I had a great time paddleboarding at Kabira Bay, which is also featured in the guidebook for Ishigaki Island. The ocean was truly beautiful, and I was able to see many fish, making it a wonderful memory. I was also happy to receive some lovely photos as a gift. The weather was perfect, and it turned out to be an amazing day!

I finally made it to Ishigaki Island, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. I didn't want to waste a single day, so I was looking for a tour that would allow me to do various activities in one day, and I ended up here. The sea was far more beautiful than it looked in the photos, and I had a truly happy time snorkeling and paddleboarding there. Additionally, they took a lot of photos for me and sent them on the same day, making it a very satisfying day. Thank you very much. I heard there’s a location in Iriomote Island as well, so I will visit there next.

ずっと行きたかった石垣島にやっとこれ１日も無駄にしたくなく何か１日で色んな事ができるツアーがないか調べてたらこちらにたどりつきました。

I participated in a tour that included stand-up paddleboarding at Kabira Bay, snorkeling in the Blue Cave, and playing in a waterfall pool. Since it was my first time in Ishigaki Island, I joined without knowing much, but the staff taught me various things, which made me feel at ease. I had no problems with SUP for the first time, and snorkeling was refreshing and comfortable. At the end, we received photos, some of which I couldn't remember when they were taken, and it was nice to see my genuine self enjoying the experience. I highly recommend this tour.

川平湾のサップと青の洞窟シュノーケリング、滝壺遊びのツアーに参加いたしました。
石垣島には初めて来たので、何も知らない事が多いまま参加したのですが、スタッフさんが色んな事を教えてくれたので、安心して参加できました。初めてのSUPも全く問題なくでき、シュノーケリングもひんやりで快適でした。
最後に写真をいただけるので、いつ撮ったのかわからない写真もあり、楽しんでいる素の自分も見れて新鮮でした。お勧めできるツアーです。

The weather was great, making it the perfect day!
In the morning, I went snorkeling. There were lots of fish around the Blue Cave, and they were so friendly, coming close to me, which was adorable!
I also saw a clownfish for the first time.
After a break, I had a SUP experience at Kabira Bay. The SUP experience was easier than I expected, and by the end, I was able to maneuver it freely!
The guide took beautiful photos throughout, and at the end, they gifted them to us, so I was happy to have those memories captured!
Next time, I want to join the Iriomote Island store of Pipi!

天気も良く最高の1日でした！
午前はシュノーケリング。青の洞窟の周りはお魚がいっぱいいて、人懐っこく近寄ってきたりして可愛かったです！
カクレクマノミも初めて見ました。
休憩の後、川平湾のSUP体験でした。SUP体験は思ったより、難しくなく最後の方は自由に操れるようになれました！
ガイドさんが終始綺麗な写真も撮ってくださり、しかも最後にプレゼントしてくださり、思い出が形として残せたので、嬉しかったです！
今度はピピさんの西表島店にも参加してみたいです！

We participated as a pair.
I heard that February often has bad weather, so I was worried, but on the day of the tour, it was beautifully sunny!
Our guide was a young man who spoke very politely and shared various information and fun stories about Ishigaki Island during the car ride, so we arrived at our destination in no time!
The tour itself was fantastic. It was my first time snorkeling, but they taught us how to do it from the very beginning, and we saw so many fish!
During the SUP tour at Kabira Bay, the beauty was like paradise, and I was able to relax and enjoy my first SUP experience.
What made me the happiest was the photo service. After dropping us off at the hotel, we received over 100 beautiful photos!!!
Thanks to this spirit of service and hospitality, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with a happy heart.

2月は天気が良くない日が多いらしく、不安だったのですが、当日は最高の晴れ模様でした！
ガイドさんは若い男性で、言葉遣いも非常に丁寧で移動中の車内で色々な石垣島の情報や楽しいお話をしていただいたので、あっという間に目的地に着いてしまいました！
肝心のツアーも最高です。シュノーケリングは初めてだったのですが、最初からやり方を教えてくださり、お魚も沢山見れました！
川平湾のSUPツアーでは、天国みたいな美しさではじめてのSUPも落ち着いてできました。
一番嬉しかったのは、写真のサービスです。ホテルまで送ってくださった後に写真をいただけるのですが、綺麗な写真が100枚以上もありました！！！

There was no traffic, so we progressed right on time. The guide was also very polite.
This isn't due to the tour, but I've heard that winter in Ishigaki Island tends to be windy with continuous clouds or rain. I would like to visit again during better weather.

これはツアーのせいではないですが、冬の石垣島は風が強く曇りもしくは雨続きだそうです。次回はいい気候の時に再訪したいです。

Three years ago, I participated in a morning tour. At that time, it was pouring rain, so I really wanted to go again when the weather was nice, but due to time constraints, I joined the afternoon tour this time. As for the course, the morning tour definitely offers more enjoyment.

What was disappointing was the light snack... the sata andagi were dry, and several people left some uneaten. The drink was fixed as mango juice, which was too sweet. Even though there were only eight tour guests in the restaurant, it seemed odd that we all had to share two four-person tables.

At the entrance of the Yaeyama Palm Grove, I bought fresh juice with sugarcane. It was very delicious! Unfortunately, it rained again this time, but the guide made it very enjoyable.

３年前に午前発のツアーに参加しました。その時は大雨だったため、ぜひ晴れている時にもう一度行ってみたくなったのですが、時間の都合で今回は午後のツアーに参加しました。コースとしてはやはり午前発の方がたっぷり楽しめます。
がっかりしたのは軽食・・・サーターアンダギーがパサパサで、何人かは食べ残していました。飲み物は選べず、マンゴージュースでしたが甘すぎました。レストラン内にツアー客の８人しかいないのに、４人掛けのテーブル２つに全員相席というのもどうかと・・・
ヤエヤマヤシ林の入り口で、さとうきび入りの生ジュースを買いました。とても美味しかったです！
残念ながら今回も雨でしたが、ガイドさんがとても楽しませてくださいました。

I participated because I didn't have much time to stay in Ishigaki Island and wanted to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots. The guide's stories were interesting and included helpful information for when I visit other islands, which made it enjoyable. The guide's singing was great and heartwarming. Foreigners were filming videos. One downside was that if others arrived early, I felt a bit rushed, but the overall experience was enjoyable enough to outweigh that. I joined alone, but I was able to talk and have fun with other solo travelers.

あまり石垣島での滞在時間があまりなく効率よく観光スポットに行ける為参加しました。ガイドさんの話も面白く他の離島に行った際に役立つ話もあり楽しかった。ガイドさんの歌が上手くホッコリしました。外国の方は動画で撮ってました。不満点は他の人が集合時間より早く集まると少し急かされる点ですがそれを超える面白さがありました。一人で参加でしたが他の一人旅の人と話したり楽しめました。

The weather was cloudy and a bit chilly in some areas, but I was satisfied with the content. When passing by the homes of celebrities, they would inform us and share interesting stories. They also performed songs on the sanshin, and I had a great time. Thank you very much.

Since I am a paper driver, I decided to take a bus tour to explore Ishigaki Island, and it was the right choice. This tour had a well-planned itinerary for efficiently sightseeing around Ishigaki Island, and I was satisfied.

私がペーパードライバーのため、今回はバスツアーで石垣島観光をすることにしましたが、正解でした。このツアーでは、効率よく石垣島を観光するプランが練られており、満足しました。

I participated in the tour because I wanted to efficiently see various sights during my short solo trip. The only downside was that I couldn't see Kabira Bay in clear weather. It was my first experience in Ishigaki Island, and I enjoyed visiting various places. During the transfers, the guide's explanations and the sound of the sanshin made it a special tour, organized by the local bus company.

一人旅で滞在期間が短いので効率良くいろいろ見て回りたいと思い参加しました。最高とできなかったのは、川平湾が晴天ではなかったため。
石垣島は初体験、いろいろ見学して、移動中はガイドさんの説明と三線の音色、現地のバス会社主催のツアーだけのことはあります。

I only had about 10 minutes to see the waterfall, so I felt it was a bit of a waste after climbing up. However, I think you can still feel a sense of achievement just by going.

Honestly, I think Kondoi Beach is prettier than Kabira Bay, so it might not be worth going out of your way for it.

The water buffalo experience is quite unique, and since it was in the afternoon, there were fewer tourists, which was nice.

It's a good tour for quick sightseeing, but it might be a bit pricey!

とにかく滝を見る時間は10分くらいしかないのでせっかく登ってももったいないと感じました。ただ行ったという達成感は得られると思います。
川平湾は正直コンドイビーチの方が綺麗なのでわざわざ行かなくてもいいかと思います。
水牛はなかなかできない経験だし、午後なので観光客も少なくいいかも。
手っ取り早く観光するには良いツアーです。でも少し高いかな！

I participated in the tour on the afternoon I arrived in Ishigaki Island. I was able to efficiently visit the highlights of Ishigaki Island. The guide was easy to understand, and I think it was a great tour for the first day. It’s all a matter of luck, but I believe it would have been an even more wonderful day if the weather had been better.

I participated in a plan that allowed for a stop at the airport right on time for my flight on the last day of my trip. It was a warm guided tour by a precious male guide who played the sanshin. In winter, Ishigaki Island has few sunny days, and the chances of encountering the blue waters of Kabira Bay are low; it was rainy on the day of my visit, but it was still quite beautiful. I feel like I want to try again in the summer.

旅行最終日に飛行機の時間にぴったりに空港で途中下車もあるプランだったので参加しました。たったひとりの貴重な男性ガイドさんのあったかい三線付きの案内でした。冬は石垣島は晴れの日が少なく川平湾のブルーに出会うのには確率は低いそうで当日も雨でしたがそれなりに綺麗でした。夏に再チャレンジしたい感じです。

The bus guide was absolutely the best. They were great at storytelling, sang island songs beautifully, and were knowledgeable about history—there were no flaws. They were the best guide I've ever had in my life. I would love to participate again.

なんといってもバスガイドさんが最高でした。話がうまく、島歌がうまく、歴史に詳しく、欠点がありません。人生最高のガイドさんでした。もう一度参加したいくらい。

I participated in the morning tour. The stories from the local guide, who is quite the character, were very informative. He also showcased traditional Yaeyama folk songs played on the sanshin. It was a lot of fun since I rarely get the chance to hear sanshin folk songs. The weather was somewhat cloudy, and being winter, the blue of the sea at Tamatorizaki wasn't at its best, but the guide showed us a very vivid picture of the blue Tamatorizaki on his smartphone, which was a lovely touch.

At Kabira Park, I enjoyed the glass-bottom boat, where I could see tropical fish playing around the coral reefs, fish coming close to the boat, and large giant clams and sea anemones. I also had a delicious lunch. Thank you very much.

名物おじさんのガイドさんの話はとてもためになりました。
三線での八重山民謡も披露してくださいました。
なかなか三線の民謡を聞く機会がないので、とても楽しかったです。
お天気はやや曇り空で、また冬の時期ということもあって、玉取崎の海の青さはいまいちだったのですが、ガイドさんがスマホでとても鮮やかな青い玉取崎の画像を見せてくださったのは、とても素敵なフォローでした。
川平公園でのグラスボートでは、サンゴ礁と戯れる熱帯魚や、グラスボートに寄って来る魚たち、そして大きなシャコガイやイソギンチャクを見ることができて楽しかったです。
お昼ご飯も美味しくいただきました。

I participated in an afternoon half-day tour. It was a tour that condensed Ishigaki Island into a short amount of time, and the guide was excellent!

ガイドさんも最高でした！

The weather was nice, and I was looking forward to Kabira Bay. I was glad to see two sea turtles while on the glass-bottom boat. However, on the way back, there was a problem with the boat, and we couldn't move, so we had to be towed back by another boat. It was a bit disappointing that our time there was shortened, but the scenery was really beautiful. The food was delicious, like home-cooked meals, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand. It was also great to hear the sanshin music.

天気も良く楽しみにしていた川平湾、グラスボートもウミガメも2匹見れて
良かったんですが、戻るときにボートがトラブルで動けなくなり、違うボートにつながれて戻るというハプニングがあり、そこでの時間が少し短くなってしまったのはちょっと残念でしたが、景色はすごく良かったです。
食事も、家庭料理みたいで美味しかったし、ガイドのおじさんの説明も聞きやすく三線も聞けて良かったです。

I didn't have as much time as I thought, and my actions were quite rushed. I really wanted to take my time and look around, but I couldn't, which was very disappointing. Even though I came all the way to Ishigaki Island, I only have memories of being rushed and not being able to enjoy it. (laughs) If I had known, it would have been better to rent a car and explore at a more leisurely pace.

思ってた以上に時間に余裕がなくバタバタの行動でした。もっとゆっくり見たいけど見れなかったのが凄く残念でした。せっかく石垣島まで来たのにゆっくり見れなくバタバタしたって言う思い出しかなかったです(笑)こんな事ならレンタカー借りてゆっくり回った方がよかったです。

The review was indeed good as mentioned. The seats on the left side are recommended as they face the sea. You need to check in at the bus terminal 15 minutes before departure.

The male guide (estimated age 60-65) and the staff from To Transport were very pleasant, making me think it's a good company.

The guide's storytelling was engaging and entertaining, and he was skilled at playing the sanshin and singing island songs. The travel time was short, so it wasn't tiring. It's also convenient that on the morning trip, you can be dropped off at the airport on the way back.

Although the weather forecast predicted sunny weather, it rained at Kabira Bay, which was disappointing, but the glass boat experience was still enjoyable. For lunch, I had a hearty hamburger set at Auntie Poza's diner with a nice view. However, the taste was just okay. Normally, a meal here costs 1,100 yen, so the sightseeing bus ticket is effectively 3,500 yen. The price and content are reasonable.

15分前までにバスターミナルで受付します。
名ガイドの男性(推定60-65歳)をはじめ、東運輸の受付の方もとても感じが良く、いい会社なんだと思います。

ガイドさんの話は名調子で面白く、三線も島唄も上手。移動時間も短く疲れません。午前の便のみ帰りは空港で降ろしてもらえるのも便利。

天気予報は晴れなのに川平湾は雨も降り残念でしたがグラスボートはそこそこ楽しめました。
昼食は眺めのよいポーザーおばさんの食堂のハンバーグ定食でボリュームも十分。ただし味はイマイチ。
普通にここで食事すると1100円のメニューなので、観光バスは実質3500円。納得の価格と内容です。

This is my second time in Ishigaki Island. Last time I rented a car, but this time I didn't, so I joined a half-day island tour. Since the forecast predicted rain on the day of my reservation, I asked the bus company to change it, and I was glad to receive a positive response from a very friendly employee. The guide provided detailed explanations about the island, which helped me understand Ishigaki Island better, and the lunch was delicious. It was a satisfying tour.

石垣島は2度目ですが、前回はレンタカーで今回はレンタカーを借りなかったので半日の島巡りツアーに参加しました。予約日が雨の予報でしたので、変更を当日バス会社にお願いしましたが、とても感じのいい社員の方からのOKの返事を頂いてよかったです。ガイドさんの丁寧な島の説明で石垣島のことがよくわかりましたし、昼食も美味しかったです。満足のツアーでした。

I participated in the morning tour. I was looking forward to the guide being the famous old man mentioned, but I was a bit disappointed when it turned out to be a female guide. However, she was very articulate and I was able to enjoy exploring Ishigaki Island.

At Kabira Bay, I took a glass-bottom boat for an additional fee. Although the sea was murky due to low tide, I was able to see sea turtles!

The view from Tamatorizaki Observatory, where you can see both the East China Sea and the Pacific Ocean, was truly wonderful.

If your flight from Ishigaki Airport is around 3 PM, this tour might be just right for you. You can quickly circle Ishigaki Island, enjoy lunch, and be dropped off at the airport at the end, making it a great value for the price.

午前発プランで参加しました。
午前は名物おじさんのガイドという記載があり、楽しみにしていましたが、女性のガイドさんでちょっとがっかり。
しかし、そのガイドの方もとても話上手な方で、楽しく石垣島を巡ることが出来ました。

川平湾では別料金でグラスボートに乗りました。
干潮時で海が濁っていたのですが、ウミガメが見れました！


東シナ海と太平洋が一望できる、玉取崎展望台からの眺望かとても素晴らしいと感じました。

もし、石垣空港からのフライトが3時近くであれば、このツアーを参加するとちょうど良いかもしれません。
石垣島を駆け足で一周出来て、ランチもついて最後は空港で降ろして貰えるので、コスパ最高です。

The guide was talented, and it was an enjoyable tour. The scenery at Kabira Bay was beautiful, and seeing the underwater world from the glass-bottom boat was fascinating. The gradient of blue from the coral reefs was stunning from the Tamatorizaki Observatory. The meals were delicious. However, it was a bit busy, and it was disappointing that there were some places we could only see from the car window.

ガイドさんが芸達者で、楽しいツアーでした。
川平湾は風景がきれいで、グラスボートで見る海中も興味深かった。
玉取崎展望台からは、珊瑚礁による青のグラデーションがきれいだった。
食事も美味しかった。
ただし、少し忙しく、車窓から見るだけの場所もあったことが残念だった。

I applied the evening before and received confirmation the morning of the tour. While waiting in the hotel lobby at the meeting time, a driver holding a "regular sightseeing" card appeared and left with only two other people. They didn't call our names or look for us, so I wondered if that was a different tour. Feeling anxious, I consulted the hotel concierge, who confirmed with the tour company that we had indeed been left behind. I'm not sure if the issue was that my application through Veltra wasn't communicated or if it was a mistake on the organizer's side, as there was no explanation given, and the driver didn't apologize (which suggests a communication error?).

I've used Veltra services many times in various countries, but this was my first experience like this. I'm glad it happened in Japan; I think I would have given up if it were overseas.

As for the tour content, it felt just right—not too much, not too little, and it covered all the highlights of Ishigaki. More than the sightseeing spots, the guide was fantastic! Their explanations were rich and easy to understand, and they played the sanshin and sang folk songs along the way, making it a tour where you could really feel the essence of Ishigaki.

前日の夕方に申し込み、当日の朝に確定連絡が来ました。
待ち合わせ時間にホテルのロビーで待っていると、「定期観光」のカードを持った運転手さんが現れ、他の２名だけを連れて発車してしまいました。
我々の名前を呼ぶでも探すでもなかったので、あれは違うツアーなのか？と思いつつ、不安だったのでホテルのコンシェルジュに相談し観光会社に確認したところやはり置いていかれていました。
ベルトラからの申込みが伝わっていなかったのか、主催者側のミスなのか、説明もなかったので良く分かりませんが、運転手さんからの謝罪も特にありませんでした（ということは連絡ミス？）
世界各国でベルトラ経由のサービスを何度も利用していますが、初めての経験でした。これが日本で良かったです。海外なら諦めたと思います。
ツアーの内容は、これ以上でもこれ以下でもないという感じで、石垣の見どころは全て入れた感じでした。観光場所よりも、ガイドさんが素晴らしかった！説明は豊富で分かりやすく、途中三線を演奏したり民謡を歌ったり、バスの中で石垣をたっぷり感じられるツアーでした。

It was great to ride a boat on the sea and see the fish and scenery. The seawater felt very pleasant. The view from the observation deck was also spectacular.

海でボートに乗って、魚や景色を見れたことは非常に良かったです。海の水は非常に気持ち良かったです。展望台からの景色も絶景でした。

I also took a glass-bottom boat ride, and the colors of the surrounding sea were a beautiful gradient of blue as we moved through it. It was very soothing. There were baby sea turtles swimming beneath the boat.

グラスボートにも乗りましたが、周りの海の色が青のグラデーションでその中を進みます。とても癒されました。ボートの底には、子供の海亀がいて泳いでました。

It was a course starting from the afternoon of the day I arrived. The weather was nice, and I was glad that everyone was very kind and hospitable at each stop.

I participated alone, but there were others who were also solo travelers, so I felt comfortable and was able to enjoy myself leisurely.

Since it was an afternoon course, light snacks and tea were included, and I was pleased to be able to taste Okinawan treats little by little on the terrace with a view of the sea.

It was a great tour for getting to know Ishigaki Island quickly.

到着した日の午後からのコースでした。お天気もよく、立ち寄るところでみなさんにとても優しくおもてなしをしていただけてよかったです。
一人で参加しましたが、ほかにもおひとり様もいたし、とくに違和感もなく、ゆったりと楽しむことができました。
午後からコースなので、軽食とお茶がついてましたが、海が見えるテラスで沖縄のおやつを少しづつ味わうことができてよかったです。
石垣島をささっと知るにはとてもいいツアーでした。

On April 1, 2018, the courteous reservation confirmation process at the bus company's office and the sincere responses to questions about tours organized by other companies were excellent. I participated in the afternoon session on April 1, 2018, and it was truly wonderful. The sightseeing explanations were easy to understand. The organizing company was the bus company, and the driving was careful, a stark contrast to the buses in Naha City.

During the glass boat tour, the captain explored and discovered a green sea turtle clinging to a rock while checking on the passengers to see if anyone was feeling seasick. I am grateful and deeply moved by the customer service that aims to please tourists. It was truly wonderful. The handmade snacks served at "Auntie Poza's Table" were also delicious.

Two days later, before departing from Ishigaki Airport, I coincidentally ran into the tour guide from this tour, and I was thankful that she remembered me. At the same time, I caught a glimpse of her wonderful personality and the positive company culture at To Transport. It was a fantastic tour that taught me what professionalism is all about! I highly recommend this tour for its excellent service and the warmth of the staff.

On the last day of my Yaeyama trip, I took a flight in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it was drizzling and cloudy that day, so even though I was at Kabira Bay, the scenery wasn't as breathtaking due to the rain. When it comes to just viewing the ocean rather than swimming in it, nothing beats a clear sunny day. However, the great thing about this tour is that they took care of my luggage and dropped it off at Ishigaki Airport. If the weather had been nice, it would have been a very convenient and wonderful tour for the last day.

八重山旅行最終日に飛行機の便が午後でしたので利用しました。当日残念なことに小雨と曇り空で、せっかくの川平湾も、やはり雨模様だと海は絶景とはいきませんので残念でした。やはり海に入るのでなく見るとなると、晴天に勝るものはないです。しかしこのツアーの良いところは、荷物もバスに積んでくださり、石垣空港で降ろしていただけることですね。最終日の使い方として、またお天気が良ければとても便利で素敵なツアーになることと思います。
