Due to the weather, we changed our snorkeling plans to Osaki Beach in the afternoon, but it was a beautiful beach with lots of colorful fish, and we even saw a sea turtle!
I was nervous since it was my first time trying SUP, but I was able to enjoy it with everyone who participated.
During the drive from the meeting point to the location, the staff shared a lot of information about Ishigaki Island, which was really helpful for our trip!
I'm really glad I participated.

天候の関係で午後は大崎海岸でのシュノーケリングに変更になりましたが、とても素敵な海岸でキレイな魚が沢山いて、ウミガメにも会えました！

In the morning, I participated in a mangrove canoe tour, and in the afternoon, I joined a cart tour on Yufu Island. The canoeing was easier than I expected, and the scenery of the mangroves was very beautiful. Entering the mangrove forest by canoe felt extraordinary and had a mystical atmosphere. Throughout the canoeing, the guide was always smiling and provided various explanations, making it the best experience. They also sent me high-quality photos taken with a GoPro, which was great.

The water buffalo on the cart tour was just adorable. Although the ferry from Uehara Port was canceled, they kindly transported us to Ohara Port after the activity.

*Points of concern:*
For lunch, options for dining near Uehara Port were presented, and we were taken to our chosen place. However, we had to walk back to the meeting point at Uehara Port (if there was an afternoon activity). It was about a 5-minute walk, but it was inconvenient due to the rain. While the details on Veltra mentioned "transport to the lunch area," there was no mention of the return arrangement. I honestly did not expect to walk back, and I hadn't prepared rain gear. It would have been helpful if it had been clearly stated that "the return would be on foot."

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with a friendly atmosphere. Even considering the point mentioned above, I would rate it a perfect score. Thank you.

午前マングローブカヌー、午後は由布島の牛車ツアーに参加しました。
カヌーは思ったより漕ぎやすく、マングローブの風景はとても美しかったです。カヌーでマングローブ林に入っていくのは、非日常的で、神秘的な雰囲気でした。カヌー中も始終笑顔で色々と説明をしてくれて、最高の体験となりました。GoProで撮った写真も高画質で送ってくれて、良かったです。
牛車はとにかく水牛が可愛かったです。上原港のフェリーが欠航になったのですが、アクティビティ後に代わりの大原港まで送ってくれました。

※気になった点
お昼ご飯は、上原港近くの食事処の選択肢が提示され、希望したところに送ってくれました。ただ、（午後のアクティビティがある場合は）集合場所の上原港に徒歩で移動でした。徒歩5分ほどでしたが、雨天でしたので面倒でした。
確かに、veltraの詳細には"昼食エリアに送る"とは書いてあるもののお迎えについての記載はありませんでした。ただ、流石にこのパターン（帰りは徒歩）は想像しておらず、雨具の用意をしておりませんでした。"帰りは徒歩であること"を明記しておいてもらえると良かったです。

全体として和やかな雰囲気で、たいへん素敵な体験となりました。上記の1点を考慮しても満点です。ありがとうございます。

As expected of Kabira Bay, it was a bit cloudy, but the clarity of the water was amazing! We saw a remora riding on a sea turtle, various types of coral, and clownfish around sea anemones as we moved to different points. It was so much fun to watch, and while the glass-bottom boat was nice, it really made me want to go snorkeling. I didn't feel seasick at all in the calm sea! 😊

さすが川平湾、少し曇っていたのですがとにかく透明度がすごい！
ウミガメの上にコバンザメが乗っていたり、色々な種類のサンゴ、イソギンチャクの周りのカクレクマノミなど、ポイントに移動しながら見せてくれました。

The instructor is kind and explains everything in detail, so I think even beginners can participate with confidence. They also send photos on the same day, which I believe will help create wonderful memories. If you go to Ishigaki Island, I think visiting the Blue Cave and snorkeling is a must, even for those who dive. I highly recommend it.

Thank you for taking care of us during the two-day tour. The weather was bad, and it was difficult for us to move around on our own, so we really appreciated the help. While we were on the bus, you shared stories about the places we passed and sang Okinawan songs. I participated in a tour with my sixth-grade and fourth-grade children. We wanted to visit Kouri Island, which is difficult to access individually, and the tour included admission to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Nago Pineapple Park. The time allocation was appropriate. Although lunch was scheduled at the aquarium, we decided to eat in the car to avoid the crowds and maximize our playtime. In the end, that worked out perfectly. Just being on the bus and having someone take us around made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience.

個人では、行けない古宇利島に行きたくて、美ら海水族館、名護パイナップルパーク入場料まで付いて周遊。時間配分も適切なものでした。美ら水族館での昼食配分になっていましたが、混雑を心配、遊べる時間にしたい為、昼食は、車中で自弁にしました。結果、ちょうど良かったです。バスに乗っているだけで、連れて行ってくれるので、安心して楽しめました。

Our guide, Shoma, was very helpful. I was late for the meeting time due to the bus schedule, but since there were no other customers, both Shoma and the staff at the store were very accommodating and didn't show any displeasure, which I really appreciated.

They helped me sit in the shade to change my shoes and kindly offered hair ties and towels. Each thoughtful gesture was a great help. The explanations on how to snorkel, as well as information about the fish and locations, were always polite and easy to understand.

The weather was nice, and I was able to see many fish in the beautiful sea, which was very soothing. The photos taken with the GoPro were of high quality and very beautiful. I couldn't attach the photos due to size limitations, so I attached a picture of the view from the hill, starting from a spot with many people in it.

It seems that the color of the Blue Cave changes depending on the time of day, so I would like to visit in the morning next time. I would definitely like to use this service again. Thank you very much!

しょうまさんというガイドさんが案内してくださいました。
バスの関係で集合時刻に遅れてしまったのですが、他のお客様がいらっしゃらなかったこともあり、しょうまさんもお店のスタッフの方も、嫌な顔ひとつせず快く対応してくださりありがたかったです。
日陰に腰掛けて靴を履き替えるようにしてくださったり、ヘアゴムやタオルも声をかけて貸してくださったり、一つ一つのお気遣いがとても助かりました。
シュノーケリングのやり方の説明やお魚や場所の説明なども、終始丁寧で分かりやすかったです。
天気が良くて、綺麗な海でたくさんのお魚を見て、とても癒されました。
撮っていただいた写真はGoProのもので、画質が良くとても綺麗でした。
写真の容量的に添付できなかったので、丘の上からの景色を添付しました。人がたくさん写っているところからスタートでした。
時間帯によって青の洞窟の色の変化があるみたいなので、次は午前中にも行ってみたいなと思いました。
また利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました。

This was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and since I only had half a day on both the first and third days of my 2-night, 3-day trip, I wanted to visit recommended spots on the full day in between, so I joined this sightseeing tour.

I was considering renting a car, but I think it was much more efficient to visit the great places in Ishigaki Island evenly and at a very reasonable price. The charming guide on the bus shared fun stories, and I learned a lot about Ishigaki Island, making the journey truly enjoyable. On the glass-bottom boat, I was able to see turtles and clownfish.

Although I was traveling alone, I shared the bus with other solo travelers, and we had great conversations. The lunch portion was just right, and I was satisfied with being able to try various delicious dishes from Ishigaki Island in small bowls. Riding the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island was also fun.

初めての石垣島、2泊3日で初日と3日目はともに半日しか時間がなかったので中日丸一日でおすすめスポットを回りたくてこちらの観光ツアーに参加しました。
レンタカーを借りようか迷っていたのですが、効率よく、石垣島の良い場所を満遍なく行け、すごくお得に周れたと思います。
バスのチャーミングなガイドさんの楽しいお話も石垣島の事がたくさん知れて道中本当に楽しかったです。グラスボードでは亀もカクレクマノミも見られました。
ひとり旅でしたが、バスも他にひとり旅で来られておられる方と相席で話も弾み、お昼ご飯も量もちょうどよく、石垣島の美味しいものが小鉢で色々食べられてこちらも満足。
竹富島も水牛車も乗れて楽しかったです。
ツアーなので、離島への船のチケットもついていたし(個人で買うとチケットは並んで買わなければなので)、グラスボートも割引価格で、色々込み(グラスボートは希望者のみの別料金)でこの価格はとてもお得でした。ありがとうございました！
次回また違うツアーに参加したいと思います。

I used this service on the last day of my stay in Ishigaki Island. It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but they provided a lecture on land, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I traveled alone as a woman. I could have rented a car from Naha to the Churaumi Aquarium, but since it was my first time in Okinawa and I wasn't familiar with the roads, I decided to join a tour. In the end, I’m really glad I did! My destination was just the Churaumi Aquarium, but I was able to see other sights as well, which was very helpful. I participated in the mangrove (kayak) and water buffalo cart experience on Yubu Island. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time kayaking, but just paddling felt great and was the best. In the mangroves, I was able to experience the real thing while listening to various explanations, which was very moving. I also got to take many great photos, making for wonderful memories.

On Yubu Island, I was able to touch the strength, intelligence, and size of the water buffalo, and I learned about how they are cared for and their way of life, which was a fantastic experience. The gelato I had at a shop on the island was incredibly delicious.

Not only was the content great, but they also took time for changing clothes and showering, and the tour was perfectly paced for the participants' time and energy, leaving me very satisfied. I was worried I would be late for my reservation time, but when I called, they kindly assured me that it would be fine to arrive at my own time.

The parking was free, and it was conveniently located just a short distance from Kabira Bay.

We were blessed with good weather, and our guide was a veteran with a wonderful voice who shared many interesting stories, allowing us to have an efficient and fulfilling sightseeing experience. I unfortunately forgot their name, but I am truly grateful.

Among the many tours departing from Naha, it was great that there were several pickup locations. However, in the morning, I had to take a taxi from my accommodation to the nearest hotel for just under 3,000 yen, which was unfortunate. On the way back, thanks to the thoughtfulness of the guide and the driver, they asked for our accommodation and dropped us off nearby, which was a great help since I was traveling with my elderly mother.

I highly recommend this tour for those who do not have a rental car. Thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with the Veltra reservation as it was very smooth and affordable. The check-in on-site was also very smooth.

As for the glass boat, it gradually became foggy, possibly due to everyone's excitement, which was quite disappointing. I wish they could have wiped the fog during the ride or applied more anti-fog solution. Alternatively, I think it would be better to replace the glass itself. Since the main attraction is viewing the underwater world through the glass, I hope they can improve the maintenance in this area.

Veltraの予約はとてもスムーズでしかもお安く出来たので満足。現地での受付もとてもスムーズでした。

グラスボートですが、皆の熱気のせいなのか段々と曇って来てしまいとても残念。走行中でも曇りを拭けるとか曇り止めをもっと塗っておくとかして欲しかった。もしくはグラスそのものを新調した方が良いと思います。
グラス越しに海の世界を見るのがメインなのでここのメンテナンスはもっとしっかりやって欲しい物です。

The captain and all the staff were really kind. We saw cute and beautiful fish and jellyfish in the sea. During snorkeling, they took us to a cave-like area, and it was a lot of fun. My middle school son got seasick, but we were able to dive, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

船長、スタッフ皆さん本当に優しい。
海では可愛くて綺麗な魚やクラゲが見られました。シュノーケリングでは、洞窟のようなところにも連れて行ってくれて、とても楽しかったです。中学生の息子が船酔いしてしまったけれど、ダイビングも出来て素晴らしい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

I participated with a female friend. Since it was just around the graduation travel season, the bus was full, and there were many university students. Because it was a bus tour, there were strict time limits, and we didn't have enough time at Pineapple Park, so we just passed by, and we could only visit the aquarium in the large seaside park. I wish we could have seen a bit more, so I think it would be good to research in advance what areas you want to visit. To maximize sightseeing time, I recommend having meals on the bus since eating and drinking are allowed.

Additionally, the bus guide provided explanations about Okinawa's history and the places we were going to visit during the long journey, which kept us entertained. It was also a nice point that the hotel we stayed at was one of the bus stops. Overall, it was a very enjoyable bus tour! The only disappointing part was that it rained, so I would like to participate again next time when the weather is clear!

ちょうど卒業旅行シーズンだったこともあり、満席で大学生くらいの人が多かったです。
バスツアーなので時間の制限が厳しい面もあり、パイナップルパークでは時間が足りず、素通りしてしまったり広い海浜公園の中でも水族館しか行けなかったりともう少し見たかったな、というところもあったのでどの辺りをみたいか、事前にリサーチしておくといいと思います。最大限観光に時間を使うためにもバスの中で飲食可能なため、食事をバスの中で取ることをお勧めします。
また、長い道中もバスガイドさんが沖縄の歴史やこれから行く場所の説明もしてくださり、退屈することなく過ごすことができました。自分たちが泊まったホテルが停留所の一つだったことも嬉しいポイントでした。
全体的にとても楽しいバスツアーでした！雨だったことが唯一の残念なところだったので次は晴れている時にまた参加したいと思います！

The canoeing on the Miyara River honestly had a bit of a smell that initially put me off, but as I continued paddling, I was able to forget about it and enjoy myself.

There was a little over two hours between the morning canoeing and the afternoon snorkeling, so I thought I should have planned to return to the hotel for a bit. Those not on the hotel shuttle had to wait on Ishigaki Island. Two hours can't be filled just with lunch, so I ended up going back to the hotel to take a shower, wash my swimsuit, and change before heading back to the port.

The blue cave for snorkeling was not at all like the Blue Grotto in Naples, which I had imagined, so I was a bit disappointed. The snorkeling itself lasted about 30 minutes, but I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea. Overall, the staff were kind and it was a good experience.

カヌーをした宮良川は正直臭いがあって最初はひいてしまいましたが、カヌーで進んでいくうちに忘れて楽しむことができました。
午前のカヌーと午後のシュノーケリングの間が2時間強開いたのでホテルに一旦戻る予定にしておけばよかったと思いました。ホテル送迎じゃない組は石垣島で待機になります。2時間はランチじゃ潰せないので、結局ホテルに一度戻ってシャワーを浴びて、水着も洗濯して着替えて再度港へ向かいました。
シュノーケリングの青の洞窟は全然青の洞窟じゃないです。ナポリの青の洞窟を連想してたので、拍子抜けでした。シュノーケリング自体は30分程でしたがきれいな海の中を堪能できました。
総じてスタッフさんも親切でよかったです。
