I was nervous at first during my first SUP experience, but I had a great time being gently taught by the instructor, Erika. The ocean and the sunset were amazing! I also got many beautiful photos, creating wonderful memories. I would love to participate again the next time I visit Okinawa!

初めてのSUPではじめはドキドキでしたが、インストラクターのエリカさんに優しく教えてもらいながら、楽しい時間を過ごせました！海とサンセット、最高でした！写真もたくさん、きれいに撮っていただいて素敵な思い出になりました。また次に沖縄に行く際は参加させてもらいたいです！

It was my first time snorkeling, but the staff explained how to handle the equipment and the precautions clearly and kindly.

I’m not a strong swimmer, so I was a bit nervous, but the staff frequently checked in with me, and once I got into the water, I quickly got used to it and my nerves eased!!

I was able to see many beautiful fish and corals!! I had been a bit scared to try it before, but I wish I had challenged myself sooner. (laughs)

The Phantom Island also offered a fresh and enjoyable view that I had never seen before.

This was the most enjoyable trip I've had so far! Thank you very much!!

シュノーケリングをしたのは初めてでしたが、
器材の扱いや注意事項など、スタッフの方々がわかりやすく丁寧に説明してくれました。

泳ぐのも得意でないので少し緊張していましたが、スタッフの方がこまめに声かけしてくださり、海に入ってみたらすぐに慣れて緊張もほぐれました！！

綺麗な魚やサンゴをたくさん見ることができました！！
今までちょっと怖くてなかなか挑戦できなかったんですが、もっとはやく挑戦すればよかったと思いました。笑

幻の島も、今まで見たことない景色で新鮮で楽しかったです。

今までの旅行で1番楽しめました！ありがとうございました！！

In the morning, we enjoyed a SUP tour, and in the afternoon, we snorkeled at the Blue Cave, having fun all day long.

It was my first time on a SUP, but they carefully taught us the tips for riding, so everyone was able to paddle well, making it a安心 experience for beginners. We also took photos while receiving explanations about the island's scenery and nature.

In the afternoon, we swam quite a long distance while snorkeling, but the instructor kept the atmosphere lively and provided explanations about the fish and caves, making the time fly by. We received the photos on the same day, resulting in a very satisfying day.

I highly recommend this tour for those who want to enjoy the nature and scenery of Ishigaki Island!

午前中はSUPツアー、午後からは青の洞窟のシュノーケルと1日中楽しませていただきました。

初めてのSUPでしたが乗り方のコツなど丁寧に教えていただき、
皆うまく漕ぐことができていたので初心者でも安心かと思います。
島の景観や自然についての説明をしていただきながら写真も撮っていただきました。

午後のシュノーケルもかなり長い距離を泳ぎましたが、
インストラクターの方が場を盛り上げつつ魚や洞窟についての解説をしてくれたので、あっという間の時間でした。
写真も当日中に送っていただけ、大満足の1日になりました。

石垣島の自然と景色を楽しみたい方にはおすすめのツアーです！

This tour was absolutely amazing!! I was truly moved!! Fortunately, we had great weather, and in addition to seeing a wonderful starry sky, we learned about the history of constellations and received explanations about the stars using a laser pointer, which drew me into the enchanting world of stars! Thank you very much!! If I visit Ishigaki again, I will definitely want to participate!

The instructor who guided us through kayaking and snorkeling was kind, clear, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, we coincided with a downpour, but their handling of the situation was very good. Afterward, the changing room was spacious enough, and there were plenty of showers, so we could clean up smoothly. I would like to try stand-up paddleboarding the next time I have the opportunity. カヤックもシュノーケリングも引率してくれたインストラクターの方が親切かつわかりやすく楽しかったです。また残念なことにスコールと重なってしまいましたが、そこの対応も含めてとても良かったです。また終了後も更衣室もある程度広く、シャワーも多かったのでスムーズに片付けもできました。

I had been looking forward to my trip to Okinawa, but it was quite challenging for members who couldn't drive! Usually, we reluctantly opt for a tour with a guide, but in Okinawa, many schedules have you arriving in the evening and leaving in the morning, which feels wasteful. So, I booked a hotel and flights through a travel agency and signed up for a one-day tour in the middle of my stay. They picked me up at 9 AM from my hotel in Chatan and dropped me back off, which was really convenient! The places I wanted to visit were all included, making it perfect for someone who can't drive! I stayed at a hotel in Chatan for multiple nights, but reflecting on it, if I had arranged for the pickup from the Chatan hotel and the drop-off at a hotel in Naha for the return, it would have made the last day's travel much easier. While tours with a guide are cheaper and allow for sightseeing at various places, the airplane seats can be separated, and the hotel quality can be significantly lower... This time was really good, so I would like to use this service again!

The weather in Okinawa was unpredictable; it was sunny one moment and then cloudy or rainy the next. This was not the tour's fault at all, but if we could have done indoor sightseeing first or had more flexibility with the weather and time, it would have been perfect. I was especially looking forward to Kouri Island, but I was saddened to be caught in the rain there temporarily. The guide was also very engaging and made the trip enjoyable. I would like to use this service again, so thank you!

行きたかった沖縄旅行、運転できないメンバーにはなかなかハードルが高くて！いつもは仕方なく添乗員同行ツアーにするのですが、沖縄だと夕方ついて帰りも午前中帰るスケジュールが多くもったいないのでホテルと飛行機を旅行会社でとり、中日にこちらの1日ツアーを申し込みました。9時に北谷のホテルからピックアップ、帰りもホテルまで送ってくれるので本当に楽でした！行きたかった場所もしっかり入っていて、運転できない身としては神！北谷のホテルに連泊したのですが、このツアーを使うなら、北谷のホテルでピックアップしてもらって、帰りは那覇のホテルに送ってもらう、にしたら最終日の移動がもっと楽だったなぁ、などと反省。添乗員同行ツアーだと安くてあちこち観光に行けるけど飛行機の座席が離れたり、ホテルのランクがかなり下だったり…で。今回とても良かったのでまた利用したいと思いました！
沖縄の天気は気まぐれで晴れていたのに雲がかかったりスコールが通ったり。ツアーのせいではまったくないのですが、室内観光を先にしたり天気と時間の融通がきいたら満点です。1番楽しみにしていた古宇利島だけ一時的に雨に降られてしまって悲しかったので。
ガイドさんもいろいろ話してくれて楽しい旅が出来ました。また利用したいと思いますのでよろしくお願いします。

Good trip to discover the island of Okinawa and the aquarium - more material in English needed as the audioguides had insufficient info and connection. Very nice guide for japanese speaking visitors.

The instructor was very kind, and above all, the ocean was incredibly beautiful. It was my first time snorkeling, and I was quite anxious, but thanks to the careful guidance, I was able to relax and enjoy it.

インストラクターのお姉さんもすごく優しく、なにより海がすごく綺麗でした。
シュノーケル自体初めてでとても不安でしたが、丁寧に教えていただいたおかげでリラックスして楽しめました。

We participated as a couple!
With the instructor guiding us carefully from the very beginning, we were able to paddle on the SUP successfully!
The drone footage turned out beautifully, making for a great souvenir.
During the photo session, we were taught how to pose, and tips like "turn this way for a better shot" helped us get some great pictures!
It was also wonderful that the video taken by the drone and the photos captured on the smartphone were combined into one video as a lovely keepsake.

We had a lot of fun paddling together.

イチから丁寧にインストラクターさんに教えてもらいながら、うまくSUPを漕ぐことができました！
ドローン撮影も素敵に動画を撮ってもらえて良いお土産になりました。
写真撮影も、こんなポーズをしてみましょう、こちらを向くときれいに撮れます、などといい写真が撮れるように教えてもらえました！
ドローンで撮っていただいた動画と、スマホで撮っていただいた写真を一つの動画にしてもらえたのも素敵なお土産でした

ふたりでいっしょに漕げたことが楽しかったです。

Check in near the entrance and receive your tickets at least 20 minutes before departure. You can board starting 10 minutes before, so you can also use the restroom during that time.

There is only one restroom, so there was a line during check-in. It seems peaceful to gather with some extra time.

First, we moved to the observation seats on the second floor to reach the observation spot. Since there are fewer seats, it might be a good idea for those who need to sit to board early as well.

My 5-year-old daughter stood with Dad the whole time, while my mother in her 70s and I relaxed in our seats, and both of us enjoyed the scenery enough! If you have any questions, the staff will happily assist you with a smile, making it a very enjoyable experience.

When we reached the point, we moved to the cabin at the bottom of the boat to dive and enjoy the corals and fish. It was truly beautiful, and the whole family was very satisfied! We moved a bit while diving, and it was impressive how the color of the sea and types of corals varied by location.

The diving windows are set low, so it was most comfortable for the children's eye level, while tall Dad had to bend down a bit to see.

We had a comfortable snorkeling experience without getting wet, making it perfect for a three-generation trip activity! I want to go again!

出発の20半前までに、入口近くで受付し、チケットを受け取ります。10半前から乗船可能なので、その間にトイレも済ませられました。

トイレは1つしかないので、受付時間は列ができていました。余裕をもった集合が平和そうです。

まずは2階の展望席で観察スポットまで移動。席が少なめなので、座る必要のある方はここも早め乗船がいいかもです。

5歳娘はパパとずっと立って、70代の母と私はのんびり座って、どちらも十分に景色が楽しめました！何か気になることは、スタッフさんに聞くと笑顔で教えてくださり、とても満喫できました。

ポイントに着くと船底の客室に移動し、潜水してサンゴと魚を楽しみます。本当にキレイで、家族全員大満足！少し潜水のまま移動しますが、場所によって海の色やサンゴの種類も違うことがとても印象的でした。

なお潜水の窓は低い位置に設置されているので、子どもの目線が1番快適で、背の高いパパはちょっとかがんで見る感じでした。

濡れずに快適にシュノーケリング体験でき、3世代旅行のアクティビティには最適でした！！また行きたいです〜

They may be adhering to the passenger limit, but with about 50 people on board, it feels like a Tokyo morning commuter train where your shoulders touch the person next to you. It can be uncomfortable and makes it hard to focus on the glass boat experience.

To provide a good experience, I believe it's more important to consider how many people can enjoy the glass boat experience rather than just sticking to the passenger limit.

乗船できる人数は守っているのかもしれないが、一隻に50人程乗っており、隣の人と肩が触れ合う東京の朝の通勤列車のよう。不快な気分にもなるし、グラスボートに集中できる状態にならない。
良い体験を与えるためは乗船人数制限を守ることよりも、どの程度であればグラスボートを堪能できる体験を提供できるかというお客様目線が必要だと思う。

It was my first time kayaking, and the instructions were easy to understand, making it enjoyable. The sunset viewed from the sea was beautiful, and witnessing the moment it sank below the horizon was the best!

初めてのシーカヤックでしたが、説明もわかりやすく楽しめました。
海の上から見る夕日がとても綺麗で、水平線に沈む瞬間も見られて最高でした！

I received a notification the day before that the sea conditions were not good, so we switched to the mangrove canoeing. The staff and the other participants were all cheerful people, and it was fun paddling through the mangroves. I don't know when I'll be able to go to Ishigaki again, but I plan to request the Kawahira Bay canoeing again.

前日に海の状況が良くないので、マングローブカヌーの方に変更との連絡を頂きました。
スタッフの方も他の参加者さんも明るい人ばかりで、マングローブの中を漕ぎ漕ぎするのも楽しくて良かったです
次回いつ石垣に行けるかはわかりませんが、また川平湾カヌーをお願いしようと思います

I participated in my first-ever mangrove kayak tour this time. We visited the Hija River, the second longest river on Okinawa Island. Surrounded by a lot of greenery, I was able to move my body and refresh my mind. I went in knowing nothing about mangroves, but the staff member Watanabe kindly taught me. The Hija River is home to many plants and animals, and when I asked questions, I was given interesting facts about those creatures! It was a lot of fun. I also got a great photo taken, which became a wonderful memory.

今回は人生で初めてのマングローブカヤックツアーに参加しました。
比謝川という沖縄本島で2番目に長い川にお邪魔しました。
たくさんの緑に囲まれ、身体も動かし心もリフレッシュできました。
マングローブのことは何も知らない状態で行ったのですがスタッフの渡谷さんが丁寧に教えて下さいました。
比謝川にはたくさんの動植物が生息しており、質問をした際その生き物の豆知識を教えていただきました！
とても楽しかったです。写真も最高の一枚を撮影していただいたいい記念になりました。

Every year, I have my summer vacation in Ishigaki Island. Until now, I participated in island-hopping tours, but since I've been to all the islands, I joined a tour for the Blue Cave and snorkeling that I had been curious about. My niece, who was just starting snorkeling, was a bit awkward, but the guide was very attentive and supportive, and she said it was incredibly fun. She has completely fallen in love with snorkeling. Thank you so much for the photos and videos. I would like to participate again next year.

毎年恒例の石垣島️の夏休み。今までは離島ツアーに参加してましたが、離島は行き尽くしたので、気になっていた青の洞窟とシュノーケルのツアーに参加しました。同行の姪はシュノーケル始めたばかりでぎこちないのですが、ガイドさんが丁寧にフォローしてくださり、ものすごく楽しかったと。すっかりシュノーケルにはまってしまいました。写真や動画、たくさんありがとうございました。来年も参加したいと思っています。

This was my first time doing boat snorkeling, and I was hesitant to participate due to my inability to swim, being over sixty, and going alone. However, I’m really glad I joined!

At first, I was scared to put my face in the water, and the mask was uncomfortable, making me almost give up on seeing tropical fish. But after changing the mask about three times, the captain helped adjust it, and suddenly, it was completely comfortable—what a surprise! I was amazed at the professionalism.

While holding onto a float, the staff provided one-on-one support, allowing me to put my face in the water and see the tropical fish. I was also happy to feed them from my hand.

Thank you to the captain, the lead staff member, the female instructor, and the new staff—everyone was wonderful! The hotel pick-up service was also a huge help. I hope to come back again someday!

初めてのボートシュノーケル、泳げない、還暦、一人参加、と四重苦？で、参加を迷ってましたが、結果的に参加して良かったです＼(^o^)／
最初は顔を水につけるのも怖く、マスクも苦しくて、熱帯魚見るのも諦めかけたけど、３回位マスクを交換(^^ゞ船長さんが調節しながらマスクをつけるの手伝ってくれたら、あ〜ら不思議、全く苦しくなく、ビックリ！！さすが、プロと驚きました♪
そして浮き輪につかまりながら、スタッフさんがマンツーマンで付き合ってくれて、顔を水につけ、熱帯魚を見れましたヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
手から餌もあげられ、嬉しかったです^^
船長さんをはじめ、リーダー格のお兄さん、女性インストラクターさん、新人さん、皆さん、ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m
あと、ホテルへの送迎があるのも大変助かりました!!

The weather was great on the day, and I was able to see the starry sky beautifully. The Milky Way was also stunning, and I was moved by it. The road to the Starry Sky Farm is a bit difficult to find, and driving at night can be challenging, but I definitely want to go again when I visit Ishigaki Island!

当日は天気も良く、すごく綺麗に星空が見れました。天の川もすごく綺麗に見えて感動しました。
星空ファームまでの道が分かりにくいのと夜道の運転は大変ですが、石垣島に行く際には必ずまた行きたいです！

It was a hot day, but the experience of riding a water buffalo was so valuable that I forgot about the heat. The leisurely journey through Taketomi Island was the best.

暑い日でしたが、暑さを忘れるぐらい水牛の乗車の体験はとても貴重でした。
ゆっくり竹富島の中を通りに抜ける体験は最高でした。

The driver who guided us was kind, and we made many memories in Okinawa. Thank you very much. I want to go to Okinawa again.

I appreciate the tour that takes you to famous places since it's far to the Yanbaru area. It would have been nice to have the stay time on Kouri Island increased to two hours or more.

ヤンバル方面へは遠いため専用で有名な場所を回ってくれるツアーには感謝しています。
古宇利島での滞在時間を２時間とか増やして貰うと良かったです。

I had an incredibly satisfying experience, exceeding 120% satisfaction! Although I was a beginner in both snorkeling and canoeing, thanks to the tour staff who taught us in a casual yet thorough manner, I was able to relax and enjoy the activities with peace of mind.

The experience of being surrounded by the beautiful sea and tranquil mangroves was truly soothing. Everything I experienced was extraordinary and it was the best! Additionally, I learned many interesting topics about Ishigaki Island, which helped create wonderful memories of my trip. Thank you very much! If I visit Ishigaki Island again in the future, I would love to use your services once more.

シュノーケリングやカヌー共に初心者だったのですが、
カジュアルな雰囲気かつ丁寧に分かりやすく教えていただけるツアースタッフの方々のおかげで、心もほぐれつつを安心してアクティビティを楽しむことができました。
きれいな海と穏やかなマングローブに包まれる安らぎの体験。体感すること全て非日常な体験の連続で最高でした！
アクティビティ以外でもたくさんの石垣島トピックスを教えていただけたので、素敵な旅行の思い出をつくることができました。ありがとうございました！

It was a clear day right after the rainy season, during the 9 AM session. There was a strong wind blowing from the parking lot at Ingyamarine Garden to the preparation area, but once we descended to the beach, it completely stopped. Families with children at the same time seemed to participate with ease. The guide kindly and thoroughly taught us how to paddle on the beach and pointed out clownfish spots during the experience, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely time in the calm bay!

During the experience, the guide created a one-minute video using footage taken with a drone, and I was moved by how it looked like we were floating in the blue, transparent sea.

During the break, we learned that it was the season for the Sagarihana flower and talked about delicious mangoes. We were even able to visit afterward, making it great that we participated early in our trip.

I highly recommend it as it’s enjoyable for people of all ages and creates lasting memories!

朝9時の回、梅雨明け直後の快晴での体験でした。
インギャーマリンガーデンの駐車場から準備場所までは強めの風が吹いていましたが、ビーチに降りるとピタッと止み、同じ時間のお子さん連れのご家族も安心して参加しているように見えました。
ガイドの方が浜での漕ぎ方や体験中にクマノミスポットなど親切丁寧に教えてくれるので、穏やかな湾内でのんびり楽しむことができます！
体験中にガイドの方やドローンで撮影した素材で1分ほどの動画を作ってくれるのですが、青く透明な海に浮かんでいるようで感動しました

休憩時間にはサガリバナのシーズンだということや、美味しいマンゴーの話など教えていただき、その後行ってみることもできて、旅行の序盤に参加して良かったです。

老若男女楽しめて思い出にも残るのでオススメです

I was a little worried since we were both 150 years old combined, but the staff stayed with us the whole time and were really kind, which made it enjoyable. However, I wish we could have seen more fish. But the drone footage was really wonderful, and I'm truly glad I participated. Thank you very much.

I participated with a friend during a break from work. The weather was great, and it was refreshing to enjoy sea kayaking while feeling the nice breeze. The blue cave tour with snorkeling allowed us to see corals and many fish, and searching for creatures on the beach during our break was all so much fun! I didn't have a license and took the bus from the airport, but on the way back, they kindly drove me to the nearest bus stop, which was very thoughtful. The guide was also very kind, and I had a great time. Thank you, Sen-chan!

お天気に恵まれ気持ち良い風を受けながらのシーカヤック、シュノーケルで珊瑚や沢山のお魚を見ながら青の洞窟ツアー、休憩中のビーチでの生き物探し全部が楽しかったです♪
免許を持っていなくて空港からバスでの参加だったのですが、帰りは最寄りのバス停まで車で送って下さって至れり尽くせりでした。

The tour guide provided very detailed explanations about various things. They kindly answered our questions as well. We could take photos with our smartphones, but the photo service provided by the guide was also great. We made the best memories.

ツアーガイドさんがとても詳しく色々と説明してくれました。こちらの質問にも親切に答えてくれました。
自分たちのスマホで写真も撮れますが、ガイドさんが撮ってくれる写真サービスもよかったです。

The staff is very kind.
You travel by boat to the parasailing point. Depending on the wave conditions that day, it can be quite bumpy! I tend to get motion sickness, so I took some medication beforehand and was fine, but there were a few people who looked like they were struggling.
Even while waiting for your turn to parasail, the boat keeps moving, so I think it's best for those who get seasick to take their medication in advance to truly enjoy the experience.
The parasailing itself is a bit nerve-wracking until your turn comes, but seeing the vast ocean from above was a very valuable experience. The staff took photos for us, which made for a great keepsake.
Also, there were three fish jumping around that looked like horse mackerel, which was quite entertaining.

スタッフさんはとても親切です。
パラセーリングをするポイントまで、船で移動します。その日の波の状況にもよるかもしれませんが、かなり揺れます！私は乗り物酔いが激しいので酔い止めをバッチリ飲んで参加したので大丈夫でしたが、辛そうな方達もチラホラいました。
他の方がパラセーリングして待機中も船はずっと動いているので、酔う方は事前に酔い止めをしっかり飲んだ方が心から楽しめるかと思います。
パラセーリング自体は、順番が来るまで緊張しますが、空から見る海は広大で、とても貴重な体験でした。スタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれて
良い記念にもなりました。
また、海の上を鯵に似た魚が3匹ピョンピョン跳ねていて、そちらも面白かったです。

The guide taught us a lot about Ishigaki Island, so I was very satisfied! Due to strong winds, we ended up doing a canoe experience instead of stand-up paddleboarding, but it turned out to be better since we could go further out into the deep sea. Overall, being able to go into such a beautiful ocean became the best memory. I will definitely go again!

ガイドさんが沢山石垣島のことを教えてくれたので、とっても満足しました！
強風でsupではなく、カヌー体験になってしまいましたがカヌー体験は海の深い方までいけたので、カヌー体験の方が結果としてよかったです。
とにかく綺麗な海の中に行けたことが最高の思い出になりました。また行きます！

The weather was favorable, and we had plenty of time at our stop. However, I didn't check the start time for the dolphin show at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in advance, so when we arrived, it was already nearing the end. Since our stay at the aquarium was only two hours, including lunch, it would have been wiser to limit our time exploring the exhibits and head straight to the highlight, the dolphin show.

For those who are not primarily interested in shopping, the stop at the Okashi Goten may not be appealing. The English-speaking guide was full of hospitality. The driver also assisted the guide, showcasing great teamwork. It was unfortunate to see some participants from the Chinese-speaking region frequently arriving late for the gathering.

天候に恵まれ、立ち寄り先の滞在時間は十分でした。ただ、美ら海水族館のイルカショーの開始時間を前もってチェックしておかなかったので、駆けつけた時は既に終了間際でした。昼食時間を入れて水族館の滞在は2時間のため、館内見学はほどほどにして、目玉のイルカショーに向かった方が賢明です。
ツアー参加が、買い物メインでない人には、御菓子御殿の立ち寄りは興味がないところでしょう。英日喋るガイドさんはホスピタリティーに溢れていました。ドライバーさんもガイドさんを補助されて、チームワークの良さが見えました。中華圏の参加者で、よく遅れて集合する人達が散見されたのは残念でした。

The waves were high and a bit murky due to the season, but the tour staff were all energetic and cheerful, making it a lot of fun! There were many people on the tour, but it was great that they kept us in smaller groups as much as possible. It was reassuring for children and those who are not good at swimming to be well taken care of! The time spent on the phantom island was not short and was just the right amount. However, some people did experience seasickness, and the back of the boat did not have a roof, so for those who need it, motion sickness medication, sun protection, and hats are essential!

波が高く季節的に少し濁ってはいましたが、ツアーのスタッフ達がみんな元気で明るく、たくさん楽しませて下さいました！ツアー自体は一緒に行く人が沢山いたのですが、なるべく少人数グループにしてくださったのもよかったです。子供や泳ぎが苦手な方でもきちんと見てもらえて安心です！幻の島の滞在時間も短くなく丁度いい時間でした。ただ船酔いしてる方もいらっしゃったのと、船の後ろの方は屋根がついていないタイプだったので、必要な方は酔い止め、日除けや帽子必須です！

We participated as a family of four, with a couple and two children aged 6 and 3. Both are preschoolers, but they were able to enjoy themselves. The older child said it was the most fun part of our trip to Okinawa. There were plenty of fish, and we even got to touch them briefly right in front of us. The Blue Cave was perfectly timed, and we were able to go deep inside; it was mystical, and the children were moved by it. We plan to participate again.

夫婦と6歳、3歳の4人で参加しました。
いずれも未就学児ですが、楽しそうに参加できました。上の子は沖縄旅行で一番楽しかったと言っています。
魚はたくさんいますし、目の前に来て一瞬触れることもできました。
青の洞窟はタイミングがよく奥までは入れましたが、神秘的でこどもたちも感動していました。
また参加しようと思います。
