I had to leave the tour midway due to my flight schedule. During that time, I was deeply touched by the kindness of our guide, Mr. Arakaki, and our driver, Mr. Kinjō. I am very grateful to them.

There were more fish than I expected, and I was able to see the beautiful scenery underwater. On the other hand, as expected—or perhaps even more than expected—the crowds were astonishingly overwhelming. I got kicked by other people while using my fins, and those participating in diving were often right below the snorkelers, creating bubbles all at once, which made visibility filled with bubbles. It was surprising to have bubbles coming from below unexpectedly, and it felt a bit unpleasant. I wish the timing for divers and snorkelers could be staggered.

It might be unavoidable because it's the season, but it was so crowded that it felt like a sardine can. If you have children with you, they might get lost.

シーズンだから仕方ないかもですが、芋洗いとはこの事かもというくらい人だらけでした。親子連れとかだと、迷子になるかもしれません。

I stayed at Southern Beach Hotel & Resort, and most tours depart from Naha, which requires a taxi costing 2,500 yen (5,000 yen round trip!). However, this tour offers pick-up directly from our hotel, and with the aquarium entrance fee of 1,850 yen, it's definitely a great deal compared to the various costs of taking a bus from Naha to the aquarium, which is 2,700 yen one way. If you get tired of the pool or the beach, I highly recommend this option for guests staying at our hotel; it will surely make your trip more fulfilling!

I couldn't drive, so I used a tour. The bus guide's stories were very interesting, and I wasn't bored at all during the long journey. I also got to listen to Okinawan songs, which was a lot of fun. The large aquarium at the Churaumi Aquarium was incredibly impressive; I could have watched it for hours.

The aquarium felt a bit smaller than I expected, but the presence of the whale shark was impressive. The Habutai vs. Mongoose at Ryukyu Village was, from an animal welfare perspective, unavoidable. I guess I was foolish to have high expectations. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of my visit due to the start of the rainy season, but I still had a pretty good time.

I have a hard time driving, so I made a reservation for a tour. There was a bit of traffic, and since some people had to catch a night flight, our time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was shortened, and we didn't have time to eat lunch at the restaurant. However, I enjoyed visiting places like Ryukyu Village. The bus guide was also great and made the experience enjoyable.

Due to strong winds, the boat was canceled. The attitude of the male staff at the store was very kind. I definitely want to try again! However, there was no prior notice, and even though I arrived early on the day, the door was locked, and I couldn't reach the emergency contact number, which made me anxious. On the day of your visit, the Blue Cave tour was held as usual in the morning, but due to sudden changes in sea conditions, the afternoon tour was canceled for safety reasons. We apologize for not being able to inform you of the cancellation in advance.

We had opened the shop and were prepared to welcome guests by the meeting time, but due to a high number of reservations that day, all staff were out on tours. Therefore, when you arrived before the scheduled time, the shop was closed and the phone was not reachable. We sincerely apologize for any concern this may have caused.

We recognized this as an area for improvement and have had staff stationed at the shop since May 2014.

I do recommend the tour to my friends. However, the GPS-guide device does not work well at all. Although it comes with English, Chinese, or Korean, the recordings are only listenable intermittently, which may prevent international travelers from enjoying the journey in full.

The tour bus guide's explanations were very thorough and easy to understand, so I never felt bored on the bus. The aquarium is quite far from Naha and in an inconvenient location, but seeing the manta rays in that large tank was truly impressive. I also managed to see the World Orchid Conference at the botanical garden with a bit of effort, making for a fulfilling experience.

We traveled to Okinawa as a family of four. The kids wanted to go to the Churaumi Aquarium, so I did some research and found the Family Line and quickly made a reservation. However, on February 15, there was heavy snow in the Kanto region, and we couldn't leave our house. Transportation was paralyzed, and flights were canceled, so we postponed to March. We canceled all our reservations, and I was happy that Alan1 quickly handled the cancellations. For our rescheduled trip in March, we applied for the same course. The guide from Rad Tourism was excellent. I appreciated the pick-up from the nearby hotel, and the fun guide made the entire day's trip enjoyable. We encountered beautiful butterflies, stunning flowers, and wonderful fish, making it a tour that left us 150% satisfied.

When I participated, there were many guests from overseas, but the explanations were only in Japanese. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything diligently, but they talked continuously from boarding to disembarking, which honestly gave me a headache. They have a wealth of knowledge and are truly wonderful, but since it was a long trip, I hope they can also consider the guests' well-being. On the way back, everyone was quite tired and dozing off on the bus, but the guide kept talking without stopping for even a minute, which honestly gave me a headache again. I think it created quite a noise since the overseas guests couldn't understand Japanese. The tour itself had no issues at all. Since we didn't rent a car, I participated with my elderly mother. The deciding factor for our booking was the shuttle service to our hotel. The itinerary felt a bit too packed, and I wish we could have spent more time at the Churaumi Aquarium. However, thanks to the consideration of our guide and driver for my mother, who uses a cane, we were able to keep up with the long tour until the end. We were also blessed with good weather, which allowed us to create wonderful memories.

I participated on a weekday in late February. There were very few people, allowing me to slowly enjoy the beautiful scenery inside the cave. The blue color of the cave was even more stunning than I had imagined, and I was very moved. The staff were also very kind, and after the tour, I received a CD-R with photos, which I felt was a great value for the price. The water was a bit cold at first, but you quickly get used to it, and since you're constantly moving, I think the cold is manageable. I definitely want to experience it again! 😊

2月下旬の平日に参加させてもらいました。とても人が少なく、洞窟内の美しい景色をゆっくり堪能することが出来ました。
洞窟内の青さは、想像以上に綺麗で、とても感動しました。
お店の方もとても親切で、ツアー後には写真が入ったCD-Rを頂き、安い上に充実した内容だなと感じました。
海に入った最初は少し寒いですが、すぐに慣れますし、体をずっと動かすので、寒さは大丈夫だと思います。
またぜひ体験しに行きたいです(^^)

Kouri Island offered unexpectedly beautiful scenery, and I was very satisfied. The aquarium was just as fun as I expected, but I wished I had a bit more time to enjoy my meal, as I didn't have enough time to relax. I would have liked to spend more time at the aquarium instead of cutting down my visit to the candy castle. The meal at "Angama" was too salty for my taste, which was disappointing. The seating was also not very comfortable. There are many folk music izakayas on Kokusai Street, so I wish I had looked for one while I was there.

The itinerary indicated that we would have two and a half hours at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, but when we entered, we only had just under two hours.

We were blessed with good weather, and the guide's stories were very enjoyable and informative, so in the end, I felt it was worth participating. I would recommend this for those who want to get a quick overview of various places in a short amount of time.

I was taken care of during the cold mid-January period. In conclusion, it was really great! I hope this review will be helpful for those planning to go in winter.

First of all, the store was very clean and stylish. There were hanger racks in the changing rooms, as well as makeup tables, hair dryers, lotions, and more... The facilities were well-equipped for women, making it very user-friendly! The guide who assisted us was also very friendly and kind. Since this tour is a private group, they take plenty of photos and provide explanations, making it a lot of fun.

We took a boat tour, so we arrived at the Blue Cave in about 5 to 10 minutes. I usually don't swim, so I was nervous about getting into the sea, but once I got in, thanks to the wetsuit, I wasn't cold, and my body floated, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind.

I won't go into detail about the snorkeling and the Blue Cave, but it was just so much fun! You will definitely be moved by the atmosphere and scenery that you can't experience in everyday life. Please be sure to experience it for yourself!

What I felt during this tour is that this tour in winter is a hidden gem! It's a bit cold, but there are fewer people, so you can have the Blue Cave all to yourself!

まず、店内がとても綺麗でお洒落☆更衣室にハンガーラックがあったり、
化粧台やドライヤー、化粧水乳液などなど…女性もすごく利用しやすいように設備が整ってました！
今回ガイドしてくれたお兄さんもとても気さくで優しい方でした♪
このツアーは1グループ貸切なので、写真もたくさんとってくれるし説明もしてくれるのでとても楽しめます。

私たちはボートで行くツアーだったので、5～10分程で青の洞窟に到着しました。
私は普段泳げないので海に入るのは緊張しましたが、入ってみるとウエットスーツをきているおかげで寒くないし、
体も浮いてくれるので、安心して楽しむことができました。

シュノーケルや青の洞窟の内容はあえて詳細には書きませんが、とにかく楽しかった！
日常では味わえない雰囲気や景色に感動すること間違いないです＾＾
ぜひご自身で味わってみてください☆

今回参加して感じたことは、冬の時期のこのツアーは超穴場！

The highlight of my 4-night, 5-day trip to Okinawa was the aquarium. I was unsure whether to drive there with a rental car, but since it was quite a distance from Naha, I decided to join this tour. The bus guide's Okinawan accent was charming, and she spoke earnestly, making the atmosphere on the bus pleasant. Thanks to her local insights, I didn't feel any motion sickness and had a great time. The weather was also nice, and I truly enjoyed my time in Okinawa. I would like to visit a different place next time, so I look forward to it again.

We participated as a family of four on December 30. It seems that the tour hadn't been held for two weeks due to bad weather, but that day the weather was nice, and we were able to experience it. There were some waves, but the instructor skillfully pulled us with a float, allowing us to be the first to enter the cave smoothly. It was a mystical and fantastical place that is hard to express, simply beautiful!! We were able to take photos as if we had the place to ourselves, and the blue water was stunning, with many fish coming close, making it a wonderful experience. I heard that renting a car is convenient for sightseeing in the northern part of Okinawa Island, but since it was my first time visiting Okinawa and I wasn't confident in driving, I joined this tour.
The weather was nice, and I was able to see the Kouri Bridge beautifully. I also had enough time to explore the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium thoroughly.
During the bus ride, the tour guide kept things lively, so I never felt bored.
I highly recommend this tour.
