We were able to make effective use of our time from early morning until 6 PM, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much.

It took about an hour to reach offshore, and we spotted a whale. On this day, around 11 boats gathered for the observation. Each boat seemed to keep a distance while chasing the humpback whales, and perhaps due to the blue whales, we had to search for their surfacing spots, which felt like they were about 200 to 300 meters away from the boats. We were able to see breaching.

When I participated last January, there was a mother and calf whale, so their diving time was shorter, and at times we were as close as 10 meters, which felt much closer.

Since there were many international guests on board, I think it would have been more enjoyable if there had been explanations about the whales. (On another boat, there was a lecture, and they used an underwater microphone to listen to their calls, but I couldn't hear it...)

この日は11隻程の船が集結しての観察となりました。どの船も間隔を空けてザトウクジラを追いかける感じでしたし、オスクジラの為か、潜水すると浮上する場所を探すこととなり、船からは200〜300m離れたところにいた感じでした。ブリーチングが見れました。
前回1月に参加した時は、親子クジラだったので潜水時間も短く、10m程の距離の時もあったので遠かったです。

海外の方たちが多く乗船されていた為なのか、クジラについての説明があるともっと楽しめたと思います。(別船ではレクチャーがあり、水中マイクを入れて鳴き声を聞く様なこともありました。でも聴けなかったですけど、、、。)

I had the best experience thanks to the wonderful weather and the friendly staff! I participated with my 1-year and 3-month-old child, and there were plenty of life jackets available in various sizes, so we were able to choose the right fit! Through the clear kayak, we encountered many colorful fish and, fortunately, even a sea turtle! At the end of the experience, we received high-quality photos and an edited video using a drone, and I am extremely satisfied!

This time, due to my circumstances, I only participated in the canoe experience at Kabira Bay. At first, I was worried about what would happen if I fell into the sea from the canoe, but the canoe was stable, and I was able to enjoy it without any concerns. We slowly paddled through the transparent waters of Kabira Bay, sometimes picking up speed and going deep into the bay. We took a short break at a small beach that couldn't be reached from land. The guide took many photos for us. I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful Kabira Bay. My wife, who was scared because she can't swim, was very satisfied and said she wanted to go canoeing more.

By the way, the day after the canoe experience, we also did SUP and canyoning with the same company, PiPi, on Iriomote Island! That was amazing too. Now that I'm back home, I'm planning when to go to Ishigaki Island next time.

今回は私の都合で川平湾のカヌー体験だけになりました。
最初はカヌーから海に落ちたら、どうしようと不安でしたけれどカヌーは安定していてまったく心配なく楽しめました。
川平湾の透き通る海をゆっくりと､時にはスピードを上げ湾の奥の方まで行って来ました。陸上からは道がなくてたどり着くことができないような小さな浜辺によって小休止｡写真もガイドさんに沢山撮って頂きました。
きれいな川平湾を堪能することができました。
カナヅチで怖がっていた嫁も、もっとカヌーに乗りたいと大満足です。

ちなみにカヌー体験の翌日は同じPiPi さんで西表島sup +キャニオニングを体験しました！
こちらも最高でした。
今､地元に帰って来ましたけど、次回の石垣島はいつ行こうか計画してます

Churaumi Aquarium:
There used to be three whale sharks, but now there is only one, and the large tank looks lonely (-_-;) The dolphin show at Okichan Theater was enjoyable even for a solo traveler, with the children's cheers adding to the fun. They are so talented!!
Kouri Island:
I only visited the beach and the roadside station for souvenirs, so I was disappointed that I couldn't go to Heart Rock Tower. The bridge leading to Kouri Island is beautiful no matter when you visit.
Chatan American Village:
It's Christmas Town all year round. The delicious food left me not only in a good mood but also completely satisfied. The sunset at the end was the best.
I appreciate the long bus journey, safe driving, and the support from the guide.

This time, my wife and I traveled to Ishigaki Island for the first time, and while searching for activities on VELTRA, we found a plan at Ishigaki Island ADVENTURE PiPi that allowed us to enjoy both the Kayak SUP tour and snorkeling at the Blue Cave in one day.

On the day of the tour, due to the wind and waves, we couldn't do the snorkeling at the Blue Cave and had to go to a different location, but personally, I had a fantastic time snorkeling.

Swimming through the clear sea among the coral reefs, I was able to see fish and sea turtles up close. The scenery underwater far exceeded my imagination.

My wife had a bit of trouble with her stamina on the way back, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused, but the guide was very kind and helpful.

After we were dropped off at the hotel, they even checked in on us, which I really appreciated.

I was embarrassed to be the only one who fell off the SUP among the participants (laughs). If we have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to request this tour. Thank you for the wonderful time!

　今回、夫婦で初めて石垣島に旅行に行き、どんなアクティビティを体験しようかとVELTRAさんで探していたところ、川平SUPツアーと青の洞窟シュノーケリングが1日で満喫できるプランが石垣島 ADVENTURE PiPiさんにてありましたのでお世話になってきましたー♪
　当日は風と波の影響で青の洞窟シュノーケリングは出来ず、代わりに別な場所になってしまいましたが、個人的には凄い楽しめたシュノーケリングになりました。
　透き通る海の中で、珊瑚礁の間を通り抜けながら泳いで行き、魚やウミガメも近くで見れました。もう海の中の景色は自分の想像を遥かに超えていました。
　妻の体力が無く、沖まで帰る中ご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、ガイドの方に親切にご対応頂きとても助かりました。
　ホテルへ送り届けて頂いた後も心配してご連絡くださりました、有難うございました。
　SUPで落ちたのはツアー参加の方々の中で私だけだったのが恥ずかしかったです（笑）
　また機会があれば是非お願いしたいと思います。楽しい時間を有難うございました。

In mid-March, I participated in SAP and snorkeling with my university student daughter. I received a phone call the day before to confirm the details. At that time, I requested prescription goggles on short notice, and they kindly accommodated my request. On the day of the event, there were four groups of eight participants, including us, and two staff members provided guidance. SAP allowed us to enjoy the scenery from a higher vantage point than canoeing. I was constantly battling the fear of falling, but I managed to stay on without falling even once. 3月中旬に大学生の娘とにSAPとシュノーケリングに参加しました。参加前日に詳細確認のため電話を頂きました。その時に度付きゴーグルを急遽お願いしましたが快く受付てもらえました。当日の参加者は私達を含めて4組8名、2名のスタッフでご指導を頂きました。SAPはカヌーよりも目線が高く景色を楽しめました。常に落ちそうな恐怖と戦っていましたが一度も落ちずにすみました。シュノーケリングでは途中頻繁に体調確認があります。娘が足がつりそうになりましたが、浮具に掴まらせてもらいすぐに回復しました。ウミガメは比較的長く観察できたと思います。終了後は浮力の関係？か想像以上に疲れていました。この状況を見越して頻繁な体調確認があったんだと思いました。スタッフの方のお陰で石垣島のいい思い出がでしました。

We had a fun departure with the veteran guide's lively talk!

We enjoyed the Okinawa vibe on a remote island accessible by bus, and then headed to the main attraction, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. There was plenty of time allocated, so we could leisurely enjoy the aquarium without rushing, and we also got to visit facilities that are not easily accessible on our own, which greatly increased our satisfaction! Additionally, it was more affordable than going individually, making it a great value for money.

It was great to cycle through the Fukugi tree-lined path! If I could wish for something, I would have liked to stay a bit longer in American Village.

It was a very efficient tour where we could visit many highlights in just one day, starting with the Churaumi Aquarium, as well as Kouri Island and American Village.

Additionally, our guide even showcased Okinawan folk songs and played the sanshin, allowing us to enjoy a fun time on the bus.

(On the bus, announcements were made in English, Chinese, and Korean, which made it reassuring for international visitors.)

Next time I go to Okinawa, I would love to take a bus tour again.

It was a weekday, but everywhere was crowded, making it difficult to take our time exploring within the tour schedule. I was too concerned about the meeting time, and there were many people... so I felt like we had little free time. However, I enjoyed it because we were taken to many sightseeing spots.

平日でしたがどこも混み合ってて、ツアーの時間内ではゆっくり観て回るのはのは難しいですね。集合時間が気になり過ぎて人も多く…自由時間は少なかったかなと？

My first trip to the three islands was enjoyable, as I was able to efficiently visit places that would be difficult to cover on my own. The only downside was at the Takeubushima Water Buffalo Cart stop, where I felt a bit uncomfortable being asked to buy photos that I didn't want. In this age of smartphones, I think such commemorative photos are unnecessary. I also thought it would be better if we could choose at the beginning whether or not to include a commemorative photo.

It was a more enjoyable tour than I expected. I was worried the day before due to strong winds, but on the day of the tour, the wind calmed down and the sun came out, making it the perfect day for kayaking. My two friends and I are seniors, but thanks to the wonderful instructors, we were able to paddle smoothly from the inner sea to the outer sea. Through the transparent bottom of the kayak, we encountered cute clownfish and colorful fish. We also had many photos and videos taken, including drone footage, and in the end, they even created an edited video with music for us. It was a truly amazing and fulfilling tour that I want to recommend to everyone. I will definitely go back to experience it again.

前日ものすごい強風で心配でしたが、当日は風もおさまり晴れ間も出て最高のカヤック日和でした。
友達２人のシニア層でしたが、素晴らしいインストラクターの方々のご指導のおかげで、内海、外海までスイスイ漕いで行くことができました。透明な船底からは、かわいいニモやカラフルなお魚たちにも遭遇できました。そして、たくさんの写真や動画、ドローンからの撮影もして頂き、最後には音楽付きの編集ビデオまで作成してもらって至れり尽くせりの感謝感激ツアーでした。
