It was my first time doing SUP, and I had a great time. We also did some trekking, and the guide provided detailed explanations about the mangrove plants and creatures. They took photos for us and sent many after we parted ways. I was really satisfied! I quickly got the hang of standing and paddling on the SUP, and I loved doing it while leisurely enjoying the mangroves! Next time, I want to get my own equipment and try it myself!

It can be quite challenging to move around without a car, but they provided continuous transportation, and when we went to Yufu Island by water buffalo, we were blessed with good weather, making it a wonderful experience.

途中トレッキングもして、マングローブの植物や生き物の説明もガイドの方が丁寧にしてくれました。

We participated as a family of four. While our adult sons had no issues, I was worried about whether my husband and I, who don't exercise at all, could handle trekking. However, the guide was attentive to our pace, and we enjoyed a comfortable jungle trekking experience without overexerting ourselves.

I was also concerned about what would happen regarding restrooms along the way, but there was a simple restroom area near the waterfall, allowing us to experience a refreshing break.

We were very satisfied with the half-day course, which included canoeing, trekking, and the magnificent nature of the waterfall. It was great that the tour included a lunch box, allowing us to continue with our other plans afterward.

I participated alone. I usually don't exercise much, so I wasn't confident in my stamina, but I was able to enjoy both trekking and canoeing without any issues. Jumping into the pool at Pinai Sara Falls was incredibly refreshing. I didn't even mind that my makeup was coming off; I felt like a child again! Haha. The lunch provided (rice balls, fried chicken, etc.) was also very delicious.

The guide was very good at talking, and while listening to stories about the mangroves and wildlife of Iriomote Island, I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island. If I have the chance to go to Iriomote Island again, I would definitely like to participate again!

During my year-end trip to Ishigaki Island, I became interested in Iriomote Island and decided to participate. Ishigaki Island had a stronger image of the sea than the mountains, but Iriomote Island was overflowing with greenery, offering a different kind of enjoyment! It felt thrilling to jump into the river and enjoy the outdoors.

While thinking I was tired, I boarded a water buffalo cart, where I could listen to the shamisen and relax comfortably in the gentle breeze. Yubu Island was closer than I expected, and the resort-like scenery was a lot of fun!

年末の旅行として石垣島に訪れた際、西表島にも興味が湧き参加しました。石垣島は山よりも海のイメージが強かったのですが、西表島は緑が溢れていて石垣島とは違う楽しみ方ができました！

I was able to participate in the mangrove canoe experience.

It was clear that the guide truly loves Iriomote Island. They were knowledgeable not only about canoeing but also about the nature of Iriomote Island, which was very educational.

The staff even showed us how to do a handstand on a SUP! It was amazing!!!! During the visit to Yubu Island, they provided a recommended route in advance, allowing us to explore efficiently! It was really great. I also entered the waterfall basin, and the view from directly below was amazing. Just keep in mind that the rest is at your own risk (>_<). I was worried about the cold since it was said to be the coldest day of the year, but once I joined, the water was cold but not freezing.

I was also concerned about whether I could paddle the canoe, but once I got on, it was smooth sailing!

Throughout the journey and during the tour, we talked a lot about the island, nature, and food, so even though I was there alone, I had a great time.

Since I came to Iriomote Island knowing almost nothing about it, I learned a lot and my appreciation for the scenery changed.

I think if I come back in the summer and join the same tour, I might see a different view, so I want to come again!

I booked a night tour in Iriomote Island through VELTRA. Since it was November, we couldn't see the stars we were hoping for, but kayaking at night while learning about fireflies, the mangrove ecosystem, and the night sky from our guide was a very interesting experience! The tour lasted just over 60 minutes, so it would have been perfect if we could have enjoyed it a little longer. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful experience on the southern island!

I participated with my colleagues from work. Due to the cancellation of the Uehara ferry, we gathered at 10 AM, but I was relieved because we received proper advance notice. In the morning, we enjoyed a tour of the ox cart and Yufu Island, which lasted about an hour and a half. Yufu Island is small, so we had plenty of fun! The gelato was especially amazing! In the afternoon, we did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but all the other participants were kayaking. We had experience with SUP, so it was no problem for us, but the staff were also very attentive in teaching the kayakers, so I think it would be fine even for beginners. Paddling through the mangroves felt mystical, and it gave the illusion of being overseas. We landed in the mangrove forest to observe wildlife and took photos in front of a waterfall, although it was a bit disappointing that the waterfall was very small. The staff were quite friendly and easy to approach, and I could tell they were also attentive to safety. Overall, it was a satisfying activity! Thank you very much!

I was really looking forward to my first night tour on Iriomote Island. Canoeing was a first-time experience for me, but I felt safe and enjoyed it thanks to the thorough instructions and supervision provided. I was satisfied to see many stars and bioluminescent plankton that I can't see in the city. The guide was very knowledgeable about stars and constellations and provided a lot of explanations. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't see the Milky Way because the moon was bright. During my stay on Iriomote Island, I was looking for a tour that would allow me to fully enjoy nature in a limited time, and I came across this tour by Monsoon. Since it was late October, it was cold, but they lent us wetsuits, so we were able to enjoy it without getting cold! In October, it was a bit hot wearing long sleeves and long pants, but it was perfect for sun protection, insect repellent, and injury prevention. It was a very fulfilling tour and became a wonderful memory. I participated alone, but while trekking with the guide, I learned about the guiding system of Iriomote Island and their efforts towards nature, which deepened my understanding of the island's environment. Of course, I also received explanations about the plants we encountered along the way, which was educational.

It was my first experience with canoeing, but I received a lecture beforehand, which made me feel secure in taking part. Canoeing in the great outdoors was amazing! I had heard that solo canoes are more likely to tip than tandem ones, so I was a bit nervous at first, but by the return trip, I felt much more relaxed and was able to enjoy the scenery while moving through nature.

The waterfall was more impressive than I had imagined and was absolutely fantastic! I felt so energized that it seemed to wash away all the fatigue from my work. Watching the waterfall while eating the delicious rice balls from the lunch provided was the best feeling! I heard that the guide and the owner prepared the lunch in the morning.

After the tour, I received image data that the guide took during the tour, and they were all wonderful, bringing me happiness just by looking at them. The guide was indeed skilled at taking photos!

I was extremely satisfied with this very fulfilling half-day plan!

お弁当はガイドさんとオーナーさんが朝作ってくれたそうです(^^)

ツアー後にガイドさんがツアー中に撮ってくれた画像データもいただき、どれも素敵で見てるだけで幸せな気持ちになります。さすがガイドさんは写真の撮り方も上手でした！

I was satisfied that everything I wanted to do in the morning and afternoon was covered! Canoeing and trekking led to beautiful waterfalls, which was refreshing.

It was my friend's first time snorkeling, but the thorough explanations about safe swimming areas and dangerous zones made us feel secure and enjoy it! We were lucky enough to see a total of 4.5 sea turtles, which was surprising!

I also liked the atmosphere of our guide. They were kind, but maintained a comfortable distance, which was very nice! Additionally, I really appreciated that the guide took many photos throughout the activities. The underwater photos were wonderful.
