1-Day Tours

The guide spoke at length (in Japanese) during the entire tour and got a sense we were missing out on quite of bit of information and trivia. That was unfortunate. For instance we didn’t understand why Manzamo, a beauti... moreful example of nature, was significant.

The pineapple tour was a bust. Didn’t get anything out of that.

The aquarium was awesome. But it’s a full day activity instead a couple of hours.

Overall, the tour was rushed with strict time guidelines. But that’s to be expected as there were lots of stops which included souvenir shopping.

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in... more the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.

Hat an interesting tour! While I speak some Japanese the rest of my family does not. I did my best to translate what I could, but I know we missed out on a lot of the interesting facts about the water buffalo and the tr... moreadition and origin story of this interesting mode of transport. We wished we had also understood more about the mangroves.

The host does not speak English and the headset does not work so I did not know what’s really happening while I was on the bus. I used the Google translator and helped me little bit.

Phanton Island really lives up to its name — it’s so unreal in its beauty. Snorkeling was fun, though the area we went to that day was just okay — we mainly saw corals, with not many fish or sea turtles around. Still, i... moret was a wonderful and unforgettable experience overall.

This is a very nice snorkeling tour in Ishigaki. The guide is so kind of leading us have a wonderful snorkelling！
