The shuttle bus made various stops and was full, so I had to sit in the auxiliary seat. There were no restrooms from start to finish, which was very inconvenient. After it ended, I had to carry a heavy canoe, and the service was poor.

バスでの送迎も色々な場所を回って最後だったので、満員で補助席に座らされた。最初から最後まで、トイレがなく大変困った。
終了後は、重いカヌーを運ばされたり、サービスは悪い。

Wataru's guidance was attentive and calm, and it was really GOOD! 👍️ We had a private experience with an early morning departure! How lucky! ⤴️ We enjoyed a unique experience gliding under the mangroves and just above the water's surface. It became the best memory!

We participated as a couple and had a great time. Although the snorkeling location was changed due to the wind, we were amazed to see a vast coral reef just a short swim away, with corals visible very close to the surface. It was a delightful experience to have fish swimming right beside us.

I had a bit of a scary image of diving, but I felt very relaxed while snorkeling and was able to enjoy the breathtaking views all around me.

In the canoe, we explored the mangroves, which had the atmosphere of "The Ishigaki Island." Since we had done snorkeling in the morning, I was a bit concerned about my stamina, but the waves were calm, and I was able to enjoy it refreshingly without getting too tired.

I definitely want to come back to Ishigaki Island and rely on your services again. Thank you very much!

夫婦で参加しましたが、とても楽しめました。風の影響でシュノーケリングの場所は変更になったものの、少し泳ぐとサンゴ礁が一面に広がっており、海面からとても近い場所にサンゴが見えることに感動しました。また、すぐ近くを魚たちが泳いでいて、とても楽しい体験でした。

ダイビングには少し怖いイメージがありましたが、シュノーケリングではとてもリラックスして、360度に広がる絶景を楽しむことができました。

カヌーでは、「ザ・石垣島」といった雰囲気のマングローブの中を探検。午前中にシュノーケリングをしていたため体力面に少し不安もありましたが、波も穏やかで、ほとんど疲れることなく爽快に楽しめました。

ぜひまた石垣島を訪れた際には、こちらでお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Due to the weather, I had to give up on what I wanted to do and signed up for kayaking, but I had a great time! I had a special experience! It was a beautiful cave that really made me think, "This is Ishigaki Island!" The guide was kind and prioritized safety during the tour! If I have the chance again, I would like to try another tour with them!

The day after the Ishigaki Island Marathon, I participated in a canoe tour. It was my first time canoeing, and I was really nervous, but it was so much fun! Our guide, Sugi-chan, was amazing!! 😊

Thanks to Sugi-chan, I had a wonderful canoeing experience. I could feel Sugi-chan's passion for protecting the mangroves through his stories. I learned the importance of preserving nature. Of course, the canoeing experience was amazing!

The day before, I received a message about the meeting place and a final confirmation of what to bring. On the day of the activity, the instructor provided detailed explanations, and my mother, who seemed a bit anxious, was kindly guided and quickly got used to it, enjoying herself with a smile.

It seems they also lend out marine coats when it's cold, so you can participate comfortably even in winter. The instructor was very kind to the children as well, allowing them to participate in the activities with peace of mind.

They even filmed us with a drone during the activity and presented us with a highlight video at the end. Thank you so much!

前日に集合場所の連絡をいただき、持ち物などの最終確認をしてくれました。当日はインストラクターさんが細かく説明してくださり、不安そうだった母も親切に教えていただいたのですれぐに慣れ、笑顔で楽しんでいました。
寒いときにはマリンコートも貸し出しているようで、冬でも安心して参加できます。
子供にもとても優しく教えていただいたので、安心してアクテビティに参加できました。
途中ドローンで撮影もしてくれ、最後にダイジェストムービーにしてプレゼントしてもらいました。ほんとにありがとうございました！

The weather was nice, and it felt absolutely wonderful. The staff member in charge was also great at talking and was fantastic. My 2-year-old grandchild was with us, but it was a tour where we could enjoy ourselves with peace of mind.

I participated alone. Originally, I had a one-day plan booked, but I was informed that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to high waves, so I canceled the snorkeling part and only joined the morning mangrove tour.

There were a total of five participants, including families and another solo participant, with one guide. I had only done canoeing once nearly ten years ago, but I was able to paddle without any issues. The guide, Makocchan, was very friendly and shared a lot of information about the surrounding nature, and he took many photos for us, which made it a really enjoyable experience.

1人で参加しました。元々1日プランの予約でしたが、波が高い影響で青の洞窟は行けないと連絡をいただいたため、シュノーケリングのパートはキャンセルして、午前のマングローブツアーのみの参加としました。
家族連れと別のソロ参加の方を合わせて参加者合計5人に対し、ガイドさん1人でした。カヌーは10年近く前に一度やったきりでしたが、問題なく漕げました。ガイドのまこっちゃんがとても気さくで、色々周囲の自然についてお話ししてくださったり、たくさん写真を撮ってくださったりして、とても楽しかったです。

Thanks to the fun guidance of staff member Sugimori, we were able to fully enjoy the great nature of the mangroves at Miyara River in Ishigaki Island. They also lent us wet boots, and despite it being January, it wasn't cold at all. Since we were right at the age limit of 65, I wonder if there will be another opportunity, but I hope to meet Sugimori again if possible. Thank you for the enjoyable tour!

スタッフの杉森さんの楽しい案内で石垣島　宮良川のマングローブの大自然を満喫できました。
ウェットブーツも貸してくださり、1月という季節にもかかわらず冷たくなかったです。
私たちは年齢制限ギリギリの65歳だったので、次はないかなあ、と思いながら、また、出来れば杉森さんにもお会いしたいなあと思っています。

It was cloudy, but it was no problem at all! The guide was cheerful and explained, "This kind of light makes the blue of the cave look deeper." The blue in the photos was also magical and moving!

曇ってたけど全然問題なし！　ガイドさんが明るくて、「こういう光の方が洞窟の青が深く見えますよ」と説明してくれた。写真に写る青も幻想的で感動した！

The arrival day was cloudy and felt a bit cold. I was worried about the snorkeling reservation, but once we got out to sea, the water was warm, and since we were wearing wetsuits and shoes, it was totally fine.

They put two wetsuits on my 9-year-old child, which was great because I was worried he would get cold. Thanks to that, he didn't feel cold at all and had a lot of fun.

The guide (Makocchan) explained the swimming points and precautions clearly, and I really appreciate it. During the return transfer, he talked about recommended island cuisine, which made the whole experience enjoyable.

When we tried the recommended restaurant, it was incredibly delicious, so I’m glad I joined the tour for that reason too. I would love to participate in another tour! 😊

到着日が曇っていて少し寒く感じました。シュノーケル予約したけど、大丈夫かな？と思いましたが、沖に出ると水温暖かくウェットスーツもシューズも履いてるので全然大丈夫でした。
9歳の子供にはウェットスーツを２枚着せてくれて子供は寒くなっちゃうからとありがたかったです。
おかげで寒くなく、すごく楽しかったと。
泳ぎのポイントや注意点などわかりやすく説明してくれて、ガイドさん（まこっちゃん）に感謝です。
帰りの送迎時はおすすめの島グルメの話などしてくれて終始楽しかったです。
おすすめのお店に行ってみたらすごい美味しくて、そうゆう点でもツアーに参加して良かったです(^^)
また違うツアーにも参加したいです

Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the waves, but we were able to dive from a nearby beach and see the beautiful underwater scenery. The day before was cloudy, but on the day of our visit, it was sunny with great visibility, which made us very satisfied.

We didn't get to see any sea turtles that day, which was disappointing, but I would like to try again next time. I was a bit nervous about my kids wearing snorkeling masks for the first time, but our guide, Makocchan, skillfully guided them, and they were able to put them on smoothly without any issues, enjoying the experience.

Although my kids are a bit timid, there were safe floats available, so they felt completely at ease and had a lot of fun. We were very satisfied with the wonderful experience. Thank you so much! 😊

残念ながら青の洞窟は波の影響で行けませんでしたが、近くのビーチから潜って綺麗な海の中を見る事が出来ました。
前の日は曇っていましたが、当日は晴れてすごく透明度が高く、満足でした。
この日はウミガメに会う事ができず、それは残念でしたがまた次の機会にチャレンジしたいと思います。
子供達が初めてのシュノーケルマスクを着用するので大丈夫かドキドキしていましたが、ガイドさんのまこっちゃんが上手に誘導してくれてスムーズに装着が出来て、一度も失敗する事なく楽しめたようです。
少し怖がりの子供達ですが、安全なフロートもあったし、全然怖くなくすごく楽しかったと大満足でした。

I was curious if there was a place to do SUP or kayaking in such a town, but once I got here, I found myself paddling along a wide river surrounded by Okinawan plants.

As a traveler, I wanted to find a place where I could experience this without any gear, but since most places offer similar services, I recommend checking their websites thoroughly. There were changing rooms available, and the parking lot can accommodate five cars.

One thing to note is that your bottom will definitely get wet while kayaking. Experiencing this in January can be quite cold, and there's a possibility of rain. If you can prepare, you might need rain gear for both your top and bottom. However, when I mentioned to the staff that I didn't have any rain gear and didn't want to get wet during my trip, they kindly lent me rain pants for free. They also provided shoes. However, a towel is essential, as you'll need it to dry your feet afterward. I brought a towel that I didn't mind throwing away during my travels.

We paddled back and forth on a river about 300 meters long. Along the way, we listened to explanations from the staff. The distance was short, but we enjoyed a leisurely paddle on the kayak. This time in January was relatively cold, but in the summer, there are no trees to provide shade, so it will definitely be hot. You'll need to consider what time of year to experience this and which plan to choose.

こんな町中に、supやカヤックをする場所があるのか？と行く前は不思議に思っていましたが、いざ来てみると、川幅は広く沖縄の植物に囲まれた川を漕ぎます。
まず、旅行者なので、手ぶらで体験できるところを探したいですが、どこも同じようなサービスなので、HPをしっかりチェックすることをお勧めします。更衣室はありました。駐車場も5台停められます。

1番気になることとして、カヤックはお尻は確実に濡れます。そして、1月の体験は寒いです。雨の可能性もあります。もし、用意できるなら、上も下も雨具が必要かもしれません。ただ、旅行中の体験で、それらをもっていないこと、濡れたくないことをお店の方に伝えると、雨具のズボンは無料で貸し出していただけました。靴も貸してもらえます。ただし、タオルは必需品で、終わった後で足を拭きます。なので、旅行中に捨ててもいいタオルを持参しました。

300mほどの川を往復します。
途中、スタッフの方の説明を聞きながら
進んでいきます。移動距離は短いのですが、のんびり漕いでカヤックを満喫です。
今回は1月で、どちらかというと寒かったですが、夏は日を避ける木がないので、確実に暑いはずです。
どの時期に体験するか、また、どのプランにするか考える必要があります。

I participated in mid-December. The weather was just right, not too cold even in a light sweatshirt, but it was a bit disappointing that I didn't encounter many living creatures since it was winter. Nevertheless, the staff had a wealth of knowledge, and time flew by quickly. The plants were completely different from those in Honshu, and being able to see them up close was a valuable experience. This time of year is recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly, as there aren't many tourists. I would like to participate again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

12月中旬に参加しました。薄手のスウェットでも寒くなくちょうど良い気候でしたが、冬ということで生き物にあまり出会えなかったことが残念ではありました。それでもスタッフの方の知識量がとても多く、あっという間に時間が過ぎていきました。植物も本州とはまったく違うものばかり、それをすぐ近くで見ることができたのは貴重な経験だったと思います。この時期は観光客があまり多くないのでゆっくり楽しみたい方におすすめです。また機会があれば参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

You can paddle through a river surrounded by various types of mangroves in a kayak. It felt like being an explorer as we went under the mangroves and, during high tide, even entered caves.

Even for those who are kayaking for the first time, the guide provides thorough instructions, making it easy to paddle intuitively. Additionally, it's safe for families with small children since two people can ride together, allowing an adult to assist.

数種類のマングローブに囲まれた河をカヤックで進んでいきます。マングローブの下を潜ったり、潮位が高い時は洞窟の中にも入れるようで探検家になったような気分で楽しめました。
カヤックが初めての人でもガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくれるので、感覚的に漕いで進んでいけます。また小さな子どもがいても2人乗りで大人がフォロー出来るので安心です。

I joined to see the mangroves. Even though it was November, the sunlight was warm, and I was able to enjoy kayaking comfortably. The guide provided detailed explanations about the plants and creatures, which sparked my interest. They were particularly knowledgeable about fish, and I even asked about the highlights of the Churaumi Aquarium that I planned to visit afterward. I was lucky to catch a glimpse of a rare mongoose, which is not often seen. It was my first time kayaking, but I was able to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace that wasn't tiring. I would love to participate again.

マングローブが見たくて参加しました。11月なのに日差しが暖かくて快適にカヤックを楽しむことができました。ガイドさんが植物や生き物について詳しく説明してくださり、とても興味が湧きました。特にお魚に詳しい方で、その後行く予定だった美ら海水族館の見どころも聞いたりしました。あまり見れないらしい貴重なマングースもちらっと見ることができてラッキーでした。カヤックに乗るのが初めてでしたが、疲れないくらいの速度でゆったりと周りの景色を見ながら楽しめました。また参加したいです。

The young staff members had fun conversations and interesting discussions that were educational. By the end of the paddling session, I had improved.

It was my first time kayaking, but thanks to the instructor who taught us very carefully, it became a valuable experience. I couldn't see the sunset, but it was still enough. I want to try again!

It had been a while since I went kayaking in Ishigaki Island, but it was a fun time with drone photography, and I was able to see small fish from the bottom of the boat. I had photos taken and received the images captured by the drone right on the spot. There was free time during the one-hour session, and I was able to have them edited during that time, and I received them for free as soon as I got out. The beautiful sea of Miyako Island served as a stunning backdrop. I was truly moved and glad I came.

石垣島でのカヤック以来であったが、ドローン撮影があり、船底から小魚を見ることができたりと楽しい時間でありました。写真を撮ってもらったり、ドローンで撮影してもらった画像は、その場でいただきました。1時間の中に自由時間があり、その時間で編集してもらい、あがるとすぐに無料でもらえました。宮古島の綺麗な海をバックに素晴らしいものでした。来てよかったと感動しました。

I made a reservation for a day's activities, but unfortunately, the snorkeling in the afternoon was canceled due to strong winds. I only participated in canoeing, but it turned out to be a great experience. I'm glad I joined.

First, the day before → I received a phone call in the evening to confirm the time and location for participation. It was very polite. However, while asking for height was fine, asking for weight was a bit much... It would have been better to ask which size of life jacket (S, M, L) I preferred.

On the day → We gathered in front of the red post box 📮, and the meeting place was easy to find, so I didn't get lost. Foreigners and Japanese participants were separated into different groups. I was with only Japanese participants.

In the car, we used an app to register the consent form. Until we arrived, the guide provided information. During this time, the guide, Taishi, recommended delicious restaurants and menu items, which I actually visited. I'm really glad I got those recommendations. It was incredibly helpful advice.

During the activity → There were two guides for four groups of participants. I heard that some people might hurt their backs, which I thought was unlikely, but the position for getting into the canoe was quite tough 💦.

Along the way, the guide took pictures, and I received all the photos as data. They sent me about 20 pictures.

After the activity → I borrowed a free shower to change. I wonder if the shower room doesn't have a lock... that was a bit concerning.

Overall, the quality of the guides was high. The photo service was also good. The content and duration of the activities were just right. It was disappointing that the snorkeling was canceled, but I will definitely participate next time! I had a lot of fun.

1日のアクティビティに予約しましたが、残念ながら風が強くて午後のシュノーケルは中止になりました。
カヌーだけの参加となりましたが、すごくいい体験になりました。参加してよかったです。
まず前日→夕方に電話がかかってきて参加時間場所などの確認があり。すごく丁寧。ただ、身長はいいけど体重まで聞かれるのは…ライフジャケットはS.M.Lどれがいいかくらいの聞き方が良かった…
当日→赤いポスト前集合📮集合場所は分かりやすくて迷わず。外国人と日本人は別々のグループで分けてくれていた。同行は日本人のみ。
車の中でアプリを使って同意書の登録。到着まではガイドさんから案内。この時のガイドたいしさんから美味しいお店やメニューを教えていただいて、実際行きました。教えてもらってて本当よかった。めちゃくちゃありがたいアドバイスでした。
アクティビティ中→参加者4組に対してガイドは2人ついてくれた。
腰を痛める人もいるとかで、まさか〜と思ったけど、カヌーに乗る態勢ってなかなか辛い💦
途中ガイドさんが写真をとってくれて、写真はすべてデータでもらえます。20枚くらい送ってくれました。
解散後→無料のシャワーをかりて着替えました。シャワー室は鍵がついてないのかな…ちょっと不安ですね。
全体としてガイドさんたちの質が高い。写真撮影などのサービスもよい。アクティビティの内容も時間もちょうどいい。
シュノーケル中止は残念でしたが、次回ぜひ参加します！凄く楽しかったです。

I originally had a snorkeling reservation on a different island, but I received a cancellation notice the day before, and I was wondering what to do. That's when I found and booked this tour departing from Ishigaki Island with the same company. Due to the wave conditions, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave and had to change to snorkeling at the beach, but I was just grateful that they were able to hold the event since it was the main highlight of my trip.

The guide mentioned that there weren't many creatures around today, but I was able to see plenty of fish, and it was a lot of fun. I heard that there aren't many days in winter when you can go to the Blue Cave, so I would like to try again in a different season.

元々違う島でシュノーケリングの予約していましたが前日に中止の連絡があり、どうしようかなと思っていたところ同じ会社の石垣島発のこちらのツアーを見つけて予約しました。波の状況で青の洞窟には行けずビーチでシュノーケリングに変更になりましたが、旅のメインイベントだったので開催してもらえただけでもありがたかったです。
ガイドさんは今日はあんまり生きものいないなぁとおっしゃっていましたが、全然たくさんのお魚をみることができて楽しかったです。
冬は青の洞窟に行ける日があまりないとの事だったのでまた違う季節にリベンジしたいと思います。

The blue cave where light shines through is truly mystical! The guide told us, "This is the most beautiful part," and the view when I looked up was like a scene from a movie. It was a series of breathtaking moments!

光が差し込む青の洞窟は本当に神秘的！　ガイドさんが「ここからが一番きれいですよ」と教えてくれて、見上げた景色がまるで映画のワンシーンみたいだった。感動の連続！

I participated with my dog, and I was grateful that dogs were allowed. They provided waterproof smartphone cases and winter marine coats for rent, both of which were new and clean, which I really appreciated. It was my first time riding in a transparent kayak, and the floor was like the window of a glass boat, allowing us to see the coral and fish clearly.

The dog I brought along was so excited that he even dove into the sea.

The guide was very dog-friendly and kind, which I was really thankful for. During the experience, another staff member flew a drone, and after the experience, they shared all the photos and videos, including an edited video with background music, which was a wonderful display of hospitality!

After the experience, they provided fresh water in a large bottle, so I was able to wash my dog after he jumped into the sea. I recommend bringing extra towels from the hotel!

ワンちゃんokなのがありがたかったです。
防水のスマホケースの貸し出しや、冬用のマリンコートの貸し出し、いずれも新しく綺麗な物を貸し出していただきありがたかったです。透明のカヤックは初めて乗ったのですが、床がガラスボートの窓のようになって珊瑚や魚をクリアに見ることができました。

体験していた犬はテンションが上がったあまり海にダイブするほどで、

案内いただいたお兄さんもドッグフレンドリーで親切な方でとてもありがたかったです。そして体験中にもう一名のスタッフの方はドローンを飛ばしてくださり、
体験終了後全てそれらの写真と動画をシェアしてくださるのですが、bgmつきの編集された動画もシェアしてくださりホスピタリティに感動です！

終了後は真水を大きなボトルで提供くださるので、犬が海に飛び込んでもそれで洗うことができました。タオルはホテルから多めに持参をするのがオススメです！

I experienced mangrove kayaking and snorkeling in Ishigaki Island. While kayaking, I listened to the guide's thorough explanations as we navigated through the tranquil mangrove forest, surrounded by the sounds of nature, which was very soothing. I was able to observe plants and creatures that are not usually seen, feeling the unique charm of Ishigaki Island. During snorkeling, the clear sea was filled with colorful fish and coral, and it was a continuous series of breathtaking moments. There was support available to ensure even beginners could enjoy it safely, and they took photos for us, creating wonderful memories. I had a bit of trouble with water entering my nose, which made me anxious, so I held onto the guide's floating ring, but I still had a great time. This is an activity I highly recommend experiencing if you visit Ishigaki Island.

石垣島でマングローブカヤックとシュノーケリングを体験しました。カヤックでは、ガイドさんの丁寧な説明を聞きながら静かなマングローブ林を進み、自然の音に包まれてとても癒されました。普段なかなか見ることのできない植物や生き物も観察でき、石垣島ならではの魅力を感じられます。シュノーケリングでは、透明度の高い海に色とりどりの魚やサンゴが広がり、感動の連続でした。初心者でも安心して楽しめるようサポートがあり、写真も撮ってもらえて良い思い出になりました。私は鼻のところに水が浸入してきてしまうトラブルがあり不安だったので、ガイドさんの引っ張る浮き輪（？）につかまっていましたが、それでも充分に楽しめました。

During the phone confirmation the day before, I was told that due to bad weather, we wouldn't be able to go to the Blue Cave and would instead be snorkeling at a different location. I really wanted to go to the Blue Cave, but I decided to switch my mindset and enjoy my first snorkeling experience at the age of 50. My friend also had their first snorkeling experience at 50 and couldn't swim! However, they managed to participate until the end by holding onto a float. It was my first time too, but I was able to swim and see a lot of fish. We even encountered a sea turtle, and I had a great time creating wonderful memories. I believe this was all thanks to our guide. Thank you very much!

前日の電話確認で、明日は青の洞窟へは天候不良な為行けませんと言われ別の場所でのシュノーケリングすることになりました。
青の洞窟には行きたかったですが、
せっかくなので、気持ちを切り替えて、50歳にして初のシュノーケリングを堪能してきました。
友達も50歳で初のシュノーケリングで泳げない！！でもフロートにつかまって最後まで参加出来ました。
私も初めてでしたが泳いでたくさんのお魚たちを見ることができました。
ウミガメさんにも遭遇し楽しく時間を過ごすことができ良い思い出作りができました。
これもガイドさんのおかげだと思っています。ありがとうございました。

It was cloudy, but the mystery was doubled! The guide said, "There is a beauty that is not affected by the weather," and that was truly the case. I could really feel the power of nature! I want to come back to Ishigaki Island again!
