We had our first snorkeling experience as a family. My 9-year-old and 6-year-old daughters, my mother-in-law who is just before turning 60, and my husband, who is not a great swimmer, all enjoyed it together. My 6-year-old daughter was a bit confused after putting on her goggles because she couldn't breathe through her nose, but a kind woman encouraged her, and she was able to enter the water. My 9-year-old daughter was a little scared of the vastness of the ocean and the fish coming close, but she managed to see a bit underwater at the end. The underwater scenery was incredibly beautiful, and we were amazed the whole time. We were also surprised to be able to touch a starfish! It was such an experience that we wanted to do it again afterward, and I hope to request it again when we visit Okinawa. Thank you!

初めて家族でシュノーケル体験をしました。
9歳、6歳の娘と還暦前の義母、泳ぐのが苦手な主人も一緒に楽しめました。
6歳娘はゴーグルを付けた後、鼻で息が出来ないことに戸惑いましたが、女性の方が優しく声を掛けて頂き海に入ることが出来ました。9歳娘は海の広さと魚が近くに来ることに少し怖がり最後で少しだけ海中を見る事ができました。海の中はとても綺麗で終始感動でした。
また、ヒトデを触ることもできて驚きの連続でした！
終ってからももう一回やりたいと思うほどの体験で、また沖縄に行った際はお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

As the title suggests, we were a large group of 11 people from 4 families, with a wide range of ages. Despite the strong winds that caused the cancellation of sea activities, we made a last-minute reservation the day before, and the staff handled everything with great care. Everyone who participated had a truly satisfying time. While Okinawa is known for its sea activities, the river experience was wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone!

タイトル通り、家族4世帯11人という年齢幅も人数もかなり大きなグループでした。
あまりに風が強くて海のアクティビティが中止となったなった中での急な前日予約でしたが、丁寧に対応して頂き、参加した全員が本当に大満足の時間となりました。
沖縄は海のアクティビティが注目されますが、川の体験、どなたにもお勧めできる素敵なものでした！

I participated solely for snorkeling. There were many participants, so we were divided into groups and enjoyed snorkeling with the staff. There were two adults in our group, but we were in the same area for most of the time, likely because there was a family with elementary school children, which was a bit disappointing. The sea was very beautiful.

当方は大人2名でしたが同じグループに小学生のお子さん連れの
ご家族がいたためか、ほぼ移動せず同じエリアにいたことが少し
残念でした。
海はとてもきれいでした。

This was my first solo trip from Kanagawa to Okinawa, and while I was debating where to go to the beach, I decided to join a tour to the Kerama Islands because I had never been there and wanted to see the Kerama Blue. The staff were all friendly and kind, making it really enjoyable even as a solo participant.

The Kerama Islands have such high transparency; I've been to various places like Hawaii, Cairns, and Miyako Island, but this was the best! The underwater world during snorkeling was incredibly mystical, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is unsure.

When I come back to Okinawa, I will definitely book a tour with Uminchu. Thank you for the wonderful time!

今回初めて神奈川から沖縄1人旅にきて海をどこに行くか悩んでる時に慶良間諸島行ったことがなく慶良間ブルーをみたくて参加しましたがスタッフの方々はみんなフレンドリーで優しくて1人で参加してもすごく楽しめました。
慶良間諸島は透明度が高く今までハワイ、ケアンズ、宮古島など色々といってますが1番良かったです！
シュノーケリングした時の海の中の世界はすごく神秘的でぜひ迷ってる方には一度体感してほしい空間です。
また沖縄に来た際は海人さんでツアー申し込みします。

On the day, the wind was strong, and I thought we might not be able to go snorkeling, but we were well guided all the way to the Blue Cave. The guide was very kind and not only taught us how to snorkel but also shared information about the types of fish, making for a very enjoyable time. I would like to use this service again when I visit Okinawa. Thank you very much.

当日風が強く、シュノーケリングができないかと思いましたが、青の洞窟までしっかりとガイドしていただきました。
ガイドのお兄さんがシュノーケリング方法だけではなく魚の種類を教えてくれたりとても親切で楽しい時間を過ごせました。また沖縄へ訪れた際は、こちらを利用したいと思います。

The staff were very friendly, and I felt safe and enjoyed my time! The kids experienced snorkeling and parasailing for the first time in their lives! They were kindly guided and had many photos taken, which made them very happy! The staff also made the slide exciting, and the kids had a great time sliding down! I was truly healed by the beautiful sea and the pleasant breeze! It was a wonderful experience! I heard there were whale sharks swimming nearby, but it was a shame we couldn't see them... I would love to use this service again when I come back to Okinawa! Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, the waves were high, and the boat was quite rocky, so it turned into an experience at a nearby point. I didn't get to see any sea turtles, but the staff were great, and I had a good time. I would like to participate again.

I participated in a one-day snorkeling tour of the Kerama Islands for the first time in Okinawa. The weather was perfect, and we snorkeled at three different points with unique terrains. Thanks to our guide, Mr. Ito, who provided thorough explanations, even beginners could enjoy it with confidence.

We encountered sharks, sea snakes, and sea turtles, making it an absolutely amazing experience. The tour was also cost-effective, and the lunch was delicious. It was a day filled with the charm of Okinawa's sea.

初めての沖縄本島で、慶良間諸島の一日シュノーケルツアーに参加しました。天候にも恵まれ、それぞれ地形が違う3つのポイントを巡ってシュノーケル。ガイドの伊藤さんの丁寧な説明のおかげで、初心者でも安心して楽しめました。

サメやウミヘビ、ウミガメにも出会えて、まさに最高の体験。ツアーのコスパも良く、お弁当も美味しかったです。沖縄の海の魅力をたっぷり味わえた一日でした。

Our blue cave snorkeling event was cancelled due to weather but they offered to take us to a shallow area near their shop where we saw tons of fish. The current was strong but the heavy duty life vest kept us afloat and our guide was right there with us, taking pictures, and also had a boogie board we could grab onto if we needed a rest. If we had more time, I would have rebooked the blue cave once the weather calmed down. Our guide was kind and helpful and the equipment was clean and in good condition. My son and I had a great time.

I received feedback immediately after the challenge, which helped me identify areas for improvement. Despite the rough waves and being a beginner, I was able to ride the waves. Thank you for the generous support. I had a great time.

挑戦後すぐにフィードバックをいただいたことで、改善点がわかり、荒れた波で難易度が高い状態かつ初心者にもかかわらず波に乗ることができました。手厚いサポートをしていただき、ありがとうございました。とても楽しかったです。

Overall, it was a great activity. It was my first time wearing a suit, but I was able to put it on smoothly. The sea was just the right temperature, and I was able to enjoy it. The guide took photos throughout and distributed them, which was nice.

概ね、良いアクティビティとなりました。スーツも初めてでしたが、スムーズに着ることができました。海もちょうど良い温度で、楽しむことができました。ガイドさんが随時写真を撮ってくれてそれを配ってくれたので良かったです。

I participated in a snorkeling tour for the first time in Okinawa. At first, I was scared and anxious because I didn't know how to breathe, but thanks to the very kind support of the instructor, I gradually relaxed. The underwater scenery was truly beautiful, and I was able to experience feeding the fish. Before I knew it, time flew by, and it became such a fun experience that I thought, "I want to dive more!" Looking back now, I often murmur, "Snorkeling was so much fun, I want to go again."

The local instructor who guided us was a wonderful person who really felt like they loved Okinawa, summer, and the sea. Meeting them is also a great memory. I was grateful for the privilege of having a private instructor. I definitely want to request them again next time!

沖縄で初めてシュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。最初は怖さもあり、呼吸の仕方**がわからずとても不安でしたが、インストラクターの方がとても親切にサポートしてくれたおかげで、だんだんとリラックスできました。海の中の景色は本当に美しく、餌付けなども体験でき、気づけば時間があっという間に過ぎ「もっと潜っていたい！」と思うほど楽しい体験になりました。今振り返っても、「シュノーケリング楽しかったなぁ、また行きたいなぁ」とつぶやいています。
今回担当してくださった地元出身のインストラクターは、本当に沖縄！夏！海が好きなんだなぁと感じる素敵な方で、その方と出会えたことも良い思い出です。貸切でインストラクターがつくという特権にも感謝でした。次回もぜひお願いしたいです！

I went snorkeling for the first time! At first, I was a bit confused about how to use the fins and snorkel, but with a life jacket, I didn't have to worry about drowning, and once I got used to it, I could swim quite comfortably.

There were colorful fish swimming right in front of me, and it was truly beautiful. On the sea turtle tour, I was able to see a turtle sleeping on the ocean floor. However, since it was quite deep, it felt a bit distant. It was different from what I had seen in photos. But I was really happy to see a wild turtle that I had longed for.

One downside was that there were no changing rooms on the boat, so I had to change in the shared restroom. I thought I could change at the port's changing room, but once we arrived, we had to get on the shuttle bus right away, so I couldn't use it.

Also, some of the staff were a bit rude to the guests. Since most of the participants were foreigners, they probably thought we couldn't hear them... It was shocking and a bit off-putting.

Overall, I had a very good experience and I'm satisfied!

初めてシュノーケリングをしました！最初はフィンやシュノーケルの使い方に戸惑いましたが、ライフジャケットがあるので溺れる心配もないし慣れれば結構快適に泳げます。
目の前を色とりどりの魚が泳ぎ回っていて本当に綺麗でした。
ウミガメツアーでは海底で寝ているカメを見る事が出来ました。が、結構深い海底のため何となくアレかなぁといった感じ。写真で見るのと実際とでは違いました。でも念願の野生のカメを見れて嬉しかったです。
少し残念だったのは、船の中に更衣室はなく共用トイレで着替えなければいけなかったこと。港の更衣室で着替えればいいと思っていましたが、着いたらすぐ送迎バスに乗るため港の更衣室は使えませんでした。
またスタッフの中には客に対して口の悪い方がいます。参加者が殆ど外国の方なので多分聞こえないと思っているのでしょうが...衝撃でちょっと引いてしまいました。
全体としてはとても良い体験ができて満足です！

I was worried about the impact of the typhoon, but the sea was calm with colorful corals and tropical fish, and I was able to see two types of turtles. The staff took many photos of me while I was snorkeling.

台風の影響が心配でしたが、海は波も穏やかで色とりどりの珊瑚と熱帯魚に加え、２種類の亀を見ることができました。
スタッフの方からシュノーケリング中に何枚も写真を撮ってもらえました。

Since I had experienced the same activity in another place, I hoped for a "serious mode." They listened to various requests I had, so it was enjoyable.

他の場所で同じアクティビティを体験していたので、「本気モード」を希望。
こちらの希望をいろいろと聞いて下さるので、楽しかったですよ。

I experienced parasailing for the first time in Okinawa. It’s safe and enjoyable, but looking down from above can be a bit scary. However, you won’t get wet, and it’s great that you can take pictures of the scenery with your smartphone from up high!

初めての沖縄で初めてのパラセーリングを体験しました。
安全に楽しむことができますが、上空から下を見たらちょっと怖いかも。
でも濡れることはないし、上空から自分のスマホで景色を撮影できるし良かったですよ！

My 3-year-old had a great time, and the instructor was wonderful and fun. I highly recommend the beach picnic for small children!

3歳の子どももすごく楽しめてインストラクターさんも素敵で楽しかったです。
海ピクニックは小さい子どもにおすすめですよ！

You can enjoy the Riverwalk, diving into the river, natural water slides, and ziplining for about three hours. Although there were concerns about the event due to rain, the staff checked the rain cloud radar and the condition of the river multiple times, ensuring safety while proceeding with the activities. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, which doubled the fun. They also took plenty of videos and photos, leaving me very satisfied.

リバーウォーク・川への飛び込み・自然のウォータースライダー・ジップラインを3時間くらいかけて楽しめます
雨が降って開催が危ぶまれましたが　スタッフの方が雨雲レーダーや川の様子を何度もチェックして安全を考慮しながら催行してくれました
スタッフの方が親切で盛り上げてくれるので楽しさ倍増でした
たくさん動画や写真も撮ってくれて大満足でした

I was grateful that they came to pick me up at the hotel, allowing me to participate without a rental car. The instructor was cheerful and kind, and although he wasn't from Okinawa, he shared a lot of information, making the journey enjoyable.

When I first entered the Blue Cave, I thought, "Is this it???" But the excitement when I reached the actual spot was incredible! It was so beautiful, and it was a view I wanted to keep looking at. Feeding the fish on the way back was surprising because so many came over, and their little munching was adorable.

Time flew by, but I had a great time. Thank you!

ホテルまでお迎えに来て下さり、レンタカー無しでも参加出来て有り難かったです。
インストラクターさんも明るく親切な方で、沖縄の方ではなかったけど色んな情報教えて下さり、道中も楽しかったです。
青の洞窟は入った時はここ？？？って言う印象でしたが、本当ポイントに来た時の感動が！！すごい綺麗で、ずっと見ていたい景色でした。帰りのお魚さんにご飯あげるのも、びっくりするくらい沢山寄ってきてくれて、パクパクしてる姿が可愛かったです。
あっという間に時間が経ってしまいましたが、とても楽しめました。ありがとうございます。

In mid-April, it was a bit chilly, but the weather was great, making it an amazing tour! The miso soup after snorkeling was comforting...! The staff were all friendly and took lots of photos for us. Thank you so much! ♡

Even at the age of 70, I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff's explanations were kind, and their skills were excellent, which made me feel at ease.

70歳を迎えた私でも、とても楽しく体験できました。スタッフの方の説明も親切で、腕も良く安心できました。

This was my first time participating in a mangrove kayaking tour. The instructor was kind and had a wonderful smile, making for a fun experience! While paddling the kayak, I was able to hear various stories and never felt bored. They also took photos for us and sent the photo data afterward.

今回初めてマングローブカヤックに参加しました。
担当のインストラクターさんは優しく笑顔がステキで、楽しい時間を過ごせました！
カヤックを漕ぎながら色々お話を聞けて退屈することもなく、お写真も撮っていただいて写真のデータも送っていただけました。

The staff were all very cheerful and kind, and I was able to experience everything without any worries! Choosing the one-day course was definitely the right decision! I was very satisfied! I will definitely use your services again when I visit Okinawa!

The kayak and snorkeling tour was amazing! Since it was my first time kayaking, I was initially worried about my stamina, but the guide was attentive and kind, making it a wonderful memory!

If I go to Okinawa again, this will be my number one choice!

カヤックとシュノーケルのツアーが最高でした！
体験したことないカヤックだったので最初は体力的に不安なこともありましたけど、ガイドの方も丁寧かつ親切で最高の思い出を作れました！

また沖縄に行くことがあれば利用したい店舗No.1です！！

The staff actively engaged with us from the time we gathered, and their pleasant demeanor, including the international staff, made the snorkeling guide enjoyable. However, it was overcrowded. About 90% of the guests were international, and there weren't enough seats on the boat; we couldn't even sit on the ground in the shade and had to sit in a crouched position in the sun. After returning from snorkeling, before even waiting for our turn for the restroom and shower, it felt like we were trying to take off our fins in a crowded train on the Yamanote Line. When we finally got back on the boat, a staff member told us to "take off your wetsuits," but among many larger international guests, I felt a bit unsteady as arms, shoulders, and legs brushed against me, and a kind staff member supported me.

スタッフの皆さんは、集合の時から積極的に声をかけてくれ、海外スタッフも含めて気持ちのいい対応で、シュノーケルのガイドも楽しかったです。
ただ、詰め込み過ぎです。
９割がた海外のお客様でしたが、船内は座る座席も足らないどころか、影になる地べたにも座れず、日の当たるところで体育座りでした。
シュノーケルから帰っても、トイレ・シャワーの順番待ち以前に、足ひれを脱ぐのも山手線の電車の中の感じでやっとでした。
最後に船に上がった時も、スタッフの方から「ウェットスーツを脱いで」と言われましたが、多くの海外の体格のいい人の中で、腕が当たる肩が当たる足が当たるでヨロけたところ、やさしいスタッフが支えてくれました。

I participated in a snorkeling tour from 9 AM on July 5th. It was lucky that there were only the two of us, a couple, and one instructor. They pulled the banana boat to the point with a jet ski, and it felt cool with the wind. The weather was nice, and there were many fish, which were very beautiful. The instructor mentioned that it was rare to see so many fish in one day. The reason for three stars is that we were only on the water for about 40 minutes, and the total time was just under an hour, which felt a bit insufficient.

7/5の9時からシュノーケルツアーに参加しました。私達夫婦２人だけにインストラクターが1人の参加者だったのでラッキーでした。
バナナボートを水上バイクでポイントまで引っ張って行ってくれます、風をはらむと涼しく感じます。
天気も良く魚群も多くてとても綺麗でした。
インストラクターもこんなに魚が多い日も珍しいとの事。
星三つの理由は海上にいた時間が40分程度で全体でも１時間弱だったので物足りなく感じてしまったからです。

The visibility was high, and it was great to see a lot of fish. When I fed them, they came very close, which was a bit surprising. Overall, the instructor was kind, and it turned out to be a fun snorkeling experience! I would like to use this service again.

It was a sunny day, but I felt refreshed by the breeze blowing over the surface of the Hija River during this exhilarating tour. Before we started kayaking, we received instructions and training on how to operate the kayak on land, so I was a bit worried about whether I would be able to paddle well. However, once we actually began paddling, I found that even if I was a bit awkward at first, by the end of the two-hour tour, I felt like a kayaking master.

The allure of this tour wasn't just the mangroves and kayaking; thanks to our guide's explanations, we were able to experience the nature of the Hija River by spotting hibiscus flowers along the riverbank, gobies hopping around the tidal flats, and crabs scuttling about. Towards the end of the tour, we were introduced to a rock that had cannonballs still embedded in it, and we learned that the area around the Hija River was scorched during the war, with all the mangroves and trees we see today being less than 80 years old. This made it a tour that also conveyed the intensity of the Battle of Okinawa.

When I shared photos from this tour with our children's family, they expressed a strong desire to participate when they visit Okinawa. I highly recommend this tour!

日差しが強い日でしたが、比謝川の水面を吹く風にすがすがしさを感じる爽快なツアーでした。
カヤックを漕ぎ出す前に陸上でカヤックの操作の説明と訓練をするだけなので、うまく漕げるか漕ぎ出す前は心配でしたが、「習うより慣れろ」で実際に漕ぎ始めると、最初は少々ぎこちなくても2時間のツアーの終わりころにはカヤックマスターの気分で漕いでいました。
マングローブとカヤックだけがこのツアーの魅力ではなく、ガイドさんの説明で川辺のハイビスカスや干潟を跳ねるハゼ、そこを動き回るカニたちを見つけて比謝川の自然を感じることもできるツアーでした。
ツアーの終わり頃、水面に顔を出した岩に今も残る砲弾の紹介を受けたり、戦争の際に比謝川周辺は焼け野原になって今目にするマングローブや木々たちの樹齢はすべて８０年未満だとの説明を受けると、当時の沖縄戦の凄まじさを感じるツアーでもありました。
私たちの子供たちの家族に写真入りでこのツアーを紹介すると沖縄旅行の際にはぜひ参加したいと返事がありました。
このツアーはお勧めですよ。

I was able to see a very beautiful sunset. I also received a lot of photo data. It was a bit disappointing that some of the pictures had what looked like water droplets on them. I recommend the optional drone photography, as it captures the appearance of floating over the clear sea.

とても綺麗な夕日が見られました。写真のデータもたくさんもらえました。何枚か水滴？のようなものが付いていて、残念でしたが。オプションのドローン撮影は、透明な海に浮かぶ姿を撮ってもらえるので、オススメです
