I participated in a canoeing experience with my two children. It was our first time, but it was more peaceful than we imagined, and the whole family enjoyed it.

First of all, the scenery was truly wonderful, and the nature viewed from the surface of the lake was very soothing. The canoe was stable, making it easy for beginners to paddle without any strain, which was reassuring physically. The children quickly got used to it and seemed happy to paddle on their own.

Additionally, our guide, Makoto, was very kind, and his explanations were easy to understand. He was always attentive, allowing us to focus on the experience with peace of mind. The attention to safety was thorough, so even as first-timers, we could enjoy it without anxiety.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We had a great time enjoying nature as a family, and I definitely want to do it again.

子ども二人と一緒にカヌー体験に参加しました。初めての体験でしたが、想像以上に穏やかで、家族みんなで楽しめました。

まず景色が本当に素晴らしく、湖面から眺める自然はとても癒されます。カヌーは安定感があり、初心者でも無理なく漕げるので体力的にも安心でした。子どもたちもすぐに慣れて、自分で漕げることが嬉しかったようです。

また、担当してくださったまことさんがとても親切で、説明もわかりやすく、常に気を配っていただけたので、安心して体験に集中できました。安全面の配慮も行き届いていて、初めてでも不安なく楽しめます。

総合的に大満足の体験でした。家族で自然を満喫しながら楽しい時間を過ごせたので、ぜひまたリピートしたいと思います。

We experienced snorkeling, parasailing, and two marine sports in Kerama as a family. The staff were very kind and we had a lot of fun. The snorkeling was amazing; the water was clear and beautiful, and we could see the fish and coral well. We also had some great photos taken, which made for wonderful memories, but I think we might have been a bit greedy with the parasailing and the two marine sports. While we did get to experience snorkeling, we didn't get any photos taken during that part, possibly because we were running out of time. (We did have photos taken during the activities.) Since the sea was beautiful and we could see the fish well, I thought it might have been better to reduce the number of activities and enjoy snorkeling more thoroughly.

慶良間シュノーケリング＋パラセーリング＋マリンスポーツ2品を、家族で体験しました。
スタッフの方が親切に対応してくれて、かなり楽しめました。
シュノーケリングでは、海が透明で綺麗で、魚や珊瑚をよく見れました。
写真も撮ってもらっていい思い出になったのですが、パラセーリングとマリンスポーツ2品は欲張りすぎたかもです。
ちゃんとシュノーケリングも体験できたのですが、時間が押していたのか、シュノーケリングの写真は撮ってもらえず。
（アクティビティの時はしっかり撮ってもらいました）
海が綺麗で魚もよく見えたので、アクティビティをもう少し減らしてシュノーケリングをたっぷり楽しんでも良かったかな、と思いました。

The response I received when communicating over the phone in advance was terrible. Since I made the reservation, I dealt directly with the company, but it ended up making my friends, who participated with me, feel uncomfortable as well. I will not use this company again.

事前に電話でやり取りをした際の対応が最悪でした。予約したのが私だったので会社と直接やり取りしましたが、一緒に参加した友達にも嫌な思いをさせることになりました。ここの会社はもう使わないです。

I had a very enjoyable and fulfilling time being taken to various tourist spots by bus in just one day. I was very grateful to be able to efficiently visit so many places. However, since each location was so appealing, the time spent at each spot was limited, and I felt that I wanted to take a bit more time to explore. In particular, I was a little disappointed that I didn't have time to ride the train around Nago Pineapple Park. I'm glad I learned a lot about Okinawa.

1日でいろいろな観光スポットにバスで連れて行っていただけて、とても楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。効率よくたくさんの場所を巡ることができたのはとてもありがたかったです。ただ、どの場所も魅力的だったので、1つ1つのスポットに滞在できる時間が限られており、もっとゆっくり見て回りたいと感じるところもありました。特にナゴパイナップルパークでは、園内を巡る汽車に乗る時間が取れず少し残念でした。沖縄のことをたくさん知れてよかったです。

The morning at Yufu Island and the afternoon mangrove canoe tour were both wonderful experiences that allowed us to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island! The guide was always smiling and provided a thorough and attentive tour, which left a great impression! The lunch we were recommended was also delicious! I definitely want to come back with my family!

午前中の由布島も午後のマングローブカヌーツアーも西表島の自然をゆっくり満喫できて大満足の内容でした！
ガイドさんも終始笑顔で丁寧にガイドしてくれてとても印象が良かったです！教えていただいたランチも美味しかったです！

We participated as a family of four, including a couple, a second-grade girl, and a three-year-old boy. The three-year-old was excited to see many fish while wearing a float and goggles. The older child seemed to have so much fun that she said she wanted to do more! The guide was very easy to talk to, and the children quickly warmed up to him.

夫婦と小2女児、3歳男児の4人で参加しました。3歳は浮き輪とバケツ眼鏡でしたが、お魚がたくさん見られて喜んでいました。
上の子も、もっとやりたい〜！と言うくらい楽しかったようです。
ガイドさんがとても話しやすく、子どもたちもすぐに打ち解けていました。

Since this ticket can only be purchased on-site with cash, I prefer to go cashless, so I choose Veltra. Moreover, I can purchase it at a discount using points, which is incredibly convenient. I've been going to the supermarket, so I've already gotten my money's worth.

This time, I participated alone as a 64-year-old man. I was good at swimming, but since it was my first time snorkeling, I was a bit anxious at first. However, thanks to the kind and attentive support from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy myself.

今回は1人で参加させて頂きました64才の男性です。
泳ぎは得意な方でしたが､シュノーケリングは初めてだったので､当初は少し不安もありましたが、スタッフの方々の親切丁寧な対応に安心して楽しめました。

I have participated in quite a few tours, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. There was no explanation beforehand, and no guidance upon arrival.

First of all, not having lockers for marine activities was very concerning. If I had known this in advance, I could have left my valuables in the car, but there was no such information provided.

Additionally, we were taken out to a very remote area and had to wait for hours on the anchored boat. About 80% of the participants were seasick and vomiting; it was a nightmare.

I understand the focus on efficiency, but I wish they would reconsider and think about the participants' experience.

今までかなりのツアーに参加してきましたが、ここまで酷かったのは初めてです。事前説明も到着してからの案内も説明もありません。
まずマリンアクティビティでロッカーが無いのは不安でしかありません。せめて事前に無いことが分かっていれば、貴重品を車に置いていくなりできますが、その説明も無し。
また、かなりの遠洋に連れて行かれ、停泊した船の上で何時間も待たされます。参加者の8割程が船酔いし吐いていて地獄でした。
効率重視は分かりますが、参加者の身になって考え直して欲しいです。

My trip to Okinawa was without a rental car, but I was very satisfied with how efficiently I was able to visit various places! It would have been impossible to see this much in one day using only public transportation, so I was really happy to have such a fulfilling day. Additionally, the bus guide was very polite and kind, always looking out for us, which was a great help.

During the bus ride, the guide continuously explained Okinawa's culture and history, making it feel like a school trip, which was enjoyable. The guide also performed Ryukyu songs and "Shimanchu nu Takara," and they were very skilled. On the day I went, the left side of the bus had better views, so if it's available, sitting there would likely enhance your experience.

In the group I joined, most participants were in their early 20s, with a few older people and some international guests (East Asian). Everyone was very punctual, and we were able to depart on time at each sightseeing spot, making it a very reassuring tour.

At the Churaumi Aquarium, the schedule is a bit tight, so if you want to read all the descriptions of the exhibits, you might run out of time. I recommend either focusing on the areas you want to see or doing a quick overview. Also, if you plan to have lunch at a restaurant, you'll have less time to explore the aquarium, so being strategic about that can make your visit more efficient. I bought a light snack near the aquarium exit and ate it while watching the dolphin show to save time! It seems like bringing food onto the bus is also an option!

レンタカーがない沖縄旅行でしたが、効率的にいろいろな場所を回ることができて非常に満足です！公共交通機関のみでは1日でこの量の観光はできないので、1日の濃度が濃い1日になったのがとても嬉しかったです。また、バスガイドさんがとても丁寧で親切な方で、常に気にかけてくれていて、とても助かりました。

バスでの移動中は、基本的にバスガイドさんがずっと沖縄の文化や歴史などについて説明してくれていて修学旅行のようで楽しかったです。また、バスガイドさんが琉歌や「島人ぬ宝」を披露してくれましたが、とてもお上手でした。私が行った日は、バスの進行方向左手の方が、バスの外の景色がよかったので空いていればそちらに座った方が満足度が上がりそうです。

私が参加した回では、20代前半くらいの方が大多数で、他は海外の方（東アジア系）、ご年配の方がぽつぽつといった感じでした。みなさんとても時間にキッチリされていて、どの観光地でも時間通りに出発でき、とても安心したツアーでした。

美ら海水族館は、少し時間がタイトなので、展示物すべて説明文もしっかり見ていると時間が足りなくなると思います。自分の見たいところを絞ってじっくり見るか、ササっと見るのどちらかをおすすめします。また、お昼ご飯をレストランで取ろうと思うと水族館内を見る時間が短くなるので、そこは工夫するとより効率的です。私は、水族館の出口付近で軽食を購入しイルカショーを見ながら食べて時間短縮しました！バスにご飯を持ち込むのもアリみたいです！

The half-day course for SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave did not have enough participants, so I only joined the SUP. (I was told that if it were a full-day course, I could participate in both.)

It was my first time doing SUP, but the explanation from H was easy to understand, and the stability of the board was better than I expected, allowing me to smoothly glide across the water. H took many photos for us, and thanks to their friendly and cheerful personality, I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind! During the transfer, I appreciated all the information about Ishigaki Island that they shared. I would love to come back someday to do snorkeling at the Blue Cave.

SUP&青の洞窟シュノーケルの半日コースは催行人数に満たず、SUPのみの参加にしました。(1日コースなら両方参加できるとのことでした)
初めてのSUPでしたが、担当してくださったHさんの説明もわかりやすく、ボードの安定感も予想していたよりあったのでスムーズに海面を進むことができました。
写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、Hさんの気さくで明るいお人柄のおかげで、安心して楽しむことができました！送迎中も、石垣島の色々な情報を教えてくださり感謝です。またいつか青の洞窟シュノーケリングをやりに来たいです。

The sea was beautiful, and I had a lot of fun snorkeling! The slide was also enjoyable! The staff were kind, which made me feel safe.

I couldn't visit all of the Churaumi Aquarium, but I was very satisfied. The other tourist spots were also a lot of fun. The bus guide was friendly and a wonderful person.

美ら海水族館が全て回らなかったですが、十分満足できました。他の観光スポットもとても楽しかったです。またバスガイドさんが気さくで素敵な方でした。

There aren't many courses that go to Ryukyu Village, so it was a valuable course for those who have visited Okinawa several times. The guide was very kind and provided thorough explanations, and it was great that there were no Chinese-speaking guests, only Japanese and English speakers. The originally scheduled day was canceled due to not enough participants, but the process of rescheduling to another day was very smooth and left a good impression.

琉球村に行けるコースはあまり無いので、何度か沖縄に来ている人には貴重なコースでした。ガイドさんととても親切丁寧な案内で、中国系の方もいない日本語と英語圏のゲストでとても良かった。当初予定の日は人数集まらず中止でしたが、別日に変更の案内もとてもスムーズで印象が良かった

The service was very polite and attentive, which was great. The quantity and quality of the fish were a bit lacking, but they taught us a lot about the surrounding islands. All the staff were kind and energetic.

I participated in snorkeling at the Blue Cave and diving at Clownfish Paradise. It was great to have so many photos taken (included in the price). The color of the Blue Cave that I actually saw was amazing, and I want to go again next year. I was able to hold onto something like a kickboard and be pulled along, so I didn't exhaust myself. I was able to swim on my own during the diving, and I was extremely satisfied. When I struggled to swim well, they quickly noticed and helped me, which gave me incredible peace of mind underwater. We were blessed with good weather, and it was a dream-like time. I would like to request again next year, but can we go to a different location this time?

After diving, I struggled with the heavy equipment when getting back on the boat, but I was helped, which was a relief. Next year, I will exercise in advance to build my stamina. Thank you very much.

Also, I saw on the schedule that after finishing at the Blue Cave and waiting for the diving departure, I ran out of water at the port and didn't have any money with me, so I returned to the shop once. Perhaps there was tea prepared. If it's just snorkeling, 500ml is enough, but depending on the weather, if you're continuing with diving, it might be better to have 1L.

実際に見た青の洞窟の色は素晴らしく、来年もまた行きたい。
ビート板？みたいなのにつかまって引っ張ってもらえたので、体力を消耗せずに済みました。
ダイビングはずっと自分で泳げて大大大満足です。
上手く泳げず困った時はすぐに気づいて引っ張ってくださり、海の中でのあの安心感は半端ない。
お天気にも恵まれ、夢のような時間でした。
来年もお願いしたいのですが、今回と違う場所に行けますか？
ダイビングのあと船にあがる時に機材が重く苦労しましたが、手伝ってもらえて助かりました。
来年は事前に運動をして体力をつけて行きます✊

あと、スケジュールで見てはいたのですが、
青の洞窟が終わってダイビング出発の間、港で待機の時お水がなくなって、お金も持って行ってなかったので一度ショップに戻りました。
もしかしてお茶の準備があったのかもしれません。
シュノーケリングだけだと500mlで十分ですが、天候にもよりますが、続けてダイビングの場合は1Lあった方がいいかもしれない。

I had a great time sightseeing and buying souvenirs. Both the guide and the driver were nice and attentive.

However, there was a group with children seated nearby, and the kids were talking quite loudly, making it difficult to hear the guide... It was my first trip to Okinawa, so it was disappointing...

色々と観光できたり、お土産も買えて楽しかったです。ガイドさんも運転手も良い方で、丁寧でした。

しかし、子連れのグループの席が近く、お子さんがかなりの声量で話されており、ガイドさんの声がほとんど聞こえませんでした…初めての沖縄旅行だったので、残念でした…

Before we left, I was a bit anxious because it had been raining, but once the tour started, the weather improved rapidly, and we were able to visit the long-awaited Phantom Island under a clear blue sky. It was much more beautiful than in the photos, and I was moved by the white sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea. The guide was friendly and reliable, sharing not only information about the ocean but also recommending various restaurants in Ishigaki, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. There were small children with us, but they were well supported, and even the ones who were initially scared seemed to have a great time. I want to go again.

行く前に雨が降っていたので少し不安でしたが、ツアーが始まってからはどんどん天気が回復して、青空の下で念願の幻の島に行くことができました。写真で見るよりもずっと綺麗で、白い砂浜と透き通った海に感動しました。ガイドのお姉さんも気さくで頼りになり、海のことだけでなく石垣でオススメのご飯屋さんなどいろんなことを教えてくれ、安心して楽しめました。小さい子もいましたが、しっかりサポートされてて最初怖がっていた子も楽しそうでした。また行きたいです。

The weather was nice on the day, and the waves were calm, allowing us to see clearly to the bottom! We could see fish and coral well, and the kids were delighted! Thanks to the calm waves, we were able to go further out and see a sea turtle, which made us really happy!

I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Phantom Island and the Blue Cave with a friend. The Phantom Island truly lived up to its name, with a beautiful white sandy beach floating in the middle of the ocean, which was incredibly moving! It felt like a great commercial could be filmed there. Surrounded by endless blue sea, I took a lot of photos, creating the best memories.

It was my first time snorkeling, but the guide provided a thorough briefing, so I felt safe and enjoyed it. Colorful tropical fish came close to me in the water, and the corals were so beautiful that it really felt like being in a natural aquarium. The Blue Cave was also very mysterious; when sunlight streamed in, the colors of the sea sparkled beautifully! Exploring the cave was fun as well. After the experience, I felt pleasantly tired and fulfilled, making it a perfect day.

The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about Ishigaki Island, let us touch sea cucumbers, and took many photos and videos, creating lots of great memories. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to fully enjoy the ocean in Ishigaki Island! I also went to buy the salt sataran-dagi that the guide recommended! It was freshly fried and incredibly delicious!

友人と2人で幻の島＆青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加しました。
幻の島は、本当に名前の通り海の真ん中に浮かぶ白い砂浜が広がっていて大感動！良いCMが撮れそうでした。見渡す限りの青い海に囲まれて、写真もたくさん撮れて最高の思い出になりました。
人生初シュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドさんが丁寧にレクチャーしてくださったので安心して楽しめました。海の中ではカラフルな熱帯魚がすぐ近くまで寄ってきて、サンゴも美しすぎて本当に自然の水族館にいるようでした。
青の洞窟もとても神秘的で、太陽の光が差し込むと海の色がキラキラ輝いて、とてもきれい！洞窟探検も面白かったです。体験後は程よい疲れと充実感で大満足の一日になりました。
ガイドさんがとってもフレンドリーで、石垣島のことを詳しく教えてくれたりナマコを触らせてくれたり写真や動画をたくさん撮ってくれたので良い思い出がたくさんできました。石垣島で思いっきり海を楽しみたい方にぜひおすすめです！
ガイドさんがおすすめしてくださった塩サーターアンダギー買いに行きました！揚げたてめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！

Needless to say, the nature of Iriomote Island is wonderful and very fascinating.

The staff members are very kind and share valuable information to ensure a meaningful experience.

With people from different backgrounds and ages, I was able to feel a sense of unity through our shared experiences, which is something I wouldn't normally encounter.

It became a precious experience, just like the nature of Iriomote Island. I would love to participate again!

The instructor was very polite and taught us gently. The boat was quite crowded, but I participated thinking this is what diving is like, so it was not a problem. Some of the other instructors on board were a bit intimidating, but basically, everyone was friendly. My assigned instructor, although a woman, had the physical strength of a man, and I was impressed by how hard she worked all day.

I was able to see turtles, and the sea was very beautiful, which was great.

インストラクターの方が丁寧に、優しく教えてくれました。
船はかなり混雑していてましたが、ダイビングはこんな感じだと思って参加していたので問題なしです。同乗していた、他のインストラクターは怖い人もいましたが基本的にはみんなフレンドリーでした。
私の担当さんは女性ながら男性なみの体力で、1日働いていて、大変なお仕事だなぁと感心しました。

亀にも会えたし、とても海は綺麗でよかったです

We participated as a family of three. In the morning, we went canoeing near the mangroves, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling. Both were our first experiences, but the guide was friendly and taught us carefully, so we had no problems and enjoyed ourselves. During the transfers and activities, the guide shared a lot of local trivia and recommended delicious places, which was very helpful.

Moreover, the weather was great for both activities, and the water was clear, so we couldn't have asked for more. The snorkeling, in particular, was breathtaking with an abundance of fish and coral that exceeded our expectations.

We didn't bring our smartphones or cameras, but the guide took many photos from angles we couldn't capture ourselves and sent them to us the same day, so there was no need to bring them.

It was very tiring, but it was a fun day overall.

家族三人で参加しました。午前はマングローブ近くでカヌー、午後はシュノーケリングで、どちらも初めてだったのですが、ガイドの方が気さくに丁寧に教えてくださり、何の問題もなく楽しめました。移動中にもアクティビティ中も、現地の豆知識や美味しいお店などたくさん教えてくれ参考になりました。
また、どちらも天気が良く、水もきれいで、言う事無しでした。特にシュノーケリングは、期待以上の魚やサンゴが広がり感動でしたよ。
スマホやカメラを持っていかなかったのですが、ガイドさんが自分たちでは撮れないアングルの写真をたくさん撮ってくれ、即日送ってもらえたので、持っていく必要も無かったです。
とても疲れたけれど、その分楽しい１日でした。

The canoeing and snorkeling experiences were led by different instructors, but both made sure to frequently check on the participants' well-being, allowing us to enjoy a safe and fun time. Since I didn't rent a car, the shuttle service from the accommodation to the activity points was really helpful. It was also enjoyable to hear various stories along the way. Thank you very much.

カヌーとシュノーケル　それぞれ別のイントラさんでしたが、どちらの体験も参加者の体調を気遣うお声がけが頻繁にあり、安心して楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
レンタカーを借りていなかったので、宿泊施設からポイントまでの送迎ホント助かりました。

The one-way fare from the airport to the island terminal is 550 yen, so it's a good deal for those planning to make a round trip or visit places like Kabira Bay. It was also convenient not having to prepare a credit card or cash.

空港から離島ターミナルまで片道550円なので、往復する方や川平湾なども行く予定の方はお得です。クレカや現金の準備をしなくていいのも楽でした。
