There was no impact from the typhoon, but under a cloudy sky with light rain, we were provided with a free shuttle to the hotel, and our much-anticipated experience diving and snorkeling tour began!

When we arrived at the shop, we first had to check in our valuables, but there was a long line of tour guests! I was a bit anxious since I didn’t know the size of the boat or the number of instructors, but there were two boats, and we boarded separately by group!

We had signed up for one introductory dive and two snorkeling sessions, and we started with the introductory dive! Each instructor was paired with two participants, and we held hands while walking along the sea floor! By the time the boat arrived at the dive site, the rain had stopped, and the sun came out, which was a relief! The clarity of the water at Kerama was impressive, and I was moved by the deep blue that I had seen in various scenes!

We were able to see many colorful and large fish! I was also thrilled to take a photo with a pair of clownfish, famous from "Finding Nemo"! Our time underwater was about 20 minutes, but it was incredibly enjoyable! For those who were impressed by the introductory dive, the instructor would check whether you wanted to dive again or snorkel for the second experience, which could be decided on the spot for an additional fee, and I thought that was a great point!

Since we wanted to enjoy snorkeling as well, we did the snorkeling as planned for our second session! Here, we were in groups of 7 to 8 people per guide! For those who are not confident swimmers, you can hold onto a board and wear fins and a life jacket while being guided, which is reassuring!

At the second snorkeling spot, we encountered a sea turtle! Just one was swimming gracefully, and it was such a touching moment! The guide mentioned that encountering a sea turtle at this spot is quite rare, so we felt very lucky! By the way, the name of the boat we were on was also "Lucky"! Perhaps that’s why the happy moments kept coming!

For lunch, there were two types of bento boxes available, and the warm miso soup was comforting for our chilled bodies! I won’t spoil the surprise, so you’ll have to enjoy it when you go! However, I absolutely recommend going for your birthday!

Finally, for our third session, we went to the sea turtle spot! Here, we were able to swim with three adorable sea turtles!! It was truly moving! We enjoyed snorkeling enough, and we also took photos with an underwater camera, but the guide was free diving to take pictures up close with the turtles! I am so grateful to the guide who kept us entertained for as long as time allowed!

The next day, I downloaded many photos taken by the guide, and I want to cherish the close-up shots of the turtles and the pair photos as wonderful memories of this trip!!

This time, I chose this tour with Veltra, and I was able to experience the beautiful Kerama Blue for the first time, creating the best memories! All the staff were friendly and easy to talk to, so I hope to be in their care again next time! Thank you for everything this time!!

台風の影響はなかったけれど、曇り空でパラパラと雨が降る中、ホテルまで無料送迎も行っていただき、楽しみにしていた体験ダイビング&シュノーケリングツアーが始まりました！
ショップに着くと、まずは貴重品を預かって頂くのですが、ツアーのお客さんで大行列でした！船の大きさやインストラクターの人数など分からなかったので、不安でしたが、船は2艘ありグループ毎に別れて乗船しました！
私達は体験ダイビング1回とシュノーケリング2回のコースに申込んでいたのですが、1番初めに体験ダイビングを行いました！
インストラクター1名に対し、体験者は2名で手を繋ぎながらの海底散歩！
船がポイントに到着する頃には、雨も上がり、陽射しも出てきたので、安心しました！初めての慶良間は透明度が高く、色んな場面で目にしていた濃いブルーに感動！
魚もカラフルなものから大きなものまで沢山見る事が出来ました！
ニモで有名なクマノミのツガイと一緒に写真を撮っていただけたのも嬉しかったです！
水中にいる時間は、20分くらいでしたがとても楽しめました♪
体験ダイビングで感動した方は、2回目以降、ダイビングかシュノーケルどちらを体験するかインストラクターに確認されるので、プラス代金で、その場で決められるのも良いポイントだと思いました！
私たちは、シュノーケルも楽しみたかったので、2回目は申込んだ通りシュノーケルをしました！
こちらは、ガイドさん1人につき7〜8名のグループで行動します！
泳ぎの苦手な方は、ボードに捕まり、フィンやライフジャケット着用でガイドしていただけるので安心です！
2回目のポイントではなんと海亀と遭遇出来ました！1匹だけ優雅に泳いでいたので、感動しました！ガイドさんもこのポイントで海亀に出会うのは中々無いよ〜と言っていたので、とってもLuckyでした！因みに私たちがアテンドされた船の名前もLuckyという名前でした！それだからか、嬉しい事はまだまだ続きます！！
お昼のお弁当は2種類用意されていて、温かいお味噌汁もあり、冷えた身体に沁みました〜
嬉しかった事は、ネタバレにもなってしまうので…行ってからのお楽しみ♪
ですが、お誕生日に行くのは絶対、お勧めですよ！
いよいよ、3回目は海亀スポット！
ここでは、3匹の可愛い海亀と泳ぐことが出来ました！！本当に感動です！
シュノーケルで充分楽しめたし、私たちも水中カメラで写真を撮影しましたが、ガイドさんは素潜りをして海亀の近くで撮影してました！時間の許すまで私たちを楽しませてくれたガイドさんには感謝で一杯です！
翌日、ガイドさんが撮影してくれた沢山の写真をダウンロードしましたが、やっぱり間近で撮影されてた亀やペアで撮っていただいた写真は今回の旅の素敵な記念として大切に保管したいです！！
今回、ベルトラさんでこちらのツアーを選び
初めての慶良間ブルーが体験出来て、最高の思い出となりました！
スタッフの皆さんは、気さくで話しやすい方ばかりだったので、また次回、お世話になれればと思っております！

Due to the typhoon, there were concerns about high waves and whether the event would proceed, but we were blessed with great weather on the day, making it perfect for diving. Both my wife and I were nervous since it was our first time diving, but the instructor was kind and provided thorough guidance, which quickly eased our worries. Once we dove into the sea, we were greeted by breathtaking views that we had only seen on television! Although the sea was a bit murky due to the typhoon, it was still incredibly beautiful. The instructor led us throughout the experience, and we were very grateful for that. It undoubtedly became a lifelong memory! Next time, I hope to participate with our child once they are born. Last year, when I visited the Blue Cave, I saw people having a great time and thought I definitely wanted to try it. This year, my husband and I participated in our first experience diving in the Kerama Islands. We were blessed with good weather on the day, and diving into the crystal-clear sea became an invaluable experience like no other.

The instructor's support was attentive and reassuring, even for us as a couple who are not exactly young. Initially, we planned for only one dive, but we requested to do another one.

For the second dive, we entered at a different point than the first, and we encountered a sea turtle, which we were able to see up close. Both of us were extremely excited.

We were completely captivated by diving and now really want to obtain our licenses. If given the opportunity, we would love to challenge ourselves again.

昨年、青の洞窟を訪れた際、楽しんでいらっしゃる方を見て、ぜひやってみたいと思い、今年慶良間諸島での初めての体験ダイビングに夫婦で参加しました。当日は天気にも恵まれ、透明度抜群の海へのダイブは、これまでにない貴重な体験となりました。

Great snorkling experience! The crews are super fun and friendly. They speak multiple languages to accommodate different ethnicity. Be sure to check your email the night before your tour for last minute notification. A postcard is given at the end of the tour with a link to download free pictures taken by your instrutor. The photography technique varies depending on the instructor, so bring your own camera if you want great photos.

Definitely recommend to everyone!

The staff are very nice and knowledgeable, they will make sure you are safe and ready before jumping into the water. I will definitely book with Veltra again if I go back to Okinawa again!

From July 12 to 15, 2018, my spouse and I took paid leave to unwind from our daily work fatigue and stress in our favorite place, Okinawa! GO!

The worries from Typhoon No. 8 the previous week were quickly blown away as we were welcomed by the blue sea and the dazzling sun. After leaving Naha Airport, where the relaxed Okinawa time flows, we drove our rental car to our hotel. While enjoying some Soki soba along the way, I had a feeling that this 3-night, 4-day trip would become a wonderful memory...

On the second day, we enjoyed sea kayaking and snorkeling around Onna Village, amazed by the beauty of the ocean. However, I had no idea that the following day, the overwhelming blue and clarity of the Kerama Sea would greet us...

On the night of the second day, we indulged in Okinawan cuisine, including sea grapes, Agu pork shabu-shabu, and tropical fruits. After filling our stomachs, I started to worry a bit about whether my wetsuit would fit the next day, but since we were leaving the hotel around 6 AM, I suppressed my disappointment at missing the hotel breakfast buffet and went to bed around 11 PM.

In my dreams, the fish didn’t take me to the Dragon Palace, and I fell into a deep sleep, exhausted from work and the unfamiliar paddling of the sea kayak during the day. I thought about how I used to never get tired from playing when I was younger, but now things are different... To keep up with our packed schedule over the four days, I gathered my strength in my sore arms from the previous day's paddling and slowly got out of bed.

Sure enough, it was sunny again today.

From our resort hotel in Onna Village to the Seasa Naha store, it takes about an hour by car. Considering the traffic in Okinawa, we left the hotel two hours before our 8 AM meeting time. GO!

When we arrived at the store, a young group in bright red uniforms welcomed us, their skin tanned to a deep brown. I hesitated for a moment but gathered my courage to speak to them. They kindly directed us to the parking lot, which was next to the port, and we had to return to the store after parking. Be careful as there are no crosswalks in front of the port, and trucks are coming and going!

Back at the store, we were greeted by foreigners. I thought about how Japan needs to employ more foreigners in the future, and as I looked around, I noticed a diverse crowd including Japanese, Chinese, and Koreans. How international! As expected of Kerama Blue!

With the procedures completed smoothly, we headed to the port. But first, we needed to check the sizes of our wetsuits and fins! (The staff will provide them, so no worries there.)

At the port, the Love boat was waiting for us. The boat was spacious, but with many tour participants, it felt a bit crowded. Everyone was excited while observing their surroundings. (I was half anxious about whether I would get seasick. It might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication.)

And we set sail! "Go, Love boat!" the captain commanded (in my heart), and the boat began to move.

About an hour later, we would see the main attraction of this trip, Kerama Blue. My sore arms were no longer painful. Excitement was high! Today, we planned to visit three points, with one dive and two snorkeling sessions. However, we could also add more dives depending on our condition and the sea conditions. We arrived at Zamami Island in the Kerama Islands. Ahhh... so beautiful... The sea was an indescribable blue and crystal clear. Eager to see the underwater world, I started preparing for diving. As a second-time diver, I entered the water with some nervousness. Surprisingly, it was quite cold.

前週の台風8号の心配も一気に吹き飛ぶ様な、青い海とギラギラとした太陽がお出迎えしてくれましたゆったりとした沖縄時間が流れる那覇空港を後にし、目的地のホテルへレンタカーを走らせる。途中ソーキそばを食べながら、3泊4日の旅が素晴らしい思い出になると予感していました・・・。
２日目には恩納村周辺でシーカヤックとシュノーケルを満喫し、海の綺麗さに驚きましたが、その翌日、もっと圧倒的な青さと透明度で慶良間の海が私達を迎えてくれる事をこの時はまだ想像していませんでした・・・。
２日目の夜、海ブドウやアグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶ、トロピカルフルーツなど沖縄料理に舌鼓。お腹一杯になった事で、だいぶお腹が膨れ明日のウェットスーツが入るのか少し心配になりつつも、翌朝ホテルを6時頃出発の為、ホテルの朝食バイキングが食べられない残念な気持ちを抑え、11時頃就寝
夢の中では一足先にお魚さん達が竜宮城へ連れて行ってくれる事は無く、日頃の仕事疲れと、昼間の慣れないシーカヤックパドル漕ぎで疲れ果て、死んだように眠る。
若い頃は遊び疲れする事など皆無だったのに、昔とは違うんだな・・・と思いつつ、4日間ぎっしりと詰め込んだ予定をこなす為、前日漕ぎつかれてバキバキの二の腕に力を込めて、ゆっくりとベッドから起き上がる。
やっぱり今日も晴れている。

恩納村のリゾートホテルからシーサー那覇店さんまでは車で約一時間とちょっと。車社会の沖縄では渋滞を考慮し、８時集合の２時間前にホテルを出発。GO!
お店に到着すると真っ赤なユニフォームで真っ黒に焼けた若い集団がお出迎え。ちょっと躊躇したが、勇気を出して声を掛けてみる。すると、『駐車場は港の方で・・・』と駐車場を案内してもらえる。駐車場は港の脇で、停めたらまたお店に戻る格好だ。港の前は横断歩道が無い上にトラックが行き来しているので要注意❗
お店に戻ると外国人がお出迎え。これからの時代は外国人の雇用も日本には必要だなと考えながら、周りを見回すと日本人の他に中国人、韓国人など国際色豊かな事に気が付いた。なんてインターナショナルなこと。さすがは慶良間ブルー❗
そんなこんなで手続きはすんなりと終わり、いざ港へ。おっとその前にウェットスーツとフィン等のサイズ確認をしてと❗(お店の方が渡してくれるので心配不要)
港ではラブ号(Love )がお待ちかね。船は広いがツアー参加者が多数いる為、やや落ち着かない。皆さん周りの様子を伺いながらもワクワクしている。(私は船酔いしないかちょっと不安な気持ち半分。酔い止めは飲んだ方が良いかもしれません。)

いざ出港❗行けラブ号❗と船長さんが号令を出して(心の中で)船が動き始める。
約１時間後にはこの旅のメイン、慶良間ブルーが見られる。筋肉痛の二の腕はもはや痛くない。テンション⤴️⤴️
今日は３ポイント回って、ダイビング１回、シュノーケル２回の予定。でも、追加でダイビングも増やせるから体調や海のコンディションで決めても良いね。私達夫婦は当初の予定通り。

慶良間諸島の座間味島に到着。
はぁぁぁっっ・・・綺麗っ・・・。
他に例えられないほど青く透き通る海。
早く海の中を見たい気持ちにかられ、ダイビングの準備を開始。ダイビング２回目の私は緊張しながら海に入る。意外と冷たい。
インストラクターと一緒にゆっくりと海に沈み始め、慌てて呼吸を整える。口呼吸って意外と難しい。
水面から1mも潜るとそこは見たことない素晴らしい世界が待っていた。サンゴ礁に囲まれ、昨晩食べたトロピカルフルーツにも負けない位の色とりどりの魚達が所狭しと泳ぎ回り、イソギンチャクやナマコがゆったりと波に揺られている。インストラクターの方は私達の手を引っ張って、素晴らしい世界を案内してくれた。いつでも気にかけてくれるし、ダイビング経験が無い人でも丁寧に優しく教えてくれるから大丈夫❗ボウズさんありがとう。
船上へ戻り、感動冷めやらぬままお弁当を頬張る。冷えた体に温かい味噌汁は格別ですな。
ここで一つ注意が。お弁当のプラスチックゴミ(包装やバランなど)は海に間違って落としたりしないように❗魚や海ガメが餌さと間違えて食べてしまうとの事。皆さんご注意を。
ポイントを移動しシュノーケルした時、念願の海ガメさんに会えました。ゆっくりゆっくり泳ぐその姿はまるで、私達に合わせて泳いでいるようにも見え、一緒に泳いだ時間は間違いなく私達の人生のハイライトとなった事でしょう。

帰港時に写真データのダウンロード方法を案内され終了。後にダウンロードしましたが、綺麗な写真を沢山撮ってくれました。

We participated with four adults, two 12-year-olds, and one 7-year-old. The 7-year-old couldn't dive due to age restrictions, so we only signed up for snorkeling. There were some differences in the plans at the time of booking, which made it a bit complicated, but the staff at Marine House Seasa Naha were very accommodating, and we were able to book smoothly. On the day, we had our first experience with diving alongside young male and female staff members, who taught us patiently, allowing us to really enjoy it! The kids seemed to have a great time as well, and we ended up adding an extra dive that day. The beautiful sea, the adorable clownfish, and the sea turtles were all wonderful! Additionally, the staff played with the kids in the ocean, making it a fantastic day! I definitely want to participate again!

大人4名、１２歳２名、７歳１名で参加させて頂きました。７歳の子はダイビングは年齢的に出来なかったのでスノーケリングのみで申し込みをしました。申し込みの時点でプランの違いがあり、複雑になってしまったのですが、マリンハウスシーサー那覇店さんの対応が良くすんなり申し込むことができました。当日は大学生くらいの若い男女のスタッフと共に初めての体験ダイビングをさせて頂きましたが、丁寧に教えて頂き、しっかり楽しむ事ができました！子供達もとても楽しかったようで、ダイビングを当日１本追加させて頂きました。綺麗な海、可愛いクマノミの仲間達、ウミガメ…とても良かったです！また、スタッフの方々が子供達と仲良く海で遊んでくれたりと、とても良い１日になりました！ぜひまた参加させて頂きたいと思います！

There were three snorkeling sessions in one day, and I was feeling anxious both physically and technically, but everyone was very kind and made me feel at ease. (^ ^)

During the second snorkeling session before lunch, a staff member mentioned that the miso soup we would have on the boat afterward was exceptional, and I completely agree.

What a wonderful diving experience!
It's easy to find the parking area according to the YouTube video.
Coaches and stuffs are very nice. Before diving they will ask us to do the health check questionnaire.
Then we wear the diving suite and go to the kerama by furry.
The sea is blue and clean. And many colorful fish swim around us. Also in the sea floor, there are many brilliant coral.

It is a cheap but good experience. I want to book it again if I come to Okinawa in the future.

It seemed we were at a point around Aka Island, and the visibility was high with plenty of fish... We planned to dive once, but in the end, I did three dives and my daughter did two! For beginners or those who are not used to diving, I recommend that the second dive is more enjoyable than the first, and the third dive even more so as you get accustomed to it! My daughter was very satisfied because she got to see a turtle during the snorkeling session in between dives, which she had been looking forward to. If anyone is unsure about choosing a shop, I think you can't go wrong with this one. However, if I had to mention one thing... it might have been better to have a more detailed explanation for the directions from the meeting point to the boat dock. Once you're out at sea, though... that becomes completely unimportant.

ショップ選びに迷われている方がいらっしゃいましたら、こちらを選んでまず問題は無いと思いますよ。
ただ、あえて一つ言わせてもらうと・・・集合場所から船乗り場までの案内はもう少し詳しく説明があっても良かったかも。
海に出てしまえば・・・そんなことは全く気にならなくなりますが。

We participated as a family with our elementary school-aged child in late July. It was drizzling at the start, but it quickly cleared up, and we were thrilled to see the increasingly blue and clear sea! I was worried that the one-hour journey might feel long and tiring, but it flew by as we enjoyed the views of the sea and islands. Many people were dozing off due to the boat's vibrations. We enjoyed the travel time as well.

We visited three points, and each location had high transparency and was very beautiful. We were able to see sea turtles up close, but with so many people chasing them, it must have been quite a surprise for the turtles...

There were about 40 participants on the boat, and there were other boats at the points, which made it feel a bit crowded. Since it was a group activity, there was a lot of waiting time, so it might be a bit stressful for those who want to enjoy at their own pace.

The staff were kind, and I especially appreciated how well they took care of the children. Adults were busy with their own things... I think it's a great service that they took many photos and that we could view and download them later.

7月後半に小学生の子供を連れて家族で参加しました。
出発時は小雨でしたが、すぐに晴れてどんどん青く澄んでいく海にテンションアップ！1時間ほどの移動が長くて大変かなと心配していましたが、海や島を眺めていたらすぐに過ぎてしまいました。船の振動で眠くなってうとうとしている方も多数。移動の時間も楽しめました。

ポイントを3か所回ってくれますが、どのポイントも透明度が高くとてもきれいでした。ウミガメも近くで見れましたが、大人数で追いかけてるのでウミガメもびっくりでしょうね・・・

船には40名ほどの参加者がおり、ポイントには他の船もいたりするのでちょっとがちゃがちゃしてるな、という感想を持ちました。団体行動なので、待ち時間が多く、自分のペースで楽しみたいという方は少しストレスかもしれません。

スタッフのみなさんは親切で、特に子供のことをとてもよくケアして頂けて感謝しています。大人は自分のことで精いっぱいなので・・・
たくさん写真を撮ってくれて、後から見たりダウンロードできるのもとても良いサービスだと思います。

As it was our first time on Okinawa me and my husband really wanted to do some snorkeling, and so we found this tour where we could also try diving. I had never gone diving before and was a bit nervous, but the staff were super friendly and helpful so there was no problem at all.

The tour itself was really great. I’ve been traveling a lot and am a bit sceptical towards tour packages, but this one was worth every penny. We were picked up at our hotel in the morning and when we arrived at the spot our wetsuits were already laid out. On the boat we got instructions and could relax with some coffee/tea/water during the hour it took to the 1st diving spot.
At the first spot we tried diving with an instructor which was an awesome experience. The boat moved to 3 different spots in total and we could choose between snorkeling and diving. Me and my husband picked snorkeling while some other people also did diving again.

We had the chance to see five sea turtles, a lot of tropical fish, sea stars etc. It was the first time for me swimming with a sea turtle, so I was super excited.

This tour is definitely the most convenient way getting to good spots as the staff knows all the goodies. And hear my advice: don’t chose the half-day tour, the one day tour was SO worth it. Bring sunscreen and something to cover up with as the sunshine gets really strong, also if you’re vegetarian make sure to tell this beforehand. Other than this, the crew will prepare everything so the day is really enjoyable.

I will definitely do it again if I visit Okinawa!

I thought it would be difficult since it was the day before the typhoon, but we were able to set sail just in time for our long-awaited first diving and snorkeling experience! They contacted us the day before and provided specific information that they would let us know by a certain time if we couldn't go, so we were able to prepare without any confusion.

On the day of the trip, the pick-up, check-in, and equipment explanations were all very thorough and delivered with a touch of humor, making it a very enjoyable experience. Since it was our first diving experience as a couple, we struggled a bit with balancing, but the instructor constantly checked to make sure we were okay and even tried hard to take pictures with the clownfish, which made us feel appreciated. It was impressive to hear them say that they wanted to introduce what they love to others so that everyone could enjoy it too, and that they find joy in doing what they love every day.

The snorkeling was done in a group, and they provided kickboards, which was reassuring. It was fun just floating around while a lot of fish came to us, and we even got to see a turtle, which was a wonderful memory! (I heard that the green sea turtle is quite rare in this area!)

This experience left such a lasting impression that we talked about how much fun it was many times after returning! If I have the chance to go to Okinawa again, I would love to ask everyone for their help again. Thank you very much!

台風の前日と言うことで難しいかと思いましたがギリギリ出航でき、念願の初ダイビング&シュノーケリングへ！前日から連絡を下さって、出航できない場合は何時までに連絡しますと具体的にご案内を頂けていたので、戸惑うことなく準備ができました。
当日は送迎や受付、機材の説明まで終始丁寧で、かつユーモアを交えたりしながら話をして下さったので、とっても楽しく過ごす事ができました。夫婦揃って初ダイビングでしたので、上手くバランスを取れなかったりもしましたが、逐一大丈夫か確認して下さったり、インストラクターさんがクマノミと一緒に写真を撮ろうと頑張って下さったり、楽しませようとして下さってるのが分かって嬉しかったです。自分が好きだから、皆にも好きになって貰えるよう紹介したい、好きな事を仕事にしているから毎日楽しい、とおっしゃっていたのが印象的でした。シュノーケリングは必ず集団行動でビート板？も持っていてくださるので安心です。ふわふわ浮いてるだけで魚がいっぱい来てくれたりもして楽しかったですし、会えたら良いなと思っていたカメにも会えてとっても素敵な記念になりました。(この辺ではとっても珍しいアカウミガメだそうです！)
帰ってきてから何度も楽しかったなぁと話す位思い出に残った体験でした！

In conclusion, this tour is truly the best!!! If you're staying at a hotel in Naha, they will pick you up by shuttle bus, and they provide towels and lunch, so you can just wear your swimsuit and leave the hotel with hardly any luggage!

It's about a one-hour boat ride from Naha to Kerama. I tend to get motion sickness, so I took a nap (laughs). When I was awake, the staff would chat with us, sharing information about Okinawa and the types of fish we could see!

Once we arrived at the diving spot, they let us snorkel lightly to get used to the water! After getting comfortable with breathing through our mouths, it was finally time for the long-awaited diving! I wanted to swim with sea turtles, but unfortunately, we didn't see any that day^^; However, the beautiful sea was so satisfying that I didn't feel too disappointed!

After that, we moved to another spot where we could snorkel at two more locations! They provided explanations about the fish during snorkeling, which made it really enjoyable! After we finished, we could take a shower on the boat, so we didn't have to worry about feeling sticky on the way back!

If I have the chance to go to Okinawa again, I would love to rely on Marine House Seasa again (^^)

那覇市内のホテルだと送迎バスで迎えに来ていただけるし、タオルやお昼ご飯などの用意もあるので、水着を着てホテルを出てほとんど荷物もいりません！
那覇から慶良間まで約1時間くらい船の旅です。私は乗り物酔いが激しい方なので寝ました（笑）起きてる時はスタッフの方が色々話しかけてくれたりもするので沖縄の情報や見られる魚の種類など、色々聞けます！
ダイビングスポットに着いたらまずは水に慣れるために軽くシュノーケルさせてくれます！口呼吸に慣れたら待ちに待ったダイビングです！ウミガメと泳ぎたかったですが、この日は運が悪くウミガメに会えずでした^^;でも残念な気持ちにならないほどの綺麗な海に大満足です！
そのあとはポイントを移動してもう2ヶ所でシュノーケルさせてもらえます！シュノーケルの途中も魚の解説などしてもらえるので本当に楽しめます！終わった後は船内でシャワーも浴びれるのでベタベタも気にならず帰ることが出来ます！
また沖縄に行く機会があればまたマリンハウスシーサーさんにお世話になりたいです(^^)

I definitely wanted to go diving when I visited Okinawa, so I made a reservation. I participated on a very nice day. When I arrived, it was bustling with many staff members and customers (including many foreigners). At first, I honestly thought it might be too crowded and chaotic, but there was plenty of space on the boat, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable experience.

The staff members felt like true diving shop staff, full of energy. I appreciated how they explained things carefully to the foreign guests.

The main staff member who took care of us was a woman named Iju. She was bright, energetic, and charming. Her attentiveness and explanations were thorough. Even during the diving, she was always considerate, allowing me to dive with peace of mind. I believe there can be compatibility with different staff members, but this time I hit the jackpot and had a very enjoyable time. Thank you very much.

There were no major weather issues like typhoons, so we were able to enjoy the day! Based on a friend's advice that snorkeling is better in the outer islands than on the main island, we joined a tour to the outer islands. It turned out to be a great choice as the water was very clear, and we saw many different types of fish!

We were divided into groups of fewer than ten people per guide, and our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the types of fish, which allowed us to enjoy without any worries. We wore life jackets and fins, making it easy to swim. There were also people in our group who couldn't swim, but they could hold onto the boat and receive guidance, so it's recommended for those who are not confident swimmers or for children.

Particularly at the second spot, the coral reef spread right up to our feet, allowing us to have a wonderful experience swimming alongside the fish! Our group swam until the very end of our third session, so we had plenty of fun! It became the best memory! I definitely want to go again next year!

特に2つ目のスポットは、足元すぐそばまで珊瑚礁が広がっていたので、お魚と一緒に泳ぐステキな体験ができました！
私たちのグループは、3回目も時間いっぱいまで泳いだので、たっぷりと楽しむことができました！

また、私たちの体験ダイビングの担当の方が、まだ不慣れだったのか説明がわかりづらいことに加え、終始へらへらして声が小さく、正直不安でした。ダイビングが始まってからも、あまりこちらの気持ちを汲み取っていただけず。。他のグループの担当の方はハキハキと明るく気配りもできていて、正直言ってうらやましかったです。担当の方によって差が大きいなと感じてしまいました。

海自体はとっても綺麗で、満足でした！

I participated on July 12, right after Typhoon No. 8 passed on July 11. I had snorkeled from the shore in Onna Village before, but this was my first time snorkeling from a boat. On the way to the Kerama Islands, I got excited when I spotted two sea turtles from the boat.

The first spot we went to was Tokashiki Island. Since I can't swim at all, I was scared of the depth of the water, but the staff member kindly let me hold onto a board and pulled me along, which I really appreciated. I’m sorry if I was heavy! Once I got used to it and could swim on my own, I looked into the water and saw many colorful fish. The staff was very kind, teaching us about the types of fish and pointing out spots while diving.

I think the second spot was also Tokashiki, but there weren't many fish there. However, I was able to see three sea turtles. Two were deep down, and I could only watch them from above, but a small turtle came very close, and I was able to swim with it. It was fun to see it take breaths.

The third spot was Zamami Island. It was the deepest point, and the waves were a bit high, but there were many corals and large fish. Each spot had different things to see, so I was able to enjoy it without getting bored.

7.11に台風８号がぬけてすぐの7.12に参加しました。
恩納村の岸から自分で泳いでのスノーケリングはしたことがあるのですが、船からのスノーケリングは初めてでした。
船で慶良間諸島に向かう途中、船から２匹ウミガメを発見してテンションがあがりました。

最初にいったポイントは渡嘉敷島です。
私は全く泳げないので水深の深さに怖がっていたら、スタッフのお姉さんがボードに手を置かせて引っ張ってくれたのでありがたかったです。お姉さん重かったことでしょう。。。すみません。
慣れて一人で泳げるようになり海の中をのぞくと、カラフルな魚たちが沢山見れました。
スタッフの方が、魚の種類を教えてくれたり、水中にもぐってポイントを指さしてくれたりと、とても親切にガイドしてくれました。
二か所目も渡嘉敷だと思うのですが、魚は殆どいなかったのですが、ウミガメを３匹も見ることができました。
２匹は深いところにいるのを上から見てるだけでしたが、小さな１匹のウミガメはすぐ近くまできてくれて一緒に泳ぐことができました。息継ぎもみることができて楽しかったです。
三か所目は座間味島。一番深いところで波も少し高かったのですが、サンゴと大きな魚が沢山いました。
ポイントによって見れるものが違うので、飽きずに楽しめました。

ひとつ気になったのは、スタッフの方のすぐ近くにいないと、いつのまにかスタートしてて慌てて用意しなければいけないことです。2階にいるとわからないことが多かったです。
「Ａチーム、いきますよー用意してください！」みたいなアナウンスがあるとわかりやすかったと思います。(学校みたいですがw)

ネットでダウンロードできる写真はありがたかったです。
お弁当と一緒に飲んだインスタントのお味噌汁も体が温まり嬉しかったです。
次回はダイビングにも挑戦してみたいなと思います。

This was my fourth time snorkeling in Okinawa. On the way to the snorkeling spot, they provided various explanations, and it was the first time I experienced such thorough preparation for a tour. The instructors were all humorous, and their stories were very entertaining.

As for the sea, the visibility was excellent. We were divided into small groups and followed the instructors. They also explained the fish we encountered along the way.

I was able to enjoy snorkeling comfortably right next to Nagannu Island, which I had always wanted to visit.

It was my first time snorkeling and diving! Before diving, we received explanations on breathing techniques, how to handle water getting into the goggles or mouth, and equalizing pressure while on the boat, followed by practice before the actual dive. I was worried about being able to equalize, but the instructor held my hand firmly while we dove, allowing me to focus on my breathing and equalizing, and I was able to breathe as practiced.

I was impressed by the beautiful blue color of the Okinawa sea even before diving, but once we were underwater, I could see marine life up close, and I was really glad I signed up for diving. I even got to see a clownfish up close, and it was adorable!

For those worried about sunburn, you can take precautions on the boat with hats, sunglasses, and rash guards. There were also shaded areas, and we could freely drink water or tea, making for a comfortable experience.

The only disappointment was not being able to see a sea turtle. Based on others' experiences, I had high expectations and even did an additional dive at the third point, but no luck. I think it’s better to approach it with the mindset that seeing a sea turtle would be a lucky bonus. ダイビングをする前に、呼吸法、ゴーグルや口に水が入ったときの対処法、耳抜きについて、船の中で説明があり、練習をしてから本番を迎えました。
耳抜きができるか不安でしたが、インストラクターの方がしっかり手を掴んで海の中を潜るので、呼吸や耳抜きに集中でき、練習通りに呼吸できました。
潜る前から沖縄の海は青く綺麗で感動しましたが、潜ると海の生き物が近くまで見れ、ダイビングを申し込んで本当に良かったです。クマノミも間近で見れて、可愛かったです！

日焼けを心配している方もいるかと思いますが、船の中では帽子・サングラス・ラッシュガードで対策できます。また、日陰もあり、水やお茶も自由に飲めるため、快適に過ごすことができました。

残念だったことは、ウミガメに会えなかったことです。他の方々の体験談から、期待し過ぎて、3ポイント目で追加でダイビングをしたのですがダメでした。ウミガメに会えたらラッキー位に構えていた方が良いかと思います。
ただ、1ポイント目と3ポイント目を潜ってみると、見る景色が全然違うので面白かったです。
