On the last day of my stay in Okinawa, before departing on a night flight, I looked for a snorkeling tour to the outer islands from Naha and used this plan that takes you to Tokashiki Island. The schedule was good, and we were able to snorkel at two beaches by bus. The instructor was easy to understand, calm, and made it enjoyable to enter the sea. I even got to see a sea turtle! 沖縄滞在最終日、夜便で沖縄を発つ前に那覇から離島でシュノーケルが出来るツアーを探していて、渡嘉敷島に行けるこちらのプランを利用しました。
スケジュールも良く、2ヵ所のビーチをバスで移動しシュノーケルが出来ました。
インストラクターの方は説明が分かり易く穏やかで楽しく気持ち良く海に入れました。
ウミガメにも会う事が出来ました！
ランチも付いていてお昼の心配もしなくて良かったのも助かりました。
ただ集合場所にいた受付の方やドライバーさんはマニュアル通りの案内のみと言いますか、曖昧で不明な点が多々あり、次どう動けば良いのかが分かりづらかったです。
参加してる方々が「？」となってる場面が何回か見受けられました。
例えば「ビーチでの自由時間は無人島に行くのがお勧めです」とアナウンス頂きましたが、その無人島にはどのような手段で行けるのかまでプラスアルファで教えて頂けると親切かと思いました。
総合的には又参加したいなと思うツアーです！

My husband surprised us with this experience and it was awesome. The crew were all very welcoming and friendly, the boat in great condition and the chute was top quality.
We shared the trip with two other groups, one of two and another of 5. It wasn't close to crowded. Our daughter, who is 9, was very nervous, so we did not go up first. After seeing the process, she was very willing to try and barely scared for a moment until the awesome experience took her over and she loved it. We do plan on doing this again with family and friends.

Additionally, the conversation with the lady who took us back to the port at the end of the tour (perhaps a local helper?) conveyed the island's charm in a way that made me want to come back again. She shared wonderful insights, like how the uninhabited islands are simple and rich in nature, and how the stars on a dark moonlit night are incredibly beautiful. Thank you very much.

However, I believe the experience could be even more enjoyable with the following improvements: 1) We were supposed to use a charter boat, but it broke down the day before and could not be repaired in time, so we agreed to switch to a regular ferry. While we managed to have a decent time as a family, the time spent on-site was shorter than initially planned, and it was disappointing that we couldn't experience the charter boat. 2) The male guide at Reef Inn Kuniyoshi seemed quite curt, responding to any questions with "Please take responsibility for yourself" as his first words. Since he is a local expert, I believe customer satisfaction would increase if he could provide advice based on his experiences, mentioning that some customers may need specific assistance but ultimately emphasizing personal responsibility.

ただ、以下の改善点、考慮・対応いただけるともっと楽しめるように思います。①チャーター船利用のはずが、前日に故障して当日までには治らないので、通常の乗合フェリー利用への振替を了承しました。何でも楽しめる質なので家族でそれなりに楽しみましたが、現地滞在の時間が当初より短くなったのと、チャーター船を経験したかったのに出来なかったのは残念でした。②現地の、リーフイン国吉の案内の男性が、何を質問されてもひと言目に「自己責任でお願いします」とつっけんどんに感じられました。現地の専門家なのだから、これこれこうされるお客様もいらっしゃいますが、最後は自己責任で、と経験などをアドバイスいただけるとお客様の満足度は上がると思います。
ベルトラさんはツアーの切り口の選択肢が広くてセンスが合うので以前からよく使っています。今後も使いますので、よろしくお願いします。

- The shop was easy to find as it was along the main street, but the parking was not on the premises; it was in an empty lot accessed from the entrance with the flag of the next store. If you try to park on the shop's premises, the staff will guide you, so it's fine.
- Snorkel masks, fins, and life jackets were provided before departure, and they gave thorough explanations for beginners. Bringing your own snorkel is also okay.
- Each person should bring their own drinks and towels. Other than these, you can't bring much.
- All other belongings should be stored in coin lockers, and you take the locker key in a plastic bag with your name on it. (The locker costs 100 yen and is of the type that doesn't return.)
- The shower and changing room inside are properly set up for women, but for men, it was outside. I changed in the restroom.
- During the tour, the staff took many photos, and at the end, you can receive the files via Airdrop or LINE.

・ショップはメインの通り沿いなのでとてもわかりやすかったのですが、駐車場はその敷地内ではなく、１つ先のお店の旗のある入り口から入る空き地でした。ショップ敷地内に止めようとするとお店の方が教えてくれますので大丈夫です。
・シュノーケルマスク、フィン、ライフジャケットは出発前に貸していただけて、初めての人向けにも丁寧に説明もしてくれます。持ち込みのマイシュノーケルもOK。
・ドリンクとタオルは各自持参です。これら以外はほとんど何も持っていけません。
・その他の荷物は全てコインロッカーにあずけ、ロッカーのキーを名前の書かれたビニール袋に入れて持っていきます。（ロッカーは100円かかり、戻ってこないタイプでした。）
・シャワーと更衣室は室内は女子優先でちゃんとしたのがありますが、男子は外でした。私は着替えはトイレでしました。
・ツアー中にスタッフの方が写真をたくさん撮ってくれていて、最後にAirdropやLINEでファイルをもらえます。

We gathered at 11 AM for the mangrove canoeing. The guide provided explanations about the plants, which was very informative. The photo fee was included, and they took a lot of pictures. After canoeing, we moved to the parking lot of Ryukyu Village. During that time, everyone had lunch, but there wasn't quite enough time.

For the blue cave snorkeling, due to the typhoon, we changed from beach entry to a boat. We moved to a shop just 5 minutes by car from Ryukyu Village to change and prepare. After that, it was another 5-minute drive to the port.

The blue cave was truly beautiful, and when we saw it, everyone exclaimed in awe. There were many fish, making it a great spot. However, it was popular, so there were a lot of people. The snorkeling photos were an additional fee of 2,200 yen.

As a tour, it was just a little over half a day, and we were very satisfied with the two activities.

カヌー後は琉球村駐車場に移動。その間に各自昼食でしたが、ちょっと時間が足りなかったです。
青の洞窟シュノーケリングは、台風の影響でビーチエントリーからボート変更。
琉球村から車で５分のショップへ移動し、着替え等準備。その後港まで車で５分移動。
青の洞窟は本当に良かった美しくて見たときはおおーと声が上がっていました。
魚も多くて良いポイントでした。ただ、人気だから人も多いですね。
シュノーケリングの写真は、別料金2200円でした。
ツアーとしては半日ちょっとで2つのアクティビティができて大満足でした。

On August 28, my family of four enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling. The kids had previously tried snorkeling in Bali but struggled to do it as they hoped. This time, thanks to our guide Matt-chan, who taught us accurately and in a fun way, we were able to easily manage kayaking and snorkeling for the first time. As a result, we were able to see the beautiful blue cave. Matt-chan was truly a wonderful guide. We also learned about local shops. My son said he enjoyed the quiz as well. It was a spot just off the coast of Nagannu Island, with extremely high visibility, beautiful coral, and plenty of fish. The Blue Cave is very popular, with about ten boats docked and many group tourists around. However, we took the opportunity to go snorkeling into the Blue Cave. There were plenty of fish swimming around, and the coral was beautiful, which made me very satisfied. Inside the Blue Cave, it was dark, and when I looked back, it felt blue. The photo spot was exactly the kind of mystical place that you often see in magazines, and I was very pleased with the pictures we took. The guides were also nice people, and I enjoyed chatting with them after the experience.

広背筋使ってワンハンドロウのように漕げば腕が疲れないです。20分くらいで大洞窟へ。洞窟入り口は波が強いので上陸、離陸が大変ですがガイドさんにサポートして頂きました。青の洞窟、大人気で船が10隻程度止まってて、団体客がたくさん居ました。でもこちらは間隙を狙ってシュノーケリングで青の洞窟の洞窟へ。お魚たくさん泳いでて珊瑚も綺麗でそれだけで大満足。青の洞窟は中は暗くて振り返ると青いかなって感じ。撮影ポイントは正に雑誌でよく見る青く輝く神秘的な場所でバッチリ写真に収めてもらって大満足^_^ガイドさんも良い人達で体験終了後にもお話しさせて頂き楽しかったです。
