Our guide, Rintaro, was friendly, and we were able to explore inside the pumpkin with the other group members in a fun and lively way. The pumpkin was larger than I expected, and the inside of the cave was mystical. I'm glad I participated in this experience.

My first experience with the clear kayak was filled with excitement. The weather was great, the sea was calm, and it was a wonderful experience. The instructor kept a close watch and even took photos for us. I was able to kayak to areas that I would have found a bit scary to go to on my own. It was a valuable experience thanks to the instructor's focus on safety. Right after the approximately one-hour kayaking experience, they created a digest video combining photos and drone footage and shared it with us immediately, which surprised and moved me at the same time.

In the clear kayak, you can see corals and colorful tropical fish clearly beneath the bottom of the boat.

初めてのクリアカヤックは感動の連続でした。お天気も良く、海も穏やかでとても素敵な体験ができました。インストラクターさんが近くで見守り、写真撮影もして下さいました。自分ではちょっと怖くて行けない区域までカヤックで行くことができました。インストラクターさんが安全第一に誘導してくださるからこその貴重な体験でした。約1時間のカヤック体験後すぐに、写真とドローンで撮影した映像を合わせたダイジェスト映像を作成して、すぐに共有してくださり、びっくりすると同時に感動しました。
クリアカヤックは船底の下にサンゴや色鮮やかな熱帯魚がはっきりと見えます。
スタッフの皆さま、お世話になり、ありがとうございます。

In the morning, I went kayaking to the Pumpkin Cave, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling to see sea turtles! The guide smoothly instructed us on how to paddle the kayak, walk through the cave, and the best spots to enjoy while snorkeling, which made it a lot of fun. The energetic guy from Osaka who guided us also recommended a great place for lunch and took plenty of photos, creating wonderful memories with my friends.

午前中はカヤックでパンプキン鍾乳洞に行き、午後はシュノーケリングでウミガメを見てきました！
カヤックの漕ぎ方や鍾乳洞の歩き方、シュノーケリングの時の鑑賞ポイントなどスムーズに案内してくれて、とても楽しかったです。
ガイドをしてくれた元気な大阪のお兄さんが昼食のおすすめの場所を教えてくれたり、写真もたくさん撮ってくれて、友人との良い思い出になりました。

The limestone cave and sea turtle tour were both valuable experiences, and I had a lot of fun on my first time. I was able to take many photos, creating lasting memories. There were some places where it felt like I could get injured if I lost my balance, but the guide provided excellent support, allowing me to enjoy myself with peace of mind. I thought I might get tired with the morning and afternoon plans, but it wasn't a problem since we had long breaks.

写真もたくさん撮って頂いたので、形にも残る思い出ができました。
バランスを崩すと怪我してしまいそうな場所もありますが、ガイドの方がしっかりフォローしてくださり、安心して楽しめました。
また午前・午後のプランで疲れるかと思いましたが、休憩時間が長く取れたため問題ありませんでした。

The sea was very beautiful. The instructor was friendly and taught us kindly, which was great. I had some wonderful photos taken with a drone.

The day before, I received a call saying that due to the tides, we couldn't go to the Pumpkin Cave. Instead, I was allowed to choose between stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) or canoeing. I was impressed by how quickly they processed the refund for the difference on the same day.

On the day of the tour, we gathered at the parking lot at 8:30 AM. The staff member, Yamato, greeted us with a refreshing attitude. He was very kind, and his explanations were thorough and reassuring, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling without any worries. That day, we were lucky enough to encounter clownfish and a sea turtle! The staff member even took photos with us, diving multiple times to capture the moments. Thank you so much!

After snorkeling, we were scheduled for canoeing, but since SUP looked more enjoyable, we decided to switch. Despite the last-minute change, they welcomed us with a smile and said, "That's fine!" (Thank you!). The weather was great, with a light breeze, making the SUP experience absolutely delightful! My husband was also very satisfied with the change to SUP. They casually took photos for us, and I was surprised later to see how many they had sent!

It's been a while since I've joined a tour like this, but the hospitality was top-notch, and I'm very glad I chose this tour. Thank you, refreshing Yamato!

前日に、潮の関係でパンプキン鍾乳洞に行けなくなったと電話で連絡がありました。行けなくなった代わりに、サップかカヌーを選ばせてもらいました。差額分の返金もその日のうちにしてくれて、対応が早いなと思いました。
当日は朝8:30に駐車場で集合。スタッフのお兄さん(ヤマトさん)が爽やかに対応してくれました。
とても親切で、説明も丁寧でしっかりしていたので安心してシュノーケリングできました。その日は運良く、クマノミとウミガメと遭遇！一緒に写真撮影してくれたのですが、スタッフのお兄さん、何回も潜って一生懸命撮影してくれました👏🥹ありがとうございます！
その後はカヌーの予定だったのですが、サップのが気持ちよさそうだったのでサップに。急遽変更にも関わらず、嫌な顔1つナシで「いいですよ〜︎^_^」と快く対応してくれました(ありがとうございます！)
サップは天気も良くて風も少しあって、最高に気持ちよかったです！旦那もサップに変更して良かったねと大満足でした︎。さりげなく写真も撮ってくれて、後から写真送っていただいてこんなに撮ってくれてたんだ！と驚きました笑
こういったツアーは久しぶりですが、ホスピタリティ高くて、こちらのツアーを選んで良かったと大満足です。爽やかお兄さん(ヤマトさん)ありがとうございました！

The reservation for the morning departure was changed to 2 PM the day before. I respected the professional judgment, but on the day of the trip, the sea was rough, and even though we got off the canoe near the Pumpkin entrance, the current was strong. We only caught a glimpse of the cave entrance before retreating quickly. The staff tried to appear calm, but participants were being swept away by the tide and had to cling to each other to avoid being carried off while getting into the canoe.

I understand that there is a possibility of not completing the trip due to weather conditions, but it was clear that the sea was rough from the start, and the tides could be predicted. I felt it would have been better not to force the departure.

As for our instructor, simply saying "just follow me straight" in such rough seas was quite unhelpful. Other groups were taking many photos despite the conditions, but our instructor only took a few on land before and after departure. Since cameras were not allowed on the tour, it depended entirely on the instructor's consideration.

Overall, it felt like the safety of the customers and creating good memories were not prioritized; rather, it seemed that just departing and not issuing refunds were the main concerns.

朝発の予約が、前日になって、14時発に変更された。プロの判断なので尊重していたが、当日は海も荒れており、パンプキン入口近辺でカヌーを降りるも、潮の流れが早く、洞窟の入り口をチラ見しただけで、逃げるように退散。スタッフは平然を装っていたが、参加者は潮に流されそうになり、他を繋ぎ合って流されないように耐えながらカヌーに乗り込んだ。
当日の天候状況で完遂出来ない可能性は理解しているが、出発前から見るからに海は荒れており、潮の満ち引きは予測できるので、無理して出発しなくても良かったよでは無いかと感じた。
ここからは我々のインストラクターの事だが、荒れた海でのカヌーにおいて、「真っ直ぐついてきて下さい」だけで、かなり不親切。他のグループでは、荒れた中でも沢山写真を撮っていたが、我々のインストラクターは出発前後の陸地で数枚のみ。ツアー自体にカメラ類の持ち込みが出来ないため、インストラクターの気配り次第となる。
全体通して、客の身の安全と、良い思い出作りを優先されておらず、とにかく出発すること、返金しないことが優先されているように感じた。

Thank you for the gentle guidance during my first canoeing experience! It was a shame that the waves were too high to enter the cave, but I had so much fun that I definitely want to go again! I know it's a tough job both physically and mentally, but please take care of yourself and continue to show that wonderful smile! ❤️

The instructors for SUP canoeing and snorkeling were different, but they taught the basics in a very thorough and kind manner, allowing beginners like me to enjoy it even alone.

SUPorカヌー、及びシュノーケリングの異なるインストラクターでしたが、基礎的な事を懇切丁寧に教えて頂き、初心者、且つ1人でも十分楽しめました。

- I was amazed by the presence of the Pumpkin Cave! The surprise elements made it incredibly fun, haha! The attentive support from the cheerful young man allowed me to fully enjoy the experience!
- I had the impression that paddling while standing on a SUP would be extremely difficult, but thanks to the careful instruction from the friendly young man, even beginners like me had a blast! It was the best!
- During the sea turtle snorkeling, I was able to see the turtles up close, almost at zero distance! The young man who guided us was thoughtful about the photo angles, which I really appreciated!

Our family had this experience with our child (4th grade boy)!
It was our first time canoeing and snorkeling.
We were a bit anxious about the full-day course, but Rei, who was in charge, had a calm demeanor and a gentle tone, so my son quickly warmed up to him.

Rei's calm approach allowed my son to participate with confidence, and even after we returned home, he said he had a great time!

Since it was a joint experience with international participants, I imagine it was challenging with explanations in both English and Japanese, but we received careful attention!

◾️ Pumpkin Cave ◾️
At Pumpkin Cave, you jump down on the way back, but I was surprised because I didn’t know about the jump due to my lack of research.

My son initially said he was scared, but Rei encouraged him by saying, "You can do it!" and patiently waited without rushing him, so he was able to jump safely!
The international participants on the tour were very supportive, and it seemed to boost my son's confidence as he kept saying he wanted to do it again and would like to come back.

◾️ Snorkeling ◾️
We saw sea turtles!
We chased after them as they moved around, but we were able to observe them closely, which was amazing!
Moreover, we took plenty of photos and videos, which was really great!
My husband can't swim, so he was holding onto a float the whole time, and I was worried that Rei might get tired.

Overall, the experience was packed with activities, and we enjoyed every moment!

I highly recommend that you try both experiences!

初めてのカヌーに、初めてのシュノーケリング。
しかも1日満喫コースで少し不安がありましたが、担当してくださったレイさんが落ち着いた雰囲気の方で、口調も優しかったので息子はすぐに懐いてました。

落ち着いて対応してくれるので、息子も安心して参加できていたようで、帰った後も楽しかった！と言っていました。

海外の方との合同だったので、説明が英語・日本語で大変だったかと思いますが、

パンプキン鍾乳洞では、帰りは飛び降りるのですが…私の調査不足か、飛び降りるとは知らずビックリしました。

息子は最初はこわい！と言っていたのですが、大丈夫！出来る！と声かけをしてくださり、かといって焦らせずに待ってくださったので、無事に飛び降りることができました‼︎
一緒にツアーを回っていた海外の方も、すごく応援してくれて、本人も飛べたことに自信がついたのか、ずーっと、もう一回やりたい。また来たい。と連呼していました。

そして、その日のウミガメがあちこちに行くために追いかけまくりましたが、じっくり見ることができて感動！
更に、写真もたくさん、動画もしっかり撮っていただいて、本当に良かったです！
主人は泳げないため、ずーっと浮き輪に捕まっていたので、レイさんは疲れたのではないかと心配でした。

とにかく内容てんこ盛りでしたが、全部満喫できて楽しかったです！

Due to the impact of the typhoon, I couldn't go snorkeling... However, I had a great time experiencing stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time! I wasn't very good at it, but Rintaro (the staff member) helped me out and taught me a lot!

ですが初めて体験したSupがとても楽しかったです！あまりうまく出来ませんでしたがりんたろうさん（スタッフ）の方が教えてくれたりとで助かりました！

I experienced snorkeling for the first time. The instructor was cheerful and had a great sense of humor. When I went, I happened to encounter a sea turtle while swimming, and I even took a commemorative photo with the turtle.

Canoe & Cave Tour
I participated in a canoe and cave tour. The instructor, Tecchan, guided us very carefully, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. The course allowed us to truly feel the charm of nature, with stunning scenery that was perfect for photos.

In the cave, I was moved by the enchanting atmosphere, and while canoeing, I spent a pleasant time gliding along the calm sea. Tecchan's explanations were easy to understand, and he answered questions in a friendly manner, allowing us to relax throughout the tour.

What impressed me the most was Tecchan's personality. His lively talk, characteristic of someone from Kansai, kept smiles on our faces throughout the tour. His way of speaking and attentiveness brightened the atmosphere, making it easy to connect with him even as a first-time meeting.

For those looking for activities in Miyako Island, I highly recommend Tecchan's tour. If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to participate. Thank you!

カヌーと鍾乳洞ツアーに参加しました。インストラクターのてっちゃんがとても丁寧に案内してくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。自然の魅力をしっかり感じられるコースで、景色も素晴らしく、写真映えも抜群です。

鍾乳洞では幻想的な空間に感動し、カヌーでは穏やかな海をゆったりと進みながら、心地よい時間を過ごせました。てっちゃんの説明はわかりやすく、質問にも気さくに答えてくださって、終始リラックスして参加できました。

そして何より印象的だったのは、てっちゃんの人柄です。関西出身ならではの軽快なトークで、ツアー中ずっと笑顔が絶えませんでした。場の雰囲気を明るくしてくれる話し方や気配りがとても心地よく、初対面でもすぐに打ち解けられる魅力を持った方だと思います。

We participated as a family of four. Our tour was originally scheduled for 9:30, but due to the weather, it was changed to the 15:00 tour. The tide and weather can be unpredictable, but I feel lucky to have been able to join this main event in Miyako Island.

We just had to change into our swimsuits and gather in the parking lot, and then we were provided with life jackets and marine shoes to head to the beach.

We joined the tour by Miyako Island Adventure pipi, and we were guided by the wonderful Ricky, who was both friendly and attentive! During the transfer to the beach, he engaged us in enjoyable conversations while canoeing, which made us feel at ease. In the limestone cave, he carefully explained the importance of history and natural heritage, making it a truly memorable and fantastic tour.

My child, who wished to have an adventure like in "Itte Q," had their dream fulfilled, and we had a unique experience that left us very satisfied. Thank you very much.

家族4人で参加させてもらいました。9時半の予定でしたが、天候の関係で15時のツアーに変更となりました。潮位や天候に左右されるのですが、今回の宮古島のメインイベントでしたので運よく参加できたと思います。

水着に着替えて駐車場に集合するだけで、後はライフジャケットとマリンシューズも貸してもらいビーチへ移動。

宮古島 Adventure pipiのツアーに参加しましたが、笑顔も気配りも素敵なリッキーさんにガイドしてもらいました！ビーチまでの移動中もカヌーも楽しく話しかけてもらい安心して参加できましたし、鍾乳洞では歴史や自然遺産の大切さを丁寧に教えていただきとても記憶に残る素晴らしいツアーでした。

The highly transparent waters of Miyako Island are a waste if you don't experience them in a clear kayak. The drone footage was also amazing. The staff were all very pleasant, and thanks to them, it became a truly enjoyable memory.

Even if we booked in the evening for the morning before, they have been very efficient with providing information and things have run smoothly. On the day we have driven to the meeting place and they have provided all the things needed. The tour was very fun and interesting, thanks to our guide Yuuri, always reliable and friendly with us. This was the highlight of our vacation and we would recommend this tour!

I enjoyed snorkeling with sea turtles and exploring Pumpkin Hall in Miyako Island. The sea was clear, and swimming with the sea turtles was the best time. Our guide, Rei, was kind and made us feel safe, creating unforgettable memories.

宮古島で海亀シュノーケルとパンプキンホール探検 を楽しみました。海は透明で、海亀と泳ぐ時間は最高でした。ガイドのReiさんも親切で安心でき、忘れられない思い出になりました。

I participated in a SUP and snorkeling session that ended in the morning at the beginning of September, when the weather can be quite changeable. The weather was nice, and during low tide, the sea sparkled, making the coral visible up close. I struggled to keep up with the SUP until I got the hang of it, but since it was early in the morning, there were few people around, and I was able to jump into the sea and enjoy a refreshing time.

I had a hard time finding a turtle while snorkeling and thought I might not see one, but I kept swimming. Thanks to the instructor who didn’t give up searching, I was finally able to meet a turtle leisurely eating at the end.

Since I had arranged for transportation, getting around was easy, and I got to hear interesting stories about island life and was recommended some delicious places to eat. I had some anxiety about being back in the sea after a long time, but from start to finish, Ricky's smile encouraged me, and my family was able to have a great time!

天候が変わりやすい9月頭に午前中で終わるSUPとシュノーケリングに参加しました。天気もよく、干潮で海がキラキラと珊瑚が近い距離に見えました。SUPは慣れるまでついてくのに必死だったけど、朝イチだったので人も少なく、海に飛び込んだり気持ちのいい時間を過ごせました。シュノーケリングはなかなか亀さんが見つからず、見れないかなーと思ってましたが、ひたすら泳ぐ泳ぐ。お姉さんが諦めずに探してくれたおかげで最後にのんびり食事中の亀さんに会うことができました。
今回は送迎をお願いしてたので移動も楽に、車内では島の暮らしや、いろんな面白い話を聞かせてもらったり、美味しいお店も教えてもらえました。久しぶりの海に不安があったけど、最初から最後まで担当のリッキーの笑顔に励まされ家族で楽しむことができました！

On my first trip to Miyako Island, I signed up for a tour to experience marine sports all at once.

We started with sea kayaking and then explored a limestone cave, and I was completely overwhelmed by the mystical beauty of Pumpkin! Jumping from Pumpkin was also thrilling and a lot of fun!

We had about a two-hour lunch break, so I took a short nap before joining the snorkeling activity. The guide, with his refreshing smile, made it enjoyable, and I learned about the corals and fish of Miyako Island. The water was incredibly clear, and I was so excited to see sea turtles up close!

I was moved by how close I could get to the corals and many different types of fish. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. Thank you!

初めての宮古島旅行で、マリンスポーツを一気に体験したくてツアーに申し込みをしました。
初めはシーカヤックからの鍾乳洞で、パンプキンは神秘的で凄く圧倒されました！パンプキンからのジャンプも刺激的で凄く面白かったです!
昼休憩が２時間くらいあったので、少し仮眠をしてからシュノーケリングに参加しました。
爽やかな笑顔のお兄さんのガイドも楽しくて、宮古島の珊瑚や魚について学べました。また、海の透明度も凄くてウミガメを間近で見れて大興奮でした！
珊瑚やたくさんの種類の魚を間近で見れて感動しました。
このツアーに参加できて本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました!

We experienced the pumpkin cave and snorkeling course with our family of four, including high school and university students. Thank you to Kana, a cheerful and energetic young man from Osaka who resembles Shuhei Nomura. We are grateful for your kind and attentive service, which helped us create wonderful family memories. It was our first time in Miyako Island, and we were amazed by the beautifully clear blue sea and sky, the mystical caves, and the sight of Nemo and adorable sea turtles swimming right in front of us. Thank you for all the great photos as well.

パンプキン鍾乳洞とシュノーケルのコースを高校生、大学生の子どもと家族4人で体験しました。野村周平似の大阪の元気な明るいお兄さんのカナさん、ありがとうございました。親切、丁寧な対応で家族の楽しい思い出を作ることができ感謝です。初めての宮古島で見事なほどの青く澄み切った海と空、神秘的な鍾乳洞、ニモや可愛らしい青ウミガメの泳ぐ姿も目の前で見ることができ最高でした。たくさんの写真もありがとうございました。
