Since I was traveling with my child, I chose this tour for its ease of movement and the opportunity to see various sights.

In the morning, we had a bus tour of Ishigaki Island. The stories from our veteran bus guide, Sunakawa, were entertaining, filled with songs and laughter, making the journey completely enjoyable. There were many solo participants, but thanks to Sunakawa's engaging talk, the atmosphere remained pleasant throughout.

The transparency of the glass-bottom boat in Kabira Bay was also amazing (though I did get a bit seasick if I wasn't careful). I heard that a sea turtle had come into the bay that day, but it was disappointing that we didn't get to see it. (Lunch was not included for my son, but it was possible to order on-site.)

In the afternoon, the ox cart ride on Taketomi Island was fun as well. I had visited Taketomi Island the day before and rode a bicycle, but I couldn't go fast and got quite tired, so I highly recommend the ox cart tour. After the ox cart ride, we had about an hour and a half of free time, during which we walked to Nishizaki Pier and relaxed.

It was a fulfilling tour that was worth more than the price!

子供とふたり旅だったので、移動が楽で一通り観光が出来るこちらのツアーを選びました。
午前中は石垣島バスツアー。
ベテランバスガイドの砂川さんのお話が面白く、唄もあり、笑いもあり全く道中飽きませんでした。
お一人での参加者も多かったですが、砂川さんのトークのお陰で終始和やかなムードでした。
川平湾のグラスボートの透明度も素晴らしかったです（油断したら船酔いしましたが）。
当日海亀が湾内に入ってきていたとの事でしたが、会えなくて残念でした。
（昼食は息子の分はつかないのですが、現地でオー
ダー可能でした）

午後の竹富島の牛車も、楽しかったです。
前日も竹富島に行って、自転車に乗ったのですがスピードが出せなくてかなり疲れたので牛車観光はおススメです。
牛車観光が終わり、1時間半くらいフリータイムがあり西桟橋まで歩いてのんびり過ごしました。
お値段以上に充実したツアーでした！

I had initially planned an extra day in Ishigaki Island for another tour, but since the tour I was aiming for went ahead as scheduled, I found myself wondering what to do for another day in Ishigaki. I ended up signing up for a tour the morning before, and it turned out to be quite fulfilling! We were introduced to the famous spots of Ishigaki Island with explanations from the bus guide, and most importantly, I enjoyed riding the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, feeling like I had time-traveled back to the old Okinawa islands. I'm glad I signed up for it.

However, be prepared for a lot of photos being taken by the participants of the walking tour on Taketomi Island along the way. (Laughs)

Most of the people who joined the tour had only signed up for a round trip around Ishigaki Island, and either got off the bus at the airport on the way back or returned to the bus terminal but were unsure of what to do next since it was still around 2 PM. Meanwhile, I enjoyed Taketomi Island all by myself at a reasonable price.

Next time, I think I will stay overnight on Taketomi Island. Thank you very much.

予定通りにお目当てツアーは実施されたため、さて、もう一日石垣島でどうしよう？と、
急遽前日朝に申し込んだのですが、これがなかなか充実していました！
石垣島の名所をバスガイドさんの解説付きで紹介していただき、
何よりその後の竹富島の水牛車に乗り、昔にタイムスリップしたような沖縄の離島を楽しめて、
申し込んどいて良かったです。

しかし、他の竹富島を徒歩ツアーの方々から、道中、無茶苦茶写真撮られますので覚悟しといてください。（笑）

ツアーで一緒になったほとんどの方々は石垣島1周のみの申し込みで、
途中の空港でバスを降りて帰途につかれたか、あるいは、
バスターミナルに戻ったものの、まだ14時頃でこの後どうしよう？と困っていらっしゃいましたが、私は一人、お値段もお安く竹富島も楽しんでしまいました。

今度は竹富島に宿泊しようと思います。

I was looking forward to having a guide who was an older man, but it turned out to be a woman. She was very experienced and I was able to hear various stories, which was nice in its own way. She made sure to take us to photogenic spots and helped us take as many pictures as possible at Kabira Bay.

The time spent at each landmark was short, but given that we wanted to see as much as possible within the time frame, it couldn't be helped. On the plus side, we were able to visit many places, which was fulfilling.

Since this was my several visits to Ishigaki Island, there were places I had already been to, but there was also new information, so I never got bored.

The pamphlet was specifically for the tour, so it was very clear about where we were going next and how long it would take, which gave me a great sense of reassurance. I had an amazing time!! The guide was fantastic!! The weather was great too, just perfect!!

In the morning, I took a bus tour around Ishigaki Island. The bus tour departed from the bus terminal near the remote island terminal.

The tour was led by a charming elderly guide who made the time fly with his interesting stories.

Although the tour was brief, it allowed us to greatly enjoy the natural beauty of Ishigaki Island, which was truly refreshing for someone living in the city.

Unfortunately, the glass-bottom boat experience was disappointing as the seabed visible through the glass was all green, and it didn't showcase the true colors of the underwater scenery. If you want to enjoy the underwater world, snorkeling might be a better option.

After finishing the bus tour around Ishigaki Island, I walked from the bus terminal to the remote island terminal and took a ferry to Taketomi Island around 3 PM.

石垣島一周バスツアーを終え、バスターミナルから離島ターミナルへ徒歩で移動し、15時くらいから竹富島に渡りました。

竹富島では、牛車が目的で牛車に乗ってきました。
牛車は、テレビにも出演した事のある牛のピー助が引く牛車に乗る事が出来ました。

牛車を運転するガイド兼任の方のトークも面白く初めて牛車に乗りましたがゆったりと動き村一周も長閑な時間を過ごせました。

石垣にはもう一度行ってみたいと思っています。

It was a wonderful trip.

At first, I wanted to ride the glass-bottom boat and the water buffalo cart at Kabira Bay, so I searched for various options. I'm glad I found this plan that allowed me to do everything in one day and signed up for it.

The hamburger at Aunt Poza's lunch (a place I wanted to visit after reading about it in a book) was tender and had a gentle flavor! I also enjoyed the fried gurukun, a local Okinawan specialty, very much.

Due to our mistake, we missed the ferry to Taketomi Island, but they quickly arranged everything for us, and we were able to ride the water buffalo cart (the magnificent Kuro-chan) safely. Thank you very much for that. We changed our return ferry time to the last one and enjoyed searching for star sand at Kaiji Beach, which we really wanted to visit, by renting bicycles. Taking a break in the shade while looking at the blue sea was the best healing time.

It was fun. Thank you very much.

I was a bit nervous on my first solo trip and was flustered, forgetting my umbrella at the hotel, but their gentle response made me feel very reassured. In the end, the umbrella was tucked away in the back of my luggage, originally in my carry-on bag, but I ended up wasting energy going back and forth to the hotel. However, I was able to enjoy the sightseeing thanks to the guide's excellent commentary and the driver's safe driving. The weather was such that I didn't need to use the umbrella at all, but I look forward to participating again on a sunny day when I can enjoy the views of Kabira Bay and Tamatorizaki without worrying about an umbrella. The option to stop at the airport was also very convenient and meaningful for first-timers or those who do not rent a car, making it a great way to make the most of the last day.

Despite being late March, the day of the tour was marked by thick clouds and strong winds, which meant we had to spend our time at Kawahira Park and the tea time (originally a scenic café) without much enjoyment.

The only highlight was the Yonehara Tropical Rainforest. We took a short 10-minute stroll through the rainforest, and the well-maintained pathways made it safe for older visitors.

We departed from the bus terminal at 2 PM with a group of 11. We made stops at four locations, including a café, and returned to the bus terminal at 5:30 PM, arriving 20 minutes early due to the bad weather. The afternoon course does not go via the airport.

The guide was kind, and we were able to comfortably visit the attractions, so it wasn't bad at all. However, I believe that poor weather inevitably lowers the overall satisfaction.

　３月下旬にもかかわらず、ツアー当日は、厚い曇り空と風が強かったので、せっかくの川平公園もティータイム（本来は絶景カフェ）も時間を持て余してしまいました。
　唯一、良かったのは米原熱帯原生林でしょうか。原生林を１０分程度散策しますが、歩道が整備されているので年配の方でも安心です。
　１１人で１４時にバスターミナルを出発。カフェを含めて４箇所を下車観光し、バスターミナルに戻ってきたのは１７時３０分。お天気が悪かったので２０分早く到着しました。午後コースは空港を経由しません。
　ガイドさんも親切で、快適に見所を回れるなど、決して悪いくはないのですが、お天気が悪いとどうしても満足度は低くなると思います。
