I participated in the afternoon tour. Although the price is the same as the morning tour, the afternoon one is one hour shorter. The places we visited were reduced, and I couldn't go to the scenic spots I wanted to see. It was stated that lunch was included, so I joined with an empty stomach, but it turned out to be just a light snack. If the tour content is different, it should be clearly stated, and if the afternoon tour is shorter, shouldn't the price be adjusted as well? I was really looking forward to the only island sightseeing, so I was disappointed.

午後のツアーに参加しました。午前と料金同じなのに午後の方が1時間短い。訪れる場所が削られ、行きたかった景勝地に行けませんでした。
ランチがついてると書いてたので、お腹を空かして参加したところ軽食。ツアー内容が違うなら違うと記載する必要がありますし、午後の方が時間も短いのであれば料金も変更するべきではないですか？唯一の島内観光で楽しみにしていただけにガッカリ。

My first trip to Okinawa. There were many things I learned from the guide's explanations that I didn't know before. I'm glad I participated because we were able to visit various sightseeing spots in just one day. If only the weather had been nice... that's the only downside.

初めての沖縄旅行。ガイドさんの説明で知らなかった事もいろいろありました。1日で色々観光名所が回れて参加してよかったです。お天気が良ければ…そこだけですね。

I received a message the day before that the SUP at Kabira Bay could not be conducted due to strong winds. As an alternative, they suggested doing SUP in the mangroves. Since it was a great opportunity, I decided to participate.

I was very anxious as it was my first time doing SUP, but the staff were very kind and taught me gently. At first, there was a simple explanation on land, and then we got right into practice. They taught me while I was actually on the board, and somehow I managed to stand up. I was worried about falling, but I was able to finish without falling!!

It was so much fun lying down and sitting on the board!! During the session, when I talked to the staff about places I wanted to visit, they kindly stopped by on the way back. They also recommended some shops.

In the car on the way back, they shared photos with everyone, which made everything very smooth. It was really great!!

前日に連絡があり、川平湾でのsupが強風の為に実施出来ないとの事でした。
代替え案としてマングローブでのsupなら実施出来ると提案して頂きました。
せっかくならと参加させて頂きました。
初めてのsupでとても不安だったのですが、スタッフの方がとても親切で優しく教えて下さいました。
最初は陸で簡単な説明があり、すぐに実践でした。
実際に乗りながら教えてもらい、なんとか立つ事が出来ました。
落ちるか不安でしたが落ちる事なく終える事が出来ました!!
ボードの上に寝転んだり座ったりしてとても楽しかったです!!
途中でスタッフの方と行きたいお店の話をしたら帰りに寄って下さいました。オススメの店なども教えてくれました。
帰りの車内で写真もみんなに共有して下さり、とてもスムーズでした。
とても良かったです!!

I tried stand-up paddleboarding for the first time with my daughters, who are in 7th and 4th grade! On the day of our adventure, the weather was bad, with waves, wind, and rain, making it difficult to reach our destination no matter how hard we paddled (laughs). However, the staff helped us by connecting and pulling us along, and they took a lot of photos, allowing us to have a truly enjoyable time! Despite the tough conditions, my 4th grader was able to stand on the board!

After the experience, we returned to the beach and had some natural photos taken of us playing in the ocean together, creating so many wonderful memories! Thank you very much!☆

はじめてのSUPに、中１と小４の娘と挑戦してきました！
当日は、天候も悪く、波.風.雨の三拍子で、漕いでも漕いでも目標地点にたどり着けずでした(笑)
でも、スタッフの方が繋いで引っ張ってくれたり、写真を沢山撮ってくれたり、ホントに楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！！
そんな悪状況な中、小４娘もボードの上に立つこともできましたよ！

体験後、ビーチに戻って親子で海であばれている自然な写真も撮っていただき、本当に沢山思い出が残りました！！

I was satisfied to encounter sea turtles, which was my main goal this time✩.*˚ I saw them once when I came up for air while snorkeling, and another time while resting in the shade of a rock during diving. It was great that my friend, who was experiencing diving for the first time, was able to achieve their main goal!!

今回の1番の目的だった海亀にあえて、満足です✩.*˚
シュノーケル中息継ぎに海面に上がって来た時に１回、ダイビング中に岩陰で休憩してる時に１回、2回も会えましたよ✩.*˚
ダイビングが初体験の友達の最大の目的だったので、達成できて良かったです!!

Since it was my first time in Okinawa with my mother, we were a bit anxious about renting a car, so we signed up for a bus tour that allowed us to visit various places. It was great to be able to see so many key spots. The Churaumi Aquarium had plenty of time allocated, but it was so full of highlights that it felt insufficient. I was really happy that the bus driver raised the sunshade for us at photo spots while driving.

母と初めての沖縄でレンタカーは不安があったので色々回れるバスツアーに申し込みました。要所を色々回れてよかったです。美ら海水族館は時間もたっぷりとっていましたが見どころ満載で足りないくらいでした。バスの運転手さんが走りながらの写真スポットを走行中に日除けを上げてくれて嬉しかったです。

There was a lot to see, so especially regarding the Churaumi Aquarium, I felt I would have liked a bit more time if I wanted to see the dolphin show. However, I was still able to see everything I wanted, and I was very satisfied! The guide was also very nice, and I enjoyed myself during the bus ride as well.

かなり盛り沢山な内容なので、特に美ら海水族館に関してはイルカショーを見たりするのであれば、もう少し時間が欲しいとも思いましたが、それでも見たいと思ってたところは見れましたし、大満足です！
ガイドさんも、とてもいい方で、バスの移動中もら楽しめました♪

The glass-bottom boat experience at Kabira Bay was wonderful, with beautiful coral and fish. Above all, the blue of the ocean was stunning, and I wanted to keep looking at it forever. The bus guide was full of humor and even sang along with the sanshin, which made it enjoyable. I definitely want to visit Ishigaki Island again.

川平湾でのグラスボートで見た海の中は、綺麗な珊瑚と魚でとても素敵でした。
何より、海の青さがステキでずっと見ていたいと思いました。
バスガイドさんの説明がユーモアたっぷりで三線に合わせて歌まで披露してくださり楽しかったです。
また石垣島に行きたいと思いました。

Our resort hotel was on the northern side, quite inaccessible and we did not rent a car as well.

This tour enabled us to see (and taste) the best of Okinawa within just a day. As an added bonus, it was a great experience that started and ended punctually. Our guide was great and helped get the tour bus to drop us right at our hotel.

Highly recommend this to future participants!

I'm glad I chose a bus tour for my first visit to Ishigaki Island. The food was delicious, and I was able to visit all the major sightseeing spots, so I was very satisfied.

初めての石垣島だったのでバスツアーで観光してよかったと思います。ご飯も美味しかったですし観光名所も一通り行けたので満足です。

I really wanted to try diving, so I participated alone. I was the only one diving solo, but the instructor checked in on me at just the right distance, so I was able to enjoy it even by myself.

When it was time to dive, the waves were rough, and I started to panic, thinking, "I might not be able to dive... what should I do?" However, thanks to the instructor, I managed to dive! Swimming surrounded by beautiful corals and lots of fish felt strangely magical. When a fish swam right in front of me, turned to look at me, and our eyes met, I was overwhelmed with the realization, "Wow, I'm really underwater right now!" I'm so glad I gathered the courage to participate alone!

どうしてもダイビングをしてみたくて、1人で参加しました。1人参加は私だけでしたが、インストラクターさんがちょうどいい距離感で時たま気にかけてくれたので1人でも楽しめました(^^)
いざ潜るとき波が荒くて呼吸が荒くなってしまい「潜れないかも…どうしよう…」となったんですが、インストラクターさんのおかげでなんとか潜れました！綺麗なサンゴやたくさんの魚に囲まれて泳ぐのはなんだか不思議な感覚。目の前を横切る魚がくるっとこっちを向いて目が合ったときに「うわぁ、いま海の中にいるんだ」と実感して感動しました！！1人でも勇気を出して参加してよかったです(*^^*)

I used the service on a beautifully clear day in November. The day before was cloudy with strong winds, but the wind lingered, so our kayaking plan at Kabira Bay was changed to a mangrove watch and kayak at Miyahira River. My friend, who had no interest in mangroves at all, was feeling down about the change.

However, once we actually got into the kayak, I understood why the change was made. While there was quite a strong wind around us, the river felt completely calm, as if it was protected by the mangrove forest. This was impressive! My friend, who was anxious because they couldn't swim, seemed to relax and genuinely enjoy the experience.

I had seen mangrove forests a few times before, but the view from the kayak, just above the water's surface, was completely different. The strength of the mangroves stretching overhead captivated my friend as well. Additionally, we were able to see many rare birds, which was a big plus. I was surprised when a natural monument, the crested serpent eagle, appeared right at the start. Our guide was very sharp! We also heard various stories about different birds and plants, as well as local anecdotes, making the two hours fly by.

My friend, who had always thought of Okinawa as just the sea, showed interest in rivers and mangrove forests and even mentioned wanting to visit Iriomote Island, all thanks to this wonderful tour. I'm also interested in trying SUP and kayaking at Kabira Bay, so I definitely want to use this service again.

１１月の良く晴れた日に利用しました。前日は一日曇天で風が強かったのですが、風が残ってしまい川平湾でのカヤックの予定が宮平川でのマングローブウォッチ・カヤックにスケジュール変更に。マングローブに全く興味のない友人はテンション下がってました。
当日、実際にカヤックに乗ってみて変更になったのも納得。周囲は結構強い風が吹いているのに川はマングローブ林に守られているかのように無風。この読みはさすがです！実は泳げなくて不安がってた友人も安心して純粋に楽しめたよう。
マングローブ林は何度か見たことがあったけど、水面すれすれのカヤックから見る眺めは全然違います。覆いかぶさるように伸びるマングローブの力強さ、友人もすっかり魅了されていました。そして珍しい鳥が沢山見れたのもポイント高かったです。スタートしていきなり天然記念物のカンムリワシが姿を見せたのには驚きました。ガイドさん、目聡い！！他にもいろんな鳥や植物の話や地元の裏話も聞かせて頂いてあっという間の２時間でした。
これまで沖縄といえば海！だった友人が川やマングローブ林に興味を示して西表島にも行ってみたい、なんて言いだしたのもこのツアーが素晴らしかったからですね。川平湾でのSUPやカヤックも気になっているので是非また利用したいと思います。

I enjoyed the tour where we could visit many places in one day. It might be a bit hard for those with small children.

I recommend it for those who want to go to the Churaumi Aquarium but find it difficult to rent a car.

I opted for lunch on the day of the tour, but due to time constraints, we couldn't choose from the menu; we had to eat what was already prepared when we arrived.

1日でたくさんまわれるツアーで楽しめました。小さなお子さん連れには少しハードかもしれません。
クルマを借りるのが難しいけど美ら海水族館に行きたい方にはおすすめです。

当日昼食ありにしましたが、時間の都合上メニューは選べず着いたら既に用意されているものを食べるというスタイルでした。

I was able to visit the desired sightseeing spots, but the time spent at each location felt very short, and there was a lot of time spent walking around, giving the impression of a rushed tour. I was a bit disappointed with the guide's lack of friendliness.

まわりたい観光地はまわれたが、各所の散策時間がとても短く感じ、歩き回る時間も多く、常にばたばたしたツアーだった印象。
ガイドさんの愛想が足りなくて少し残念だった。

Kawahirawan is truly beautiful, and I was able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding very much! I also heard about the sunrise and, on a whim, requested the sunrise canoe experience for the next day. I am grateful that they kindly accepted my request! In the afternoon, the snorkeling at the Blue Cave was not possible due to high waves, but instead, I was able to snorkel at a spot full of coral, and I was amazed by how close the fish were!

川平湾ほんと綺麗でとても気持ちよくsup出来ました！
サンライズの話も聞かせていただいて、次の日のサンライズカヌーの体験も急遽お願いして、快く受けて頂き、感謝です！
午後からのシュノーケルは青の洞窟がなみが高くて行けなかったのですが、かわりに珊瑚がいっぱいあるポイントでシュノーケルでき、魚がとても近くて感動しました！

The snorkeling was great! Seen so much beautiful coral and fish. The tour guide tried his best speaking English but when he tried to explain how it works he just let us read the explanation because he couldn’t say it. Also you aren’t allowed to swim with out the swimming flippers. But I didn’t get it because they were very uncomfortable. But the tour was great. Towels and food provided and a beautiful boat ride as well. If you are going to this and you have never been on a boat. Please take a seasick pill because one participant didn’t know he didn’t do Well on boats and got seasick so he couldn’t snorkel at all. Would reccommend it. And great pick up and drop off.

There is a pick-up and drop-off service, so even those without a rental car can enjoy themselves!
The SUP was fun too!
I think the staff's tendency to take a lot of photos is a wonderful trait! Haha
Thanks to that, I can look back on those lovely memories!

I think it's a great deal to be able to stop by various places and spend three hours at Churaumi Aquarium for this price! Since we had three hours, we were able to take our time exploring the aquarium, even with kids. The hotel shuttle was really appreciated for traveling with children. I understand it can't be helped, but I always wonder if there's a way to avoid the 30-minute walk to and from Churaumi. On the way back, we arrived at the hotel earlier than planned, which was a relief.

いろいろなところに立ち寄れて、美ら海も3時間滞在できて、このお値段はお得だと思います！3時間滞在できたので、子連れでしたが、ゆっくり水族館をまわれました。ホテルの送迎でしたので子連れにはほんとありがたかったです。しょうがないとは思いますが、美ら海まで往復30分ほど歩くのはどうにかならないかなーといつも思います。帰りは予定より早くホテルに到着したので助かりました。

I made a reservation early and confirmed over the phone that prescription glasses would be available, but when we arrived on the day, we were told that there was only one prescription available for each person. My husband and I have the same prescription.

We arrived earlier than the meeting time, but we weren't allowed to change until the meeting time, so we had to wait in the car. There were two groups participating, and both had already arrived, so I thought it would have been nice if they had started the explanation and let us change earlier.

The boat took a long time to depart, and it was a shared boat. Maybe because it was crowded, I couldn't get the kind of photos my friend took, and during the fish feeding, the staff was chatting with other staff members and left us unattended. I realized I was separated from everyone, and it seemed like they didn't notice, which was a bit scary. On top of that, the boat was really rocky, and I felt sick, so it was not enjoyable at all. The diving experience I had in Kerama was amazing, so this made it even more disappointing.

早くから予約して、こちらは度付きメガネを希望し電話でも確認して十分ありますとの回答だったのに当日行ったら各自度数一つづつしかないという状態でした。私と主人は同じ度数なのに。
集合時間より早めに行ったのですが集合時間まで着替えもさせてもらえず車でまつことに。2組の参加でどちらも既に到着してたのですから説明とか始めて着替えさせくれたら良いのにとおもいました。
船についてもなかなか出発せず、船も乗合でした。混んでるせいなのか私の友達が撮ったような写真も撮ってもらえず、魚の餌やりの時もスタッフは他の知り合いのスタッフと喋ってほったらかし、気が付いたらみんなと離れたとこらに私がいたのにそのことに気がついてないようで怖いなあと思いました。おまけに船はすごく揺れて気分も悪くなり全く楽しくなかったです。ケラマで体験したダイビングは最高だったので余計残念。

In November, the weather was nice and the climate felt great. The sea had no waves and the water was incredibly clear, allowing us to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding at a leisurely pace. The guide was very skilled at teaching, and even as beginners, we were able to stand and have fun. I highly recommend this season!

11月でもお天気がよくて、気持ちいい気候でした。海は波がなく、透明度がすごくてSUPがゆっくり楽しめました。ガイドのお兄さんもとても教え方が上手で初心者の我々も立って楽しめました。
今の季節ほんとおすすめです！

Snorkeling in Okinawa was the highlight of my entire Japan trip! The instructors were so friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. You could tell how important it was to them that everyone had a great time. This tour is 100% worth the money. Thanks for the amazing experience!

I made a reservation to play in the sea of Okinawa at least once. On the day, the weather was perfect for a day at the beach. There were many other guests around, speaking Chinese? Korean? Friends from Asia were everywhere. Some staff members can communicate in English, Chinese, and Korean, so it's reassuring even if you don't speak Japanese.

While receiving explanations on the boat, it took about 30 minutes to arrive at the point. It swayed more than I expected, so motion sickness medication is a must. Playing with fish in the transparent sea was amazing. Okinawa's sea is fantastic. Most of the staff were friendly—sorry, I initially thought some looked intimidating.

After playing for a while, we took a break on the boat. Oh, it turns out you can smoke in certain areas. They lend you glass bottles filled with water, so it's fine even without an ashtray. This is a nice service for smokers (personally, this affects my rating negatively).

There were fewer showers and changing rooms than needed for the number of people, so even though I wanted to play a bit more, I quickly changed while it was still available, and that concluded the activity. The shuttle service and towels were nice, but regarding the photos, we were just photographed without any explanation, which is another point off. (Please don't make us inquire about this ourselves.)

Recommended for:
1. Smokers
2. Those who are not good at Japanese
3. Those who are refused entry to pools or public baths for various reasons (I personally understand this culturally).

November 9 update: I will deduct points for the lack of comments from the store. I hope those who read this clumsy writing will enjoy Okinawa.

一度は沖縄の海で遊ぼうと予約しました。
当日は天気にも恵まれ絶好の海日和。
周りのお客さんは中国語？韓国語？アジアからのお友達も一杯です。
スタッフによっては英語・中国語・韓国語と対応できるらしいので日本語がダメでも安心だね☆
船上で説明を受けつつ30分といったところでしょうか？ポイントに到着。思ったより揺れるので酔い止めは必須ですな。
透明な海で魚と戯れる。沖縄の海ブラボー。スタッフの皆さんも二人に一人は親切。（ごめんなさい、最初は見た目で怖そうだと思ってました。）
しばらく遊んで船の上で休憩。おやっ、場所によってタバコが吸えるんですね。水が入ったガラス瓶を貸してくれるから灰皿が無くても大丈夫。喫煙者にはうれしいサービス。（個人的にはこれで評価を下げてます。）
人数に対してシャワーと更衣室が少ないから、もう少し遊びたいけど空いてるうちにさっさと着替えちゃえってことでアクティビティ終了。
送迎とタオルはうれしいサービスですが、写真に関しては撮られるだけ撮られたけど何の説明も無いので、これも減点。（こちらから問合せとかさせないでね。
こんな方にオススメ
1:喫煙者
2:日本語が苦手な方
3:諸般の事情によりプールや公衆浴場を断られる方(個人的には文化的には理解がある方です。)

I participated in a one-day snorkeling tour to Kerama from Naha, and the weather was perfect. They took us to three beautiful spots, and the water clarity was impressive. I also went snorkeling in Ishigaki Island, but I thought this was better. The staff's pre-tour explanation and guidance were thorough, and they took a lot of photos, which made me very satisfied. However, the return boat ride was quite bumpy with high waves, similar to a roller coaster, which was scary, so I gave it four stars. But I would love to go again someday. Thank you to all the staff!

那覇発ケラマ1日シュノーケルに参加して、天気にも恵まれ最高でした。きれいなところを3か所案内してくれ、透明度も高く、感動しました。石垣島でも潜りましたが、こっちの方がいいと思いました。スタッフの事前の説明やガイドも丁寧で、写真もたくさん撮ってもらい大満足。ただ、帰りの船が波が高くジェットコースター並みの揺れと波しぶきで恐かったので星4つにしました。でも、またいつか行きたいです。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました、

It was a long-awaited private trip! As someone who tends to be a bit of a paper person, the bus tour was incredibly helpful! It was attractive for being able to visit key spots, but I was also healed by the guide's singing and dancing! It's unfortunate what happened to Shuri Castle this time, but I will definitely visit again during the restoration and make use of the tour!

久しぶりのプライベート旅行でした！ペーパーな自分としては非常に助かるバスツアー！要所を巡れる点でも魅力的でしたが、ガイドさんの歌声と踊りに癒されました！この度は首里城が残念な事になってしまいましたが、復興の際には改めてまた伺い、利用させて頂きますね！

Before boarding the boat, it started to rain, and there were winds and waves, but after the rain, we could see a rainbow. The kids were thrilled to get splashed on the second deck of the boat, where the waves were intentionally created. Snorkeling and the slide were also a lot of fun.

船に乗る前に雨が降り始め風と波があったものの、雨のあとに虹が見えたり、わざと波があり水しぶきがかかる船の2階で水をかぶったりと、子供は大喜び。シュノーケリングと滑り台も楽しかった。

On the last day, I had almost half a day to spare, so I chose a sightseeing bus tour. The first half of the trip was disappointing due to rain and cloudy skies, but in the second half, especially on this day, we were blessed with clear weather and were able to see the beautiful scenery of Kabira Bay, which I had longed to see.

As an option, I took a glass-bottom boat ride, but unfortunately, I didn't encounter any sea turtles, which left me a bit regretful. One advantage is that the bus goes directly to the airport, which provides a sense of reassurance.

最終日は、ほぼ半日の時間の余裕だったので　観光バスツアーを選択しました。旅行日程の前半は、雨や雲空で　残念でしたが、後半　特にこの日は、晴天に恵まれて、念願の川平湾の美しい景色を　みることができました。
オプションで、グラスボートに乗りましたが、残念ながら　海亀に遭遇することは、できず　少々心残りでした。
バスが、空港迄直接行ってくれる点に　安心感があるのも　利点です。

On the last day of our sightseeing, I was worried about time during the activities, and since the weather had been cloudy with light rain on other days, I hadn't had the chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kabira Bay. That's why I decided to join this tour.

We were blessed with good weather and got to see the stunning Kabira Bay. However, according to our guide, the view from Tamatorizaki Observatory is even more spectacular, and it truly was a very beautiful sight.

I also enjoyed hearing interesting stories from our guide about the habu snakes of Ishigaki Island, which was great.

観光の最終日　アクティビティでは、時間的に不安があり、また、他の日が　曇天～小雨立った為　せっかくの川平湾の景色の美しさに出会えてなかったこともあり、このツアーに参加しました。
天気にも恵まれて、美しい川平湾に出会えました。
でも、ガイドさん曰く　
玉取崎展望台からの景色は、一段と素晴らしいものがある　と、
実際に　大変美しい景色でした。
ガイドさんの　石垣島のハブの話しなど　へぇ～
という面白いお話も聞けて　良かったですね。

It can be quite difficult to visit tourist spots without being able to drive, but I was glad to join this tour and efficiently visit various places. I was moved when I saw the large whale shark at the Churaumi Aquarium. The guide was fun and taught us the names of flowers, which I enjoyed. The steakhouse I opted for had an entertaining performance, and the staff were kind. When I requested, "I can't chew hard food because I'm undergoing dental treatment, so please cut the meat into smaller pieces," they cut it into about 2 cm cubes, making it easy to chew. I would like to join a tour with Veltra again if I have the opportunity.

車が運転できないと、なかなか観光地を回りにくいですが、このツアーに参加して、効率よくいろんな所に行けて良かったです。
美ら海水族館で大きなジンベイザメを見たときは感動しました。
ガイドさんが花の名前等を教えて下さって楽しかったです。
オプションで申し込んだステーキハウスはパフォーマンスも面白く、スタッフも親切でした。
「歯の治療中なので、かたい物が噛めないから肉を小さく切って欲しい」とリクエストしたら２センチ角くらいに切って下さったので噛みやすかったです。
また機会があればベルトラさんのツアーに参加したいです。
