I had high expectations for our anniversary, but the food was disappointing! The ferry was smaller than I expected, and even though it was the Christmas season, the decorations and meal plan were lackluster.
Anyway, the food was terrible! The dinner at the hotel we stayed at was so much better and satisfying! Our seats were far from the window, so we couldn't enjoy the view at all! In the end, we ordered a celebratory cake for an extra charge, but it was so bad that we could hardly eat it!

On the last night of my trip to Okinawa, I participated in a sunset cruise. Perhaps because it was a Monday, there were fewer people.
Before the ship set sail, we enjoyed a buffet-style setup with soup, snacks, and coffee available for us to take freely. There were two types of soup, both of which were delicious. By the time the main dishes were served, I was already full from snacking while drinking beer.
That day, we were blessed with good weather, and the view of the sunset sinking below the horizon was truly beautiful. The ship moved slowly, and with a singer playing guitar and singing, the atmosphere on board was lively, allowing us to have a wonderful time!
I chose a course meal, which included an appetizer, two main dishes, and dessert. I was able to create great memories by enjoying events on the ship and soaking in the sunset on the third deck.

The food was delicious, the ship was clean, and the staff's response was warm, which I thought was great. I requested a cruise for the day we arrived, but we couldn't make it due to traffic. I called several times, and while they provided guidance over the phone, the tone and attitude conveyed through their voice felt very intimidating. It was disappointing, as it felt like they were talking to a friend. Of course, it was our fault for not making it on time... Even though we were told to hurry through the traffic, we barely arrived on time, and when we got there, we were given a second opinion. We paid an additional fee and rescheduled for the next day. The experience was very satisfying, and we had a wonderful time. I would like them to provide larger notices regarding the meeting time. After 4 PM, the traffic becomes unmanageable, so I recommend acting early!

もう少し大きく、集合時間についての案内を書いて欲しいです。16時を過ぎると渋滞で動かなくなるので、お早めの行動をおすすめします！

I made a reservation for dinner on the last day of a 3-night, 4-day trip with my mother and daughter. It was raining on and off that day, so I had given up on seeing the sunset, but I was able to catch glimpses of it through the clouds a couple of times, which was nice.
For the meal, we chose the best steak course, but honestly, it was just "average," and I was a bit disappointed. Also, many of the servers were foreigners, and while they were very dedicated in their service, there was one person with a strong perfume. I think it would be better if they were educated to tone it down in dining situations, even though it might be common in their culture.

I was able to enjoy the wonderful sunset and the magnificent views of Okinawa from the vast ocean!
I participated with my 4-year-old son, and he was thrilled and having a great time. The staff were also very kind and even gave my son a balloon as a gift.

I planned a surprise for my husband's birthday gift by participating in this event. We arrived early and were allowed on the boat, where we enjoyed drinks and light snacks while waiting to set sail. Our seats were pre-assigned, and since we were guided to a window seat, we were able to enjoy the view outside while dining. We first ordered drinks and then enjoyed the buffet-style offerings of salads and fried foods. There were also unlimited servings of soup and Okinawa soba (in bowl size). The main dishes, including the red sea bream and Agu pork shabu-shabu, were delicious, which was great. During the meal, there was live music, and a singer from Okinawa performed popular songs like "Shimabito no Takara" and "Nadasou Sou," which was very enjoyable. As we finished our meal, the sunset was approaching, so we tried to go out to the deck to see it, but unfortunately, clouds covered the sky, and we couldn't tell when the sun had set. Since we had been drinking, it was just right to be on the deck, feeling the sea breeze to help sober up.
The third-floor deck was lively with customers enjoying a barbecue. Once we disembarked from the ship, we dispersed right there. Although I felt a bit stuffed from eating so much, I took a walk along Kokusai Street on my way back to the hotel.

3階デッキではバーベキューをして楽しむお客さんで賑わっていました。
船から降りるとその場で解散となり、たらふく食べたもので苦しかったですが散歩を兼ね国際通りを見ながら歩いてホテルまで帰りました。

The bad weather due to the typhoon was unavoidable, but the food was disappointing. I had hoped for at least a decent dessert, but this was it. I would have preferred vanilla ice cream instead.
I might have had overly high expectations, but I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Every year, I participate in my child's birthday celebration. This is the third time, and this time I was disappointed for the first time.
The seat I had was completely blocked by a pillar, so I couldn't see anything. Even when they were singing the birthday song, I couldn't see, which made my child disappointed too.
I wondered why we were given this seat when there were so many other seats available. The photo with the cake also had the "Happy Birthday" text crooked and cut off halfway.
For the staff on the boat, it might just be another day out of 365, but for me, who participates once a year for my child's birthday, it's an important day. I chose the best course called the Cattleya Course, but it was not delicious at all. The view was also average. I regret not opting for the barbecue plan without expectations. The main dish meat was tough and unappetizing. I took one bite and got off the boat to go somewhere else. It's important not to have excessive expectations. There were too many staff members who couldn't speak Japanese (laughs).

I have enjoyed cruising several times abroad. My daughter said, "You really like this, don't you, Mom?" and I participated again domestically without hesitation. The staff was very kind, and the food was delicious. We didn't go far, just cruising around the bay, but I was able to enjoy the meal while watching the sunset and planes taking off. At a nearby table, a couple from the U.S. military was celebrating a surprise anniversary, which was quite touching and added to the exotic atmosphere.
