At first, there were concerns about whether we could go snorkeling due to the bad weather, but on the day of the tour, the weather was fantastic, and we were able to go kayaking and snorkeling in the Blue Cave as planned.
Kayaking allowed us to paddle upstream through the mangrove forest, connecting with nature.
The snorkeling took us further out than expected, where we encountered a variety of colorful fish and witnessed the mystery of the coral.
During the car ride, we had a great time chatting with the instructor, and we ended up having a fun tour.
If the opportunity arises, I would definitely like to participate again.

最初、天気が良くないため、シュノーケリングもできるかどうかと言われていましたが、当日はめちゃくちゃ天気も良く、予定通りカヤックと青の洞窟シュノーケリングがすることができました。
カヤックは川を遡上しマングローブの森の中を行き、自然に触れ合えました。
シュノーケリングは思っていたより沖に出てくれたため、色とりどりの種類の魚達と出会うことができ、また珊瑚の神秘性も見ることができました。
車中はインストラクターと色々な話をして大盛り上がりで、楽しいツアーを終えることが出来ました。
機会があれば、是非また参加したいと思います。

The rainy season has begun in Okinawa. I was worried about the rain, but the mountains drenched in rain looked beautiful, and the plants appeared vibrant. Since there are slippery areas, I recommend wearing sneakers or other athletic shoes.

梅雨入りした沖縄。雨が心配でしたが、雨に濡れた山々が美しく、植物が生き生きして見えました。滑りやすい所もあるので、スニーカーなどの運動靴がおすすめです。

From Naha, the Churaumi Aquarium is far away, and you have the option to either rent a car or join a bus tour to get there. Since we had a larger group this time, we opted for the bus tour.
The Churaumi Aquarium is located within a marine park, and the time allocated for visiting is not very long. Moreover, we were instructed to have lunch in the park and return to the bus. However, while there are a café inside the aquarium and a food court in the park, all the options are overpriced, unappetizing, and lack local flavor, making them not worth eating. When we returned to the bus parking lot, we found several diverse local restaurants around the parking area that looked very delicious. In other words, after the bus arrives and you visit the Churaumi Aquarium (which is located near the coast, down a slope from the bus parking lot), it’s recommended to skip lunch in the park, quickly head back up the slope to the parking lot, enjoy lunch at one of the diverse local restaurants nearby, and wait for the bus departure time. However, this recommended pattern of behavior is not mentioned by the guide, so be cautious.
After the aquarium, Kouri Island and Manzamo are good natural sightseeing spots, but places like the Okashi Goten and American Village are just souvenir shops, and I don't see the point in spending more time than necessary there.

那覇から美ら海水族館は遠く、水族館に行くにはレンタカーで行くかパスツアーに入るかの選択肢となる。今回は人数も多かったのでバスツアーにした。
美ら海水族館は海洋公園の中にあり、見学に与えられた時間はそれほど長くない。しかも、公園内で昼食を取ってバスに戻る様に指示あり。しかし公園内には水族館内のカフェ、公園内のフードコート、などがあるもののどこも不味くて高くてローカル色もなく、全く食べる価値がない。ところがバス駐車場に戻ってみれば、駐車場周辺に多彩な地元のレストランがいくつもあり、とてもおいしそう。つまり、バスが着いて美ら海水族館を見たら（バス駐車場からずっと降りて行った海岸近くにある）公園内で昼食を取らずに、サッサとスロープを上って駐車場に戻って来て、周辺の多彩なレストランで昼食を楽しんで、バスの出発時間を待つ、と言うのがお勧めの行動パターンと言える。但し、決してこの行動パターンはガイドさんからは語られないので注意、
水族館以降の古宇利島や万座毛は自然の観光スポットとして良いが、お菓子御殿やアメリカンビレッジは単なる土産物屋であり、ここに必要以上の滞在時間を掛ける意味を感じない。

This time, we participated as a large group and ordered three types: Coral, Emerald, and Diamond. The dinner options differ only in the main course, while everything else is served buffet-style for everyone to help themselves. The buffet offerings are as shown in the photos on the website, and there are no notable shortcomings; there were no shortages or items running out over time. As for whether the difference in main courses justifies the price, I would say it's about what you would expect. Since the portion sizes are the same, you can expect a reasonable level of satisfaction with any of the courses.

The cruise features live music, which isn't particularly famous, but it's not bad, so it serves well as background music. It's not excessively loud, which is often the case. Drinks and alcohol are charged separately, but since we always drink, that's to be expected. I don't think the prices are particularly high, so I believe you can order normally.

I participated with my elderly mother, aunt, and husband. Originally, we had planned for five people, but one person had to cancel due to health issues, and I appreciate the courteous handling of that situation.

Additionally, since part of the meal was buffet-style, I was helped by the staff while I was serving myself, which was a great assistance. It was also a birthday celebration, and we received photos taken during the event, along with a surprise tropical fruit juice, creating wonderful memories with my family. Most importantly, my mother was very happy that the food was delicious, and she mentioned that although she has visited Naha many times, this was the most enjoyable experience she has ever had. Thank you very much.

高齢の母と叔母、夫の4人で参加しました。元々5名参加予定でしたが、1名体調不良のため、キャンセルとなり、丁寧に対応いただき感謝しています。
また、お料理は一部ブッフェスタイルだったので、私一人でとりわけしているところをスタッフの方に手伝っていいただき、大変助かりました。誕生日のお祝いも重なり、写真を撮影したものをいただいたり、サプライズでトロピカルフルーツジュースをいただき、家族とのよい思い出ができました。何より母がお食事がおいしかったことと、那覇には何度も来ているけれどこんなに楽しいのは初めてととても喜んでくれたのがうれしかったです。ありがとうございました。

I was very satisfied with the sightseeing experience I had in a limited amount of time. I don't think I could have had this experience on my own in such a short time. Also, the lunch was very delicious and excellent. The tour guide was very efficient and did a great job.

I would love to go again.

個人では、この時間でこの体験はできないと思います。

I was very satisfied with the packed tour. Unfortunately, lunch was set to be eaten individually at the aquarium, but since my visit was right in the middle of Golden Week, both the restaurant and snack stands were extremely crowded, and I couldn't eat anything. I wish they had told us, "Please bring your own lunch."

盛りだくさんのツアーで大変満足しました。
残念だったのは、昼食は水族館で各自が食べる設定でしたが、参加日がゴールデンウィーク真っただ中だったためレストラン、軽食売店ともに大混雑で何も食べることができませんでした。
こんなことなら、「昼食は持参してください」と言ってくれたらよかったのに、と思います。

The course and fees were reasonable. However, the tour guide from Saitama had a low, fast-paced voice and was not good at explaining things, which was the worst part. Also, using the audio guide on the bus was unnecessary, and it was only used for that purpose. There was no explanation of what it was for, and when I filed a complaint, I was met with anger, claiming they had explained it!

コースも料金もまとも。ただ、埼玉から移住の添乗員が、低音早口、説明下手で、最悪でした。また、バス内で、音声ガイド使用は不用だし、しかもそれに使用するだけ。何に使うか？の説明無いから、クレーム入れたら、説明した❗️と、逆ギレされました。

My spouse and I stayed in Miyako Island and signed up for kayaking. Although the waves made it difficult to see underwater from the surface, the clear boat allowed us to see clearly, and the small fish were adorable. Additionally, we had a wonderful experience capturing videos and photos with a drone from above, creating lovely memories. Thank you very much! The staff were cheerful and friendly, so we would love to participate again!

夫婦で宮古島に滞在し、カヤックをやりたくて申し込みました。海面からは海中が波があるので見えにくいのですが、クリヤボートなので鮮明に見えて小さい魚が可愛かったです。また、上からドローンで動画や写真も撮っていただきとても素敵な思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。スタッフのかたも明るく陽気な方だったのでまた参加したいです！

I was prepared for the rainy season, but the guide explained various things and helped distract me. It was lucky that the rain stopped just where we were walking.

On the mangrove kayak tour, we explored the mangroves of Miyara River. It was the rainy season in May, but we were fortunate with the weather, and there were very few people, making it feel almost like a private tour. The instructor was also very friendly, allowing even beginners to enjoy the experience with ease.

Unfortunately, the blue cave snorkeling tour was canceled due to strong winds and high waves on consecutive days. As an alternative, we were offered a landing on "Phantom Island" Hamajima and snorkeling nearby, which we experienced. The water was crystal clear, and we were able to see beautiful coral reefs and many tropical fish that we had only seen in aquariums. Hamajima was also wonderful, with the sandy beach creating beautiful striped patterns due to the waves. The instructor took photos of us in various poses, which greatly increased our satisfaction. I would love to participate again if given the opportunity.

マングローブカヤックツアーでは宮良川のマングローブをまわりました。5月の梅雨の時期でしたが、天候にも恵まれて人がとても少なくほぼ貸切状態でした。また、インストラクターの方の愛想もよく、カヌー初心者でも安心して楽しむことができました。

残念ながら、青の洞窟シュノーケリングツアーは連日風が強く波が高かったため中止となってしまいました。代替として「幻の島」浜島の上陸と付近でのシュノーケリングを提案して頂いたのでそちらを体験しました。海の水は透き通っており、美しい珊瑚礁と水族館でしか見たことのないような熱帯魚がたくさん泳いでいる光景を見ることが出来ました。浜島もとても素晴らしくで砂浜が波によってにキレイな縞模様を描いていました。インストラクターの方に様々なポーズで写真も取っていただきとても満足度が高かったです。機会があればまたぜひ参加したいです。

First, the final confirmation email only mentioned that the meeting place was the Hilton in Chatan, and when I called to confirm, I was told it was a location with parking. It would be better to provide more details since there are several parking areas. I was quite anxious in the morning. Everything else was very good! The stories explained by the guide along the way were also educational!

まず、最後の確認のメールに集合場所が北谷ヒルトンとしか記載がなく電話で確認すると駐車場がある場所と言われましたが駐車場も何箇所があるので詳しく書いた方がいいです。朝から焦りました。それ以外はとてもよかったです！途中でガイドさんが説明してくれる話も勉強になりました！

It was great that there was a shuttle service at the hotel. The weather was perfect, and it was adorable to ride the water buffalo twice. It was a tour that kept me entertained from start to finish.

ホテルに送迎があるのがとても良かった。
お天気も最高で、水牛に2回も乗って可愛かった。
次から次へと飽きないツアーでした。

The shop is clean and well-equipped with amenities. Women can enjoy activities with peace of mind. The activity spots also offer stunning views and were very pleasant. Even I, who can't swim, was able to enjoy snorkeling without any worries!

ショップは綺麗でアメニティも充実。女性は安心してアクティビティを楽しめます。アクティビティのスポットも絶景で気持ちよかった。シュノーケルは泳げない私も不安なく楽しめました！

Unfortunately, due to the rain, the glass-bottom boat tour was canceled, and we switched to a bus tour and a water buffalo cart, but I had a great time. The bus tour guide and the water buffalo cart guide explained everything very clearly, and during the water buffalo cart ride, they sang "Naiyuu Soosoo" with the Okinawan shamisen, which was very moving. The scenery was exactly what I had seen in photos and knew to be Okinawa, and I was truly impressed.

あいにく雨で、グラスボートは中止になってしまいバス観光と水牛車になりましたが十分楽しめました。バス観光のガイドさん、水牛車のガイドの方もとてもわかりやすく説明してくれ、水牛車では沖縄三味線で“涙そうそう〟を唄ってくれたのがグッときました。
景色が私が写真とかで見て知ってるこれぞ沖縄‼︎で感動しました。

I have participated in similar tours several times, but this was my first experience visiting the Churaumi Aquarium first. However, this course is more efficient. It's a classic, but seeing the whale shark always brings a sense of calm. For lunch, I had yakisoba at the aquarium, but it was almost like "yakiudon." Manza Beach had a nice parking lot, but the old cluttered souvenir shops are gone, and it feels like the Okinawan charm that reminded me of Asia has disappeared, which made me a bit sad. Like everywhere else, it's unfortunate that due to COVID-19, we can't sample products at the souvenir shops. American Village is geared towards young people, so I found myself with too much free time. Overall, I think the cost performance of the tour is good.

I boarded from in front of the Okinawa Prefectural Office, but since there was no staff, it seems that the meeting place is difficult to find for first-timers.

これまで何度か同様のツアーに参加していますが、最初に美ら海水族館を訪れるパターンは初めてでした。でもこのコースのほうが効率的です。定番ですがジンベイザメはいつ見ても気持ちがおだやかになります。昼食は水族館内で焼きそばをいただきましたが、ほとんど「焼うどん」でした。万座毛は駐車場がきれいになっていましたが、昔のごちゃごちゃした土産物店がなくなり、アジアを連想させる沖縄らしさが消えてしまったようで、少し寂しく感じました。どこでもそうですが、コロナの影響で、土産物売り場で試食ができないのはやはり残念です。アメリカンビレッジは若者向けですので、じいさんは時間を持て余しました。ツアー全体としてはコスパはよいと思います。
なお沖縄県庁前から乗車しましたが、係員がいないため、初めての人には集合場所がわかりにくいようです。

I signed up for a snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave and a mangrove SUP tour, but we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to bad weather. However, the day before, they suggested snorkeling at a different location, and I decided to experience that instead. On the day of the tour, it was cloudy with some light rain, but I was able to enjoy both snorkeling and SUP thoroughly.

They took over 100 photos during the experience, and I was happy to receive the data for free. I didn't have to worry about taking my own photos, which allowed me to focus on the activities. The guides were really cheerful, and I had a great time throughout the experience. They also shared many recommendations for Ishigaki Island, which allowed me to enjoy my time even after the tour ended.

青の洞窟シュノーケリングとマングローブSUPのツアーに申し込みましたが、天候不良により青の洞窟には行けませんでした。…が、前日に別の場所でのシュノーケリングをご提案いただき、そちらで体験することにしました。当日は曇りでポツポツと雨が降っていましたがシュノーケリングもSUPも十分楽しむことができました。
体験中の写真も100枚を超えるくらい撮っていただき、しかもデータを無料で貰うことができて嬉しかったです。体験中に自分で写真を撮らなくていいので集中して取り組むことができました。
ガイドのみなさん、ほんとに明るくて終始楽しく体験することができました。石垣島のおススメもたくさん教えて頂いてツアー終了後も楽しく過ごすことができました。

I participated with my wife and daughter. It was our first experience, but we had a lot of fun! Next time, I will bring my grandchildren as well! Thank you very much!!

I was picked up at the airport by a cute Hello Kitty taxi (there are only a few of them), which really boosted my spirits (^o^).

The five-hour course included the airport → Kyoda Road Station → Kouri Island → supermarket → hotel in Motobu. The kind female driver was very accommodating, even responding politely to my request to take a picture of the white flowers I saw earlier. She took me to a large local supermarket where I was able to buy unique Okinawan ingredients, allowing me to enjoy Okinawan cuisine every day (since it was a self-catering accommodation).

Why didn't I give it the highest rating? It was because of the downpour during the rainy season, which forced us to give up on visiting Nakijin Castle ruins ^^; I will definitely ask for this service again next time and seek a do-over!

かわいいキティちゃんのタクシー(数台しかない)で空港に迎えに来てくれて、テンションアップ(^o^)

５時間コースで、空港→許田道の駅→古宇利島→スーパー→本部のホテル。
親切な女性ドライバーさんで、「さっき見た白い花の写真を撮りたい」なんていう要望にも丁寧に対応してくれました。
スーパーも地元の大きな店に連れて行ってくれて、沖縄独特の食材を買うことができたので、毎日沖縄料理を楽しめました(基本自炊の宿なので)。

なぜ最高の評価にならなかったか?
それは梅雨のスコールのような雨で、今帰仁城跡観光を断念したから^^;
次の機会にはまたお願いして、リベンジします❢

The clarity was higher than I expected, and the coral was beautiful. It would be even better if the weather were nice. I thought I would like to go again when it's not the rainy season! ^_^

思っていたよりも透明度が高く、サンゴも綺麗でした。お天気が良ければもっといいんでしょうね。
梅雨ではない時にまた行きたい！と思いました^_^

I was informed that drone photography wouldn't be possible in case of rain, but they managed to fly the drone during a brief moment of sunshine and captured some wonderful videos for us (^^)

It's great that we received the photos and videos right after the tour! Plus, there's an edited version available too!

■ Location
It was said to be an ideal spot for snorkeling, and the sea was calm. I was very satisfied with the ample free time we had (^^)

■ Clear Kayak
While it doesn't look as clear as underwater goggles, you can see the sea and fish directly below you, making you feel one with the ocean!

And if you're getting photos taken with the drone, the clear kayak really stands out in pictures (^^)

■ Staff
The staff were friendly and provided clear explanations, making the experience enjoyable (^_^)

水中眼鏡のようにはっきりクリアには見えませんが、真下を見ると海と魚は確認でき、気分は海と一体になれます！

そしてドローンで撮ってもらうならクリアが写真映えします(^^)

The day we had planned for the sunset kayak was forecasted to rain... On a whim, I asked to change the date, and although it was cloudy with occasional rain that day, it cleared up beautifully in the evening. We were able to take photos with a stunning sunset in the background. It was a bit chilly, but we had a great time. My middle school son was also moved by the beautiful sunset. Thank you very much. I would love to request your services again when I come back to Okinawa.

せっかくのサンセットカヤックの予定日が雨予報…。いちかばちかの私のワガママで、当日に変更のお願いに聞いて頂き、その日も曇り時々雨でしたが、夕方は、パァーっと晴れてくれて、キレイな夕日をバックに写真が取れ、少し寒かったけど、楽しかったです。
中学生の息子もキレイな夕日に感動。

On the day of the event, the weather changed rapidly; just when I thought it was pouring rain, shortly after, there was strong sunshine that could dry wet clothes in no time. However, I was told that this is not particularly unusual for the area, so I think it's better for participants to prepare rain gear even if it's sunny in Naha.

When traveling in Okinawa, especially on the main island, tourists who cannot drive have a very limited range of activities, so tours that take you to distant places are very appreciated. It would be helpful if more options could be added.

参加当日はとにかくお天気がころころ変わり、強い雨に降られたと思ったら、その少し後には、濡れた衣服もあっという間に乾いてしまいそうな強い日差しが…
でも、この地域では特に珍しいことではないと言われましたので、参加される方は那覇では晴れていても雨具の用意はしていったほうがいいかと思います。
沖縄旅行、特に本島では、車を運転できない観光客は行動範囲がかなり狭くなってしまうので、このような遠方まで連れて行ってくれるツアーはとてもありがたいものでした。
さらに種類を増やしていただけると助かります。

This year's Golden Week started off with Miyako Island entering the rainy season earlier than usual, and I was considering canceling my tour due to the daily rain forecast. However, just the day before the tour, the weather forecast changed to sunny! The tour guide called to confirm the meeting place and said, "I'm glad it looks like it will be sunny," which really boosted my excitement!

On the day of the tour, there was no wind and the weather was fantastic. We were able to go out to sea and saw clownfish, beautiful blue fish, and lots of coral. The guide pointed out where the fish were, which was a huge help since I didn't have to keep bending my neck to look underwater (I heard that looking down for too long can make you feel seasick). The photos taken with the drone and GoPro were stunning and became wonderful memories of my trip to Miyako Island!

今年のGWは例年に比べて早く宮古島が梅雨入りとなってしまい毎日雨予報で、ツアーはキャンセルしようかな、、、と思っていたのですが。なんとツアー前日に天気予報が変わり晴れ予報に！！ツアーのガイドさんから前日に集合場所確認の電話があるのですが、その際に「晴れそうでよかったですね」と声をかけてくださって楽しみな気持ちがどんどん増していきました！
当日は風もなくとても良いお天気で、沖の方まで出る事が出来て、ニモや綺麗な青いお魚、サンゴがたくさんみれました。
お魚がいる場所をガイドさんが教えてくれるので、首をずっと曲げて海中を探す必要がなく助かりました（ずっと下を向いてると酔ってしまうそうです）
ドローンやGoProで撮影してくださった写真はとてもきれいで宮古島旅行の良い思い出になりました！

Last year, when I visited Taketomi Island, I was captivated by the water buffalo, so this time I wanted to ride one by the seaside and joined this tour. Unfortunately, it was rainy, but I was still able to enjoy the mangroves on Iriomote Island, the water buffalo on Yubu Island, and the water buffalo on Taketomi Island. Especially on Yubu Island, I was able to touch the water buffalo, which was amazing. I think it would have been even more fun if the weather had been clear, so I hope to visit again someday.

昨年、竹富島に行った際に水牛に魅せられてから、今度は海辺で水牛に乗りたいと思い、本ツアーに参加しました。あいにくの雨天でしたが、西表島でのマングローブも由布島での水牛も、竹富島での水牛も楽しむことができました。特に由布島では水牛に触れることもできて最高でした。晴天だったらもっと楽しいだろうなと思いますので、いつか再訪したいと思います。

In the middle of Golden Week, we unexpectedly entered the rainy season. On the day I was looking forward to kayaking, it was canceled due to a thunderstorm. I appreciated the thorough and clear explanation regarding the safety considerations, which made me feel confident in their decision. Since the forecast was sunny for the next day, they prioritized my request for a reschedule. The communication was very polite, leaving a great impression.

Fortunately, the next day was sunny, and we were able to go on the kayaking tour. The sea was calm, and the water clarity was exceptional; we saw many fish. Since I was with my children, who are in elementary and middle school, as well as my mother (71 years old), the easy-to-understand explanations and the kindness of the staff were greatly appreciated.

We were lucky to have clear weather, and they even helped us with drone filming and created a short movie, which we received as data by the time we were leaving. What started as a disappointing trip to Miyako due to continuous rain turned into wonderful memories thanks to this tour on the last day.

I definitely want to request their services again next time. Thank you very much!

GW真っ只中でまさかの梅雨入り。
楽しみにしていたカヤック当日、雷雨で中止になりました。
安全第一を考えていただいたいる事への説明も丁寧で分かりやすかったので信頼が持てました。翌日が晴れ予報だったため、優先的に変更希望を取っていただきました。連絡もとても丁寧で印象がとても良かったです。
幸運にも翌日晴れだったので、カヤックツアーができました。海面も穏やかで透明度も抜群、魚達もたくさん見れました。小中学生の子供達と、私の母(71歳)も一緒だったので、興味を引く分かりやすい説明と、スタッフの方達の親切さがとてもありがたかったです。
幸運にも晴れたので、ドローン撮影、そしてショートムービーまで作っていただき、帰る頃にはデータで受け取りました。前日まで雨続きでがっかりだった宮古の旅が、最終日のこのツアーで一気に良い思い出となりました。
次回も絶対こちらにお願いしたいと思います。

We went with our 5 and 3-year-old children, and the experience was so packed that we enjoyed it without wasting any time. I would like to go again next time.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but that's why it was great to easily visit the sightseeing spots on the bus tour. Listening to the shamisen live performance while enjoying Ryukyu cuisine was the highlight. I highly recommend it!

あいにく天気は悪かったですが、だからこそバスツアーで楽に観光名所を巡れてよかったです。
あんがまでの三味線ライブを聴きながらの琉球料理はハイライトでした。
