The boards used for SUP are larger and more buoyant than surfboards, providing excellent stability. This makes it easier for beginners to stand up on the board after a short practice session. We offer careful instruction tailored to each individual's pace.

- Please be aware that arriving more than 10 minutes late, including due to reasons like parking congestion, will be considered a same-day cancellation, and a cancellation fee will be charged. We recommend allowing extra time to arrive.

- In the event of thunderstorms, strong winds, or typhoons, the activity will be canceled, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the guide decides to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if you decide to cancel due to perceived bad weather, a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the SUP tour is canceled, we will refund the difference in cost between the SUP and snorkeling tours. The same applies if the snorkeling tour is canceled instead.
- Please note that we cannot provide compensation for transportation costs or other expenses if the tour is canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
- For same-day reservations, please ensure you check the message from the person in charge before heading to the meeting location. If you do not receive a message, please contact us by phone.
