Since it was after Golden Week, we were able to enjoy the nature of the Hija River with just two groups.

I was impressed by the instructor's knowledge of biology and plants, and the explanations were easy to understand. The other staff members were also very accommodating.

I experienced snorkeling and banana boating. The weather was great and the waves were calm that day, so I was able to enjoy it without getting seasick. Feeding the fish was especially fun. I was also able to take photos, which can be downloaded anytime. The staff was very kind, and even though there were many people on the tour during Golden Week, they paid close attention to everyone. Since it included transportation, I was grateful to be taken back to the hotel after getting tired from being in the water. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

I hadn't planned anything for my time on Taketomi Island, so I was at a loss as soon as I landed. I was too tired to walk, unsure about riding a bicycle, and there were no taxis available. However, I was informed at the waiting area that there was a shared bus service. You can ride it for just 300 yen! I was able to enjoy the village while also visiting the star sand beach. I could also make a phone reservation for the return trip right there. I had plenty of time to enjoy myself until the last boat at 17:00.

The glass-bottom boat swayed much more than I expected.

竹富島でのプランを全く考えていなかったので、上陸した途端、途方に暮れました。

I participated in a morning snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave and an afternoon SUP tour at Kabira Bay.

First of all, the guides were all cheerful and kept the conversation lively, making the atmosphere fantastic throughout the trip. I had planned to go to the Churaumi Aquarium, but I thought it might be better to change to another place due to time constraints, and they kindly accepted the change. Since I stayed at a hotel near San Marina (Sheraton), I was picked up at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay. It was about a 10-minute walk. スタッフの方は皆さん丁寧でテキパキされていて、石垣島の見どころや食事どころも教えていただき、とても感じがよかったです。
生き物好きな子ども達は、石垣島の自然を肌で体験し、大満足でした。
要所要所で防水カメラで写真を撮って、後から参加者に送ってくださるサービスも良かったです。

We went canoeing! Since we were able to paddle slowly, we could also take our time to look at the water! I was torn between stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing, but I think choosing canoeing was the right decision! We were able to see fish like Nemo, as well as many other fish and coral, which made for great memories! The people on stand-up paddleboards looked like they were having fun too, so honestly, I think you can enjoy either option! The sunlight was very strong, so sunscreen is a must! The staff were very kind, lending waterproof cases for phones and taking pictures for us! I definitely want to go again when I visit Miyako Island!
