The guide spoke at length (in Japanese) during the entire tour and got a sense we were missing out on quite of bit of information and trivia. That was unfortunate. For instance we didn’t understand why Manzamo, a beautiful example of nature, was significant.

The pineapple tour was a bust. Didn’t get anything out of that.

The aquarium was awesome. But it’s a full day activity instead a couple of hours.

Overall, the tour was rushed with strict time guidelines. But that’s to be expected as there were lots of stops which included souvenir shopping.

Throughout the trip, the attitude of the tour guide was poor. I have used bus tours in other areas, but this was the first time I encountered such a tour guide. In the midst of that, the driver's smile was a relief. He was a very pleasant person.

And there was one more disappointing thing. I couldn't hear the guide's instructions on the ASMUI app at all. It seemed there was a bad signal. If that's the case, there's no point in downloading the app.

For tourists who do not rent a car, it was a tour with rich content, so it's very disappointing. I strongly believe improvements should be made.

バスツアーは他方面でも利用するが
このような添乗員は初めてでした。
そんな中で運転手さんの笑顔には

そして残念な事がもう一点。

レンタカーしない観光客にとっては
内容の充実したツアーなのに、
とても残念です。
改善された方が良いと強く思います。

I'm glad I was able to summarize the northern part of Okinawa. Instead of going to the Churaumi Aquarium, I used that time to visit the Funugi Namiki. I had to wait in line at the popular Funugi shop, but it was delicious and offered great value. For dinner, they seated me right away as soon as I mentioned my name. I enjoyed a full day of activities.

沖縄北部をまとめていけて良かったです。美ら海水族館は、行かずにその時間を利用してフヌギ並木に行きました。人気のフヌギ屋は並びましたが、コスパ良く美味しかったです。夜のディナーは、名前を伝えたらすぐに席に通してくれました。丸一日コース楽しめました。

It was just before the end of the rainy season in mid-June, but the weather was cloudy with occasional rain, which might have been a bit refreshing in a way. My family of three, including my 1 year and 9-month-old daughter, had a wonderful time together. The activities were enjoyable for both kids and adults, which was great!

6月半ばの梅雨明け前でしたが天気は曇り時々雨という中、ある意味少しは涼しく良かったかもしれません。
1歳9ヶ月の娘と一緒に家族3人楽しい時間を過ごしました。
子供も大人も楽しめる内容でとても良かったです！

The mangroves were a bit disappointing as they coincided with high tide, but I enjoyed the original scenery of the Okinawan islands with the water buffalo and the streets of Taketomi Island. Also, renting a bicycle is a must on Taketomi Island.

マングローブは満潮と重なったのでイマイチでしたが、水牛や竹富島の街並みでは沖縄離島の原風景が楽しめました。また竹富島ではレンタルサイクル必須です。

I'm really glad I was able to experience crossing to Yufu Island by water buffalo before the super typhoon arrived. It felt like seeing Japan's original scenery, and the person guiding the water buffalo played the sanshin, creating a relaxed atmosphere that truly moved me. Even though it was a tour of three islands, we were able to get around efficiently. I'm happy I could fully enjoy it. The Sakishima Islands are the best!

スーパー台風が来る前に、経験してみたかった水牛で由布島へ渡ることができてとても良かったです。日本の原風景を見た感じで、水牛を操る方が三線を弾きながらゆったりとした時間を演出されて、本当に感動しました。3島巡りといってもツアーなので効率よく周ることができました。満喫できてよかった。先島諸島最高ー！

Despite the heat where the cows were being a bit stubborn, it seemed that the cows' pace matched the island's flow of time, allowing us to relax and enjoy the pleasant breeze. The guide's sanshin music and singing, along with the storytelling pace, created a wonderfully soothing atmosphere. Thank you, cows and guide, for your efforts in the heat!

牛さんが駄々をこねる暑さのなかでしたが、牛さんのペースと島の時間の流れが合っているようでのんびり、ゆったりした中で心地よい風に吹かれました。ガイドさんの三線と歌も、また語りのペースも嫌みのないのんびり感でとても癒されました。牛さん、ガイドさん暑い中ありがとうございました。

The weather was nice, and the water buffalo was very clever, so it was fun to hear various stories. I didn't have much time on Yubu Island, and while I was having lunch, I couldn't explore everything at a leisurely pace, so I wish I had a bit more time.

I have visited Okinawa many times, but I had never been to the Churaumi Aquarium, so I was really looking forward to it this time. I also wanted to visit Kouri Island and Manzamo again after a long time, so it was helpful to be able to tour efficiently. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but it was easy since we were on a bus. The hotel provided shuttle service, so I had plenty of time, which was nice.

沖縄は何度も訪れているのに　美ら海水族館はまだなかったので　今回とても楽しみにしていました。古宇利島と万座毛も久しぶりに行ってみたかったので　効率的に周れるのは助かります。あいにくのお天気でしたが　そういう時でもバスなので楽々。　宿泊ホテルの送迎だったので　時間もゆとりがあって良かったです。

The front wheel tire is hitting the fender and making a rubbing sound. The front wheel is unbalanced, making it difficult to steer properly. I think it probably got dented from hitting something.

I really appreciated that we could go to the Churaumi Aquarium on a one-day bus tour without needing a rental car!

The guide had a wealth of knowledge, and it was enjoyable to listen to them.

1日のバスツアーで、レンタカー無しで美ら海水族館までいけるのがとても良かったです！

ガイドさんの知識が豊富で、聞いていて楽しかったです。

Since I needed a cane, I opted for a bus tour plan on Taketomi Island. The guide's service was outstanding. They helped us search for star sand, took photos for us, allowed us to visit a home with a shisa holding a fish, and shared stories about childhood life on Taketomi Island, which made me fall in love with the place. Next time, I plan to spend more time leisurely on Taketomi Island.

The guide on Iriomote Island also shared interesting stories during the bus ride, and the mangrove tour guide provided clear explanations, which helped me learn a lot. When crossing between Iriomote Island and Yufu Island on the water buffalo cart, the guide talked about the buffalo's personality and played the sanshin, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The sanshin song "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" resonated with me as we returned to Iriomote Island.

The lunch we had on Yufu Island, "karasoba," was very delicious, and I bought some sauce and Yaeyama soba to take home. It was a wonderful tour.

杖が必要な私でしたので、竹富島ではバス観光プランにしました。
とてもガイドさんの応対が素晴らしかったです。
星の砂を探してくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたり、魚をくわえたシーサーのご自宅を見学させてくださったり、竹富島の子供の頃の生活などの話を聞かせてくださったりと、竹富島が大好きになりました。
次回は竹富島をゆっくりと過ごしに行きます。
西表島のガイドさんもバス移動の時に面白い話をしてくれたり、マングローブ遊覧のガイドさんもわかりやすい説明で色々な事が知れて良かったです。
水牛車で西表島⇔由布島で渡るときも水牛さんの性格などの話や三線を弾いてくださり心地よくゆったりできました。西表島へ戻る時の三線の曲が「きらきら星」が心に響きました。
由布島でいただいた昼食の「からそば」がとても美味しくて、からそばのタレと八重山そばを購入しました。
素晴らしいツアーでした。

I participated in this tour before COVID, and it had been 6 or 7 years since my last participation. I also went in February during the cold season last time, and this time I joined during the cold year-end and New Year period. We took a water buffalo cart from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island, but there was a strong north wind blowing, and it was very cold. I realized that even when going to places like Ishigaki Island, a down jacket is necessary.

The tour itself was a lot of fun. During the Nakama River cruise, I felt like there were more explanations about the mangroves in the past. Also, last time we were able to touch a large clam on the cruise ship, but that wasn't the case this time.

Although it wasn't available last time, this time we were able to touch the water buffalo on Yufu Island and take commemorative photos. The kids were thrilled.

コロナ前にこのツアーに参加して、6、7年ぶりの参加でした。前回も2月の寒い時期に行きましたが、今回も年末年始の寒い時期に参加しました。西表島から由布島まで水牛車に乗って渡りましたが、強烈な北風が吹いており、とても寒かったです。たとえ石垣島などに行くにしてもダウンジャケットが必要なことを痛感しました。
ツアー自体はとても楽しかったです。仲間川クルーズでは、過去の方がマングローブに関する説明が多かったような気がします。また、前回はクルーズ船の中で大きなシジミを回して触ることができましたが、今回はありませんでした。
前回はなかったことですが、今回は由布島で水牛に触って記念撮影することができました。子供が大喜びしていました。

The water buffalo, moving at its own pace, was so cute. I traveled through the streets that still retain their old-fashioned charm while listening to traditional songs played on the sanshin, and it was very soothing. It was hot, and I couldn't move quickly, so I would have been happier if the free time had been a bit longer to relax.

マイペース運行な水牛さんが可愛くて、
三線の民謡を聴きながら昔ながらの様相が残る街並みを水牛車で旅して癒されました。
暑くてテキパキとは動けなかったので、自由行動の時間がもう少し長くのんびりできたら嬉しかったです。

The tour guide was incredibly kind and very attentive. I would recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy sightseeing in Okinawa, especially families with children! ☺️💖

I felt that the time spent at Nago Pineapple Park was a bit insufficient. It might not be recommended for those who want to take their time, especially if you want to ride the bus at Nago Pineapple Park, as there isn't much time for that here. 😣💦

However, everything else was very enjoyable, so I am very satisfied!

ツアーガイドの方はすごく優しい方で対応も丁寧でした。沖縄に来て観光を楽しめたい方に進めたい!!特に子供連れの家族の皆さんに☺️💖
ナゴパイナップルパークでの時間は少し物足り足りないと感じました。ゆっくりみたい人には進めないかも、特にナゴパイナップルパークのバス(？)に乗りたい方はこちらだと時間が少ないのでオススメしません😣💦
でもその他はとても楽しめたので大満足です!!

During our cruise stop in Naha, we rented a large taxi for 9 people for 8 hours from 09:00 to 17:00, with 7 passengers. Since each of the 7 had different places they wanted to go, we followed the course outlined below. We started from the port and went to American Village (where 4 people got off) ⇒ picked up 3 people and headed to the Churaumi Aquarium (3 hours there is sufficient) ⇒ returned to American Village where the aquarium group of 3 spent 1 hour ⇒ the American Village group of 4 went to a nearby market to look for things they wanted ⇒ during this time, the taxi returned to American Village to pick up the 3 people ⇒ came back to the market to pick up the remaining people ⇒ and then returned to the port. This route allowed us to fully utilize the 8 hours, visiting multiple locations and fulfilling various wishes. By frequently communicating via LINE among the 7 of us, we could keep track of our current locations, estimated arrival times, and next actions, making it very efficient.

クルーズの那覇停泊中に9人乗り大型タクシーを7人で09：00ｰ17：00まで8時間貸し切り。7人中行きたいところが違うので下記コースを辿りました。港からアメリカンビレッジ（ここで4人降りる）⇒3人を乗せて美ら海水族館へ（現地3時間で十分）⇒アメリカンビレッジに戻り水族館組3人はココで1時間過ごす⇒アメリカンビレッジ組4人は近くの市場へ買いたいものを探しに⇒この間タクシーはアメリカンビレッジに戻って3人をピックアップ⇒市場に戻って来て残りの人をピックアップ⇒港に戻る。このようなコース取りで8時間フルに複数の場所、複数の希望を叶えました。7人で頻繁にライン通信することで、現在居場所、到着予定時刻、次の行動など、つぶさに連絡が取れるので、非常に効率的です。　

I chose a bus tour course. The bus stopped at several locations, and the driver sometimes accompanied us. At the beach with star sand, while I was looking for star sand, the driver found a small piece of star sand and gave it to me, which made me super excited!

私はバス観光コースを選びました。何ヶ所かバスを停めて　ドライバーさんが時々同行してくれたり　星の砂の浜では、星の砂ないかなぁと探してると　小さい星の砂を見つけてくれて　私にくれたので　超感激！でした。

It was disappointing that the glass boat at Kabira Bay, which I was looking forward to the most, was suspended due to the approaching typhoon. However, despite the busy weather changing from cloudy to rainy to sunny, the guide's explanations were clear, and I was able to learn a bit about Ishigaki Island and thoroughly enjoy my time there.

I also enjoyed a delicious hamburger lunch. Although I need a cane and couldn't have managed the limestone cave on my own, I was able to go thanks to the support I received.

台風接近中で一番の楽しみの川平湾のグラスボートが運休で残念でしたが、お天気は曇り→雨→晴れと忙しいお空の中、ガイドさんの説明がわかりやすく、少し石垣島のことを知れて充分に楽しめました。
昼食のハンバーグランチも美味しくいただきました。
杖が必要な私ですが、ひとりでは鍾乳洞は無理でしたが、サポートがあったのでなんとか鍾乳洞に行くことができました。

Since it was my first time in the southern part of Okinawa, I was able to efficiently visit Peace Memorial Park, Sefa Utaki, and Okinawa World. The driver was pleasant, but I think it would have been even better if there had been a bit more detailed guidance about each location.

沖縄南部は初めてだったので、平和記念公園、斎場御嶽、沖縄ワールドを効率よく回ってもらいました。
感じの良いドライバーさんでしたが、もう少し詳しい各地の案内が有れば尚良かったかなと思います。

It was amazing. On Iriomote Island, I was able to relax and feel the slow passage of time on the island. The mysteries of the mangrove nature, the water buffalo cart crossing the sea, the Orion beer I drank during lunch on Yubu Island, the tropical botanical garden, and the bus rides with a friendly driver guide—all of these became wonderful memories.

最高でした。西表島では、のんびり、ゆったり、島に流れる時間を感じることができました。マングローブ自然の神秘、海をわたる水牛車、由布島の昼食で飲んだオリオンビール、熱帯植物園、親切な運転手のガイド付バス移動、どれもいい思い出となりました。

I visited in early June 🏝️ and the tour guide on the sightseeing bus in Iriomote Island 🚌 was very entertaining. The explanation about the mangroves was thorough and easy to understand. The water buffalo 🦬 that took us from Iriomote Island to Yubu Island was very adorable and worked hard to pull us along 👊. The songs and stories along the way were also fascinating! It was fun. I chose a free plan for Taketomi Island, but walking to the center was quite tiring 🚶‍♂️, so I relied on the bus shuttle that was available when we arrived at the port. For some reason, I rode a water buffalo again on Taketomi Island 🦬, and it was so cute to see it walking on land 🎵. There was also a shuttle back to the port, making for a meaningful day visiting three islands from early in the morning 😁. It was great 👍!

マングローブも丁寧で分かりやすい案内をしていただきました。西表島から由布島に渡る水牛🦬さんが、とても愛らしく？頑張って引っ張ってくれました👊その途中の唄やお話しも興味津々！楽しかっです。竹富島はフリープランにしたけど、やはり中心部まで歩くのは🚶‍♂️しんどいので港に着くとバスの送迎があったので頼りました。竹富島でも何故かまた水牛に乗りました🦬　陸を歩く姿も愛くるしかったです🎵　帰りも港まで送迎があり、朝早くから一日有意義な3島めぐりになりました😁良かったです👍

I had an experience that I usually can't have. I enjoyed the guidance and explanations during the bus ride on Iriomote Island, not to mention the ox cart ride.

普段できない体験をさせていただきました。
牛車はもちろんのこと、西表島のバスの運転中の案内・説明には楽しませていただきました。

The tour guide was really nice, and I had a great time. Last time, we had a plan to go to American Beverage, so this time I chose Pineapple Park. Just like last time, we were able to visit various places, and the price was affordable, making it an amazing day. Thank you very much.

I participated from abroad with my child. The female guide was a foreigner, but she was very smart, kind, and a wonderful person. I'm grateful for her gentle approach. It was a great trip!

This is a comment from a solo traveler visiting from abroad.

The guide this time was incredibly knowledgeable, and while the car was moving, they continuously introduced what was on the left side as 〇〇 and what was on the right side as 〇〇 without taking a break. Their singing ability was also exceptionally good! They sang two songs from Okinawa.

I want to come back to Okinawa again.

The weather was cloudy, and unfortunately, there was heavy rain in some areas, but at Kabira Bay, we were miraculously able to enjoy the beautiful Ishigaki blue under clear skies.

It was a tour that included lunch, and we had a delicious hamburger lunch at the restaurant, making it an excellent value for the cost.

The driver and guide were both wonderful, and I highly recommend this tour for those who do not plan to explore Ishigaki Island by rental car.

天気は曇天、所々でザーザー降りのあいにくの天気ではありましたが、川平湾では奇跡的に晴れて美しい石垣ブルーを堪能する事が出来ました。

ランチ付きのツアーで、レストランで美味しいハンバーグランチもいただけ、コストパフォーマンスとしては最高でした。

ドライバーさん、ガイドさんの対応も素晴らしく、レンタカーで石垣島を観光しない方には絶対お勧め出来るツアーです。

I thought the plan was really good. There were many people from various nationalities, and there were fewer Japanese participants. I had a bit of an unpleasant experience due to the poor manners of some foreigners. It might be good to provide a notice sheet tailored for each country and hand it out at the beginning. I was concerned about things like people talking loudly, playing videos at high volume, and not gathering on time, among other issues.

プランはすごく良かったと思います。
色々な国籍の方が多く、国内観光、日本人の方が少なかったです。
外人の方のマナーが悪く、少し嫌な思いをしました。注意書きの用紙を各国向けに書いて、最初に渡すなどの対応があっても良いのかと。大声で話されたり、動画をおっきな音で流したり、時間通りに集合しない等、多々気になりました。、

Even though it was cloudy, the sea was beautiful.
It was my first time in Ishigaki Island. With Veltra, I could take a bus to famous spots without having to drive, which made me feel relaxed and at ease.
I also used it when I was in Okinawa.
