Since the day I participated was the beginning of April, I was picked up at the hotel around 5:50 AM.

The river water wasn't cold, and as we moved out toward the sea, the water temperature felt warm enough. I participated in stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and fell into the river once, but the water temperature was just right, making for a refreshing wake-up call, haha. The water level was shallow enough to stand, so it wasn't a problem when I fell.

I also got to see flocks of birds taking off over the mangroves, and it was wonderful to enjoy the sunrise amidst the gentle sound of the waves.

I took many photos with the sunrise in the background, which made for great memories.

I definitely want to experience this again!

参加した日が4月の最初だったため、5時50分ごろにホテルまでお迎えに来ていただきました。

川の水は冷たくなく、沖に向かって進んでいくと温かいと感じるくらいの水温でした。
supで参加して、一回川に落ちましたが、水温もちょうど良く、良い目覚めになりました　笑
足もつく水位なので、落ちても問題なかったです。

鳥の群れがマングローブの上を飛び立つ様子も見られましたし、緩やかな波の音の中、朝日を拝むのは最高でした。

朝日をバックにした写真もたくさん撮って頂いていい記念になりました。

またぜひ体験したいと思います！

The tour included snorkeling at the Phantom Island and a mangrove canoe experience, but due to the tides, we had to change the schedule to visit the Phantom Island in the morning and do the canoeing in the evening. As a result, we ended up with a sunset canoe experience, which was fantastic!

1. Phantom Island
Since it's not usually visible, I recommend checking the tide chart before making a reservation. It's incredibly beautiful and definitely a place you should visit! It might even be my favorite spot on Ishigaki Island!?

Additionally, the guide was very kind and responsive to our requests, providing us with many wonderful photos, which made us very satisfied.

2. Canoe
Considering sunburn, I recommend the sunset option! We smoothly paddled through the mangroves while listening to the sounds of birds, experiencing the jungle. The guide took many natural-looking photos, which again left us very satisfied. On our way back, they kindly recommended a great place to eat.

幻の島　シュノーケリングツアーとマングローブカヌー体験でしたが、潮の関係で続けてではなく、朝から幻の島、夕方からカヌーに変更になりました。
結果、サンセットカヌーになり最高でした！
①幻の島
普段は見られないため、潮見表で確認後予約をお勧めします。
とても綺麗で、絶対に行くべき場所！
石垣島で1番好きな場所かも!?
また、ガイドさんがとーっても親切でリクエストに応えて下さり、素敵な写真を沢山頂き、大満足でした。

②カヌー
日焼けを考えるとサンセットがお勧め！
マングローブのなかをカヌーでスイスイ漕いで鳥の鳴き声をききながらジャングル体験をできました。
ガイドさんがとっても自然な写真を沢山撮って頂き、これまた大満足。
帰りにはお勧めの食事屋さんも親切に教えていただきました。

I realized the importance of rowing in sync rather than selfishly. At first, I thought it wasn't fun when I was rowing alone and kept bumping into branches or colliding with others. But when I rowed together properly, we gained speed and stability, and it became really enjoyable.

"One-day experience of the Mangrove SUP or Canoe Tour with optional landing on the Phantom Island and snorkeling!" Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't go canoeing and had to shorten it to half a day. The weather in Ishigaki Island can change quickly, so it couldn't be helped.

We set off in the rain in the morning. By the time we arrived at the Phantom Island, the rain had stopped, and it was beautiful! After that, we moved on to snorkeling. It was incredibly beautiful, and I was very satisfied.

『マングローブSUPorカヌーツアー 選べる幻の島上陸＆シュノーケリング付きも！』の１日体験の予定が、天気の都合でカヌーには乗れず半日に。石垣島の天気は変わりやすいのでこれはやむなし。
午前中雨の中出発。幻の島に到着する頃には雨もやみ、きれいでしたよー。
そこから移動してシュノーケリング。すんごくきれいで大満足。

There are age restrictions for canoeing. From the pickup to the explanations and the transfer to the location, everything was smooth. The canoe is wide enough for two people, and since the water is shallow, there was no fear involved. Even though we are over sixty, the paddles were light, making it very easy to row. We were able to stay relaxed throughout the experience.

I believe children would really enjoy the experience of going under the trees and seeing the caves, especially with the various explanations provided by the guide. Additionally, they took a lot of photos for us, and we received the data as well!

If you come prepared with a swimsuit and a long-sleeve rash guard, you'll be all set! On sunny days, it can get quite hot, so a hat might be a good idea. However, be sure to secure it to your clothing to prevent it from falling off accidentally.

You can leave your valuables locked in the car, so it’s fine to bring your phone in a waterproof cover. The guide takes plenty of photos, so you don’t necessarily need to bring your phone.

年齢制限もありカヌー利用。
お迎えから説明、現地移動の何から何までスムーズ、カヌーは2人乗りのため幅が広く、また水深が浅いこともあり怖さもなかったです。
還暦過ぎの私達でしたがパドル(オール)が軽く漕ぐのも非常に楽でした。終始リラックスした状態でいられます。
ガイドさんに様々な説明付きで木々の下をくぐり洞窟を見るなどの体験はお子さんもとても楽しめると思います。
また写真もたくさん撮っていただけてデータもいただけます！
水着&長袖ガードラッシュで臨めばバッチリです！
晴れの日は相当な日照りでしたので帽子はあった方がいいかもです。ただ、服と繋げておくなどうっかり落ちないような工夫が必要。
貴重品類は車の中に置いておける(施錠)ので防水カバーに入れた携帯持っていくくらいでした。
ガイドさんがたくさん撮影してくださるので携帯は無くてもいいです。

I wanted to do some activities after arriving in Ishigaki Island, so I made a reservation a few hours before starting. It was a last-minute booking, and I was the only participant, but the staff member, Sugichan, taught me various things like how to ride and information about nature! I was able to relax and enjoy stand-up paddleboarding while listening to the sounds of nature. Thank you very much!

石垣島に到着してから何かアクティビティをしたいと思って開始の数時間前に予約。
急な予約で私一人の参加でしたが、スタッフの杉ちゃんが乗り方や自然の情報など色々教えてくれました！

In the morning, the sun wasn't shining much, but by the time we got on the canoe, the weather was great, and my mood was at its best! Our guide, Souta, was wonderful 👍. He entertained us with information about the island's shops during the car ride, and while canoeing, he shared insights about the mangrove forest and nature, which was very educational. I would love to join again with Souta as my guide.

The shuttle bus made various stops and was full, so I had to sit in the auxiliary seat. There were no restrooms from start to finish, which was very inconvenient. After it ended, I had to carry a heavy canoe, and the service was poor.

バスでの送迎も色々な場所を回って最後だったので、満員で補助席に座らされた。最初から最後まで、トイレがなく大変困った。
終了後は、重いカヌーを運ばされたり、サービスは悪い。

The day after the Ishigaki Island Marathon, I participated in a canoe tour. It was my first time canoeing, and I was really nervous, but it was so much fun! Our guide, Sugi-chan, was amazing!! 😊

石垣島マラソンの翌日にカヌーツアーに参加しました。初カヌードキドキでしたが、めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。ガイドの杉ちゃんの案内最高でした！！😊

Thanks to Sugi-chan, I had a wonderful canoeing experience. I could feel Sugi-chan's passion for protecting the mangroves through his stories. I learned the importance of preserving nature. Of course, the canoeing experience was amazing!

スギちゃんのおかげで楽しいカヌー体験ができました。スギちゃんの話にマングローブを守ろうと言う思いが伝わってきました。自然を守る大切さを学べました。もちろん、カヌー体験は最高でした！

Thanks to the fun guidance of staff member Sugimori, we were able to fully enjoy the great nature of the mangroves at Miyara River in Ishigaki Island. They also lent us wet boots, and despite it being January, it wasn't cold at all. Since we were right at the age limit of 65, I wonder if there will be another opportunity, but I hope to meet Sugimori again if possible. Thank you for the enjoyable tour!

スタッフの杉森さんの楽しい案内で石垣島　宮良川のマングローブの大自然を満喫できました。
ウェットブーツも貸してくださり、1月という季節にもかかわらず冷たくなかったです。
私たちは年齢制限ギリギリの65歳だったので、次はないかなあ、と思いながら、また、出来れば杉森さんにもお会いしたいなあと思っています。

I participated in a canoe tour for the first time. The person in charge was kind and explained everything in detail, making it easy to understand, and we, as beginners, were able to enjoy it. I was very satisfied to experience something I normally wouldn't have the chance to do! I would love to participate again if I have the opportunity!

I wanted to go to the mangroves of Iriomote Island, but none of the tours worked out, so I went on a mangrove tour in Ishigaki Island instead. The explanations about the mangroves were detailed, and we took a lot of photos. It was great that they allowed solo participants (when I went, there was another solo participant, so there were only two of us, which made for a very small group). The spot where the light reflected off the water on the rocks was beautiful. I highly recommend it!

西表島のマングローブに行きたかったのですが、どのツアーも都合がつかず、石垣島のマングローブツアーへ。
マングローブの解説も詳しく、写真撮影もたくさんしていただきました。
1人参加可能で(私のときはもう1人の1人参加の方と合計2人で、かなり少人数の開催でした)、送迎いただけたのが良かったです。
岩場に水面の光が反映していたスポットがきれいでした。オススメです！

We were greeted by a cheerful guide who picked us up at the hotel. The conversation in the shuttle was lively, creating a great atmosphere with the other participants as the tour began! This kind of thing is important, isn't it?

After arriving at Miyara River, we quickly learned how to paddle a canoe and set off. The sunset near the estuary was breathtaking.

On the way back, the guide recommended a restaurant for dinner, which was very helpful. The snorkeling was amazing, but the view of Ishigaki from the water's surface was also spectacular.

明るいガイドさんにホテルまでお迎えいただきました。送迎の車の中は、楽しい会話が弾み、他の参加者の方ともよい雰囲気でツアーがスタート！こういうのって大事ですよね。
宮良川到着後、簡単にカヌーの漕ぎ方を習って出発。河口付近からの夕日は絶景でした。
帰りの車の中で、ガイドさんが晩御飯にお勧めのお店を教えてくださり、大変助かりました。シュノーケルも素晴らしいですが、水面から眺める石垣の空も素晴らしかったです。

Recently, my wife and I participated in this experience. With hotel pick-up included, it was quite easy to join, and having a guide made us feel secure.

Although there were a few clouds on the day, the slowly setting sunset was truly unforgettable in its beauty. As we gazed at the horizon dyed in pink and orange, we felt like we could forget all the daily hustle and bustle, sharing a luxurious moment together that naturally eased our minds.

My wife, who was canoeing for the first time, was delighted, saying it was cooler than expected and easier than she thought. I was happy that we could enjoy it together.

If we have the chance to go to Ishigaki Island again, I would like to try SUP as well. Thank you very much!

先日、妻と二人で参加しました。ホテルからの送迎付きで約2時間とかなり気軽に参加でき、ガイドさんがついてくれたので安心感がありました。
当日は雲が少しあったものの、ゆっくりと沈む夕日は本当に忘れられない美しさでした。
ピンクやオレンジに染まる水平線を見つめながら日々の喧騒をすべて忘れてしまうような、贅沢な時間を二人で共有でき、自然と心がほぐれていく感覚がありました。
カヌーは初めてだった妻も、涼しかったし思ってたより簡単でよかったと喜んでいて、一緒に楽しめたのが嬉しかったです。
また石垣島に行けたらSUPにも挑戦したいです。
本当にありがとうございました。

I participated alone on the last morning of my trip to Ishigaki Island. It was drizzling that day, but there were many unique benefits to the rain. The mangrove forest was beautifully wet and glimmered in deep green, and the ripples created by raindrops on the water's surface were stunning.

Even though I was alone, the guide frequently checked in with me, so I felt completely at ease. They also patiently taught me the techniques for paddling, which was reassuring. The sensation of blending into the water was pleasant, and the coolness of the raindrops hitting my body was refreshing.

When I listened closely, I could clearly hear the sounds of birds and water, making me feel one with nature. The guide took us to a spot that could only be accessed when the tide was low, allowing us to explore a cave.

While I believe that sunny mornings with the sunrise and blue skies are wonderful, the moist air and tranquility unique to rainy days provided a very luxurious experience in its own way. After it was over, I felt completely refreshed. I highly recommend this tour, as it can be enjoyed regardless of the weather and in a short amount of time.

石垣島旅行最終日の朝に1人で参加しました。
当日は小雨が降っていましたが、雨ならではの良さがたくさんありました。
マングローブ林がしっとり濡れて深い緑色に輝き、雨粒が水面に描く輪がとても綺麗でした。
1人での参加でしたが、ガイドさんがこまめに声をかけてくれたので不安はまったくなく、漕ぎ方のコツも丁寧に教えてもらえたので安心でした。
水面に馴染んでいく感覚が心地よく、雨粒が体にあたるひんやり感もむしろリフレッシュになりました。
耳を澄ますと鳥の声や水の音が鮮明に聞こえて、自然と一体になれた気がしました。
ガイドさんが潮位が高くないと行けない場所まで連れて行ってくださり、洞窟探検もできました。
晴れの日の朝日や青空の景色ももちろん素敵だと思いますが、雨の日ならではのしっとりとした空気や静寂は、ある意味とても贅沢な体験でした。
終わったあとは心がすっきりしました。
天候に左右されず短時間でも楽しめるツアーなのでおすすめです。

I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time and participated with my husband. It was a more active experience than I expected, allowing us to fully enjoy nature. At first, I was nervous getting into the canoe, but the instructor taught us how to paddle carefully, so I felt secure while paddling. Surrounded by mangrove forests on both sides, we were able to see wild animals like crabs, gobies, and rails up close on the beach, and thanks to our guide, we made many small discoveries. The leisurely time during sunset, as the sky changed from orange to purple, felt very luxurious. The sensation of chasing the sinking sun while paddling with our own strength is unforgettable. After moving our bodies thoroughly, we felt a refreshing sense of accomplishment, making dinner taste even better. Thank you very much.

It turned out to be a very fulfilling day, and if such experiences are easily accessible, I thought I might want to live in Ishigaki Island!

初めて石垣島に行き、夫と2人で参加しました。
思った以上にアクティブで、自然を全身で楽しめる体験でした。
最初はドキドキしながらカヌーに乗り込みましたが、漕ぎ方を丁寧に教えていただいたので安心して漕げました。
両側から迫るマングローブの森に包まれ、浜辺ではカニやハゼ、クイナなどの野生動物も間近に見られて、ガイドさんに色々と教えていただいたこともあり小さな発見がたくさんありました。
空がオレンジから紫へと変わりゆく夕暮れのゆったりした時間はとても贅沢でした。
自分たちの力で漕ぎながら沈んでいく夕陽を追いかける感覚は忘れられません。
しっかり体を動かしたあとは爽快感と心地よい達成感を感じて、晩ごはんがより美味しく感じられました。
本当にありがとうございました。

とても充実した1日になり、こんな体験が手軽にできるならもういっそ石垣島に住みたいな〜と思いました。

It was tough to wake up early, but I'm glad I participated. I was worried about canoeing for the first time, but it turned out to be easier than I expected. The moment the sunrise came up in the quiet space with only the sounds of birds and waves was moving. The instructor also took some photos for us. First of all, thank you for accommodating our situation when I inquired about the pickup location in advance.

I have participated in many activities so far. Generally, I don't write low-rated reviews, but honestly, this was the most disappointing tour I've experienced.

The schedule indicated that the activity would last 55 minutes from start to finish, but in reality, it was only about 15 to 20 minutes. The sagaribana was beautiful, but the viewing area was a field that could be walked across in one minute, and we just looked at the sagaribana and took photos before it was over.

Since I received a message the day before asking for the sizes of everyone's rubber boots, I thought we would be moving to another location, but instead, they confirmed the hotel we were being taken to, leaving me with the feeling of "Is this it?" It was also painful to be left there for what felt like many more minutes (laughs). I wonder what the rubber boot sizes were for? Another family that participated with us was also having a conversation like, "Isn't this enough? Don't we want to go home?!"

The sightseeing taxi we used the day before (for 4 hours) was very fulfilling, and since the cost was exactly the same for our family of four, I might have felt even more disappointed. It might be good for those who are studying sagaribana or are very interested and could watch it for a long time, but perhaps our expectations were too high. This was the only part of our trip to Ishigaki Island that I regretted booking.

これまでたくさんのアクティビティを利用させていただいています。
基本的にあまり評価の低いレビューは記載しないのですが・・・
正直、これまでで一番がっかりしたツアーとなりました。

案内スケジュールには、アクティビティスタートから終了まで55分と記載されていますが
実際には、約15分～20分程度でした。
サガリバナは綺麗でしたが、観賞場所も1分で歩けるフィールドで
サガリバナを見て写真を撮って終了。

前日に、家族全員の長靴のサイズを確認する連絡が入っていたため
場所を変えて次の地点に移動するのかと思えば、送り先のホテルを確認されたので
「これで終了？」という思いが拭いきれませんでした。
あの場で、あと何十分も放置されるのも苦痛でしたが(笑)
長靴のサイズは何だったのかな？
一緒に参加していた別のご家族も、「もういいよね？帰りたいよね？！」という
会話をされていました。

前日に利用した観光タクシー（4時間）がとても充実していて
家族4人で、料金がまったく同じだったこともあり余計に残念に感じたのかもしれません。
サガリバナを研究していたり、すごく興味があってずっと見ていられる人には
良いかもしれませんが、私たちは期待値が高すぎたのかもしれませんね。
今回の石垣島旅行で、唯一、申し込みを後悔しました。

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time doing SUP, and I had a great time! The guide was friendly and shared recommendations for restaurants, making the car ride enjoyable as well. This time I did SUP, but I think I’ll try canoeing next time.

In the early morning, the only sounds were the paddling of the SUP and the chirping of birds, making it a quiet and very nice experience! Unfortunately, the sunrise was obscured by clouds, but the morning air was clear and refreshing. At the end of June, Ishigaki is very hot, but this tour was in the early morning, so it was cool and there was no worry about sunburn!

早朝で音はSUPを漕ぐ音と鳥の鳴き声くらいしかなく、静かでとてもいい経験でした！
残念ながら日の出は雲がかかって見えなかったですが早朝の空気が澄んでて気持ちよかったです。
6月末の石垣はとっても暑いですが、このツアーは早朝だったので涼しく日焼けの心配もなかったです！

In the morning, we went canoeing at the Mangrove Miyarakawa. In the afternoon, we went snorkeling near Taketomi Island and landed on the Phantom Island. We were guided by Hiroki and his double Hiroki guide while canoeing. The preparation for the canoe was quite a task, and I was sweating while carrying the canoe, so I felt it was good to help out, but I also reflected on that 💦.

Before we set off, we received a thorough explanation of the canoe, and the guidance was very careful, making it easy to understand. I've only been on a canoe five times, but even for a beginner, the explanations were clear and reassuring. While swaying in the canoe with my wife, looking at the mangroves, the blue of the clear sky and the green of the mangroves felt very refreshing. The double Hiroki guides were on stand-up paddleboards, and since the river was calm, it seemed easy to do even for beginners ☺️.

The morning was very pleasant.

The two of you entertained us from start to finish, providing proper guidance on the mangroves and canoeing. You also earnestly talked about meal spots and popular places in Ishigaki Island while we were being transported.

午後は、船で、竹富島近くで、シュノーケリングと、幻の島上陸でした。
私達は、ひろきさんと、ひろきさんの、ダブルひろきさんガイドにて、カヌーに、乗りました。
カヌーは、下準備が、大変で、カヌーを運ぶのに、汗だくなってましたので、お手伝いしてあげましたら、良かったと、反省です💦
出発前に、カヌーの説明をして頂き、丁寧に誘導がありましたので、やりやすいと思います。
私は、まだ、5回しか乗ってないですが、初めてでも、わかりやすい説明で安心だと、思います。
カヌーに、妻と揺られながら、マングローブを見て、晴れ空の青色と、マングローブの緑色が、とても気持ち良かったです。
ダブルひろきさん達は、サップで、ガイドしてましたが、川のサップは、揺れがなく、座りながらで、やりやすいので、初心者でも、大丈夫そうです☺️
午前中は、とても気持ち良かったです。

お二人で、初めから、終わりまで、楽しませて頂いて、マングローブの説明や、カヌーの説明等、キチンとガイドされていました。
トークも、一生懸命に、パスの送迎先まで、食事事や、石垣島の人気なお店など、教えていただけました。

I crossed through the mangroves by canoe, and even in my late 50s, I was able to enjoy it without any difficulty. Although it was cloudy and I couldn't see the sunset, I was able to experience nature up close to the water's surface among the mangroves.

マングローブの中をカヌーで渡り、50代後半でも無理なく楽しめました。
曇りでサンセットは叶いませんでしたが、マングローブを水面近くに見て自然を体験できました。

It was the morning of our departure day, but we were able to get a ride to the hotel. Since it was early, it wasn't too hot and I didn't have to worry much about sunburn. After returning to the hotel, I was able to take a bath and do laundry in the coin laundry while having breakfast, making good use of the time until check-out.

The seats in the shuttle were covered with vinyl sheets, so it was no problem to sit down wet. As long as I had drinks and a towel, it felt easy to participate.

Our guide, Hina, introduced us to various delicious recommended places during the ride, but since it was our departure day... I wish I could have gone if I had a few more days to stay. But now I have something to look forward to for my next visit to Ishigaki Island! I was able to drink the shake she recommended at the airport on the way back.

During the ride, I was able to hear a lot of stories, so it wasn't boring, and canoeing was fun. Canoeing in the morning felt refreshing and cleansing for the soul. The distance we paddled felt short, but even when there was a bit of waiting time for other groups to take photos, they encouraged us by saying we could go a little further and come back, so the waiting time wasn't boring. This was my first canoeing experience, and it seemed like my husband enjoyed this tour so much that he said he wanted to try a longer distance next time. I think I want to challenge myself with a longer lunch tour next time! Thank you very much!

帰る日の朝でしたが、ホテルまで送迎もしていただけ、朝早いので、暑くもなく日焼けの心配もほぼなく、ホテルに帰ってからも、お風呂に入って、朝食を食べてる間にコインランドリーで濡れた服も洗濯乾燥もできてチェックアウトまで時間を有効に使えました。
送迎車の座席は、ビニールシート敷いてくれてるので、ぬれたままでも問題なく、持ち物は、飲み物とタオルがあれば、気軽に参加できる感じでした。

ガイドのヒナさんが送迎中に、いろいろ美味しいオススメのお店とか紹介してくださったのですが、帰る日だったので…もう少し滞在日数があれば行ってみたかったです>⁠.⁠<
でも次回石垣島に来た時の楽しみができました〜(⁠^⁠^⁠)
おすすめしてもらったシェイクだけは帰りの空港で飲めました〜(⁠｡⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠✧

送迎中も、いっぱいお話し聞けたので、退屈しないし、カヌーも楽しかったです。朝からのカヌーは、気持ちよく心が洗われる感じでした〜(⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)
漕ぐ距離的には短い気もしますが、他の組の写真撮影の時、少し待ち時間ができても、どこどこの辺りまで行って、戻ってきてもいいですよと、声もかけてもらえるので、少しの待ち時間も退屈なくすごせました。今回初めてのカヌー体験で、こちらのツアーが楽しかったみたいで、旦那は、もう少し長い距離もしてみたいと言ってました
次回は少し時間長めのお昼とかのツアーに挑戦してみたいと思います!!

It was my first SUP experience, and I was taught carefully from the beginning, making it a wonderful memory! The morning meeting time is early, but paddling while watching the sunrise is exceptional! I want to do it again!

初めのSUP体験でしたが、一から丁寧に教えていただきとっても素敵な思い出になりました！朝の集合時間は早いですが、日の出を見ながらのsupは別格です！またやりたいです！

Although the weather was unfortunate due to the rainy season, I had an incredibly fun time. If it had been sunny, it might have been tough with the heat. As I mentioned at the beginning, despite the bad weather, I think it was a very good experience. There was no problem seeing the mangroves even in the rain. It was also a great experience that the guide took us on a route that was not usually accessible, possibly because the tour coincided with high tide. It was my first time doing SUP, and the guide's explanations were excellent, allowing both my spouse and me to enjoy it until the very end!

梅雨の時期のため、生憎の天気でしたがめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。晴れてたら日差しで逆にしんどかったかもしれませんね。
冒頭にも書きましたが天気が良くなかった中ですが、非常にいい経験が出来たと思います。マングローブ見るには雨でも全然問題無しでした。ツアーの時間が満潮の時もあってか、ガイドさんがあまり行けないコースを案内してもらえたのもとてもいい経験となりました。初めてのSUPでしたが、ガイドさんの説明も上手で夫婦共々最後まで楽しめました！

I initially wanted to do SUP at Kabira Bay, but since the weather looked bad, I switched to mangrove SUP. At first, I wasn't making any progress at all, but gradually I started to move forward, and the scenery of the surrounding mangroves was wonderful. I participated alone, but it was very enjoyable. Thank you to the guides, Ryu and Hiroki!

当初川平湾でSUPをしたいと考えていましたが、天気が悪そうだったので、マングローブSUPに変更しました。最初は全然前に進みませんでしたが、少しずつ進むようになり、周りのマングローブの景色も素晴らしかったです。一人での参加でしたが、とても楽しかったです。ガイドのりゅうさん、ひろきさん、ありがとうございました！

Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunrise due to the cloudy weather, but we were guided through the mangroves. The instructor's stories were interesting, and we had a great time.

あいにくの曇天で朝日を見ることは出来なかったですが、マングローブを案内していただきました。
インストラクターの方のお話も面白く楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
