• For same-day reservations, please ensure you check the message from the coordinator before heading to the meeting location, as it may have changed due to sea conditions. If you do not receive a message, please call us to confirm. (We will contact you as soon as we can confirm your reservation, so please do not proceed to the meeting location until you have heard from us. We may be on a tour and unable to check reservations immediately.)

• This tour is sensitive to tides and wind conditions, so we may need to discuss a time change with you after your reservation is confirmed.
• The meeting location may change depending on wind direction and other factors. If this happens, we will notify you via message by the day before, so please be sure to check your messages.
• Cancellation fees will apply for reasons such as health issues, personal matters, booking errors, transportation availability, rain or cloudy weather, or if the meeting location is too far. This also includes cancellations due to being more than 10 minutes late, for reasons like parking congestion, so please allow ample time to arrive.
  
  If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fee. Please review the cancellation criteria below.
• Depending on the meeting location, parking fees may apply. Cancellations due to the meeting location are not eligible for free cancellation. If you wish to know the potential locations in advance, please inquire before making a reservation.
• Sea turtles are wild creatures, so we cannot guarantee sightings. Thank you for your understanding.
• The information and photos provided may differ from the most current details. Please ensure you verify the information yourself before making a reservation.
• We do not board a boat.
• We recommend wearing a wetsuit during the winter season. If you wish to rent one, please apply through the options available.
• <Regarding Tour Cancellation>
  The tour will proceed in the rain, but will be canceled in the event of lightning, strong winds, or typhoons. In such cases, cancellation fees will not apply. Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs if the tour is canceled.
