I used it until my evening flight on the last day! First of all, I was impressed by the service from the staff at the bus stop! They were very kind and friendly! It was raining, but they generously lent me an umbrella!

Unfortunately, it rained all day, but I was able to quickly visit the main spots, which was nice! The lunch was also quite substantial!

I think it's more economical than renting a car for two people!

The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable participating. The beautiful sea and sky were all breathtaking! I was half worried about whether I could paddle the canoe, but there was hardly any wind, and it was just a wonderfully pleasant time. I also received many images for free. My first canoeing experience was easier than I expected, and even someone like me who isn't good at sports was able to enjoy it without any problems. The cheerful instructor, the beautiful river, and the joyful laughter all made for the best memories. I participated in my swimsuit and got into the car just as I was. I think a larger towel might be necessary. It was helpful that we were taken directly to the hotel.

The tour of Ishigaki Island is perfect for those without a car, allowing you to efficiently visit the highlights of the island in about half a day. At Kabira Bay, you can choose to ride a glass-bottom boat or go for a walk. The glass-bottom boat was available at a special tour price, making it a great deal. We even saw turtles!

The guide continuously shared various stories about Ishigaki Island without a break, which was very enjoyable. For lunch, there were plenty of local dishes, and I left feeling full. The view from there was also very beautiful.

In the latter part of the tour on Taketomi Island, there was no guide, but we showed our tickets to board the boat, and upon arrival, we were quickly picked up by a car, which then took us to ride a water buffalo cart. The flow of the tour was very smooth, which was great.

During the photo session with the water buffalo, we received a free commemorative photo, which was a wonderful keepsake. After that, we explored on our own, but due to the busy season in July, all the rental bicycles were fully booked, so I couldn't rent one. If you want to rent a bicycle, it might be a good idea to make a reservation in advance.

I explored on foot and enjoyed a leisurely time for about an hour and a half. For the return boat, you can choose between 4 PM or 5 PM. The shuttle bus to the boat was also smoothly arranged, which was very good.

I think this is a great plan for first-time visitors.

後半の竹富島はガイドさんはおらず、各自で最初にもらったチケットを見せて船に乗り、向こうではすぐお迎えの車に乗れ、その後水牛車にすぐ乗車できます。流れがとてもスムーズで大変良かったです。
その後の水牛との写真撮影では無料の記念の写真も貰えとても良い記念になりました。
その後は各自散策しますが、７月の繁忙期のため着いてからレンタサイクルは予約がいっぱいで借りられませんでした。もしレンタサイクル希望なら事前に予約がいいかもしれません。
私は徒歩で散策しましたが、約１時間半のんびりできました。
帰りの船は、16時か17時で選べます。船までの送迎バスも予約がスムーズでとても良かったです。
初めての人にはとても良いプランだと思います。

On June 18, just before the end of the rainy season, my spouse and I, both in our 50s, participated in our first stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experience. Thanks to our guide, Ray, who provided thorough instructions, we were able to enjoy the activity without falling into the water even once. We also had many photos taken, and the data was sent to us right away via LINE. We were blessed with great weather, a wonderful guide, and fantastic fellow participants, creating very good memories. It was also very helpful that we received recommendations for shops during the car ride. If I had to say something, it would have been even better if we could have enjoyed it for a bit longer.

I was picked up at the hotel and participated in the tour. It took about 30 minutes to get there, but I learned a lot about Ishigaki Island during the ride.

Since I had experience with canoeing, I was able to enjoy the scenery, and it was fun. Kabira Bay was incredibly beautiful.

The sun is strong, so I think it's a good idea to have a hat, sunscreen, and measures to avoid direct sunlight. I left my smartphone behind because it would get wet, but they took plenty of photos and sent them to me later via LINE. The guide kept a close eye on us, so I felt safe participating.

I made the reservation the evening before, so I didn't receive any contact within the timeframe, and I called the contact number listed in the instructions. I'm glad I was able to participate.

From the moment we got on the bus, our guides, Kua-chan and Ko-chan, engaged us in conversation, making the experience enjoyable right from the start! We went canoeing at Kabira Bay, and luckily, the weather cleared up, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery during the experience. Ko-chan kept the atmosphere lively on the bus and interacted with all the participants during the canoeing, which was really wonderful. It was a stroke of luck to have him as our guide since he usually works in Iriomote Island!

I think canoeing at Kabira Bay is best done when the weather is nice. It was my first time snorkeling, and I had a blast! There were some unstable spots, and with so many corals around, it might be a good idea for women to wear leggings. Kua-chan guided us slowly and carefully, which made me feel at ease! During the bus rides, he also shared information about Ishigaki Island and recommended delicious restaurants, making the time outside of the activities enjoyable as well. I left my luggage at the hotel and joined the tour. A trip to Ishigaki Island during the rainy season. I considered renting a car, but I opted to tour around by taking the bus. Despite the heavy rain on the day of the tour, I decided to take shelter on the bus early and relax. The bus covers all the tourist spots, so I thought about revisiting places I liked or those I missed later, but I didn't have any specific places I wanted to go to, and this tour was sufficient for me. The tour of Ishigaki Island was very satisfying. The pickup was on time, and the tour guidance was truly thorough. However, the water buffalo tour on Taketomi Island was quite disappointing. When I communicated that we wanted to take the bus to the ferry terminal since everyone was gathered, the staff member silently waved their right hand as if to say "hurry up and get on." When we arrived at the ferry terminal, we were dropped off at a distant location and had to run through heavy rain to reach the terminal. I was really looking forward to it, so it was quite a disappointing tour.

お迎えも時間通り、ツアーの案内も本当に丁寧でした。
が、竹富島での水牛ツアー
ほんと係の人の案内感じ悪いです。
全員揃ったのでフェリー乗り場行きのバス乗りたい旨を伝えたところ無言で右手を振りながら早く乗れと言わんばかりの態度。
フェリー乗り場に着いたと思ったら、場所の離れたところで降ろされ大雨の中走ってフェリー乗り場に移動しなくてはない始末。
楽しみにしていただけにかなり残念なツアーでした。

I was able to get a complete picture of Ishigaki Island by touring its main points. I had the optional glass-bottom boat ride at Kabira Bay, and I was lucky enough to encounter two green sea turtles and even saw Nemo, which was amazing. The lunch was just okay, though. Above all, I was able to ask the guide various questions about the curiosities I had during the trip, and all my mysteries were solved. Overall, I was very satisfied!

I experienced SUP for the first time. I thought it might be difficult to balance, but since there were no waves, I was able to enjoy it without falling into the sea. The weather was great, so I was able to take some beautiful photos!

While snorkeling, I was able to see various creatures like sea turtles, clownfish, and sea snakes! Wearing a life jacket made it safe even in deeper areas.

When you get into the water, you might feel the need to go to the bathroom, so it's best to take care of that right before putting on your wetsuit.

初めてSUPを体験しました。バランスを取るのが難しいのかな？と思っていましたが、波も無いところだったので、海に落ちることなく楽しむことができました。天気も良かったのでバッチリ綺麗な写真が撮れました！

シュノーケルではウミガメ、クマノミ、ウミヘビなどなど、色々な生き物を見ることができました！ライフジャケットを着用するので深いところもでも安心でした。

海に入るとトイレに行きたくなるので、ウェットスーツを着る直前にトイレは済ました方がいいです。

I was helped by being taken to Ishigaki Airport on the way back. Kabira Bay was very nice, but Tamatorizaki Observatory was amazing! Since I was traveling alone, participating in this course was more reasonable than renting a car. Plus, I could enjoy some drinks.

帰りの石垣空港まで送ってくれるので、助かりました、川平湾も大変良かったですが、玉取崎展望台の方が、凄かった～。一人旅なので、レンタカー借りるより、このコースに参加したほうが、リーズナブルです。お酒も飲めますしね

With a cheerful and friendly guide and a compact group of eight participants, including myself, we explored the famous spots of Ishigaki Island. Thanks to the veteran guide's explanations, which included various anecdotes, I learned many things that I wouldn't have noticed if I had explored on my own, making Ishigaki Island feel very close to me. In the first half, we toured Ishigaki Island. We were able to see most of the famous spots around the island. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy and windy, the view of Kabira Bay was surprisingly good despite the bad weather. It was disappointing that the glass-bottom boat was not operating. The guide provided detailed explanations both on the bus and at the sites.

In the second half, we went to Taketomi Island with a different tour company, and there was no guide, so we took the ferry on our own. We started with a water buffalo tour and then had free time. We visited the pier and Kondoi Beach. The rain had stopped, but the scenery was not great. The weather can't be helped.

I think it's a cost-effective tour that allows you to efficiently visit two islands in one day.
