I was amazed by the 17.5 km mangrove and felt inspired! Thank you, Yuka the water buffalo, for doing such a great job transporting us! The plants and food on Yubu Island were delicious. I also enjoyed Taketomi Island; all of it became wonderful memories.

Taiwan is the best. You can efficiently enjoy the charm of places like Ibusuki and Taketomi Island all in one go. In each area, there is plenty of free time to explore at your own pace. You can also have lunch whenever you like. The group feel is minimal. I recommend it.

My first time in Ishigaki Island, and I felt reassured with the hotel pick-up service. Sebastian was very cheerful and introduced us to recommended restaurants during the transfer, along with some perks outside of the tour.
Canoeing was a first for me, but they taught me very carefully and were always watching over me, so I could participate with peace of mind.
Even on a cloudy day, snorkeling allowed us to see beautiful corals and fish, which was very satisfying.
Hiroki, our guide, was very pleasant, and we were able to enjoy the day thoroughly.
You can't experience this kind of reassurance without being on a tour!

This time, I participated in the VELTRA tour program "Mangrove SUP or Canoe Plan" with my family. Unlike the recent heat, it was pleasantly cool due to the typhoon's influence. We took photos together in the Yaeyama mangrove forest. Before getting on the kayak, we were lucky enough to spot a crab. It looked delicious, but I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't take it home, so we let it go. ^_^
Since it was my first time kayaking, I initially struggled and spun around in the river. However, with the guidance of our instructor, Aoi, I gradually got the hang of it. I heard that there are over 100 different types of plants in the Yaeyama mangrove. The water there is a mix of river and seawater, which has a high salt content, making it toxic to regular plants. I learned for the first time that these plants have survived for hundreds of years by collecting the toxins in specific leaves and dropping them. We spotted various animals living there. On the way back, it was wonderful to see the surrounding plants and hear the birds while progressing through the river, enjoying the scenery.

カヤックを漕ぐのがはじめてなので最初はコンビーならず川の中でぐるぐる回りましたが。ガイドのAOIさんの指導があって段々なれるようになりました。ヤエヤマヒルギにいろんな植物があり100種以上と聞きました。そこの水は川と海水を混じった物で塩分が高いため、通常の植物に毒になり生存することができないが。そこの植物がその毒を特定の葉に集めて落すことで何百年も行き続けたのをはじめて聞きました。そこに生息する色んな動物を見つかりました。帰りには周囲の植物を見たり、鳥の声を聞いたりしながら川の中に進んでいく周りの風景を見るのが最高です。

I was able to experience both the SUP tour and the snorkeling tour in one day! They pick you up by car, so it was fun to hear stories about Ishigaki Island during the ride. Even if you're a beginner, they teach you how to ride and paddle on the SUP. During snorkeling, they told us the names of the fish, and it was really enjoyable in the beautiful sea. I signed up for the stargazing night photo tour on short notice, and it became the best memory! I was able to see many beautiful stars, the Milky Way, and shooting stars that I can't see from where I usually live. I didn't rent a car on my first trip to Ishigaki Island, but I was able to use my time efficiently, which was great. The hotel provided shuttle service, so I didn't have to walk around in the heat as much, making travel easier than I expected. During the ride, the guide shared many stories about the Yaeyama Islands and even played the sanshin while singing, which was truly moving!
初めての石垣島てレンタカー無しでしたが、時間を効率よく使えてよかったです。ホテルまでの送迎もあり暑い中歩き回る事も少なくて思っていたより移動が楽でした。車中ではガイドさんが八重山諸島にまつわるお話をたくさんして下さり三線を弾きながら唄まで披露していただき感激でした！

When visiting Miyako Island, I can confidently say, "You absolutely should participate!" It was the best tour! The filming location was Kurima Island, and I was able to take the best photos under a sky full of stars like I've never seen before.
宮古島を訪れるときは、「絶対に参加したほうがいい！」と太鼓判を捺せるくらいの最高のツアーでした！
撮影場所は、来間島でしたが、見たことのない満天の星空での下で最高の写真を撮ってもらえました。
If you don't have transportation to the location and can't drive yourself, I think it's a good idea to request a ride through your hotel and also ask the driver to take you back for peace of mind.
現地までの交通手段がないので、自分で車を運転できない場合は、ホテルなどで配車を頼んだ上で運転手さんに帰りもお願いしておくと安心と思います。

The best snorkeling experience ever ❤️ 過去一のシュノーケル体験❤️

I participated in the rising canoe and Blue Cave snorkeling tour from the morning. The mangrove canoe experience was honestly mediocre. We were asked to help load the canoes onto a truck and transport them to the river, which felt off since we were paying for the tour. I think the operators need to make some improvements. The person in charge was doing their best and was likable, but the course to see the mangroves was short and lacked any explanations, leaving me completely unsatisfied. Additionally, although it was a sunrise tour, there were hotels built in the spot where the sun rises, so we couldn't see it.
Overall, I cannot recommend the mangrove canoe tour.
Now for my thoughts on the Blue Cave snorkeling tour. The weather was great, making it an amazing experience. On the day of the tour, the water was very clear, and I could see quite deep. I encountered a clownfish and even two sea turtles! I was able to see many beautiful fish as well. I've done snorkeling and diving in various places, but this level of snorkeling is incredible! The guide, Ryotaro, was very pleasant and entertaining. He engaged with all the participants in the car, sharing recommendations for restaurants and interesting facts about Ishigaki Island, which left a good impression. I absolutely recommend this tour! It can be affected by the weather, but if it's sunny, it's the best!
朝からのライジングカヌーと青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーに参加しました。
マングローブカヌーは、正直微妙でした。
川にエントリーするためのカヌーを参加者男性でトラックに乗せて、降ろして川まで運ぶ作業を手伝わされます。
お金を払ってツアー参加してるのに、、
なんだかな、、という感じでした。
運営側の工夫が必要だと思いました。
担当の方は頑張っていて好感を持てました。ただ、マングローブを見るコースは短く解説なども無いため全く物足りないです。またサンライズツアーですが、日が昇る場所にホテルが建っていて上がるところは見られません。
総合的にマングローブカヌーツアーは、私はおススメ出来ません。
ここから青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーの感想です。
天気にも恵まれ最高の体験となりました。
当日は、海の透明度も高くかなり深くまで目視できました。
隠れクマノミにも海亀にも遭遇できました。しかも、海亀は2匹！！
その他にも沢山のお魚が綺麗に見る事ができました。
色々な場所でシュノーケルやダイビングをしてきましたが、シュノーケルでこのレベルは凄いです！
ガイドのリョウタロウさんも大変感じ良く楽しませてくれました。
車中でも参加者皆んなに話しかけ、オススメのお店の紹介や石垣島豆知識を話してくれるなど、楽しませようとする姿勢が好印象でした。
こちらのツアーは、絶対オススメです！
天候にも左右されますが晴れたら最高です。

I was worried about the mangrove canoe tour in the light rain, but it was actually the best!
Even though it was July, it wasn't too hot or too cold, and the river flow was gentle, allowing us to enjoy canoeing very comfortably.
During the bus ride and throughout the tour, our guides Yume and Yumi taught us a lot about Iriomote Island, mangroves, and the creatures that inhabit the area, which was very educational!
Both adults and elementary school children were extremely satisfied.

This is my second time using Beltora, following Ishigaki. Just like last time, the staff took safety into consideration, allowing me to enjoy the activities with peace of mind. Although I didn't see any sea turtles, it was a fulfilling experience. The photos sent in the evening became great memories.

In the morning, I enjoyed a relaxing stand-up paddleboarding session, and in the afternoon, I had a great time snorkeling in the cove. Both activities lasted about one to one and a half hours.
Although I had experience with both, I felt a bit anxious since it had been a while, but I received thorough instructions and was able to enjoy the experience. It was fine not to stand up on the paddleboard (I mostly sat), and if I felt uneasy while snorkeling, I could hold onto a float, so I think even beginners can enjoy it with confidence. On our first trip to Miyako Island, we participated in a snorkeling tour as a couple. The sea at Shiraga Beach was incredibly clear, and we saw sea turtles and clownfish right in front of us! The guide was also very attentive, making us feel safe and allowing us to enjoy the experience. After the tour, we received beautiful photos as a gift, creating the best memories. I highly recommend it for beginners too!

I have been to Ishigaki Island several times, but it was my first time visiting the Blue Cave!
After passing through a jungle surrounded by trees, a space like a private beach opened up, and we entered the sea from there.
We went out to the open sea through a trench, which was also quite interesting. I even got to see clownfish! 🐟
Just floating around is fun, so I recommend it even for beginners!
石垣島には何度か来たことがありましたが、青の洞窟は初めてでした！
木々に囲まれたジャングルを抜けるとプライベートビーチのような空間が広がっており、そこから海に入りました。
海溝を抜けて沖に出るんですが、その海溝がまた面白かったです。
クマノミにも会えました🐟
ただぼーーっと浮かんでいるだけでも楽しいので、初心者の方でもおすすめです！

I participated in a company trip with my senior colleagues, and it was a memorable experience. The path to the meeting place was dark, which made me really anxious, but once we arrived, I was overwhelmed by the beautiful starry sky that I had never seen before. The photos taken against that stunning starry backdrop were exceptionally wonderful and truly moving!
During the photo session, the appropriate prompts helped me feel relaxed and natural, so I could enjoy the moment without feeling tense.
I gave it four stars because the seating during the shoot was on a rock, which made my backside a bit sore. If I had received advice beforehand, I could have brought something to sit on. However, in terms of feelings, it’s definitely five stars. The starry sky was incredibly beautiful… it became a lifelong memory.
社員旅行の思い出に、職場の先輩と参加しました。
集合場所への道のりは暗くてすごく不安になりましたが、いざ着いてみると初めて目にする美しい満点の星空に圧倒されました。
そんな満点の星空を背景に撮っていただいた写真は、また格別にすばらしくて、感動しました！！
写真を撮る時は、適切な声掛けをしてもらったので緊張する事もなく自然体で撮っていただけました。
星4つにしたのは、撮影時に座る場所が岩の上でちょっとお尻が痛かったので、事前にアドバイスをいただけたらお尻の下に引く物を持ってこれたなぁと思って4にしました。でも気持ちの上では星5です。本当に綺麗な星空で…一生の思い出になりました。
