It was our first trip to Okinawa, and we were all really looking forward to the snorkeling tour as a family. However, the weather was bad on the day of the tour, and the boat was rocking quite a bit, making it a tough environment for small children. I ended up feeling seasick, and my son started crying, which made it very disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the ocean together for his first time.

I was also anxious because they only asked for our shoe sizes and provided almost no explanation on how to use the equipment or swim. Although they advertised that it was suitable for children from 3 years old and that even those who are not good at swimming would be fine, I felt that the content was a bit challenging for small children and beginners.

Additionally, the transparent floatation device mentioned in the rental section was not available. Instead, we received a regular black float. I regretted not preparing something for my son to see underwater.

There was a staff member who was very kind and attentive to my son, and I am truly grateful to them. However, I was shocked and frightened when another staff member shouted, "Don't just focus on one family! The parents are here, so leave it to them!" This was very surprising and disheartening, especially since it was our first time participating and there were many things we didn’t understand.

Furthermore, there was a slightly scary moment while changing. I was changing in the only place where the door could close, and another woman was being urged by a staff member to "hurry up and change" and "change inside." If she had opened the door, I would have been exposed, but thankfully, that woman refused and said "NO," which saved me. I am truly grateful for her courage at that moment.

I understand that there are aspects like the weather and sea conditions that cannot be helped. However, I believe that if there had been a bit more consideration for beginners and families with children, along with better explanations and support regarding safety and privacy, the overall impression would have been significantly different.

I wrote this review with the hope that others who are participating for the first time with small children will be able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I sincerely thank the staff who treated us kindly, the captain, and all the participants who were on board with us.

初めての沖縄旅行で、家族みんなでとても楽しみにしていたシュノーケリングツアーでした。
当日は天候が悪く、船の揺れがとても強くて、小さな子どもにはかなり厳しい環境でした。私自身も船酔いしてしまい、息子は泣いてしまって、初めての海を楽しませてあげられなかったのがとても残念でした。

足のサイズを聞かれただけで、器具の使い方や泳ぎ方の説明がほとんどなかったのも不安でした。
「3歳からOK」「泳ぎが苦手な方も安心」とありましたが、実際は小さな子どもや初心者には少し難しい内容に感じました。

また、貸し出し欄に書いてあった透明な浮き袋というものもありませんでした。普通の真っ黒な浮き輪です。
こんな事なら息子が海の中を見れるように
何かしら用意したのになと残念でした。

スタッフの中には息子を気遣って優しくついてくださった方もいて、その方には心から感謝しています。
ですが、別のスタッフの方が「ひと家族だけにつくな！親がいるんだから親に任せろ！」と大声で言った時は、とても驚き、怖さを感じました。初めての参加で分からないことも多かったので、その一言がとてもショックでした。

さらに、着替えの際にも少し怖い場面がありました。私が唯一扉が閉まる場所で着替えていた時、他の女性がスタッフの方から「早く着替えて」「中で着替えろ」と促されていました。もしその方が扉を開けていたら、私は全裸を晒してしまうところでしたが、その女性が「NO」と拒否してくれたおかげで助かりました。あの時の勇気に本当に感謝しています。

天候や海の状況など、どうにもならない部分もあると思います。
ですが、もう少し初心者や子ども連れへの配慮、説明や安全・プライバシー面のサポートがあれば、印象は大きく変わっていたと思います。

このレビューは、同じように小さな子どもを連れて初めて参加する方が、安心して楽しめるようになってほしいという思いで書いています。
優しく接してくださったスタッフの方、船長さん、そして一緒に乗船されていた参加者の皆さんには心から感謝しています。

The weather was perfect, and it was the best tour ever. On the way to the first point, we encountered wild dolphins! We also saw flying fish, which really got us excited. The snorkeling allowed us to enjoy the incredibly beautiful sea. At the second point, we were lucky enough to meet sea turtles. I had a great time snorkeling. At first, my 6-year-old child (who was snorkeling for the second time after a year) got scared, which was quite challenging. The staff members were kind enough to hold my child and check on us, but since they were also watching many other people, they couldn't focus solely on my child. (I completely understand this, of course.)

Previously, on another tour, we happened to have a one-on-one experience, so I couldn't help but compare. For those who are concerned about such things, I think a smaller group tour would be more reassuring, especially for families with young children or those who aren't confident swimmers. I participated in a 2-hour tour. I was torn between the half-day course (4 hours), but the snorkeling time of about 1 hour was just right! (I think it was worth the price.) They took photos for us, but unfortunately, they only captured the surface of the water and people, which was a bit disappointing. It was a beautiful coral reef in the Kerama Islands, and I wish they had taken more pictures of the corals and fish. I regret not bringing my camera since I heard there would be photos included. I didn't know they were feeding the fish. I would have liked a proper explanation about that during the initial briefing.

The experience itself was wonderful. I definitely want to participate in the snorkeling tour again next time.

Perhaps the session we participated in was special, as there were many participants, but only five of them were Japanese.

The tour guidance was mostly in English, and I felt that the support for Japanese participants was somewhat lacking. Many of the local staff from the tour company were nice people. However, some of the foreign staff could only speak a little Japanese, and due to their busyness, there were some parts that were a bit problematic. Additionally, the lack of organization was concerning.

However, I am very grateful that they managed to find sea turtles despite the poor sea conditions after the typhoon.

It was a very good tour, so I rated it three stars in hopes of future improvements. Thank you for the enjoyable tour.

As a 50-year-old man traveling alone, I participated on the last day of my two-night, three-day trip, utilizing the morning hours since my flight was in the evening.

When I toured the mainland, I noticed that the sea wasn't as clear as I had expected, which made me wonder. When I asked at the rental car shop, they explained that Okinawa experiences a lot of rain showers, and when rainwater rushes down from the mountains into the sea, it can get murky.

They mentioned that sometimes you just have bad timing. I was feeling disappointed and debated canceling my snorkeling plans, but I thought the Kerama Islands would be fine. When I arrived, I was surprised to see the bottom about 10 meters down from the boat! I couldn't help but exclaim, "What!?"

Once I got into the water, it was so clear that it completely changed my perspective on life; I could see endlessly, so even though it was deep, I wasn't scared at all! Instead, I was captivated by the beauty, and my heart was racing the entire time!

Even as a solo traveler, the instructor was very engaging, and I had a wonderful time! 🎵

海の中へ入ったらもう人生観変わるくらい透明でどこまでも見えるから深くても怖く無い！

We were divided into three groups for snorkeling. The young male instructor was very business-like. I was really glad to experience snorkeling for the first time in Kerama. The water was crystal clear, allowing me to see the underwater world, including coral and various fish. I even got to meet a sea turtle and witnessed its breathing up close, which was truly moving.

Additionally, during the boat rides to each snorkeling point, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Okinawa's sea and islands. I even saw goats on the cliffs of the island, which was amusing!

All three points were enjoyable, and I felt like I could have swum even more. I definitely want to experience this again.

Since I'm not a strong swimmer, I wore a life jacket. After the boat arrived at the snorkeling points, we had to swim a bit to reach the spots, so for those who are not confident in swimming, I think it's better to wear a life jacket to enjoy snorkeling safely and freely.

The snorkeling group and the diving group shared the same boat, but the snorkeling group spent time on the second floor. The second floor is more spacious, so I think you can relax there more comfortably.

The free shuttle bus gathers at a designated location for pickup, but on the way back, they dropped us off at our hotel.

シュノーケリングのグループとダイビングのグループが同船しますが、シュノーケリングのグループは２階で過ごしました。２階の方が広々としているので、ゆっくり過ごすことができるかと思います。

無料送迎バスは、ピックアップ時は指定の場所に集合しますが、帰りは宿泊しているホテルまで送ってくれました。

We were blessed with great weather and had an active experience in clear skies. The explanation right after boarding was a bit hard to hear, but when I asked questions personally, they provided detailed answers. From the organised pick up to the embarkation process and quality of boat - these guys nailed it!Take your picnic and enjoy - the instructions are in all languages and the crew are very accommodating - you can play with the tots for a very very reasonable extra fee and the crew make it a lot of fun - honestly half day tour to paradise and back is just long enough and a great experience - would absolutely recommend !!!!

It was a very enjoyable trip. It was my first time cruising, and I was able to feel both thrill and surprise while ensuring safety. I did get seasick and caused some trouble for the staff, but I truly appreciate how Zhang took care of me with great care, making tea and tidying up my surroundings.

What a great diving experience! Not only was the water crystal clear but also lots of vibrant corals with lots of color. The ocean never ceases to amaze with its colorful fish.

Our stars mainly go to our guides though! Great people with endless conversation and great social skills. Extremely nice and very adaptable depending on who they dive with. They take care of every diver no matter the skill!

We experienced snorkeling, parasailing, and two marine sports in Kerama as a family. The staff were very kind and we had a lot of fun. The snorkeling was amazing; the water was clear and beautiful, and we could see the fish and coral well. We also had some great photos taken, which made for wonderful memories, but I think we might have been a bit greedy with the parasailing and the two marine sports. While we did get to experience snorkeling, we didn't get any photos taken during that part, possibly because we were running out of time. (We did have photos taken during the activities.) Since the sea was beautiful and we could see the fish well, I thought it might have been better to reduce the number of activities and enjoy snorkeling more thoroughly.
