I had a great time participating! The tour guide, Kazuchan, led us with care and shared knowledge and information about nature, making me feel like I learned more about the charm of Miyako Island than I could have on my own.

At first, I wasn't used to canoeing, but I gradually got the hang of it and enjoyed it. The Pumpkin Cave is a mystical spot where you can truly feel the greatness of nature. At the end, there was a moment where we jumped off a rock to return, and I hesitated at the unexpected leap, but once I did it, it felt refreshing and added a bit of thrill to the tour!

The afternoon snorkeling was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea and fish watching, and there was plenty of time, so I was very satisfied! Lastly, I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle and even swim with it, which was moving. The tour guide took many photos underwater and sent them to us later, so I have beautiful memories that I couldn't have captured myself! Thank you, Kazuchan!

Overall, the tour company provided smooth guidance for equipment explanations and fittings, and they communicated well about meeting points and prior arrangements, making it a reliable tour company that I would like to use again.

ツアーガイドのかずちゃんが丁寧にリードくださり、自然に関する知識や情報を教えてくれて自分で見るよりも宮古島の魅力を知れた気がします。
カヌーは最初は慣れませんでしたが段々コツを掴んで楽しめました。パンプキン鍾乳洞は神秘的で自然の凄さを感じる事ができるスポットです。最後、岩から飛び込んで帰る場面があり想定外の飛び込みに躊躇しましたがやってみるとスカッとしてスリルも若干味わえるツアーです！
午後のシュノーケルはとても綺麗な海と魚鑑賞を楽しめて時間もたっぷりあったので満足出来ました！最後にラッキーな事に海亀も見れて一緒に泳ぐ事もできて感動しました。海の中でもツアーガイドの方が沢山写真を撮っていただき後で送ってくれるので自分じゃ取れない素敵な写真も記念になりました！かずちゃん有難うございました！
ツアー全体的に道具の説明や装着などもスムーズに誘導いただき、待ち合わせ場所や事前連絡もしっかりいただるのでまた利用したいと思う安心出来るツアー会社です。

Due to the typhoon's impact, we could only go snorkeling, but the visibility was excellent and we were able to see many fish. Despite the pressure from the participants, our guide, Rick, found a turtle and even took photos for us. Thank you to Rick and all the staff!

I heard that the probability of seeing sea turtles is about 40%, but I was surprised that I was actually able to see them. I was able to see them from quite a close distance, which made for a valuable experience. Also, thanks to our guide, Kei, I was able to take many photos in a wonderful location, creating the best memories.

This is an incredibly fulfilling tour where you can enjoy the ocean and then go on an adventure in a limestone cave! Unfortunately, snorkeling was affected by rain, but the water was clear and very beautiful. It seems that since Miyako Island has no rivers, the seawater doesn't get muddy even when it rains.

The Pumpkin Cave is accessed by canoe from the sea, and climbing up and exploring the spacious interior with a flashlight was full of adventure and really fun. It was also lovely that we had to bow twice when entering and exiting.

Our guide, Yuma, was polite and made the tour enjoyable, and afterward, I truly felt that participating in the tour was a great decision! Thank you very much! ♬

I quickly changed my schedule and made a reservation with PiPi, which had high ratings. I thought it would be a large group tour, but it turned out to be a small group with one tour guide. When I arrived a little early at the meeting place, several staff members greeted us warmly, and they informed us that our tour guide was "Taro." The tour of Pumpkin Cave was supposed to take us into a cave that can only be accessed from the sea by a two-person kayak, but due to the typhoon, the water level was very low during low tide, so we ended up walking part of the way! On the way to Pumpkin Cave, we saw a miraculous waterfall that can only be seen after a typhoon or rain, and we were able to take photos, which made for wonderful memories. Inside the cave, it was magical; we had unique experiences like climbing and jumping in the cave, and shining our own lights! Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any sea turtles while snorkeling, but we did see clownfish and some rare pufferfish, and we learned the names of many fish! The guides were all very kind, and I believe you can enjoy the tour safely. Since you can also learn about coral and snorkeling, I recommend participating in the tour for first-timers!

We kayaked up and down the Miyara River. My spouse and I participated, and thanks to the wonderful personality of our guide, we were able to enjoy a great atmosphere with the other participants. It wasn't just their personality; they also had a wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions about what we saw perfectly. I was truly impressed. After the experience, they also introduced us to recommended gourmet spots on Ishigaki Island, and I appreciated hearing the subjective opinions of a local resident. On this day, there were only two families, including us, and it seemed that there were still few other tour operators at that time, so perhaps by chance, we were able to see the Blue Cave almost exclusively, which was very beautiful and great. We were able to snorkel in the area and see many fish. When we fed them, even more fish came close, which was amazing.
Boat entry is definitely recommended.
The staff member was very nice, and we had a really fun time.
Here’s some information:
- The shop was easy to find as it was along the main street, but the parking was not on the premises; it was in an empty lot accessed from the entrance with the flag of the next store. If you try to park on the shop's premises, the staff will guide you, so it's fine.
- Snorkel masks, fins, and life jackets were provided before departure, and they gave thorough explanations for beginners. Bringing your own snorkel is also okay.
- Each person should bring their own drinks and towels. Other than these, you can't bring much.

やはりボートエントリーがおすすめですね。
スタッフのお兄さんが良い感じで、とても楽しい時間をすごせました。
以下、情報を記載しておきます。
・ショップはメインの通り沿いなのでとてもわかりやすかったのですが、駐車場はその敷地内ではなく、１つ先のお店の旗のある入り口から入る空き地でした。ショップ敷地内に止めようとするとお店の方が教えてくれますので大丈夫です。
・シュノーケルマスク、フィン、ライフジャケットは出発前に貸していただけて、初めての人向けにも丁寧に説明もしてくれます。持ち込みのマイシュノーケルもOK。
・ドリンクとタオルは各自持参です。これら以外はほとんど何も持っていけません。
・その他の荷物は全てコインロッカーにあずけ、ロッカーのキーを名前の書かれたビニール袋に入れて持っていきます。（ロッカーは100円かかり、戻ってこないタイプでした。）
・シャワーと更衣室は室内は女子優先でちゃんとしたのがありますが、男子は外でした。私は着替えはトイレでしました。
・ツアー中にスタッフの方が写真をたくさん撮ってくれていて、最後にAirdropやLINEでファイルをもらえます。

I had never kayaked before, and since my children are small, I was a bit unsure, but I decided to sign up for sea kayaking this time. I had some small worries, but they taught us very carefully, and they also spoke to my children a lot. At first, they were a bit shy, but by the end, they had big smiles on their faces. There were few people around, making it feel like a private beach, and it was the best experience!

Due to the weather, we switched to a mangrove kayak tour.
We participated as a family of four.
It was our first experience, but the scenery was more beautiful than we imagined, and the kayaking was enjoyable; we felt rejuvenated by nature.
Our guide taught us various things, and we found different creatures while spending a relaxing time, creating wonderful memories.

I participated in the Kayaking Tour at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave. Kabira Bay was very clear and calm, a place where I could find peace of mind. The snorkeling was also amazing. I often snorkel abroad, but I was surprised by the beauty of Kabira Bay! The corals are so colorful! I want to go again!

I am very satisfied with the experience, which exceeded my expectations. After receiving a briefing and borrowing marine shoes and life jackets in the parking lot, we walked to the kayak launch area. With only four small groups, they took the time to carefully take photos of each group. The staff member Yuto was a fun person who engaged with every group, easing our nerves with jokes, which helped create a friendly atmosphere for conversation among the groups. After a lecture on how to paddle the kayak, we paddled for about ten minutes to the entrance of the cave. Inside the cave, the water was cold and the space felt mystical. I was scared to jump in at the end, so I asked to start from a lower spot, but I appreciated that everyone could participate comfortably. There were some sharp stalactites overhead, and even with a handheld light, the ground was dark, so there was a risk of slipping or cutting yourself; it might be better to wear clothing with less exposure. Overall, it wasn't too strenuous, but I think it would be wise for elderly individuals or those with concerns about their legs and back to consult in advance for peace of mind.

They also sent the photos via LINE, and since we usually have few family pictures, it created wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

I highly recommend this tour.

期待以上の体験が出来てとても満足しています。駐車場でマリンシューズやライフジャケットを貸していただき説明を受けてから徒歩でカヤック乗り場へ。4組の少人数なので丁寧に一組ずつ写真撮影をしていただきました。スタッフのゆうとさんはどのグループにも満遍なく声をかけて冗談をまじえながら緊張をほぐして下さる楽しい方で、お陰でグループ同士でも会話が生まれるなど和やかな雰囲気でツアーを体験できました。カヤックの漕ぎ方などのレクチャーの後10分ほど漕いで鍾乳洞入口へ。鍾乳洞の中は水が冷たく神秘的な空間でした。最後飛び込むのが怖くて低い場所からにしてもらいましたが、ひとりひとり無理なく参加できるのもいいなと思いました。頭上の鍾乳石がやや鋭利な箇所もあったり、足元は手持ちライトがあっても暗いので滑ったり切ったりと怪我をしてしまうこともあるかもしれず、なるべく露出が少ないウェアにした方がいいかもしれません。基本的にはそこまでハードではないですが、ご年配の方や足腰に不安がある方は事前にご相談された方が安心かなと思いました。

写真もLINEで送って頂けて、家族で写っているものが普段少ないのでとっても素敵な思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました。

Our guide, Keikun, taught us how to paddle the kayak carefully and explained about the Pumpkin Cave, which was very educational. Thank you!

I participated with my son (4th grade) and we had a great time all day! There were no complaints or issues. I highly recommend it. According to my son, this tour was the highlight of our trip to Ishigaki Island. If I had to mention something... the canoe tour gets your backside wet. It's brown. The cave tour requires you to wait under the blue sky. Everyone ends up sweating while waiting...

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with family in Miyako Island. When I asked what was the most fun part of our 3-night, 4-day trip during our last meal, everyone said, "Pumpkin Hall!" Especially, our guide Kei was really attentive, and our family praised him highly. With such careful service, it was an experience that exceeded our expectations, so I will definitely recommend it to everyone!

Even though we were in Miyako Island, we should have experienced this much earlier. Considering the possibility that we may not be able to participate again, I recommend joining as soon as possible.

It was truly a wonderful tour! The Blue Cave was beautiful, of course, and I was amazed by how close the fish were swimming in the sea as we swam to the cave! I brought my three children, and the staff were incredibly kind and considerate, allowing us parents to fully enjoy the tour as well. They took many lovely photos for us, and even now that we're back, we keep looking at them. We're talking about wanting to go again, so please take care of us when that time comes! I signed up for the tour at 7 AM after the Obon holiday, but by around 9 AM when we were leaving, there were a lot of people on the stairs at the cape, and the parking lot was crowded with a line, so I recommend the early morning tour.
