巴士之旅（バスツアー）

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in... more the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.

Hat an interesting tour! While I speak some Japanese the rest of my family does not. I did my best to translate what I could, but I know we missed out on a lot of the interesting facts about the water buffalo and the tr... moreadition and origin story of this interesting mode of transport. We wished we had also understood more about the mangroves.

The host does not speak English and the headset does not work so I did not know what’s really happening while I was on the bus. I used the Google translator and helped me little bit.

I enjoyed the view and the staff was really kind thanks !

The aquarium was amazing, but the rest of the trip was a lot less interesting eg the pineapple farm

We really enjoyed the tour, went smoothly and very organised. Pick up from hotel was convenient. As a half Japanese individual I was able to understand the tour guide but given the popularity with foreigners, I think it ... morewould be helpful to get a paper guide in English of the locations and also a written explanation of the guide’s speeches. Also foreigners don’t buy “omiyage” but might want some rest to get food and drinks so stopping at a place with more food options would be very much appreciated by foreigners.
