ガイドさんも本当に親切で、説明が分かりやすくておもしろい！西表島の自然や生き物のことを楽しく話してくれて、景色だけじゃなく学びもいっぱいありました。安心感もあって、初めてでもリラックスしてカヌーを楽しめました。

I was able to go to Barasu Island, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, and I was deeply moved! Initially, the plan was to land by boat, but I received a call the day before saying that due to the tides, we couldn't land by boat and had to choose between snorkeling to get there or giving up on Barasu Island and going to Yufu Island instead (there was originally a note about the possibility of changing the tour).

Since I have children and had never been to a place where I couldn't touch the bottom, I was anxious about snorkeling, but our guide, Toshi, kindly explained everything over the phone, which I really appreciated. In the end, I was glad I chose snorkeling. I got to see a lot of fish in the beautiful sea, and I was able to go to Barasu Island as well.

The mangrove canoeing was also fun, as we could all ride together as a family of five, and it felt like an adventure. I would like to join Toshi's tour again next time!

I participated in the tour in the afternoon. Since it was low tide, the roots of the mangroves were exposed, and it was fun to paddle through them. I participated alone! It was a beautiful place rich in nature⭐︎ In the morning, the cows on Yufujima were adorable. In the afternoon, I went on a canoe mangrove cruise. I joined Team Seki, and when I asked them questions about the mangroves and the creatures, they provided many interesting answers! There were also families from overseas participating, and it was impressive how they explained everything in English! Even though I was alone, I was well taken care of and had a great time‼︎ I highly recommend this activity!

Yubu Island had a short and hectic impression with only one hour for sightseeing, but I was satisfied to cross by water buffalo cart. I was able to experience snorkeling at Barasu Island and another spot, making it a great experience. The meeting point was close to where we boarded the boat, and the snorkeling spots were also nearby, which was nice. Our guide, Abe-chan, took many beautiful photos, and I was very satisfied.

由布島は島内観光の時間が1時間と短く慌ただしい印象でしたが水牛車で渡る事が出来て満足です。
シュノーケルはバラス島ともう1ポイント2ヵ所で体験出来ました。

During the busy Obon holiday period, we took the Yufuin Water Buffalo Cart Tour in the morning and the Canoe Mangrove Tour in the afternoon. Although our family isn't particularly athletic, they taught us the proper techniques for paddling a canoe, and we were able to manage it well. We chose to go canoeing with two adults, a middle school student, and an elementary school student. We proceeded with two two-person canoes. Since the water level was high, we were able to paddle deep into the mangrove forest, which was a lot of fun. It seems that when the water level is low, you can get out of the canoe and walk. Our time on Yubu Island flew by as we strolled and enjoyed gelato.

We had a canoe experience as a family of three. The guide, Mr. Seki, provided clear explanations and communicated with all participants, which made us feel at ease throughout the experience. We learned a lot about Iriomote Island and the ecology of the mangroves.

Since I was in Iriomote, I thought I should go on an adventure and decided to try canoeing. Fortunately, the weather improved. I was a bit anxious because I had children with me, but thanks to J's explanations, guidance, and assistance, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Despite the strong winds caused by the typhoon, my experience was amazing from start to finish thanks to our guide, Abe-chan! Since it was high tide, we were also guided to the hard course, allowing us to have a unique experience that can only be done here. On the way back, Abe-chan spotted a "crowned eagle" and created an opportunity for the tour participants to observe it, making it an incredible experience all around! Next time I visit Iriomote Island, I want to challenge myself with a SUP tour here.

台風の影響で風が強い中の参加でしたが、担当のあべちゃん（担当者さん）のおかげで最初から最後まで最高でした！ちょうど満潮とのこともあり、ハードコースにも案内してくれてここでしかできない貴重な体験をすることができました。また、帰りの車であべちゃんが「カンムリワシ」を見つけてくれ、ツアー参加者と見学する機会も作ってくれて何から何まで最高の体験ができました！

We participated as a family of four, with two daughters (one in 4th grade and the other in 2nd grade). From the departure point, we went through the turnaround point to the goal, and it was a solid distance. We enjoyed the experience together, feeling excited and returning to our childhood! Personally, the sunlight filtering through the mangrove forest was incredibly beautiful and became an unforgettable experience. My 2nd-grade daughter was able to paddle with an adult paddle all the way to the end, so I think elementary school students have no problem physically. The experience of maneuvering the canoe together while struggling was very rewarding. The guide provided slow and careful support, and shared stories about the nature and lifestyle of Iriomote Island at various points, making it a very enjoyable and educational time.

夫婦、子供二人(小4、小2ともに女の子)で参加させていただきました。
出発から折り返し地点を経由してゴールまで、しっかりと距離もあって、子供と一緒にドキドキしながら童心に帰って楽しめました！！個人的には、マングローブの森の中で見た木漏れ日がとても綺麗で忘れられない体験になりました。
小2の娘も大人用パドルで、最後まで漕げたので、小学生であれば十分体力的にも問題ないと思います。四苦八苦しながら一緒に協力しあってカヌーを操縦する体験はとてもいい経験になりました。
ガイドの方も、ゆっくり丁寧にサポートいただき、また随所随所で西表島の自然や生活面のお話しをいただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごせて、勉強にもなりました。

I hadn't made any plans before arriving at Iriomote Island, but I was interested in canyoning and was looking for a place that allowed same-day reservations. For now, I signed up for a half-day canyoning session, and since it was my first time, I had a great time. Everyone else was from overseas, but the guide explained everything in both English and Japanese, and all the participants got really into it, making it a lot of fun.
