From the organised pick up to the embarkation process and quality of boat - these guys nailed it!Take your picnic and enjoy - the instructions are in all languages and the crew are very accommodating - you can play with the tots for a very very reasonable extra fee and the crew make it a lot of fun - honestly half day tour to paradise and back is just long enough and a great experience - would absolutely recommend !!!!

- For health and safety reasons, guests aged 61 and over are not permitted to participate. Thank you for your understanding.
- Guests with conditions such as cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, ear infections, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour are not allowed to participate. Please note that participation may also be declined depending on your health condition on the day of the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate. Please note that no refunds will be issued even if this is discovered on the day of the tour.
- Participants weighing over 120kg are not allowed to join.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- After the tour, paid showers are available at the port. However, for guests using the return shuttle service, please rinse off using the onboard outdoor shower and change clothes before arriving at the port. The shuttle will depart immediately after arrival, and boarding the vehicle while wet is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you are arriving by rental car, please search for "Naha Beach Side Hotel" in your car navigation system. Once you reach the hotel, continue driving along the road past it and you will reach the entrance to Miegusuku Port. Enter through the parking gate and proceed to the white, triangular-roofed waiting area located at the far right.
※ Parking inside the port is available all day for ¥500. - There will be no landing on the island.
- Pickup service is on a first-come, first-served basis and may not always be available as requested. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pickup is available only at designated locations. Please select the one closest to your accommodation when booking.
- The photo gift is a free service. In case of any issues or malfunctions, we will not be able to provide refunds or compensation. Additionally, photos may not be taken depending on the circumstances on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- The tour may be canceled or the snorkeling location may change depending on sea conditions.
- Valuables cannot be stored. Please keep them with you at all times, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
