I was looking forward to this tour, staying at a hotel right by the port, and it exceeded my expectations. The initial mangrove cruise was fantastic! The next experience with the water buffalo cart was exotic, but I couldn't fully enjoy it because I felt sorry for the buffalo.

Taketomi Island had a charm that made me wonder if Okinawa's main island used to look like this. However, on the way back to the port, I got lost and it was quite nerve-wracking. It was frustrating that the place names on the signposts at the fork in the road were not on the map provided. It was very kind and appreciated that they helped us with getting on and off the boat and bus while carrying the stroller. I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the mangroves. Riding a water buffalo while listening to shamisen music and crossing over to Yufuin Island became the best memory of this trip.

First of all, they came to pick us up at the hotel meeting point on time. The explanation of the boarding location was also thorough, so we boarded without getting lost. The mangrove tour and water buffalo cart ride were enjoyable, with the staff providing detailed and fun explanations. The only disappointing thing was the bad weather (cloudy and very windy), which made it cold and I ended up feeling chilly (my lack of preparation).
