I had been using a rental car whenever I visited Okinawa, but this time I decided to try a bus tour since it was convenient not having to drive. At the Churaumi Aquarium, we had 2 hours and 30 minutes, which allowed us to fully enjoy the whale sharks and the dolphin show. Guide Tamaki was amazing!!! They kindly showed us around, and we made wonderful memories. 50 minutes at Ryukyu Village and 2 hours at Churaumi Aquarium were just right! We had a short stay at Kouri Island and Manzamo, but we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The tour went smoothly.

ガイドの玉城さんは最高でした！！！優しく案内してくれて、素敵な思い出ができました。琉球村で50分、美ら海水族館で2時間は十分！古宇利島と万座毛は短く滞在したけど、綺麗な景色を拝見しました。ツアーはスムーズに行われました。

The clear-bottom kayak at Manza Beach allowed us to see underwater. Although there were some waves, they were minimal for the ocean. It was a hot day, but the sea breeze made it enjoyable, and we could see tropical fish through the kayak's bottom, making for a fun time. I felt like I wanted to go a bit further out.

At one point, the instructor dove down to collect starfish and sea cucumbers for the participants to see before returning them to the sea, which was a nice memory. However, I took my wife, who was trying kayaking for the first time, and even with these small waves, she experienced some seasickness. For those who might be prone to seasickness, it's worth noting that the ocean is a bit different from rivers or lakes, so caution may be needed.

万座毛での船底がクリアで海の中が見えるカヤック。
波は多少あるものの海であればほんの僅かなもの。
暑かった日であるが海風が有り、熱帯魚は船底で見えるし楽しかった時間です。もう少し沖まで出たい気持ちでした。
途中でインストラクターが素潜りでヒトデやナマコを取り参加者がどんなものか見たのち海に返しましたがいい思い出です。
ただ、今回はカヤック初挑戦の女房を乗せたが、この程度の波でも船酔？

However, in the end, I was able to participate here and created some truly wonderful memories. We were able to visit the tourist spots in Okinawa in just one day, and since we had already decided on the must-visit locations, I felt the duration of our stay was just right. I used to be a tour guide, so I've been to Okinawa many times for work, but it was my husband and son's first time there. I wanted them to experience the main tourist spots, so I intentionally joined a tour.

The tour itself was broad but shallow, so I think some people might feel that they needed a bit more time.

I was very satisfied, and the guide entertained us with songs and dances on the bus. We encountered a downpour on Kouri Island, but that became a nice memory (laughs).

My son seemed to really enjoy the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and said he would like to go again if there’s another opportunity.

I was surprised by how much Manza Beach had changed since I last visited, but even under the cloudy sky, the color of the sea at Manza Beach was wonderful.

If I could wish for something, I would have liked to see the Eisa performance at Ryukyu Village until the end.

昔添乗員をしていたので沖縄は何度も仕事で行ってましたが、主人と息子は初めての沖縄だったので、メインの観光地を味わって欲しくて、あえてツアーに参加させて頂きました。

ツアー自体は浅く広くなので、どうしても、もう少し時間があればと感じる方もいると思います。

私としては大満足でガイドさんも歌あり踊りありと車内で楽しませてくれました。
古宇利島でスコールにあってしまいましたが、それもまた良い思い出かな(笑)

息子は美ら海水族館がかなり気に入ったようで、また機会があれば行きたいと言っていました。

久しぶりに行った万座毛の変わりようにビックリしてしいましたが、あの曇り空の中でも万座毛の海の色は素晴らしかったです。

I had chosen my own itinerary for the day, and left the details to the driver. The driver was great, friendly & responsive, and made excellent suggestions. He took me to purchase discount tickets, which wasn’t on my radar, and knew the best places to park & meet up. A great day with a great driver!! (I could tell that he was nervous at first about communication, but he was very relieved that I speak Japanese so we could communicate without issue.)
