- Guests with a medical history or past surgery related to the respiratory, circulatory, internal, nervous, spinal, or ear/nose/throat systems (including asthma, epilepsy, and hyperventilation) must consult with us in advance.

- The tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other conditions. In such cases, the tour operator will contact you up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Please also note that even during the tour, it may be canceled if the guide determines that conditions have become unsafe due to sudden weather changes. Thank you for your understanding. - Depending on sea and river conditions, the tour may be conducted at an alternative location instead of the originally planned point.

・Pick-up is available within the city area only; Ishigaki Airport surroundings and the northern area are outside the service range.
・Guests with rental cars are kindly requested to come by their own vehicle whenever possible.
