Ocean Expo Churaumi Fireworks Festival Tickets (July 5, 2025)

Important activity information

• The venue may have dark areas both inside and outside. It is recommended to bring a flashlight or similar lighting device.

• <Cancellation Conditions>
  Proceeds in light rain.
  Cancellation monitoring begins one week prior, based on forecasts (e.g., typhoons, severe weather).
  Final cancellation decision by 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 5th. No postponement if cancelled.
  May still be cancelled after 11:00 AM due to sudden severe weather (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain, lightning, natural disasters).
  Cancellations will be announced on the official website and social media.
• <Refund Policy>
  Refunds for paid seats are issued if the Ocean Expo Park Summer Festival (July 5th) is cancelled by 11:00 AM. No refunds will be given if the fireworks are cancelled due to severe weather after 11:00 AM and after the paid area has opened.
  System fees are non-refundable.
  *System fee: ¥400 per reservation.
  No refunds for non-attendance due to personal reasons or any travel/traffic difficulties.
• <Fireworks Event Parking Information>
  For the fireworks event, please use the designated parking lot.
  Parking at Ocean Expo Park typically fills by 10 AM, and surrounding roads become congested by the afternoon. Arrive early to avoid delays or missing the event.
  
  ※Parking is not included with any seat tickets (chair, box, or area tickets). A separate parking ticket must be purchased.
  ※One parking ticket is valid for one vehicle only.
• ※Parking hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Please follow the instructions of the staff when parking.
  ※Vehicles must be within the size limit (width 2.5m × length 5.0m).
  ※On the day of the event, your voucher from My Page will be checked at the parking entrance. Parking will not be allowed without confirmation.
  ※The organizer is not responsible for any issues related to parking (e.g., accidents, congestion, waiting). Thank you for your understanding.
• <Cancellation Policy>
  Cancellations due to personal reasons are non-refundable. Refunds are also not available if you are unable to attend due to traffic conditions (e.g., congestion or public transport delays). Thank you for your understanding.
• <Entry instruction>
  Present your My Page voucher at the reception to receive your wristband.
  Wristband must be worn for entry.
  
  Important Notes:
  Lost wristbands or paid seat tickets will not be reissued.
  We'll give one wristband to each person, so please come to the reception with everyone in your party.
  Re-entry is permitted with your wristband.
  No refunds will be given if you cannot receive your wristband due to not presenting your voucher.

• Paid seating areas are divided into blocks, and staff will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis. Please cooperate by sitting closely together to allow more people to enjoy the event comfortably. Refer to the attached viewing area map for details.
• If you leave your seat, please secure it by leaving your belongings. Manage your valuables responsibly.
• As precautions for the intense sun and to prevent heatstroke, we ask that you wear well-ventilated clothing and hats, and frequently replenish fluids and salt.
• Smoking is prohibited inside Emerald Beach. Please use the designated smoking areas within the park.
• Each area is equipped with dedicated temporary restrooms.
• Please park strollers in designated areas and manage them at your own responsibility.
  ・A dedicated area is available for wheelchair users and their caregivers. Please bring your own wheelchair.
• Only small dogs are allowed if on a leash or in a carrier. Guide dogs and service dogs are also permitted.
• For your safety while enjoying the fireworks, please follow the guidance and instructions of staff and security personnel.
• We are not responsible for lost items or disputes between attendees.
• Please take your trash home with you.
• Selfie sticks, radios, and devices operated via radio waves (e.g., drones, remote-controlled devices) are prohibited.
• Loud fireworks may be launched. Please be mindful of individuals sensitive to noise, as well as children and pets.
• The use of parasols is allowed in all seating areas. Please close your parasol as the sun sets.
• <Notice Regarding Photography and Filming>
  Please note that photos and videos will be taken during this event for documentation and promotional purposes.
  The recorded materials may be used for future event promotions, including on official social media, websites, posters, and videos. Thank you for your understanding.
• To help reduce traffic congestion, please consider carpooling whenever possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Disruptive behavior towards other attendees is strictly prohibited.
• In case of emergencies such as lost persons or health issues, please inform the nearest staff member or visit the information desk.
• The surrounding roads are expected to be congested. We kindly ask for your cooperation in carpooling when attending.
• The prices for each ticket include handling fees:
  Parking ticket: 400 yen
  General seating: 500 yen
  Medium-sized box seating: 3,500 yen
  Large-sized box seating: 5,000 yen
  S pair seating: 2,000 yen
  Photography area seating: 2,000 yen
• <General Seating Guidelines>
  ・Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by staff, starting from the front. Please enter together if attending with others.
  ・Choosing or reserving seats without staff guidance is not allowed.
  ・A fee applies for anyone using a seat, regardless of age. Preschoolers sitting on laps are free.
  ・Allowed: Small cooler boxes within 50cm x 50cm.
  ・Prohibited: Tents and parasols, as seating is chair-based.
