- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants who are minors (middle school age and above) require parental consent. - Participants with a history of cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, diabetes, or similar medical issues must provide a medical certificate with a doctor’s approval in advance.
- Participants with a history of epilepsy or heart disease, as well as those who are pregnant (including possible pregnancy), are not permitted to join.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- For safety reasons, wearing a life jacket is mandatory during the SUP tour.
