I made a reservation by myself, but I experienced it with three locals. They welcomed us with a very warm atmosphere, and the two hours flew by!

In the beautiful, clear sea, I was lucky enough to see rays, turtles, and schools of fish. The beach was shallow and had little wind, so even as a beginner, I had a great time!

The trainer's instructions were precise, and I was able to paddle at speed on my own in no time. During the transfer, I also heard various stories about Ishigaki and the plants, which was very enjoyable. I created wonderful memories on the last day! Thank you very much!!

I chose the snorkeling and Yufu Island course. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time snorkeling, but the guide was very kind and showed us around underwater. They took great photos, which became wonderful memories, and I am very satisfied! The bus ride to Yufu Island was also informative, as the guide shared various explanations and knowledge about Iriomote Island along the way. I went on a family trip with my parents. It had been a while since I traveled with them since becoming a working adult, and we created the best memories together on Iriomote Island, making it a fulfilling day!

In the morning, we fully absorbed the power of nature through a mangrove tour and trekking! In the afternoon, during the transfer to Yubu Island, we had many enjoyable conversations, making it a fun tour.

It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to enjoy various aspects of Iriomote Island.

The guide was very kind and provided detailed explanations, which helped us learn a lot about the island. We had a great time. Additionally, it was wonderful to have photos taken that I wouldn't have been able to capture myself.

If I have the opportunity to come to Iriomote Island again, I would like to stay overnight and participate in a night tour as well.

I was really disappointed because I intended for this to be my last snorkeling experience due to my age, but instead, I got to go canoeing, which I hadn't expected much from, and it turned out to be a lot of fun. The instructor was also very polite and provided clear guidance, which made me feel comfortable participating. Additionally, the water buffalo cart on Yubu Island truly felt like an experience of a remote island, which was great. Personally, I felt that the one hour stay on the island was not enough, so if I go again in the future, I would like to take my time and enjoy it more.

朝空港に向かっていた時に連絡があり、天候不良の為コースを変えざるを得ないとの事。
年齢的に最後のシュノーケリングのつもりだったのでなんだかとても残念だったが、代わりにカヌーをさせて頂き、あまり期待していなかったカヌーがとても楽しかった。
インストラクターの方も丁寧で分かりやすく指導してくれて、安心して参加する事が出来た。
また由布島の水牛車はまさしく離島と言う感じで体験出来て良かったです。
個人的には島の滞在時間が1時間では足らなかったので、今後行く事があったらもっとゆっくりしたいと思いました。

This is my third time visiting Iriomote Island. I booked this tour because it includes a visit to Yufu Island. A friend from Australia, whom I met the day before, was able to join us at the last minute, and they were very accommodating. Our guide, Matsuko, was kind and although she has only been on Iriomote Island for a short time, she knew a lot and talked with us during the transfers.

The ferry to Uehara was canceled, so we had a morning tour to Yufu Island and an afternoon tour to Kura Falls, but the guidance was smooth, and I felt like I had the most satisfying day on my third visit. They took many photos and sent them to me right away via LINE.

I was worried about the rain and wind, but as the guide told us, the mangroves act as a windbreak, so it was very comfortable to canoe inside where there was no wind. I was able to enjoy it with my children without any worries.

We rode water buffalo back and forth between Yubu Island and Iriomote Island. On the way there, it was Ichiro, and on the way back, it was Yumeno. It was interesting to hear about the characteristics of the water buffalo and the differences in their personalities. The grandfather who was the water buffalo handler played the sanshin beautifully. The Iriomote Island mangrove canoe tour was a lot of fun as we enjoyed the scenery while canoeing, observing the butterflies and plants that inhabit Iriomote Island. Throughout the tour, the guide provided explanations about the butterflies and plants of Iriomote Island, as well as the lives of the local people.

The water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island takes you across the water from Iriomote Island to Yubu Island. Yubu Island is a botanical garden, where we could also see butterflies and plants. I participated in a canoe trip with my girlfriend. It seems that during winter, most ferries to Uehara Port are canceled, so we took the ferry to Ohara instead. We almost missed it because we woke up late.

From Ohara Port, there was a replacement bus to Uehara Port, where we met up with our guide.

The canoeing started quickly after a brief explanation. It was quite charming and enjoyable. The stand-up paddleboarding seemed challenging for the women when they came out of the river against the headwind.

It seems that many shops are often closed for lunch, so everyone was eating at one place. We made do with the bread we had bought.

The ox cart ride was only about 400 meters to the island, so it felt a bit short, but I felt lucky to hear the driver play the sanshin while singing.

The journey was not boring thanks to the guide's explanations! We were taken back to Ohara Port and were able to return on the 5 PM ferry. I had a great vacation! Thank you!

After kayaking through the mangroves, we went for a bit of canyoning to Nara Falls. We swam across the pool with a lively family. We had a fantastic time listening to our guide Kaede talk about the nature of Iriomote Island, the Iriomote wildcat, and the crested serpent eagle.
In the afternoon, we leisurely crossed to Yufu Island while being rocked by water buffalo. The gelato was exquisite. They didn't have that 30 years ago when I came. I hardly felt the passage of time; it truly is a World Heritage site.

I was able to enjoy riding a canoe with my friends and take lots of photos. The water buffalo cart to Yufujima moved at a leisurely pace, which was very pleasant. I made wonderful memories with a lovely family while canoeing.

I traveled from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island and stayed at a glamping facility. The next day, although I had no plans, I decided to look for activities I could join, and I found this canyoning tour that was available for booking, so I reserved it immediately! (There was a campaign where if I wrote a review later, I would get a cash back for one person!)

I was picked up at the port along with other guests and we headed to the river by car. There were guests who had been participating since the morning, creating a friendly atmosphere. It was fun to hear about the creatures that inhabit Iriomote Island during the ride!

I was a bit anxious since it was my first canyoning experience, but physically, I had no problems at all! We went through some tricky spots, but I felt that as long as I followed the advice given, there was hardly any danger. There were places where you could jump in and areas where you could slide like a waterslide, which was a bit scary but turned out to be a great experience! (If you're scared, it's okay not to do it!)

They provided helmets and shoes, so I really could go hands-free!

I had a waterproof case, but I was worried, so I left my phone (camera) in the car. Some people brought GoPros, but the staff took photos at various points and sent them to us! (I wish they had taken some pictures of the scenery too.)

Since it was a river, it didn't feel sticky like swimming at the beach, and I was glad that I could use the shower at the office on the way back, so I felt refreshed before boarding the ferry!

I decided to join at the last minute, but I'm really glad I did!

石垣島から西表島に渡り、グランピング施設に宿泊、翌日はノープランだったのですが、せっかくならと翌日参加できるアクティビティを夜な夜な探したところ、こちらのキャニオニングツアーが予約可能だったので即予約！(後日体験談を書けば、1人分キャッシュバックされるキャンペーン中でした！)


他のお客さんと一緒に港でピックアップしてもらい、車で川へ向かいました。午前中から参加しているお客さんもいて、和気あいあいとした雰囲気でした。車内では西表島に生息する生き物の話などもしてもらえて楽しかったです！

初めてのキャニオニングで少し不安もありましたが、体力的には全く問題なかったです！足場の悪いところをいきますが、アドバイスされたとおりに進めば危険もほとんど無いと思いました。
飛び込みできる場所があったり、スライダーのように滑れる場所があったり、ちょっと怖かったですが良い経験になりました！(怖い人はやらなくても大丈夫でした！)

ヘルメットもシューズも貸してもらえるので、ほんとに手ぶらで大丈夫でした！

防水ケースは持っていましたが心配だったので携帯(カメラ)は車に置いていきました。
ゴープロを持って来ている方もいましたが、スタッフさんがポイントポイントでは撮って送ってくれます！(景色なども撮ってほしかったなー)

川なのでビーチで泳ぐのとは違いベタつかず、帰りに事務所でシャワーを使うことができたので、スッキリして帰りのフェリーに乗れてよかったです！

直前で参加を決めましたが、参加できてよかったです！

Right after the announcement of the end of the rainy season, we participated as a mature couple in late June. On the day of the event, the temperature rose from the morning, and it was a perfect sunny day for canyoning with eight participants in four couples. We were the oldest, of course!

Wearing life jackets and helmets, we headed to the starting point! Even though it was summer, the first photo spot where we had to immerse ourselves up to our necks made everyone scream from the cold water. As we jumped from a high point and played on the rapid slides, everyone naturally returned to their childhood. The sun, the subtropical greenery, and the splashing water from the flow gently relaxed our hearts, which usually live in the city.

At the end, we climbed a wall and jumped about 4 meters into the river! After sinking underwater for a moment, we popped up and took a breath, safely returning to the surface! It was the best moment, feeling one with Iriomote Island.

It was such a fun experience that passed by in the blink of an eye, making us wish we could enjoy it for a longer time. Highly recommended!

梅雨明け宣言の直後、６月後半に熟年夫婦で参加しました。当日は朝から気温も上昇、快晴のキャニオリング日和で参加者はカップル４組の８人。私達が最高齢笑。
ライフジャケットとヘルメットを付けスタート地点へ！真夏の気温とはいえ最初に首まで浸かる写真スポットでは水の冷たさに一同悲鳴〜。高台から飛び込み、急流の滑り台に遊ばれと進むにつれ自然と童心に帰っている皆さん。太陽と亜熱帯の緑、飛沫を上げる流れにと南の島の豊かな自然が都会に暮らす私達の心を優しくほぐしてくれます。
最後はクライミングもどきに壁をよじ登り約4m程から川面へジャンプ！一旦水中に沈みブハッ！と顔を出し息を吸うと無事生還！西表島と一体感を味わう最高の瞬間です。
もっと長い時間を楽しみたいと思うほどあっという間に過ぎた楽しい体験でした。

I originally planned to participate only in canyoning, but I suddenly added snorkeling in the afternoon! It was so much fun jumping in from various spots and sliding down the river like a waterslide! When I requested to have the scenery photographed, they kindly took pictures for me! I received about 140 photos and I'm very satisfied!

Also, the staff were very kind and easy to talk to, which made me feel that just spending the morning on Iriomote Island was not enough, so I quickly signed up for an additional plan in the afternoon! Even though it was a last-minute addition, they responded very politely and promptly, which was really great! Next time, I would like to sign up for a different plan, like canoeing! 😊

I experienced SUP for the first time and it was so much fun! More than anything, our guide, Tacky, was incredibly thorough in his explanations. The conversations during the bus ride and throughout the experience were entertaining, making the time enjoyable from the start! During the experience, he shared information about the plants, and whenever we observed something curiously, he quickly explained it, which made me happy to learn more about Iriomote Island! At the end, when the waves turned against us and we were struggling to move forward, he immediately came to our aid and helped us, allowing us to finish comfortably. He was so cool! His attentiveness, communication, and consideration for others were truly wonderful, and he was a guide who didn’t seem like the youngest at all! I wish him all the best in his future endeavors! I took the ferry from Ishigaki Island at 8:30 and participated in canyoning on Iriomote Island.

The weather was cloudy with occasional rain, which made me a bit anxious, but I didn't feel too cold even in short sleeves and shorts!

After about a 10-minute walk, we arrived at the river and jumped right in! There were several places to jump and slides, and even half a day was enough to have a great time. The guide was also entertaining! It was really so much fun!!

On the way back, I was able to borrow a shower at the office. There are no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryers, so it’s best to bring your own if you need them!

I’ll definitely recommend this to my friends when I get back!✌️

10分くらい歩いて川に着いたらさっそく飛び込み！飛び込む場所やスライダーもいくつかあって、半日でも十分楽しめましたっガイドさんも面白い！ほんとにめちゃくちゃ楽しかった！！

帰りは事務所でシャワーも借りられました。シャンプーリンスドライヤーは無いので、必要な方は持参がよさそうです！
