It was raining heavily, but I managed to enjoy myself. I would like to go again when the weather is nice. The staff made an effort to entertain us, which was great. However, I felt a bit uncomfortable seeing some staff members making comments that seemed like teasing or harsh words towards each other. I experienced snorkeling at Kerama Chibishi. It was a day between rain and a typhoon, and while they mentioned the visibility wasn't 100% perfect, it was sunny and very beautiful. Many fish gathered around frequently, and I was able to see the vividly blue Dory, as well as the corals on the sea floor clearly! The cruiser and the sea were quite rocky, but since I took motion sickness medication, it was no problem. It was just a fun and happy time. There was a bit of a hectic feeling, probably due to the large number of people, but I was very satisfied! Thank you very much.

As we entered our 50s, my spouse and I decided to participate in snorkeling in the beautiful waters of Kerama. We changed in the shop and were taken by bus to the boat. The staff accompanied us into the sea, took us to a spot with plenty of fish, and explained the various fish we could see. We also had a fulfilling snorkeling time touching starfish and sea cucumbers, and feeding the fish. It was helpful that we could take a shower and change on the boat while returning to the port. Everyone at the shop was very kind and fun. Although we were a bit tired on the way back, it was a wonderful afternoon seeing many fish in the beautiful sea.

On July 4th, I went diving and snorkeling for the first time with my friends! My friends had some experience, but since it was my first time, I was half excited and half anxious. I think it's okay even if you can't swim for both diving and snorkeling, but I was worried since I can't swim very well.

While I was continuing to snorkel, I was just floating with my face out of the water when a handsome staff member approached me. I wondered what it was about, and he asked, "Is everything okay?" I wasn't feeling unwell or anxious, but I guess I looked worried to him.

Having staff who check on you without you saying anything is very reassuring. After a while, I transitioned from snorkeling to diving. I went back on the boat to get set up for diving. Then, surprisingly, even though I had been thinking, "I want to dive in quickly!" I felt scared looking down at the sea! When it was my turn, I suddenly got scared and asked, "Is it okay if I take a little break?" and they kindly said, "Of course, no problem!" I thought, "What if they give me a really unpleasant look?" but they didn't show any displeasure and instead were considerate of my feelings.

Once I calmed down, I decided to give it a try! The staff asked, "Are you nervous?" and I enthusiastically replied, "Yes, I am!" We slowly descended, doing ear equalization, diving, and repeating that process. By the way, if you want to come up from the water, there's a signal for that, so it's possible to surface. The signal is to give a thumbs-up, so when the staff underwater made a pose to check if I understood, I mistakenly gave the thumbs-up sign to indicate I wanted to come up instead of the okay sign, and the staff laughed!

Of course, he understood that I wasn't actually saying I wanted to come up, so we continued without surfacing. The staff member assigned to me was very funny (I had noticed that even while on the boat!). I thought he wasn't looking at me for a while, but then he came over with a starfish in his mouth! 最初に船で呼吸法などをスタッフさんから教えてもらうので、その要領を踏まえ、自分のタイミングで海に顔をつけます。
正直台風が去って3日目位だったことや雨が降っていたこともあり、想像していた海ではありませんでしたが、それでも潜ってみると愛媛出身の私からしたら綺麗な方でした。
体験ダイビングなので3〜5m程度の深さだと思います。
私は基本プールでは50mかもう少し泳げるのですが、海のように深さがはっきりわからない足のつかないところは例え浮輪を持っていても行きません。
ですが沖縄の海は想像通り綺麗なので、『海なんて絶対無理！』というような方でない限り海の綺麗さに怖さというものはだいぶ払拭されるのではないかと思います。
私はファインディングニモのギルの種類のツノダシを3回程見つけ、(同じ子だったのかもしれんけどw)その子をずっと追いかけていましたw
たまに船を見ると何人かのスタッフさんが私達を見てくれているのを確認出来たので、何かあっても大丈夫なようにしてくれているんだなと思います。
そして私は引き続きシュノーケルをしようとボケっと顔を海から出していたのですが、そしたらイケメンのスタッフさんが私に近づいて来ました。
『何だろう？』と思っていたら『何かありましたか？』とそのスタッフさんは聞いてくださいました。
私はなんの不安も体調も悪くなかったのですが、彼には心配そうに見えたのか声をかけてくださったようです。
なんにも言わなくても気になったら声をかけてくれるスタッフさんがいるというのはとても安心出来ることだと思います。
しばらくして私はシュノーケルからダイビングをすることになりました。
一度船に上がります。
ダイビングのセットをします。
そしたらなんということでしょう。
さっきまで『早く潜りたーい♪』と思っていた私ですが海を見下ろすと怖いw
自分の番になりましたが急に怖くなってきたので『少し休んでからでもいいですか？』といったら『全然大丈夫ですよ！』と言って待ってくださいました。
ここですんげぇ嫌な顔されたらどなぃしよか！wと思ったのですが、良くあるパターンなのか嫌な顔一つせず、寧ろ私の体調を気遣ってくれました。
落ち着いて来たのでやってみようと開始しました！
最初にスタッフさんが『緊張してますか？』と聞いてくれ、『はい！してます！』と意気揚々に答えた私でしたw
ゆっくりゆっくり潜って行き、耳抜き、潜る、耳抜き、潜る。
それを繰り返して行きました。
ちなみに海から上がりたかったらそのサインがあるので海から上がることも可能です。
それが所謂親指を立ててグー！というサインなので、水中でスタッフさんが自分の伝えたいことがわかった？というようなポーズをしてきたので私が人差し指と親指をくっつけてオッケーサインをすればよかったのに海から上がりたいのグーサインをしてしまい、スタッフさんは笑っておられましたw
勿論彼は海から上がりたいと言っているわけではないこともわかってくれ、上がることなくそのまま続行です。
この私の担当のスタッフさんはとても面白い方でした。(船にいる時から気付いてたけどw)
しばらくこっち見ないなーと思ってたらヒトデくわえてこっち向いて来たりw
その後も面白いこと連発で、そのスタッフさんだから怖くもなく楽しめたんだと思います！！
まぁおかげで海水友達とめっちゃ飲んだけどねw

During this trip, they took us to the bottom of the sea and guided us to see the fish right in front of us using a board. I was a bit nervous as soon as I entered the water, but with the instructor's support, I was able to calm down and enjoy it until the end.

Before the trip, I did a lot of research and happened to book the same shop twice. After participating twice, I felt there was quite a bit of variation in the responses and attentiveness from the captain and instructors. Given the very positive reviews online, I think this might create a negative impression for customers, including myself, who come with high expectations.

The guide during the diving was very attentive, and I was satisfied with the cleanup as well, but while I understand they must have been tired, it seemed like their work ended there. この度は、海の底まで連れて行って頂き、ボードを使ってお魚を目の前に案内をして頂きました。海に入ってすぐは緊張してしまいましたが、インストラクターさんのフォローで落ち着いて、最後まで楽しむことができました。

旅行前の計画で色々調べて、たまたま2回 同じお店に予約することになった訳ですが、2回参加してみて、船長さんやインストラクターさんによって対応や気遣いにかなりのばらつきがあると感じました。ネットのレビューの評価がとても良い分、私も含め、期待して来られるお客様にとってはマイナスなイメージになってしまうのではないでしょうか。

ダイビング中のガイドはとても丁寧で満足しましたし、後片付けもきびきび働かれて立派でしたが、(確かにお疲れのところとは思いますが)お仕事はそこまでのようで、ポイントの移動中・帰港中は仲間内でのお喋りやスマホに夢中になられていたのは、客目線からするともったいないなと思いました。

また「ポイントの魅力や魚のことを楽しく案内する「お魚ガイド」が好評な…ただ連れていくだけのガイドは絶対なし」とありましたが、海の中でのボードを使っての案内はありませんでした。ダイビング前の説明からすると海の底まで行く様子でしたので、珊瑚や魚たちが間近に見れると期待していましたが、底まで連れて行ってはくれませんでした。“沈めるのはこの辺までなのかな？”とも思いましたが、他の参加者は底まで行っていたので、何でかなという気持ちです。
インストラクターさんの判断に文句を言うつもりではありませんが、やはり力量には差があるのかなと感じました。安全性が第一なので理解はできますが、、、。

写真に対する思い入れも、インストラクターによって差が出てくると思いました。
いく側としては人生に一度きりの体験という人もいると思います。
最高の体験を最高の写真で残したい、そんな想いを共有している感じは無かったです。
写真のプロではないので、要求は出来ないですが、、、。せめて写真の枚数をもう少し多めにしてくれると満足度が最高に近づくのではないかと思います。

慶良間の綺麗さは最高評価間違い無し。

From the moment we arrived at the shop, there were many customers (including many from overseas) and staff, and I was asked the same questions multiple times by different staff members. The guidance was insufficient, which made me feel anxious. On the ship, the staff had a student club-like atmosphere, but the support for customers was worse than I had imagined.

I was looking forward to the photos, but there was no dedicated photo time, and the 10 to 20 images were a compilation for that session (with about 20 customers in total). All the images were uploaded at once. The good images were taken in advance for advertising, and there were some that looked like composites or aerial shots from a drone. However, the quality of the images from the actual session was very poor.

One customer had over 10 photos with direct eye contact with the camera, while others barely had any images of themselves. There were even some that looked like they were taken in complete darkness, resembling hidden shots. The images on regular people's social media were much clearer, so I was disappointed that there was nothing usable.

あるお客さんは10枚以上カメラ目線で写っていたりするのに、そのほかの人達は自分が写っているのはほぼなかったり。隠し撮りのようなレベルで真っ暗なものもありました。
一般人のSNSでももっと画像は綺麗なので、使えるものがなく、がっかりしました。

I participated in a tour on the afternoon of June 29th. Since I was traveling to Okinawa from the morning, I was looking for a tour that I could join in the afternoon. I joined with a friend. It was great that the tour included pick-up from our hotel in Naha! The rental of necessary items like wetsuits and goggles was also included in the tour cost.

If you are just snorkeling, it was okay not to wear a wetsuit if it was hot, so we participated in our swimsuits. We left our wallets at the shop, then drove to the port and boarded the boat to the snorkeling point. (You can bring your smartphone on the tour.)

On the boat, there was a briefing on how to wear the mask and swim. The weather changed rapidly from sunny to cloudy to rainy during our snorkeling, but the water was very clear and beautiful, just like the pictures in the guidebook! There were sea turtles when the boat arrived at the point, but they disappeared while we were getting ready to enter the water, so we didn't see them. However, we saw plenty of fish underwater, which made us satisfied!

I wondered if it would be cold since we were only in swimsuits, but I only felt a brief chill when I first entered the water; I didn't feel cold at all while swimming. The guide explained about the fish, and we could hold onto a float if we got tired, so we could enjoy ourselves without worry! We also had free time to rest on the boat. There was unlimited tea, towels available for rent, and we could take warm showers on the boat after coming out of the sea, which made the return comfortable.

I was more tired than I expected after entering the sea, so half a day was enough for us to enjoy. Snorkeling in the beautiful sea was a great way to forget about daily life and was very healing. It was a very enjoyable time, and both my friend and I were very satisfied. Thank you!

The communication after booking, the management of our belongings on the boat, and the pick-up were all done with care and professionalism, leaving a good impression of the shop. I would like to come again with my husband next time! Although I am a paper diver, I have a C card, so I want to participate in a fun dive at this shop next time.

6/29午後からのツアーに参加しました。当日は朝から沖縄へ移動だったので午後から参加できるツアーを探していました。友人と2人で参加。那覇市内のホテルに宿泊したので送迎もついていたのが有難かったです！
ウェットスーツやゴーグル等必要な物のレンタルもツアー費用に含まれています。
シュノーケリングのみの場合、暑かったらウェットスーツを着なくてもOKだったので私たちは水着のままで参加しました。
お財布を預けて、お店から港へ車で移動→船に乗り込んでポイントへ。(スマホはツアーに持っていけます)
船の中でマスクのつけ方や泳ぎ方のレクチャーがあります。
当日は晴・曇・雨とシュノーケリング中に天気がめまぐるしく変わりましたが、海の中は透明度が高くとっても綺麗でガイドブックに載っている写真の様でした！
ウミガメは船がポイントについた時にちょうどいたのですが、海へ入る準備をしている間に居なくなってしまったので私たちは見れませんでした。でも、海の中で沢山お魚を見れたので、それだけで満足です！
水着だけだったので寒いかな？と思いましたが、海の中に入った時に一瞬冷たさを感じただけで泳いでる間は全く冷たさを感じませんでした。
ガイドのお兄さんがお魚の説明をしてくれたり、疲れたら浮輪につかまる事ができたので安心して楽しめました！船に戻っての休憩も自由でした。お茶飲み放題、バスタオル貸出、海からあがったら船内で温かいシャワーを浴びれたので帰りも快適でした。
海に入ると思った以上に疲れたので私たちは半日で充分楽しめました。
綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングは日常を忘れて癒されました。とても楽しい時間で友人も私も大満足です。ありがとうございました！

申込後のやりとりや船内での荷物の管理、お迎えも時間前に来てくださり、丁寧できちんとしているショップさんと言う印象です。
今度は主人とまた来たいと思いました！
ペーパーダイバーですが私はCカード所持しているので次回はこのお店でファンダイブに参加したいです^ ^

I participated in a one-day snorkeling tour in Kerama. This was my second time in Kerama. I was captivated by the beauty of the sea in Kerama and had been looking forward to this event the most during my trip, believing that if I were to snorkel while staying on the main island, it had to be in Kerama. I thought I had ample time to arrive, planning to leave from the Renaissance Resort in the Chubu area, which should take about an hour, but I got caught in traffic and it took around an hour and a half. I ended up being late for the meeting time. I managed to arrive about 15 minutes late after calling the shop, and they were very kind. I was grateful since I was almost ready to give up. The traffic was terrible, so I recommend that anyone going to the meeting place should leave quite early. The tour had many foreign participants, and various languages were being spoken, but our group of seven enjoyed ourselves with Mr. Ninomiya's team. We visited three points, and although we were hit by a downpour at the end, we were fortunate to see a sea turtle, which was moving. I also got to see a turtle take a breath for the first time, and it was adorable. There were moments when it seemed like only some staff were having fun, but overall it was an enjoyable snorkeling experience. I think the end time was quite early, possibly due to the downpour. They also took photos, which I could download for free, so I'll upload those as well.

慶良間1日シュノーケルに参加しました。慶良間は今回で2回目でした。慶良間の海の美しさに魅了され本島でとまりシュノーケルするなら絶対慶良間と思ってたので今回の旅行で一番楽しみにしていたイベントでした。中部のルネッサンスリゾートから1時間あれば到着できると余裕をもって出発したつもりでしたが渋滞に巻きこまれ１時間30分ぐらいかかってしまい。集合時間に遅れてしまいました途中お店にTEL連絡を取りながらなんとか15分遅れぐらいで到着しましたがすごく親切でした。もうだめかと諦めかけていたのでありがたかったです。恐るべし渋滞自分たちで集合場所に行く方はかなり早めに出発したほうが良いと思います。ツアーは外国人の方が多くスタッフも含めいろんな言葉が飛び交っていましたが私たちは7人で二宮さんチームで楽しませていただきました3ポイントめぐり最後はスコールに見舞われましたがめでたく海がめを見ることができ感動しました。海がめの息継ぎも初めて見れました。かわいかったです。一部スタッフだけで盛り上がっているなと思ったところもありましたが楽しいシュノーケルでした。スコールのせいか終了時間はかなり早めだったと思います。写真も撮ってくれたダウンロードで取り寄せることができ（無料）たのでアップしますね

第２スポットに移動してまた海を堪能。
昼食後、第３のスポットへ移動中、島影に雨が。
そこだけが音を立てて大雨が降っていました。
第３のスポットではその雨が船に迫ってきましたが、
海の中は濁ることはなく、静かで澄んでいました。
そしてゆったりと過ごす海亀と出会うことができました。
海亀を見て帰って欲しいとのスタッフの皆さんの思いを感じました。
港に戻るとまたまた大雨、お店までバスで戻ったのですが、
身動きがとれず、レンタカーまでがたどり着けませんでした。
こんなお天気の時は、駐車場への送迎も考えていただければと思います。
とはいえ、とても良い思い出を作ることができました。

We had a great time snorkelling today. Pickup from hotel was incredibly smooth and they made sure we had the info beforehand. English speaking guides and option to wear a wetsuit if desired. Plenty of coral and wide variety of fish. Instructor took photos and picked up sea cucumber and starfish so we could have a better. Snorkelling mask was high quality and we could see clearly. At the end we played frisbee. Guides were friendly and we had a fun time. Dropped back to hotel relatively quickly. Good value for money would recommend.

This tour was the most affordable and had a rich itinerary. The hotel pick-up was truly appreciated.

It had just stopped raining, and while the weather was good, the wind on the boat was strong, and after getting in the water, I felt my body temperature drop, so I think long sleeves are a must.

The staff were all friendly and cheerful, which was great. However, there was only one instructor for the group, so at times, it felt like they were focused solely on the child participants, leaving others a bit unattended. I would have liked a bit more guidance.

That said, overall, I was very satisfied.

Due to the typhoon, we couldn't go to Kerama and instead went snorkeling near the main island! It was my sister and I's first time snorkeling! They provided a thorough explanation at the beginning, and although I was a bit scared at first, I had an amazing time! It was my first time entering the waters of Okinawa, and I was surprised at how beautiful it was! I got to touch a pufferfish, a starfish, and a sea cucumber, which was a rare experience! Jumping off the boat and taking pictures underwater was wonderful, and I could download those photos the same day, which was fantastic!

This time we did a half-day course, but next time I go to Okinawa, I want to try the full-day course! I also want to challenge myself to try diving!

最初に丁寧に説明をして下さり、最初は怖いかなと思ってたんですが、すごい楽しめました！

There were four Japanese snorkelers, four foreigners, and nearly twenty divers participating. I thought the staff was numerous and attentive. I had heard the boat would be rocky, but the motion was beyond imagination; I felt like I would be thrown off if I didn't hold on. I floated in the air about three times. It was amusing like an attraction, but one hour might be a bit much... In contrast to the quiet customers, I was a bit concerned about a female staff member who kept laughing loudly, overpowering the engine noise. We swam at three points, but it wasn't the "Kerama Blue" I had imagined, and there were fewer fish. Since we weren't feeding them, it felt like we were just floating on the surface, watching the fish at the bottom. Each time, the snorkelers had to wait for the divers to go first, then the snorkelers would enter the water, and after they returned, the divers would come back, which resulted in a lot of waiting time, which was very disappointing. 朝7:40頃に駐車場に着く位に来てください、と前日電話を頂いたので、その通りについて、お店で受付を済ませ、船に乗り込んでお借りしたウェットスーツに着替えました。そしたら、後から後から参加者が来て、結局出港まで1時間以上待ちました。時間通りに来て一番乗りということにかなり疑問を持ちました。シュノーケルは日本人4名、外国の方4名、後は20人近くのダイビングの方々の参加。スタッフの数が多く、ケアが行き届いているなと思いました。船は揺れると聞いてましたが、想像を絶する揺れで、つかまっていないと投げ出されそうです。３回ほど宙に浮きました。アトラクションのようで面白かったですが、1時間は少しきついかも・・・。静かにしているお客さんとは対照的で、エンジン音に勝る大声で笑い続けている女性スタッフが少し気になりました。３つのポイントで泳ぎましたが、想像していた「慶良間ブルー」ではなく、魚も少なめ。餌付けをしたりするわけではないので、水面に浮きながら、海底の魚を眺める感じでした。毎度、ダイビングの方々が行くのを待って、シュノーケル組が海へエントリー、シュノーケル組が帰った後にダイビング組が戻る、という流れなので、非常に待ち時間が多かったのが大変残念でした。シュノーケル組はすぐにエントリーできるのだから、先に行かせて下さればいいと思いました。1日ツアーでしたが、実際に泳いでいる(浮いている)時間は少なくて、残念でした。ただ、私たちについてくれた、二宮さん、エンゾーさんは、明るく親切でにこやかで、とても良かったと思います。

I participated in a half-day snorkeling and diving tour. I was very excited since it was my first time diving in Kerama! Before diving, the female instructor kindly explained the precautions in detail. When entering the water, we practiced breathing slowly and without rushing, which allowed me to enjoy diving without feeling nervous. Although I didn't get to see the sea turtle I had hoped for, the beautiful Kerama Blue that I was looking forward to was absolutely stunning, so I was very satisfied! Despite it being the rainy season, we were blessed with great weather, making it the best diving experience!

残念だった点：①当日の行き先がケラマではなくなったことの連絡がなかった(沖にいけるだけでもラッキーなのですが、一応教えてほしかったです。)。②前日の電話確認では何回確認してもウエットスーツの着用が必須と聞いていましたが、結果としてラッシュガードでもよかったようです。
