The most impressive part was the SUP! I was a beginner, but it was a stable experience without waves in the mangroves, unlike the ocean, so I was able to stand and sit relatively easily. First, we paddled through the jungle on stand-up paddleboards (SUP). It was my first experience, but anyone can easily ride! We arrived at the waterfall basin and took photos! They took so many pictures for us, so I felt at ease without bringing anything.

For lunch, we each had loco moco and taco rice at a nearby café! The café had a great atmosphere, and the food was very delicious.

After a short break, we went snorkeling in the afternoon! I was thrilled by the blue sky and the pure white coral island.

We participated with my 5-year-old and 3-year-old daughters, along with their grandparents, making it a three-generation experience. Perhaps because we had small children, we were allowed to be in a group just for our family. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, never showing any displeasure even when the kids were noisy or fussy, and they adjusted the pace to suit us. We all had a wonderful time together!

We participated in this as a final summer vacation memory with our family: my husband, our daughter (5th grade), and our son (2nd grade). There was another family with us as well. By the end, the kids became good friends and we had an even more enjoyable time!

We traveled from Ishigaki Island to Uehara Port on Iriomote Island to join the tour. It was quite windy and there were sudden rain showers in Ishigaki, but it was sunny once we arrived at Iriomote Island. In the morning, we went snorkeling! The sea was so beautiful that I kept swimming and peeking around. I was thrilled to see a sea turtle! Personally, I found the clownfish hiding in the anemone to be the cutest☆

After snorkeling, we moved to the Iriomote Island Monsoon shop by tour vehicle, which was only about a 5-minute drive from the port. We had time for lunch and changing clothes. In the afternoon, we did kayaking and trekking. The guide was cute, knowledgeable, and made the journey fun. She interacted with my son and daughter cheerfully like a friend, which made my son, who usually dislikes walking, enjoy trekking. It was moving when we finally saw the waterfall! We even encountered a habu snake along the way, which was scary but allowed us to fully enjoy the nature of Okinawa. Once we reached the waterfall, we repeatedly jumped in!

参加したツアーはマングローブのカヌー体験、鍾乳洞の探検、バラス島の上陸体験がセットになったプランです。まずはマングローブの川に向かい、カヌーで滝を目指して進んで漕いで行きます。視界に入る生き物や植物が西表島ならではで、異世界に入り込んだような気分でした。そんな独特の雰囲気の川を進み続けるのですが、ガイドさんが楽しく盛り上げてもくれるので、全く飽きませんでした。ゴールの滝では滝つぼのところで少し泳いだりもできます。鍾乳洞はヘルメットをかぶり、時には真っ暗な洞窟の中を文字通り「探検」しました。天井が低いので、途中で頭を岩に軽くぶつけてしまい、ヘルメットの意味がその時わかりました。こちらも独特の空気感でおもしろい体験でした。最後のバラス島上陸は天気にも恵まれ、マングローブや鍾乳洞とはまた一味違うオシャレな西表島を感じました。実はボートに乗ること自体が初めてだったのですが、問題なく楽しく乗ることができました。360度見渡して海が広がっている絶景は是非おすすめしたいです。一日の体験を通して写真はたくさん撮ってもらい、そのデータを送って頂けるので楽チンでした。どうもありがとうございました。また来たいと思いました。

I signed up for a one-day tour to fully enjoy my first visit to Iriomote Island! I was worried about the typhoon, but it was clear and sunny on the day! I was healed by the great nature, and the beautiful sea that I usually can't see was truly amazing!! I took a lot of photos, and it became a wonderful memory! The staff were kind and great people! It was a day packed with everything I wanted to do!! I will come again ^_^

It seemed like a typhoon was approaching, but I was very satisfied with the schedule adjustments made for us. I was happy that they took a lot of photos and sent them to us later. It was great not to worry about carrying my smartphone while walking along the mountain paths and through the mangroves. It became a wonderful summer memory!

First of all, it was fun‼️

The access points for SUP and the limestone caves are in the jungle by the roadside, which really gets your excitement up. We went up the river, walked partway, played at the waterfall, and when we returned to where we had left the SUP and canoe, it was shallow. I have been to Ishigaki Island several times, but I wanted to conquer other remote islands as well, so this time I signed up for a full-pack tour to thoroughly enjoy Iriomote Island. The most fun part was the limestone cave. The authentic limestone cave, which is different from Ishigaki Island, was an adventure with headlamps. It was refreshing to explore in the darkness while listening to the sounds of water and the chirping of birds!
