The weather was nice on the day of the experience, and we were able to enjoy canoeing thoroughly. The river's flow was gentle, so it wasn't too tiring. The guide's explanations were enjoyable, and we were able to see species like the goby and the fiddler crab.

My first ocean experience in Miyako Island.
The guide was a man named Naoki. Our team of eight headed to the Pumpkin Cave by canoe.
We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed beautiful scenery while canoeing, so I didn't feel too tired! Naoki took a lot of photos for us.
Since the Pumpkin Cave is a sacred place, we couldn't bring anything inside, so I left my valuables in the car and handed the keys to the guide.
Inside the cave, he provided explanations at various spots, and I learned a lot. At the end, there was a jump from the top of the pumpkin, but for those who were scared, there was an option to jump from a lower spot. Even small children were jumping in successfully, and we all applauded. 👏
In the end, the men helped carry the canoe. It was a half-day tour, but it was a lot of fun! I don't have much stamina, so it felt like a good kind of fatigue as the tour came to an end.

宮古島での初めての海体験。
ガイドは、なおきさんという男性の方でした。私たちは8名のチームでパンプキン鍾乳洞へカヌーで向かいました。
天気に恵まれてとってもいい景色を見ながらカヌーに乗れたのであまり疲れを感じませんでした！なおきさんが写真をたくさん撮影してくれました。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は神聖な場所のため
何も持ち込めないので、貴重品も車内に置いてガイドさんに鍵を預けました。
鍾乳洞の中でもいろんな場所で、解説をしてくれてたくさんの学びを得ました。
最後はパンプキンの上から飛び込みがありますが怖い方は、低いとこから飛び込む事もできました。小さな子供も飛び込みしてて成功してみんなで拍手👏
最後は男性陣がカヌーを運ぶのをお手伝いしてました。
半日でしたがとても楽しかったです！
体力がないので良い疲労感ともにツアー終了という感じでした。

It was amazing to spend a peaceful time swaying in a water buffalo cart on Yufu Island, and then experience a completely different atmosphere by paddling through the mangrove forest on a SUP. As I glided between the trees, the sounds of birds and the gentle flow of water echoed around me, and I felt my heart tremble with the sensation of becoming one with nature. It's truly a luxury to enjoy both leisurely sightseeing and exciting activities!

Our guide, Rintaro, was friendly, and we were able to explore inside the pumpkin with the other group members in a fun and lively way. The pumpkin was larger than I expected, and the inside of the cave was mystical. I'm glad I participated in this experience.

I received a call the day before regarding the meeting time, and the service was very attentive from the pick-up to the tour on the day itself. The tour guide was warm and made it enjoyable to search for living creatures together. They also shared a lot of interesting facts. Iriomote Island is amazing! I was able to encounter many unique species that can only be found on Iriomote Island. During the participation, I felt that the walking pace was a bit fast, perhaps because I was so engrossed in the creatures and plants. It became such a wonderful memory that time flew by. I wished I had more time. I would love to participate again!

My first experience with the clear kayak was filled with excitement. The weather was great, the sea was calm, and it was a wonderful experience. The instructor kept a close watch and even took photos for us. I was able to kayak to areas that I would have found a bit scary to go to on my own. It was a valuable experience thanks to the instructor's focus on safety. Right after the approximately one-hour kayaking experience, they created a digest video combining photos and drone footage and shared it with us immediately, which surprised and moved me at the same time.
In the clear kayak, you can see corals and colorful tropical fish clearly beneath the bottom of the boat.

In the morning, I went kayaking to the Pumpkin Cave, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling to see sea turtles! The guide smoothly instructed us on how to paddle the kayak, walk through the cave, and the best spots to enjoy while snorkeling, which made it a lot of fun. The energetic guy from Osaka who guided us also recommended a great place for lunch and took plenty of photos, creating wonderful memories with my friends.

There were some places where it felt like I could get injured if I lost my balance, but the guide provided excellent support, allowing me to enjoy myself with peace of mind. I thought I might get tired with the morning and afternoon plans, but it wasn't a problem since we had long breaks.

The weather was nice, and the 30-minute boat ride to the island was wonderful with a refreshing breeze. There was a proper beginner's explanation for snorkeling.
At the phantom island, we were repeatedly told, "Please wash your feet and take off your sandals so we don't get sand in the boat!" The photo service was only available twice, once during the boat ride and once at the phantom island. There were no interesting anecdotes or lively discussions; it was quite subdued and straightforward. But perhaps that's not such a bad thing.
天気も良く、ボートで島に向かう(30分くらい)のは、風が気持ちよく最高でしたわ。シュノーケルの初心者説明もちきんとありました。

I went on a canoe tour this time. It was my first time in a canoe, and since we were riding together, I was a bit anxious about whether we could manage it, but our guide, Uk-kun, taught us patiently, and we got used to it quickly!
Spending time surrounded by nature while looking at the mangroves was very pleasant. The course we paddled through was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the canoeing itself!
Next time I come to Iriomote Island, I want to go canoeing again, but there are so many interesting tours for SUP and trekking that it's a tough decision!
However, if I can request a guide, I would like to ask for Uk-kun!
今回カヌーツアーに行ってきました
カヌーは初めてで2人で乗るので、乗れるか不安でしたがガイドさんのうっくんに丁寧に教えてもらうとすぐに慣れました！
マングローブを見ながら自然に触れて過ごした時間はとても気持ちよかったです。
カヌーで通ったコースも快適でカヌー自体もすごく楽しめました！
次また西表島来るか時はカヌーしたいなと思いますがSUPやトレッキングも気になるツアーがたくさんで悩ましいです！
でもガイドさんは指名できるならうっくんにお願いしたいです！
It's totally fine for beginners. There were families with children, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it! Also, since it's hot, it's a good idea to bring plenty of water.
初心者でも全然大丈夫です。お子様連れのご家族の方もいらっしゃいましたしどの年代の方でも楽しめると思います！
また暑いので水分はちゃんと持って行ったほうがいいです。

Before making the reservation, I called to ask for details, and they were very polite and kind, so I decided to book. However, on that day, there were quite a few clouds and not much sunshine... When I arrived at the location, I was a bit anxious, but there were participants from various countries, including Germany and China, which felt very international 😳. Still, the explanations were kind and thorough! When we finally started paddling, it was easier than I expected! It was fun! I was worried about getting seasick, but I was fine 😄. I even took photos with my phone and enjoyed the sunset as it came out from behind the clouds and sank down ✨. I think it was a fun tour thanks to our instructor, Mr. Kinoshita, who went around to each of the five kayaks, checking in with everyone.
