Our guide, Naoki Jimuna, was fantastic, sharing a wealth of information about flowers, nature, butterflies, and the mystical stories of Okinawa, keeping all participants engaged throughout the tour. He truly is a professional at being attentive!

During snorkeling, while many others reported not seeing sea turtles, we were fortunate to encounter one thanks to Naoki's experience and instincts! I was also impressed by his teamwork with his colleagues, as they worked together to ensure that other teams could also experience the wonders of Miyako Island.

In addition to the tour, we received plenty of information about local gourmet spots and stargazing locations, which expanded our travel enjoyment, and our family was very satisfied. It turned out to be a revitalizing trip. I definitely want to join another tour with this team next time!

海のコンディションは台風前で大変だったと思いますが、安全面もきちんと配慮してもらい、しっかり楽しめました。担当してくれたナオキジムナー（なおきさん）は、花や自然、蝶々や沖縄の神秘的な話まで盛りだくさんで、参加者を飽きさせないツアーの盛り上げ役。まさに気配りのプロ！

シュノーケリングでは、他ではウミガメが見られなかったという話が多い中、なおきさんの経験と勘を頼りに、見事遭遇！しかも同僚の方と連携して、他のチームにも宮古島の素晴らしさを体感してもらおうという姿勢に感動しました。

ツアー以外にも、地元のグルメや星空スポットなど、旅の楽しみが広がる情報をたくさんいただき、家族みんな大満足。元気をもらえる旅行になりました。

Having participated in another tour in the past and being part of multiple groups this time, I could clearly see the differences in the explanations and handling by other guides. Unfortunately, our female guide's knowledge and explanation skills were not at a level suitable for the job. While it's natural that we might not see stars or creatures, the guide's explanations should meet a certain standard. It felt like we were just walking through the bushes with a student, merely expressing reactions like "This is amazing!" or "That's gross!"

Additionally, regarding logistics, we received no communication about the pickup location until late the night before, and the amount of information required for the consent form was excessive. It would have been better if this had been sent in advance. Since I had to input the information for each family member on my smartphone, it took over 10 minutes just for four people, which is no joke.

There are other similar tours available, so it might be better to consider those.

The snorkeling was with a kind guide, and the canoeing was with a bright veteran guide whose name I missed. They explained everything carefully and took many photos for us.
