It was a family service trip, but I participated alone. The meal was included, there was a sightseeing guide along the way, and we had enough time to enjoy the aquarium, which made me satisfied. Since there is a lot of travel time, I think it would have been better if the information shown on the in-car monitor during the guide was closer to what was being discussed.

家族サービス号でしたが一人で参加しました。お食事もつき、道すがらの観光ガイドもあり、水族館も十分に楽しめる時間があり、満足しました。
移動の時間が多いので、ガイド時に車内のモニターで流す情報をもっとお話しされている内容に近いものだとより良かったと思います。

I participated on the second day of a two-night, three-day trip. Since time was limited, it was great that we could move around efficiently.

We arrived in Ishigaki Island in the evening, so we had time to go shopping in the city and enjoy a meal.

However, one downside was that the bus tour in Taketomi Island was scheduled with people returning on the previous ferry, which shortened our sightseeing time a bit as we had to coordinate with their schedule.

二泊三日の旅で、二日目に参加。
時間がない中だったので、効率的に回れて、良かったです。
夕方に石垣島に着くので、夜は街中まで買い物にも出かけられ、食事を楽しむ時間もありました。

ただ一点、竹富島のバス観光が、ひとつ前の船で帰る人たちと一緒だった為、その方たちと時間を合わせるかたちで、観光時間が少し短くなったのが残念でした。

We participated as a couple. Due to the timing, we couldn't go upstream on the mangrove cruise in Iriomote in the morning because of low tide. We were able to relax quite a bit on Yubu Island, but afterwards, it felt like we were just rushing from one activity to another. It's a shame we didn't have more time outside of the cruise in Iriomote. The wind was strong and the waves were high, so I felt a bit nauseous on the glass-bottom boat in Taketomi Island. However, the scenery everywhere was amazing, and I went back to Taketomi Island the next day for a rematch!

夫婦２人で参加しました。時期的に、午前中は干潮で西表のマングローブクルーズは上流まで行けませんでした。由布島では割とのんびりすることができましたが、後はバタバタで乗り物ばかり乗っている印象です。西表ではクルーズ以外の時間が持てなかったのが残念です。風が強くて波が高かったので、竹富島のグラスボードは少し酔いました。でもどこも素晴らしい景色で、竹富島は翌日リベンジしました！

I participated at the beginning of September. Due to the bus being full, it took two hours to pick up guests from each hotel. I think those departing from the Southwest Resort Hotel should be prepared for this. Aside from the Churaumi Aquarium, the stops were more for meals and shopping rather than sightseeing. In the future, it might be better to reduce the number of shared pickups a bit more.

9月始めに参加しました。
バスが満員とのことで、各ホテルを回ってお客を迎えるのに、2時間もかかりました。
南西観光ホテルの発着の人は覚悟されたほうが良いと思います。
美ら海水族館以外は、観光と言うよりは、食事と買い物のための立ち寄りでした。
今後お迎えの混載はもう少し減らしたほうが良いのでは？

I discovered the Churaumi Family Service bus while researching vacation options in Okinawa from Korea. It was more affordable than other tour buses, allowing us to enjoy our trip comfortably. I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be nice, which was convenient. Our guide, Mr. Higa, provided detailed information about the sightseeing spots, making for a great trip. I will recommend this to many friends in Korea. Thank you very much.

他のツアーバスよりも価格も安く、楽に旅を楽しむことができました。
天気が良くないかと心配したが、良い天気なので便利良かったし、
ガイドだったヒガさんが観光地を詳しく案内してくれ良い旅をすることができました。

I am Korean, and since I am traveling with my mother, we looked for and selected a tour. It doesn't seem very good for travelers who are not using rental cars. Both my mother and I were satisfied. ^^

私は韓国人であり、母親と二人の旅行なのでツアーを探して見て選択しました。
レンタカーを利用していない旅行者にはあまり良いようです。
母も私も満足しました。^^

It was great to be able to visit so many places with lunch included at this price. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was just right for us, as we could take our time for about three hours with our small children.

Above all, the shuttle service from the hotel made it convenient. Additionally, it was interesting to see different hotels as we visited various locations.

この値段で、昼食が付いてこれだけ回れてとても良かったです。美ら海水族館は、小さい子供連れだったので3時間ゆっくりできて丁度良かったです。
何よりホテルから送迎があるので楽でした。また、色々なホテルを回るので違うホテルの様子が見れて興味深かったです。

On July 29, I participated in a tour with my child. It was fully booked due to summer vacation, with many families joining. The reason I chose this tour was that they pick you up from each hotel, and I wanted to get off at the resort hotel on the way back, so I was looking for a tour like that and found one. It was a relief not to have to rent a car.

My child was looking forward to the Churaumi Aquarium as it was their first time in Okinawa, and we had nearly three hours of sightseeing time, during which we could also enjoy the dolphin show at a leisurely pace. The giant whale shark tank was indeed impressive. It was great to see it from above as well.

I initially thought the pineapple garden, butterfly house, and glass museum were just extras, but each of them turned out to be enjoyable. I was also happy to receive a little souvenir. The bus guide sang songs and shared fun stories, making it a wonderful memory of the trip. Thank you very much!

７月２９日子供とツアー参加しました。
夏休みもあり、家族ずれなど、満席でした。
選んだ理由は、各ホテルピックアップしてくれるのと、帰りもリゾートホテルで下車したかったため、そういうツアーを探しており、見つけました。レンタカーがなくても、助かりました。
子供は初めての沖縄で、美ら海水族館を楽しみにしており、また、３時間近く見学時間があり、イルカショーもゆっくり見れました。
やはり、じんべいの水槽は圧巻でした。
上からも見れて、それも良かったです。
パイナップル園や、ちょうちょ館、ガラス館は、おまけのように思っていましたが、それぞれ、良かったです。
ちょこっとお土産も、うれしかったです。
バスガイドさんも、歌を歌ってくれたり、話も楽しかったです。旅のいい思い出になりました、ありがとうございました！！

I participated in the tour during Golden Week. Since I was scheduled to take the last bus home that day, I mentioned this when I got on the bus in the morning. I was told, "There is a high possibility that we won't make it on time due to traffic, but do you still want to go?" I had been looking forward to it, but at that point, my mood dropped. Although they were concerned about my return during the trip, I kept hearing, "It might be better to head to the airport on the bus at xx o'clock," and in the end, I couldn't enjoy myself at all.

I ended up leaving midway, took a taxi to the bus stop, and paid out of pocket to get to Naha. It cost me about 3000 yen extra, and I couldn't enjoy myself at all, wondering what it was all for...

The tour introduction mentioned that we would return to Naha around 7 PM, and I had anticipated some congestion and delays, thinking that having about two hours of buffer time would be fine. However, it seems that during the busy season, delays are significant. If they had written that, I would have reconsidered my application.

It's not that the guide's response was bad, but I think the information provided for the tour was insufficient. Those participating during the busy season should be cautious.

GWに参加しました。
当日の最終便で帰る予定だったので朝バスに乗る時にその旨伝えたところ、「渋滞で間に合わない可能性が高いですがそれでも乗りますか？」と言われました。
折角楽しみにしていたのに、この時点で気分は落ち込み、途中でも帰りを気にしてくださってのことではありますが「xx時のバスで空港へ向かった方がいいかも」と都度都度言われ、結局全然楽しめませんでした。
結局途中で離脱し、タクシーでバス停へ向かい、自腹で那覇へ。3000円くらい追加のお金がかかり、気分的にも全然楽しめず、何だったんだろうなぁ・・・と思いました。

ツアーの紹介では19時頃には那覇へ帰ってくるようなことがあり、こちらとしても多少の混雑や遅れを想定して2時間程度余裕があれば大丈夫だろうと予想して申し込んだのに、実際繁忙期は相当遅れるようです。
そう書いておいてくれれば申し込みも考えたのに。
ガイドさんなどの対応が悪かったわけでは決してないですが、ツアー説明として情報不十分だと思います。
繁忙期に参加する方はお気を付けください。

In Okinawa, the Yui Rail only goes as far as Shuri, so if you want to go to other areas, renting a car is essential. However, driving in an unfamiliar place can be quite stressful, and the roads can get pretty congested. In that regard, this bus tour was great as it took us to notable spots and made things easy. The travel time was indeed long (departing from Omoromachi), but to keep us entertained, the guide provided sightseeing information along the way. Unfortunately, we were caught in a heavy rainstorm while at the aquarium, and we rushed through the pineapple farm, having extra time left over. If the weather had been good, 30 minutes would definitely not have been enough. I think waiting in line for the attractions would be quite a hassle. For the price, I think it was a great deal. The little souvenirs we received at each location were nice too. The guide was pleasant as well. I am very satisfied. Next time, I would like to join a bus tour to a different location.

沖縄にはゆいレールと言うモノレールが首里までしか出てないので
それ以外の地域に行きたければレンタカーを借りるのが必至です。
が、慣れない土地での運転はかなりのストレス。しかも、結構道が混んでます。
その点このバスツアーはめぼしい場所に連れてってくれて楽でした。
移動時間は確かに長かった（おもろまち出発）ですけど、飽きないように
ガイドさんが道々バスからの観光案内もしてくれました。
あいにく、水族館にいる途中で豪雨に見舞われまして、パイナップル園は
駆け足で時間が余る位でした。天気が良かったら確かに３０分では足りない
でしょう。乗り物に乗って回るのが順番待ちすごくなると思うので。
値段の割にはとてもお得だと思います。
各場所でもらえるちょっとしたお土産も良かったですよ。
ガイドさんも感じが良かったし。たいへん満足です。
今度は別の場所に行くバスツアーに参加してみたいものです。

The aquarium tour is not bad, but we visited a pineapple farm on the way back, and 30 minutes there was too short. Additionally, the 3 hours at the aquarium was too long.

P.S.: To Alan 1 Net, regarding the payment invoice, I paid at the local FamilyMart the day before the due date, yet I received an email from your company stating that today is the final day, which upset me. Please do not send any more emails from your company in the future.

The aquarium tour is not bad, but we stopped by a pineapple farm on the way back, and 30 minutes in the farm is too short. Also, three hours at the aquarium is too long.

I was glad that I could visit five tourist attractions without renting a car.

For those who want to enjoy the aquarium at a leisurely pace, I think it's great that there is about three hours of free time. The Okinawa soba for lunch is acceptable considering the tour price. I can recommend it for families as well as for those participating alone.

水族館をゆっくり楽しみたい方には、約３時間の自由時間があるので、いいと思います。昼食の沖縄そばは、ツアー代金を考えれば仕方ないかな、という内容です。ファミリーでもひとり参加の方にもお勧めできます。

I was picked up near the hotel, and the guide welcomed us. The Churaumi Aquarium exceeded my expectations, and I also enjoyed the dolphin show. The stops we made on the way back, including the butterfly garden, pineapple garden, and glass workshop, were enjoyable even though they were brief. The Okinawa soba for lunch was delicious, and I was also able to get some souvenirs, which made me very satisfied. The guide's explanations during the round trip were excellent, and she even performed a song. My trip to Okinawa after 43 years became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

ホテルの近くでピックアップして戴き、ガイドさんが出迎えしてくれました。
美ら海水族館は期待していた以上の内容で、イルカショウも楽しめました。
往復時に立ち寄ったチョウ園・パイナップル園・ガラス工房等も短時間ではあったが楽しめる内容でした。
昼食の沖縄ソバも美味しく戴けました、又お土産品も戴け大満足です。
往復時のガイド嬢の説明も上手で歌も披露して戴き、４３年振りの沖縄観光も楽しい思い出になりました、有難うございました。

The cost performance is excellent. One downside is that the bus ride for the pickup in Naha City is quite long. However, since it's early in the morning, it's fine if you can sleep during the ride. There was plenty of time at the Churaumi Aquarium. Overall, I am satisfied.

コストパフォーマンスは抜群です。一つ難点を言えば那覇市内送迎ですとバスの乗ってる時間がすごく長いです。でも朝早いので寝てれば大丈夫ですが。美ら海水族館は十分時間がありました。全体的に満足です。

The aquarium was amazing, and the dolphin show was truly impressive. The weather was great, making it a perfect day. The guide's explanations of Okinawan folk songs and dialects made for a fulfilling experience. I highly recommend it.

水族館は勿論、イルカのショー等驚く事ばかり。天気も良く最高でした。ガイドさんの沖縄民謡、方言の説明充実した一日でした。オススメです。

I participated with two friends. During our three-night stay, we all agreed that we definitely wanted to spend one night in an ocean view room, so we stayed at Beach Tower Okinawa, from where we could join the Churaumi Family Service by Rad Tours. The price, including the ticket to Churaumi Aquarium and lunch, was very reasonable. It was a great deal. Moreover, we had plenty of time to explore the aquarium, which my two friends also loved. It was a blessing for us since we don’t drive and don’t have a license.

友人2人と参加しました。3泊中1泊はどうしてもオーシャンビューの部屋に泊まりたいと全員で決めてたので、ビーチタワー沖縄に宿泊したので、そこから参加出来るのがラド観光さんのちゅら海家族サービス号でした。
ちゅら海水族館のチケット代、昼食込みであの値段は安い。お値打ちです。しかも、ちゅら海水族館の時間も比較的ゆっくり見れるので、友人2人も大好評でした。
レンタカー運転しない、免許持ってない私達にはありがたかったです。

I participated with my wife, who is also 60 years old, in a free plan for four days organized by a travel company. I wanted to include leisurely bus sightseeing in addition to touring with a rental car. Having experienced bus sightseeing in the southern part of Okinawa about 30 years ago, I chose this course based on my memories from that time, and I believe it was very satisfying. The hotel was located in the central area, which made the travel time reasonable, and considering the entrance fees included for each facility, I was satisfied with the participation cost. While there were some facilities where time was a bit tight, I accepted that as a typical aspect of bus tours, so I was okay with it. Since there are people around me planning trips to Okinawa, I would definitely like to recommend this experience.

お互い60歳の沖縄が初めての妻と参加しました。旅行会社のフリープラン4日間の中の1日に組み込み、レンターカーでの観光に加えてゆっくりバスでの観光をとの思いでした。私は30年ほど前に南部のバスでの観光を経験したこともあり、ほぼ当時のイメージをもとに今回のコースを選択しましたが、大いに満足できるものだったと思っています。ホテルも中部地区にとってあったこともあり乗車時間も適当でしたし、各施設の入場料込の価格を考えると参加費用も適当だったと満足しています。施設によっては、多少時間的に余裕がないところもありましたが、もともとバスツアーの典型的な事項であることと割り切っていましたのでそれはそれで納得できています。周囲に沖縄旅行予定者もおりますのでぜひ進めてみたい内容でした。

We stayed in Naha, and since neither my friend nor I are very good at driving, we took this bus tour to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. I chose this tour hoping to maximize our time at the aquarium. However, the aquarium wasn't as large as I expected, so even a stay of two hours might be sufficient. We enjoyed seeing the whale sharks and dolphins. It includes lunch and various other things, so I think it's a good deal. I recommend it for beginners at aquariums.

那覇に泊まり、私も友達もそれほど運転がうまくないためこのバスツアーで美ら海水族館に行きました。
なるべく水族館滞在時間が長いものを、と思ってこのツアーを選びました。
しかし、思ったほど水族館が広くなかったため、滞在時間2時間とかでも大丈夫なのかも。
ジンベエザメとイルカを堪能しました。
昼食他いろいろついているのでお得だと思います。
水族館初心者にはおススメ。

My boyfriend and I joined the RADO Churaumi one-day tour and visited many places including the butterfly house and the Pineapple Park. This is a value-for-money tour and is perfect because you get to walk around freely without the need to follow the tour guide all the time. At each destination, the guide will tell you what time to return to the bus to set off to the next destination.

Although the staff do not speak English, it's very easy to follow their instructions. They are also very helpful and polite.

I highly recommend anyone who visits Okinawa for the first time to join this trip.

During my lunch break, I stopped by the "Butterfly Garden," and I personally enjoyed it quite a bit! I wished I could have spent more time there.

The butterflies fluttering around felt like a dreamland.

At the "Churaumi Aquarium," I had plenty of time—three hours—so I was able to enjoy the dolphin show. I was with a one-year-old, but it was nice to take breaks and explore at a leisurely pace. The purple sweet potato soft serve I had on the way back was delicious~ (＾−＾).

At the "Pineapple Park" and "Forest Glass Museum," I was able to buy souvenirs, and I had a fulfilling day visiting so many places.

お昼休憩で立ち寄った、「蝶々園」が個人的にはかなり
楽しめましたっ！
もっと長い時間が欲しかったくらい。

蝶々がたくさんひらひら夢の国のようでした。

「美ら海水族館」はたっぷり三時間あるので
イルカショーも楽しめ、１歳児連れでしたが、休憩しながら
ゆっくりまわれて良かったです。
帰り際に食べた紅イモソフトクリームがおいしかった~（＾−＾）。


「パイナップル園」や「森のガラス館」ではお土産も買えたし、一日にたくさん巡れて充実した内容でした。

I think the content was a good value.
However, I had some complaints about the staff.
The bus guide was a complete novice.
I don't think the excuse of being a newcomer is acceptable to customers.
Despite looking at a script, the explanations were hesitant, and there were no instructions for passengers when getting off the bus.
I don't know if it was a lack of consideration or what...
The driver ran several red lights.
It was terrifying.
I believe it would be better not to have such a guide, and I never want to use a bus with that kind of driving again.

内容的にはお値打ちでよかったと思います。
が、スタッフに不満あり。
バスガイドはド素人。
新人だという言い訳はお客様には通用しないと思います。
カンペ見てる割にはたどたどしい説明だったし
バスを降りるときなども無言で、客に対する指示もなし。
気が利かないのかなんなのか・・・
運転手は赤でも突っ込むこと数回。
怖くて仕方がありませんでした。
あのようなガイドならいないほうがいいと思うし
あんな運転をするバスだったら二度と使いたくありません。

I was very satisfied with the low participation fee, especially since the plan included many attractions like the Churaumi Aquarium and Pineapple Park. However, what made the experience even better was the guide's excellent tour guidance, beautiful singing voice, and attentive service that felt like a travel companion. I had a great time and created wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

美ら海水族館、パイナップルパークなど多くの観光が企画されていたプランなのにとても安い参加費だったのでそれだけで満足していました。でもガイドさんの上手な観光ガイド、美声の歌声、添乗員さながらの応対に楽しく、迷うこともなく過ごせました。いい思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

The Churaumi Aquarium was extremely crowded, but since we were in a group, I was glad that we were taken to various places instead of having to ride in a rental car. It was my first time in Okinawa, so I was satisfied, but I don't think I'll go back a second time. There were definitely parts that felt a bit hectic.

The Okinawa soba for lunch was too light, and I ended up quite hungry before we dispersed. I wonder if I should have eaten more samples?

I really appreciated being dropped off near the shops I wanted to visit.

美ら海水族館は大変な混みようでしたが、団体だったためレンタカーに分乗するのがイヤだったのでいろんな所に連れて行ってもらえた事は良かったです。 初沖縄だったので、満足できましたが二回目はないです。 やはりせわしない…と思う部分もあるので。

昼食の沖縄そばが軽すぎたので、解散する前にかなり空腹になってしまいました。 もっと試食をいっぱい食べれば良かったのかな？

初めて沖縄旅行ですが　バスの日帰りは近くのホテルまで送迎してくれて　とても助かりました。水族館、パイナップル園、蝶蝶園と琉球ガラス園全部廻れて　沖縄印象満載でした。どうもありがとうございます。

To visit Churaumi Aquarium at a lower cost (taking the route bus from Naha to Churaumi Aquarium costs over 6,000 yen round trip just for the fare), I used this bus tour. Besides visiting Churaumi Aquarium, we received gifts at other stops, and lunch was included with Okinawa soba (for an additional 350 yen, you can also get Okinawa-style mixed rice and a small side dish), making this price very reasonable. The bus guide was also very accommodating, and they were flexible with drop-off locations within the designated drop-off area.

美ら海水族館に安く行くため（路線バスを利用して那覇~ちゅら海水族館に行くと運賃だけで往復６千円以上かかってしまう）このバスツアーを利用したが、美ら海水族館以外の立ち寄り場所でプレゼント等がいただけて、また、沖縄そば（オプションで３５０円を支払うと沖縄風炊き込みごはんと小鉢が付きます）の昼食が付いてこの価格は非常にお買い得です。
バスガイドの人も対応も非常に良く、また、降車場所も指定降車場所の範囲で柔軟に対応してくれます。

I visited with my girlfriend. It was during the rainy season, so it rained, but there were many indoor facilities, so we were able to enjoy ourselves. The Churaumi Aquarium was especially great. We had plenty of free time, so we could take our time exploring the aquarium. While traveling by bus, we were able to see various places, and the bus guide's stories were enjoyable as well. The meals, especially the Okinawa soba, were delicious, and the little souvenirs were nice too. On the way back, we experienced a bit of traffic, which delayed our arrival, but we had a wonderful sightseeing experience!

梅雨の時期だったので雨も降ってましたが屋内の施設が多かったので楽しめました。
とくに美ら海水族館はよかったです。
自由時間もたっぷりあったのでゆっくり水族館も見れました。
バスで移動中も色んな所を見れたし、バスガイドさんのお話もよかったです。
食事も沖縄そばが美味しかったし、ちょっとしたお土産も良かったです。
帰りは少し渋滞にもあったせいか、到着時間が遅れましたがすごくいい観光ができました！
