higher.

ガイドブックに載っている所は一通り巡るツアーです。ガイドさんの名調子で退屈しませんでした。八重山諸島文化の話は興味が湧きます。多少価格が高くなってもグラスボートも込みでも良いのではと思いました。

I was worried that the sea in January might be cold, but I had a great time in a 5mm wetsuit and it was not cold at all. My second-grade daughter was initially scared to get in the water, but once she got used to it, she had a lot of fun and might have been the most excited of all (laughs). The winter sea has high visibility and is not crowded, so I highly recommend it! The beautiful blue color is something we won't forget, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us.

一月の海、寒いのかな…と心配していましたが、5ミリのウェットスーツで全然寒くなく楽しめました。
小2の娘も最初は入水を怖がっていましたが、慣れて来たら楽しくなって、一番はしゃいでいたかも（笑）
冬場の海、透明度も高く、混雑もしていないのでオススメです！
綺麗な青色、忘れないと、娘も言っていて、いい体験が出来ました。

This tour is highly recommended! I wanted to do some sightseeing in the northern area even though I didn't have a car, so I signed up for this tour. It was really great, so I truly recommend it!

It was okay to change the pick-up and drop-off locations, so I joined from a hotel near my accommodation and was dropped off at the prefectural office on the way back, which allowed me to use my time effectively.

The sightseeing spots were all places I wanted to visit, and I was impressed by the large aquarium at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and enjoyed the dolphin show. The weather wasn't great on Kouri Island, so I couldn't see the sparkling blue sea, but I want to challenge it again next time.

We also stopped at places where I could buy purple sweet potato tarts, pineapple liquor, and snacks, making it a very satisfying tour.

かなりおすすめツアーです！
車がないけど、北部の観光がしたい！となり、このツアーに申し込みました。かなり良かったので、ほんとオススメです！
行き帰りの送迎場所を変えてもオッケーだったので、宿泊地のホテル近くから参加し、帰りは県庁で降ろしてもらえ、時間を有効に使えました。
観光地は行きたいところばかりで、美ら海水族館の大きな水槽には感動し、イルカショーも楽しめました。古宇利島では天気が良くなかったので、キラキラした青い海は見えなかったですが、次回またチャレンジしたいと思います。紅芋タルトやパイナップルのお酒、お菓子を買えるところにも寄れて、大満足のツアーでした。

My friends and I enjoyed this full day tour offered by Veltra. We did not rent a car during our trip to Okinawa (and in Okinawa, if is very difficult to move around without a car) so we found the bus service very convenient. We were picked up at our hotel in Chatan which was very convenient as well. Not to mention that this tour made us go to different tourist spots in Okinawa at a very affordable price!

Booking this tour went smooth as well. We did not have any planned itinerary for our Okinawa trip due to our pretty busy schedule but we’re glad we found this online. We booked our tour a day before our scheduled trip (luckily they still have available slots!). Everything went fine and smooth, our trip was confirmed shortly.

We had a pleasant time during the trip. We were able to pass through some of the beautiful beaches in Okinawa. The Churaumi Aquarium experience was also great. We had fun watching the dolphin show. Too bad though we lack time to tour the entire park.

The tour guide does not speak English but we can see her effort to guide us in any way possible. We did not have any problem with communication at all since there is an English audio inside the bus.

Would definitely recommend this tour to my family and friends who will visit Okinawa in the future. :)

On the day of the tour, the weather forecast turned out to be accurate, and it was cloudy in the morning. However, at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we were hit by heavy rain and couldn't see the show. At the next spot, we faced a storm with winds strong enough to almost break our umbrellas. But since we couldn't expect good weather in advance, I think participating in the tour allowed us to make the most of our valuable time even in bad weather. Both the driver and the guide were very kind. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

当日は天気予報が当たってしまい、朝のうちは曇り空でしたが、美ら海水族館では大雨に見舞われてショーも見れず、その次のスポットでは傘も折れそうなほどの暴風雨に見舞われてしまいました。でも、あらかじめ天候には期待できなかったので、逆にツアーに参加したおけげで、悪天候でも貴重な滞在日を有意義に過ごせたのだと思います。運転手さんもガイドさんも、とても親切でした。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。

I was looking forward to Pineapple Park just as much as Churaumi Aquarium, but it turned out to be just a stop for shopping. I was disappointed because I thought there would be more to see and do.

美ら海水族館と同じ位に楽しみにしていたパイナップルパークがただのお買物のみの立ち寄りでした。
もっと色々見て回れるのだと思っていたため残念です。

Even I, a 61-year-old who usually doesn't exercise, was able to do it. As long as I followed the instructor's guidance, I didn't fall. While nervously paddling on the SUP, I was moved by the fact that I was standing on the water using only my own strength. I was amazed by the emerald-colored sea and the coral, and when I went further out, the deep green water was about thirty meters deep. By that time, I had completely gotten used to it, enjoying the scenery around me while feeling the pleasant breeze. I was surprised that I could do it, feeling both good and a sense of accomplishment. I was filled with gratitude for my daughter and her husband who gifted me this trip.

普段なにも運動をしていない61歳の私でも出来ました。インストラクターの教えを守っていれば落ちることはありません。おっかなビックリSUPに乗り漕いでいると、海の上に自分の力だけで立っている事に感動。エメラルド色の海と珊瑚に驚き、沖に行くと濃い緑色の海もうそこは水深◯じゅうメーター。その頃にはすっかり慣れて周りの景色を楽しみながら心地よい風を受けて、気持ち良さと達成感で私でも出来た事に驚きました。この旅をプレゼントしてくれた娘夫婦に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいになりました。

Date of participation: early January, temperature: 19 degrees, weather: cloudy with occasional rain.
On Kouri Island, I was able to collect shells along the coast.
At Manzamo, we unexpectedly encountered a storm. The north wind was cold, making it feel like 10 degrees.
The Churaumi Aquarium was satisfying as I got to see sea turtles, manta rays, and whale sharks. The sand eels seemed to be in a smaller tank than I expected; I thought the tanks at Sumida Aquarium were larger and more spacious. During the three-day weekend, it was incredibly crowded, and the souvenir corner had a long line at the checkout.
It's nice that the dolphin show at the Ocean Park is free, but the north wind was chilly.
Since we arrived at Ryukyu Village in the evening, most of the events in the park were already over.
The sweets and souvenirs available in various places were sufficient at the shops around Kokusai Street.
I felt it would be better to skip these two locations and increase the time at the Churaumi Aquarium.
Additionally, there were Chinese participants in the tour, and it seemed that the requests for seat changes made to the Chinese travel agency were not communicated to the Japanese tour company, leading to a major complaint. It was quite a hassle before departure.
We added the steak option at Sam's, but we were the only ones from a group of 30 who were guided to the steak restaurant.
The steak course was indeed delicious. *Note: drinks are extra.
Since it was my first tour in Okinawa, the weather affected our experience, but overall, I was fairly satisfied.

古宇利島は海岸にて貝拾いが出来た。
万座毛でまさかの暴風雨。北風が冷たく体感温度10度。
美ら海水族館は海亀、マンタ、ジンベエザメが見れて満足。チンアナゴは水槽が思ったよりも小さいかな？？隅田水族館の方が大きくて広い水槽だったように思う。三連休で流石に物凄い混雑でお土産コーナーの会計が長蛇の列。
海洋公園内のイルカショーが無料で見れるのが良いが、北風が冷たかった。
琉球村は夕方到着するので園内のイベントがほぼ終了してる。
あちこちにあるお菓子御伝もお土産類は国際通り辺りのお店で十分。
この二箇所を削って美ら海水族館の時間を増やした方が良いと感じた。
あと、中国人の参加者がツアー内に居たのですが、、そのツアー客が中国の旅行委託会社に席の変更などの要望を伝えるもの連絡を受けた中国の委託会社が日本のツアー会社に伝えていなかったようで大クレームに。出発前にすっごい迷惑でした。
サムズのステーキのオプションを付けたのですが、ツアー客30人に対してステーキ店に案内されたのは私たちだけ。
ステーキコースは確かに美味しかった。※ドリンク代は別です。
沖縄旅行初ツアーだっただけに天気に左右されたのですが、まぁまぁ満足でした。

This was my second time in Okinawa. This time, I wanted to visit the Churaumi Aquarium, so I signed up for this tour. It was the most popular tour, and even though it was an off-season weekday, it was fully booked with more than half being foreign tourists. Maybe it was because I was traveling alone? I was able to enjoy a comfortable experience sitting in the front row without anyone next to me. It drizzled a bit in the morning, but the weather gradually improved, so I think the guide's good vibes helped. I was really glad I signed up for the bus tour since I wouldn't have been able to see so much on my own. The guide was very skilled and great at chatting, so I never got bored. There were 53 people on the tour, but not a single person was late for the meeting time, so we were able to finish earlier than scheduled. This allowed us to make good use of our time afterwards, exploring the Makishi Public Market.

2回目の沖縄。今回は美ら海水族館行ってみたかったのでこのツアーに申込みました。一番人気のツアーとあってオフシーズンの平日にも関わらず満席で半分以上が外国人観光客でしたが1人参加だったからかな？最前列で隣に座る人もなく快適に過ごすことができました。午前中は雨もパラついてましたが次第に天気が回復してきたのできっとガイドさんの念も伝わったんだと思います。1人ではこれだけ回れないのでバスツアーを申し込んで本当によかったです。ガイドさんは芸達者でおしゃべり上手、退屈しませんでした。そして53名のツアーでしたが誰一人集合時間に遅れることなかったので予定時間より早く解散することができたのでその後も栄市場散策などで時間を有効活用することができました。

I participated alone, but I was able to enjoy it without getting bored. The time allocation was very well done, making for a great course. Thanks to the guide's excellent guidance, I was able to enjoy it without any waste of time. I was impressed by the driver, who politely got off the bus every time to stand by the door to see off and welcome the passengers.

時間の配分がとても良くできていて良いコースでした。

ドライバーさんも丁寧に毎回お客さんの乗降時にバスから降りてドアの横に立たれて見送りと出向をされるので感心しました。

I participated with two friends.
The meeting place was close to our accommodation, and the bus was easy to find. There were more foreign participants than Japanese, making it a multicultural bus.
The guide's stories were interesting, and they were kind and attentive, so I really enjoyed it!
The time spent at each location was short, but we disembarked at American Village along the way, allowing us to see a beautiful sunset.
Given the level of satisfaction for this price, it was a great deal! I'm very satisfied.

集合場所も宿から近くバスも分かりやすかったです。参加者は日本人より外国の方のほうが多く、多国籍なバスでした。
ガイドさんのお話は面白く、優しく丁寧だったのでとっても楽しめました！
ひとつひとつの場所での時間は短かかったですが、途中のアメリカンビレッジで離団したため、綺麗な夕陽をみれました。
この充実度でこのお値段は安い！とっても満足です。

I decided to join this tour because they provide direct transportation to the hotel where I was staying in Naha City.

The schedule for the Churaumi Aquarium was 150 minutes, which included seeing the giant whale shark in the massive tank, browsing for souvenirs, and watching the dolphin show at the Okichan Theater starting at 3 PM. Although the timing felt a bit rushed, it was just right.

Personally, I wasn't very aware of the scenic spots like the Warumi Bridge and Kouri Island when I signed up, but they were beautiful, and I enjoyed the souvenir shops as well. Taking photos at the beach, having a restroom break, and shopping for souvenirs felt a bit short at 20 minutes. I wished we had another 10 minutes. It was a whirlwind just looking at Blue Seal ice cream, tankan, papaya, and pure brown sugar. I returned to the bus with a heavy heart.

At Nago Pineapple Park, I thought 20 minutes was sufficient for souvenir shopping and restroom breaks. However, it would have been better if the restrooms were a bit cleaner.

I would like to thank the guide who contacted the restaurant and subsequent facilities regarding my allergy concerns, as well as the staff at the restaurant and shops for their assistance. Thank you for your kindness.

I believe the price, which includes transportation costs, aquarium admission fees, and guide fees, is very reasonable. Overall, it was a tour that allowed us to spend a comfortable and efficient day.

那覇市内の宿泊するホテルに直接送迎してくれることが決め手となり、こちらのツアーに参加しました。

美ら海水族館は150分で、巨大水槽のジンベイザメを見て、お土産を見て、さらに15時からのオキちゃん劇場のイルカショーを見て、バスの駐車場に15:45までに戻ってくるという時間配分は、少し急ぎ足ですがちょうど良かったです。

個人的には、申込時にあまり意識的していなかったワルミ大橋、古宇利島観光がとてもキレイで、またお土産物屋さんも楽しかったです。ビーチで写真を撮り、トイレ休憩し、お土産を買うのに20分では短く感じました。もう10分あればなあと思いました。ブルーシールアイス、たんかん、パパイヤ、純黒糖など、いろいろ見るだけであっという間でした。後ろ髪を引かれながらバスに戻りました。

ナゴパイナップルパークではお土産とトイレ休憩なので、20分でも良いと思いました。ただ、トイレがもう少しきれいだと良いのですが…。

昼食のアレルギーの件で相談した際に、レストランや後続の施設に連絡を取ってくださり、対応してくださったガイドさん、レストランやお店の方々に感謝いたします。ご親切にありがとうございました。

交通費と、水族館の入館料、ガイド代を含めてのこの値段は非常にリーズナブルだと思います。全体的に、効率的良く、快適に1日を過ごすことができるツアーでした。

We gathered at the prefectural office square in the morning and set off right away, stopping by several hotels to pick up participants before heading to Manzamo, which is often featured on postcards. It was under construction, so we couldn't take our time to enjoy it, but the Elephant Nose and the Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) are famous there. I was glad we could spend plenty of time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which my child had been looking forward to. It was nice to see my child enjoying their first experience in a pineapple field at Pineapple Park.

We had fresh purple sweet potato tart at the Okashi Goten, and it was delicious. There's nothing like it fresh out of the oven. We were also able to buy a lot of souvenirs. I was exhausted from sleeping soundly on the bus ride back, but if you want to efficiently visit tourist spots, I recommend this course.

朝県庁前広場に集合してすぐ出発しましたが、数カ所のホテルに回り参加者を拾って、葉書によく出る万座毛に行きました。工事中だったので、ゆっくり見れなかったが、象の鼻と夫婦岩が有名です。子供が憧れていた美ら海水族館にたっぷり滞在できて良かったです。パイナップルパークで子供が初めてパイナップル畑を見て楽しそうだったので良かったです。
お菓子御殿で生の紅芋タルトを食べて美味しかったです。やっぱりできたてがうまいんです。またお土産もいっぱい買えました。帰るバスの中で爆睡して疲れましたけど、効率よく観光名所を回りたいならこのコースがおすすめです。

I took a direct flight from Kansai International Airport to Ishigaki Island and participated in this bus tour for a day. The tour starts at 2 PM, so there's plenty of time to make it. We visited famous spots, including Kabira Bay, in 3.5 hours. (The sunset is also very beautiful.) On the way back, I took the 8:10 PM flight to Kansai International Airport to return to Osaka. January 2020.

関空から石垣島まで直行便に乗り、日帰りでこのバスツアーに参加しました。ツアーは、2時からなので十分に間に合います。
石垣島を３.5時間で 川平湾を含む名所を周ります。(夕日もとても美しい)

Overall, just being on the bus while listening to the guide's stories, songs, dances, and sanshin music allowed us to enjoy the scenery and attractions (Eisa) at various locations. It was a tour where we could naturally feel the charm of Okinawa. There were many foreign travelers, possibly because it is a popular tour, with participants from four different countries on the day we went. The bus was full, but the guide was very attentive, and I appreciate being able to enjoy a pleasant sightseeing experience. It was a bus tour that made me want to repeat the experience.

とにかく、バスに乗っているだけでガイドさんの話・歌・踊り・三線を聴きながら各所で景色やアトラクション（エイサー）を堪能させてもらえます。沖縄の魅力を自然に感じられるツアーでした。人気のツアーなのか外国の旅客も多く、当日は4か国の方々でした。バスも満席でしたがガイドさんの気配りも非常によくできていて、気持ちよい観光ができたこと感謝します。またリピートしたいと感じるバスツアーでした。

Although the weather was unfortunate, thanks to our famous guide, it was an enjoyable tour. The glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay is optional, but I highly recommend it.

It's a pity that the hamburger for lunch didn't suit my taste.

I also encountered some rare snails and hibiscus.

I apologize for the inconvenience and disturbance caused as I was with children. We had a great time together. Since we had many places to visit, I had to accompany the kids to the restroom and walk at their pace, which left us with little time to shop at the souvenir stores, and I felt a bit sorry for just borrowing the restroom. However, we were able to hit all the key sightseeing points, and I think this price is very reasonable!

子連れでしたので、大変ご迷惑、お騒がせして申し訳ありませんでした。
子供と一緒にとても楽しませていただきました。
立ち寄る場所が多いため、随所で子供のトイレに付き合ったり歩幅を合わせて歩くとお土産屋さんで購入する時間がなく、お手洗いだけ借りるような形になってしまい、ちょっと申し訳なくおもいました。
しかし観光ポイントはしっかりと押さえており、この価格はとてもお得だと思います！

On the day I arrived in Ishigaki Island, I booked an afternoon island tour. The response was quick, and they also provided hotel pickup. The bus guide was kind, and I felt the warmth of the island's people.

石垣島に行った当日に、午後の島巡りを予約しました。対応が早くて、ホテルでのピックアップもしてくれました。
バスガイドさんも親切で、島の方々の優しさを感じました。

The bus tour was a very good way to go around Okinawa if you don't have a car. They picked us up at a convenient place and took us to the aquarium and other scenic locations around the island. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I participated with four friends and their daughters.

I was a bit anxious about bringing my 4-year-old and 1-year-old, but I appreciated the guidance on when to use the restroom, especially since the next sightseeing spot had restrooms under construction. They also provided advice on whether the sightseeing locations were stroller-friendly, which showed their thoughtfulness.

The tour was well-balanced, not overly packed, yet allowed us to fully enjoy Okinawa! I’m sure we wouldn’t have been able to visit so many attractions on our own.

Among the highlights, we particularly enjoyed Kouri Island and the Churaumi Aquarium as a family.

友達母娘4人で参加しました。

4歳と1歳の子連れでの参加で不安もありましたが、次の観光場所はトイレが工事中なので今行っておいた方がいいですよ！と、トイレのタイミングを教えてくださったり、観光先がベビーカー仕様になっているかなどアドバイスくださり、心遣いを感じました。

ツアー内容も詰め込みすぎず、でも充分に沖縄を満喫できる内容でした！
きっと自分たちだけでは、こんなに観光地を回ることは出来なかったと思います。

中でも古宇利島と美ら海水族館は親子で楽しめました。

I was able to efficiently tour around Ishigaki Island while receiving enjoyable and interesting explanations from the veteran guide. Throughout the trip, they provided various explanations and even took photos at the photo points! For those visiting Ishigaki Island for the first time, I highly recommend participating in this course to hear various stories about Ishigaki Island. The performance of the Okinawan folk songs on the sanshin was also very good!

This time, I had the opportunity to experience sea kayaking and snorkeling! We were given plenty of time for both activities, and I was able to enjoy them to my satisfaction! The guide was very kind, and I felt safe while experiencing both sea kayaking and snorkeling! The photos taken were beautiful, and it was great to have those memories captured! Next, I would like to try diving!

I participated in a half-day bus tour, which had a bit of an awkward schedule, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable and meaningful experience. This was largely thanks to the bus tour guide, who had a great atmosphere, provided timely information, and was excellent at sharing local tidbits and taking photos! The guide was essential for creating wonderful memories. Thank you!!

半日のバスツアーで時間が中途半端で、時間調整も含めて参加しましたが、大変楽しく有意義な時間となりました。それは・・バスツアーガイドさんがとても雰囲気がありタイミングよい案内と現地での小ネタ、写真撮影がうまい！！
