We were not informed that we could enter Pineapple Park and only looked at the souvenir corner before leaving. The admission fee of 1,500 yen was too high, so we didn't go in. I was very disappointed to learn later, when you called to let us know we could enter, that we had missed the opportunity. I'm also concerned that after I made a complaint, I was told they would check on it, but I still haven't received any contact.

パイナップルパークに入れる事が私たちに伝えられおらず、お土産コーナーだけみて退店した。有料1500円が高くて入らなかったので、後から入れると電話でご連絡頂いた際に知ってとても残念だった。
クレームをしたら、確認しますと言ってからいまだに連絡が無いのがきになる。

During snorkeling, I was taken care of by Ryoma at the Pumpkin Cave and Gen-chan at SAP. Both of them taught me a lot about Miyako Island, and I enjoyed the journey to the activity spots as well. Personally, I have the strongest memories of the Pumpkin Cave, which had a lot of activity elements and was also mystical and beautiful inside. I was really happy to see the clownfish and sea turtles too. I believe participating in this tour made my trip to Miyako Island even more enjoyable. Thank you!

シュノーケリングではりょーまさん、パンプキン鍾乳洞とSAPではげんちゃんにお世話になりました。
お二人とも宮古島について色々教えてくださって、アクティビティをするスポットまでの移動中も楽しめました。
個人的にはパンプキン鍾乳洞がアクティビティ要素が強く、なおかつ、中も神秘的で綺麗だったので1番思い出に残っています。
カクレクマノミやウミガメにも会えたことも本当に嬉しかったです🐢

I participated in snorkeling, the Pumpkin Cave, and SUP this time. Each activity was enhanced by the beautiful sky and sea of Miyako Island, creating a heightened sense of excitement! I felt like our blue was sandwiched between the blue of the sky and the blue of the sea, becoming one with Miyako Island. It was a wonderful experience, surrounded by such beautiful blue, and I truly enjoyed it.

The reason I could experience such rich and amazing activities was thanks to our guide, Gen-chan! He had a wonderful smile and a dandy beard, and his kindness and thoughtfulness shone through! I highly recommend that anyone participating in activities in the future ask for Gen-chan as their guide!

今回参加させていただいたのは、シュノーケル、パンプキン鍾乳洞、SUPでした。どのアクティビティも宮古島の空と海が綺麗だからこそ、より際立つ高揚感がありました！
空の青と海の青の間に僕たちの青が挟まれて宮古島と一緒になれた気がしました。とっても綺麗な青が身の回りを包み込んでくれる素敵な体験ができて本当に楽しかったです。
こんなにも濃密で最高のアクティビティが経験できたのも、ガイドのげんちゃんのおかげです！笑顔が素敵で髭もダンディーな、優しさと心配りが輝く方でした！

I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave in Ishigaki Island. I was relieved to enjoy the experience knowing they checked the weather before we set off. The cave, illuminated by light, was incredibly magical, and I was moved by the beauty of the crystal-clear sea. It was a special experience that allowed me to fully enjoy a marine world I usually can't see, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip.

石垣島の青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーに参加しました。当日の天気を確認してから出発してくれたので安心して楽しめました。光が差し込む洞窟内はとても幻想的で、透明度の高い海の美しさに感動しました。普段は見ることのできない海の世界を満喫でき、旅の思い出に残る特別な体験になりました。

I only had one hour, and since there were other groups as well, I thought it might be a miss, but I participated anyway (sorry).

In reality, each participant in our group was assigned an instructor! They taught us very patiently. They also listened carefully to our requests. Thank you very much.

Even when there were some scary moments, I felt reassured because the staff was there, and I was able to enjoy myself.

The hour flew by, but we had a great time, and for us, who don't have much stamina, it was just the right amount of time! (laughs)

I've watched the drone footage and the photos taken afterward multiple times. It became a wonderful memory. I can't wait to brag about it to everyone!

The person who called me the day before, the staff on the day, everyone was energetic and very accommodating, and I could feel their dedication to making the customers enjoy themselves. It was not a miss, but a hit!

実際は、
参加グループに一人ずつ、インストラクターの方が付いてくださいました！
とても丁寧に教えてくださいました。
また、私達のわがままをしっかり聞いて頂けました。ありがとうございました。
途中、ちょっと怖いなって所も、お兄さんがいるから大丈夫！と安心して遊べました。

1時間はあっという間に過ぎましたが、しっかり遊べましたし、体力ない我々には結果丁度いい時間でした！笑

終わった後に見たドローン撮影の動画、撮って頂いた写真は、何回も見直してます。
とてもいい思い出になりました。
周りに自慢しちゃいます！

前日に電話をくれた方、当日のスタッフのお兄さん方、皆さん元気でとても対応が良く、一生懸命にお客様を楽しませようとする姿勢を感じました。
ハズレではなく、当たりでした！

The water buffalo moving from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island was great. The mangrove cruise with the guide's explanations was also good. The buffet lunch was mediocre.

西表島から由布島へ移動する水牛がよかった。
マングローブの遊覧船はガイドの方の説明もよかった。
ビュッフェの昼食はイマイチでした。

I was nervous about my first marine activity, but thanks to the kind and precise advice from "the dandy bearded guy with a wonderful smile," I was able to do well!!! The course was packed with snorkeling, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding all day long, and I had a great time and made wonderful memories!

Especially when I encountered a sea turtle while snorkeling and the impressive Pumpkin Cave we entered by canoe!

Also, when I looked back at the photos taken by the instructor later, I was really surprised at how well they turned out, haha. It was just one day, but I was taken care of during three different tours! Thank you so much! I will definitely come back!!!

初めてのマリンアクティビティで緊張してたのですが、”笑顔が素敵なダンディー髭男げんちゃん”の優しくも的確なアドバイスのおかげで上手くできました！！！
シュノーケル、カヌー、サップと一日中盛りだくさんのコースだったのですがとても楽しめていい思い出になりました！
特にシュノーケルでウミガメに出会えた時、カヌーで入ったパンプキン鍾乳洞が印象的でした！

あとは、インストラクターさんが撮ってくださる写真後で振り返ってみた時、めちゃくちゃ上手くてビックリしました笑
1日でしたけど3つのツアーでお世話になりました！本当にありがとうございました！また来ます！！！

As I expected, there were a lot of fish! It would have been amazing to meet a sea turtle! I definitely want to join the snorkeling again, so I recommend it!

I recommend visiting the three islands of Iriomote, Yufu, and Takeshima as it's more efficient than exploring them individually. Being swayed in a water buffalo cart while listening to the guide's sanshin performance of Okinawan songs, surrounded by the blue sea and the clear blue ocean, was a precious experience that allowed me to forget my daily life and be healed by nature.

西表、由布、竹島３島巡り、個人で巡るより、効率的に巡る事ができるのでお勧めです。水牛車に揺られ、ガイドさんの三線演奏での沖縄の唄、青い海と、透明な青い海、日常を忘れ自然に癒される貴重な体験でした。

I was able to efficiently tour Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart, and Taketomi Island using the ferry, water buffalo cart, and bus. Although it was early October, it was still quite hot, and it was very good that we could travel by bus on Taketomi Island.

西表島、水牛車、竹富島、と船と水牛車とバスで効率的に観光することが出来ました。
10月初旬ですが、まだまだ暑く、竹富島はバス移動が出来、非常に良かったです。

I use it every month. When you buy directly from the bus driver, it's cash only. Since the transaction is completed before boarding, I recommend purchasing with a credit card.

毎月利用させてもらっております。バス乗務員様から直接買うと現金のみです。乗車前に完結致しますので、クレジットカード購入をおすすめ致します。

I participated in the Pumpkin Cave and sea turtle snorkeling. Due to bad weather on the day, snorkeling was canceled, but I was able to choose between rescheduling or a free cancellation, so I opted to reschedule and only participated in the Pumpkin Cave that day. The wind was strong, but it added to the sense of adventure, and the cave was even more mystical than I had expected, which was moving. The next day it rained, but the wind had calmed down, so I was able to enjoy snorkeling and even took photos with the sea turtles. The staff were very helpful and taught us a lot, making it a really enjoyable experience.

パンプキン鍾乳洞とウミガメシュノーケリングに参加しました。当日荒天でシュノーケリングは中止でしたが、日付変更か無料キャンセルが選べたので、日付変更し、当日はパンプキン鍾乳洞のみ参加。風が強かったですが、冒険感あって楽しかったのと鍾乳洞も想定以上に神秘的で感動でした。翌日雨でしたが、風が弱まっていたのでシュノーケリングを楽しむことができ、ウミガメとも写真を撮っていただきました。スタッフの方も色々教えて下さってとても楽しかったです。

The morning snorkeling was canceled due to bad weather. Feeling disappointed, we went on the canoe and pumpkin tour, which was definitely an experience unlike any other and was very enjoyable! My skin also became smooth.

When it became difficult to do stand-up paddleboarding due to strong winds, the staff adjusted things and mentioned that we might be able to snorkel after all. I was able to enjoy the snorkeling I had been looking forward to! We even encountered a sea turtle, making it a very fun tour!

朝シュノーケリングは悪天候により中止。残念な気持ちをかかえたまま、カヌー&パンプキンツアーでしたが、絶対に他では体験できない内容で、とても楽しめました！お肌もスベスベになります。
そして、強風でsupも難しいとなった際に、今ならシュノーケリングできるかもと、スタッフさん間で、色々と調整していただき、楽しみにしていたシュノーケリングができることに！
ウミガメにも出会えてとても楽しいツアーとなりました！

This time, I participated in a one-day activity tour with my friends, and even though it rained, it was incredibly fun! I also fulfilled my dream of swimming with sea turtles and taking photos.

I didn't originally know about the Pumpkin Cave, but it was mysterious and offered an extraordinary experience that I truly enjoyed. There were some scary moments, but the staff were kind and assisted us, making it a great experience! The staff also taught us how to paddle carefully, and I was able to stand up and paddle as well.

今回、友達と一日楽しめる4つのアクティビティーツアーに参加して雨が降っていましたが、非常に楽しかったです！！夢のウミガメと一緒に泳いで写真を撮りたいという夢も叶いました。
パンプキン鍾乳洞はもともと知らなかったのですが、神秘的で非日常を感じられて本当に楽しかったです。怖さもありましたがスタッフの方が優しくアシスタントしてくれていい経験になりました！さっぷも漕ぎ方から丁寧に教えてくださり、立ち上がってこぐことも出来ました。

The driver was very pleasant, and I felt安心してお願いできました! I hadn't decided on many plans until the day of, but I was given suggestions for the extra time, and I was able to spend it meaningfully! I highly recommend it!

We came to Miyako Island for our honeymoon and participated in activities.

In the morning, we went snorkeling. In the afternoon, we joined the Pumpkin Hall tour.

Although the weather was unfortunately drizzly, we saw two sea turtles and clownfish! The scenes we had seen in the aquarium were right in front of us! Our guide, Rintaro, also took commemorative photos, making it a wonderful experience that we will remember and cherish! Next time, I want to try again on a sunny day!

I was worried about the rain, but it held off, so I was lucky! The water buffalo was obedient and cute ❤ I learned a lot about the island's culture and more!

We came to Miyako Island for our family's first trip and booked this tour! We were taken care of by the lively Nira-chan!! On the day of the tour, there was rain and wind, so we changed our plans, but it was a very enjoyable tour and everyone was extremely satisfied 😊 We were able to take lots of family photos and videos, creating great memories! I was concerned about safety with children, but the guide was surprisingly attentive and supportive, which I truly appreciated. I was impressed by how thoroughly they took care of us as tourists. Even though it rained during the activities, we still had a great time and everyone was satisfied.

子供がいて安全面が不安だったのですが、ガイドさんが予想以上にしっかり寄り添っていただいて本当にありがたかったです。
観光客相手にここまで丁寧にしていただけるとは感動しました。
アクティビティも途中で雨が降ってしまったのですが、それでもすごく楽しめて皆満足でした。

I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Taketomi Island. I think the lack of time was my own mistake.

However, I was really frustrated that I couldn't hear the voice of the water buffalo cart guide. I was at the back of a group of about eight people. The manners of the elderly participants in the group were the worst. They were talking on their cell phones and starting casual conversations. I wanted to enjoy a relaxing time, but they kept interrupting the beautiful folk songs...

If the service is so different between the front and back, I wish the price would reflect that. It was frustrating not to hear the guide's voice, and it ruined the experience.

竹富島の雰囲気は味わえました。
時間にゆとりがなかったのは自分のミスだと思います。

ただ、水牛車のガイドさんの声が聞こえないのには参りました。
片側8人程度乗車の最後尾。
グループで参加していた高齢者のマナーが最悪。途中携帯電話で通話はするし、世間話は始めるし。ゆったりした時間を楽しみたいのにせっかくの民謡に合いの手入れるし…

前方と後方でこんなにサービスが違うなら金額も変えて欲しい。
ガイドの声が聞こえなくてイライラ
せっかくの体験が台無しでした。

It's definitely a good deal. Since it's a local bus, it is naturally used by residents as well. There is limited space for luggage, and with many users, it might be challenging for those with children. There may also be times when you can't board due to exceeding capacity, so I think it's necessary to plan ahead.

お得なのは間違いないです。
路線バスなので当然、地元住民も利用されるバスです。
スーツケースを置く場所も限られており、利用者も多いので子連れは大変かも。
定員オーバーで乗れない場合もありますので、余裕ある利用が必要かと思います。

I also rode a water buffalo on Taketomi Island, and it was truly moving to see it cross the sea, as expected from a water buffalo. I went with my 3-year-old son and my mother (grandmother), and although our time was short, we enjoyed feeding the water buffalo on Yubu Island, seeing many butterflies, and eating ice cream!

竹富島でも水牛になりましたが、やはり水牛というだけあって海を渡る様を見れたのが感動しました。
3歳の息子と、母(祖母)と3世代で行きましたが、由布島で水牛に餌やりができたり、蝶々をたくさん見れたり、アイスを食べたりと短い時間だしたが満喫できました！

I met Soma Kajita, also known as Soma Muscle😀
He was a friendly and cheerful person.
He conveyed the importance of safety and environmental protection during the activities, which was very impressive👍
He also shared a lot of knowledge about the Ryukyu Kingdom era and provided explanations inside the Pumpkin Cave, making it a great learning experience😲
Now, moving on to my experience with the activities.
Kayaking to the Pumpkin Cave while enjoying the beautiful sea was quite refreshing🚣.
The moment I saw the pumpkin (Pumpkin~), I screamed in excitement.
You'll understand once you go, haha!
I was moved by the mysteries of nature.
I climbed the pumpkin and went further in to greet the gods.
Diving down from the top of the pumpkin was the best🤸.
In the afternoon, we moved on to SUP. Unlike the mangrove SUP in Ishigaki Island, the open sea had waves and was challenging.
The bay was calm, and I enjoyed it🏄.
Soma Muscle was doing a handstand on the SUP, which was amazing😱.

Next, we moved on to snorkeling.
This was a revenge snorkel for not seeing sea turtles at Tokashiki Island🐢.
This time, I was able to see them up close, which was touching🥲.
I even got a three-shot photo with Soma Muscle😆.
The photo of everyone holding hands in a circle was also great.
We took many photos and videos of the four activities, which became wonderful souvenirs✨.

It was truly a premium activity😊.

I made a premium reservation for kayaking, snorkeling with sea turtles, and cabin stay! Since it was my first trip to Miyako Island, I was unsure about what to do, so I chose to "buy time and experience with money." I thought, "About 20,000 yen per person for a family of four, totaling 80,000 yen..." but I pressed the reservation confirmation button, and the result was "the best♡"!

The guide, "Kazukun with the smile," was incredibly handsome, super friendly, and a working holiday experience holder who spoke fluent English! My children quickly warmed up to him, which made me feel at ease.

During the sea turtle snorkeling, the guides shared information about where the sea turtles were located, working together to ensure we could see them. Their strong desire to show the customers the sea turtles really came through. The sea was a bit murky this time, making it difficult to get shots like in the advertisements (laughs), but I truly believe it was a great experience for the kids. Next time, I definitely want shots of snorkeling with sea turtles like in the ads (laughs).

I will definitely use your services again. Thank you very much!♪

海ガメシュノーケルは周りのｶﾞｲﾄﾞの方と協力しながらどのﾎﾟｲﾝﾄに海ガメがいるかなど情報共有したり周知をしてくれて「お客さんに海ガメを見せてあげたい」っていう気持ちが凄く伝わってきました
今回ちょっと海が濁っていて広告の様なショットは難しかったですが(笑)
子ども達の経験には本当に、本当に良かったと思います
次は絶対広告の様な海ガメシュノーケルのショットが欲しいです(笑)

We participated as a family. Since we have four children, I was a bit worried, but the instructor was very kind and provided thorough support, allowing everyone to feel safe and enjoy themselves. The sea turtles were a bit far away, but they were very large, and I was moved to see them in the real ocean. The water was very clear, and there were many fish, which kept the children excited the whole time. The explanations regarding safety were also detailed, and I was really impressed by how gently they spoke to the little ones. We created lifelong memories as a family. Thank you very much!

My first time in Miyako Island, and I was looking forward to the Pumpkin Cave. It was a bit tough to climb, but it was amazing. I managed to take the final jump with determination. During the snorkeling afterward, I was lucky enough to see two turtles! Thanks to Kyo-chan's youth and energy, I enjoyed every moment until the end.

初の宮古島で、楽しみにしていたパンプキン洞窟。登る時は少しキツかったけど最高でした。最後のジャンプは思い切って行けました。その後のシュノーケリングではまさかの亀が2匹も登場する僥倖！きょうちゃんの若さとパワーで最後まで楽しませてもらいました。
