We were provided with rubber boots and after moving by car, we entered the jungle! Depending on the season and timing, the guide found a coconut crab for us. It was much larger and more impressive in person than in photos, and I was really glad to see it!

The stars were bright that night, close to a full moon, but we were able to see the stars by the seaside, and the guide explained the constellations, which made me very satisfied! I heard that you can also see the Milky Way in the summer, so I would like to come back in other seasons as well.

星は、当日満月に近くて夜でも明るかったのですが、海辺で星を見れて、またガイドさんが星座の説明をしてくれて、大満足でした！
夏では天の川も観れると聞いたので、また他の季節にも来てみたいです。

It was a more enjoyable tour than I expected. I was worried the day before due to strong winds, but on the day of the tour, the wind calmed down and the sun came out, making it the perfect day for kayaking. My two friends and I are seniors, but thanks to the wonderful instructors, we were able to paddle smoothly from the inner sea to the outer sea. Through the transparent bottom of the kayak, we encountered cute clownfish and colorful fish. We also had many photos and videos taken, including drone footage, and in the end, they even created an edited video with music for us. It was a truly amazing and fulfilling tour that I want to recommend to everyone. I will definitely go back to experience it again.

前日ものすごい強風で心配でしたが、当日は風もおさまり晴れ間も出て最高のカヤック日和でした。
友達２人のシニア層でしたが、素晴らしいインストラクターの方々のご指導のおかげで、内海、外海までスイスイ漕いで行くことができました。透明な船底からは、かわいいニモやカラフルなお魚たちにも遭遇できました。そして、たくさんの写真や動画、ドローンからの撮影もして頂き、最後には音楽付きの編集ビデオまで作成してもらって至れり尽くせりの感謝感激ツアーでした。

I was surprised that payment was confirmed on the reservation date, almost as if it was prepaid by card. However, the experience itself was very good.

It was 15,000 yen per person, but I had an experience that was worth more than the amount. Miyako Island only had the sea to enjoy.

In the morning, I couldn't encounter any sea turtles, but the sea was beautiful, and I was able to see clownfish. The instructor was kind, and they recommended a delicious place for lunch.

In the afternoon, we were caught in a bit of rain, but the canoeing and the limestone cave were definitely worth it. The only downside was that I was told I might lose my glasses, so I took them off and couldn't see very well.

Next time, I think I'll bring disposable contact lenses to enjoy it even more.

On the day, it was 20°C, which was 5°C lower than the previous day. They provide wetsuits, but I was glad I brought something to wear underneath. It was a bit cold in just the wetsuit.

We talked as a family about going to Miyako Island again. Thank you to the instructor!

午後からは少し雨に降られましたが、カヌーと鍾乳洞は行く価値ありでした。ただ残念なのはメガネは失くすかもしれないと言われ外したのであまり見えなかった。

次回は使い捨てのコンタクトを持って行くようにすればもっと楽しめると思う。

当日は20℃と前日より5℃低めであった。ウェットスーツは貸してくれるが中に着るものを用意しておいて良かった。ウェットスーツだけでは少し寒かった。

また宮古島へ行こうね。と家族で話し合いました。

The tour started with all participants and the guide using flashlights to search for coconut crabs along the path from the road into the forest and down to the coast. I would definitely recommend this tour when traveling to Miyako Island. I participated in a canoe trip with my girlfriend. It seems that during winter, most ferries to Uehara Port are canceled, so we took the ferry to Ohara instead. We almost missed it because we woke up late.

From Ohara Port, there was a replacement bus to Uehara Port, where we met up with our guide.

The canoeing started quickly after a brief explanation. It was quite charming and enjoyable. The stand-up paddleboarding seemed challenging for the women when they came out of the river against the headwind.

It seems that many shops are often closed for lunch, so everyone was eating at one place. We made do with the bread we had bought.

The ox cart ride was only about 400 meters to the island, so it felt a bit short, but I felt lucky to hear the driver play the sanshin while singing.

The journey was not boring thanks to the guide's explanations! We were taken back to Ohara Port and were able to return on the 5 PM ferry. I had a great vacation! Thank you!

帰りは大原港まで送っていただき17時の便で帰ることができました。良いバカンスを楽しめました！ありがとうございました。

I was worried that the event might be canceled due to rain and strong winds for the two days leading up to it, but I received reassuring communication that they would choose a location not affected by the wind, so it would be held as planned.

On the day itself, I thought it was a shame that it was cloudy, but the event was held in a location with very little wind, so I was able to relax and enjoy it.

I believe the clear kayak experience is meaningful because of the beautiful sea of Miyako Island. I was able to see a lot of coral and the fish living among them through the clear bottom of the kayak. If you go to Miyako Island, it might feel a bit pricey, but I definitely recommend the clear kayak! Not only did we have photo services, but we also received a well-edited video from drone footage, which greatly increased my satisfaction! I will definitely go again!

I had already given up on seeing the starry sky due to the cloudy weather, so I was hoping to at least see one crab, but it seems we couldn't overcome the conditions. However, I appreciate the guide's efforts in searching diligently in various places, so it can't be helped. I am grateful.

Since I had planned my trip around this tour, I was happy to hear that I could join the afternoon session, so I quickly confirmed my participation!

I wore a wetsuit for the experience, and although it was a bit cold at the beginning and the end, I personally felt that the cold was not an issue for most of the time. Additionally, the tour was very satisfying as the guide provided thorough instructions.

予約当日はあいにくの天気で、当初予約していた午前の部は取りやめに。このツアーをメインに旅行を計画していたこともあり、午後の部で参加可能とのことでしたので、二つ返事で参加！と回答しました。

The kayaking was also fun as it was my first time in the mangroves. One request I have is that since it was a joint tour with SUP and kayaking, I understand there are reservation considerations, but I thought it would be smoother if it could be organized for kayaking only. In the morning, I tried stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. As I started, the weather cleared up, and I was able to see a rainbow over the mountains. The sea was calm, making it the perfect location for a beginner like me. I could lie on the board and gaze at the mountains, which helped me forget my busy daily life. I was especially impressed that I could enjoy the scenery from the same eye level as the water.

In the afternoon, I experienced diving. I was surprised at how warm the sea was for February. I was thrilled to see clownfish and tropical fish up close, and I was even lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle.

When I entered the sea, it was cold enough to feel a chill, but I was having so much fun that I forgot about the cold! I wore my swimsuit underneath. The guide was very helpful in explaining how to wear the mask properly. They also applied anti-fog, so I could see clearly underwater without any fogging! I was thrilled to see the long-awaited sea turtles and clownfish up close right after joining the tour. I was able to bring my phone, and they took photos for us and sent the data, which was very helpful. We kayaked to the Pumpkin Cave, and there were various explanations, making it very satisfying. After the tour, they provided hot water, which was a nice service to warm up my body.

2月の後半に参加しました。ウェットスーツ、靴、フィン、ライフジャケット、シュノーケルマスクなどを貸してもらえます。海に入ったときはヒヤッと感じるくらいの冷たさでしたが、楽しさのあまり寒さを忘れるくらいでした！水着は中に着用して行きました。ガイドさんがマスクの付け方のコツとかを詳しく教えていただきとても助かりました。曇り止めもしてくれたので視界も曇らず鮮明に海の中を見ることが出来ました！参加してすぐに待望のウミガメやクマノミに会えて間近で見ることができ嬉しかったです。ケータイは持ち込めましたが写真も撮っていただき、データも送って頂けたのでとても助かりました。パンプキン鍾乳洞はカヤックで向かい、色々な説明などもあり大満足の内容でした。ツアー後はお湯を用意していただき身体も温めることができ嬉しいサービスでした。

On the day of the tour, it was a bit rainy, but our guide found two coconut crabs, allowing us to see them up close, which was a long-held wish of mine! We also got to see various creatures like geckos, crabs, and plants that can't be found on the main island, making it a tour I would especially recommend for nature and adventure lovers! The guide's explanations were also very interesting.

Depending on the weather, I think it's advisable to wear clothes that repel water or are okay to get dirty, as the leaves of the plants can brush against your body when entering the mountains. I want to try the stargazing tour next time! Thank you for the valuable experience!

当日は小雨が降る少し悪天候の中でしたが、ガイドさんがヤシガニを2匹も見つけてくださり念願のヤシガニを近くで見ることができました！
その他にもヤモリやカニ、本島では見られない植物などさまざまな生き物を見ることができ、自然や冒険が好きな方に特にオススメできるツアーだと思いました！
ガイドさんの解説もとても面白かったです。

天候にもよるとは思いますが、山に入る際植物の葉っぱなどが体に当たるため、水を弾くものや汚れても大丈夫な服装をオススメします。
次回は星空ツアーにリベンジしたいです！

This time, due to the rain during the day, the clouds were thick and the weather was bad, so we couldn't enjoy stargazing, but the jungle tour was amazing!
Navigating through the dark, cutting through unmarked paths with a flashlight felt like something out of Indiana Jones!
Additionally, our enthusiastic and fun guide found various creatures one after another, and their clear explanations were excellent. We even got to see the coconut crab that I had really wanted to see, along with firefly larvae and local snakes, which were great!
When we shone the light, we saw walls formed by raised coral and even stalactites, which were unexpected delights that made my friends and me very happy.
Next time, I want to choose a time when we can also enjoy stargazing.

今回は昼間雨が降ったこともありかなり雲が厚く天候が悪かったため星空鑑賞ができなかったのですが、ジャングルツアーが最高でした‼︎
真っ暗闇の中、道無き道をかき分けながら懐中電灯で進んでいくのはインディジョーンズ並み‼︎
また、サービス精神旺盛な楽しいガイドさんが、いろいろな生き物を次々と見つけてくれ、分かりやすい説明が絶妙でした。ぜひ見たいと思っていたヤシガニも見ることができましたし、蛍の幼虫、地元のヘビもいい感じ‼︎光を当てると珊瑚が隆起してできた壁があったり、鍾乳石も見ることができたりと、思ってもない収穫に友人と一緒に大喜びでした。
次回は、星空鑑賞もできる時期を選んで参加したいです。
