I was a bit anxious since it had been a while since I last went kayaking, but I felt reassured because they taught me how to paddle carefully! Additionally, the instructor provided detailed information about the mangrove plants and creatures, which allowed me to deepen my understanding while enjoying the experience.

I was especially happy to see many crabs (fiddler crabs) and gobies! Since it’s an area where seawater and freshwater mix, I tasted the river water and found it a bit salty (do it at your own risk 💦).

It doesn’t feel like a jungle, but you can spend a peaceful time feeling a bit of nature right in the city.

久しぶりにカヤックをするので不安でしたが、漕ぎ方を丁寧に教えてくれたので安心して参加できました！
また、インストラクターさんがマングローブの植物や生き物について詳しく教えてくれたので、理解を深めながら楽しんで参加することができました！
特に、カニ（シオマネキ）、ハゼがたくさん見られて良かったです！
海水と淡水が混じる水域ということで、川の水を舐めてみたらちょっとしょっぱかったです（舐めるなら自己責任で💦）

ジャングル！という感じではないですが、街中にある小さな自然を感じながら穏やかな時間を過ごせます。

The instructor had a great vibe, and they responded to our jokes, making it fun. We had interesting conversations while kayaking and got to see the mangroves, so it was amazing!

インストラクターさんのノリも良かったし、俺らのボケにツッコミを入れてくれたりして、カヤックに乗りながら面白い話しをしたり、マングローブを見れたので最高でした！

This time, I tried kayaking for the first time, and I had an unexpectedly fun and wonderful time! At first, I was worried about whether I could paddle well, but thanks to the instructor's very clear explanations and the careful way they taught each step, I quickly grasped the techniques and was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind.

During the tour, it wasn't just about paddling; the guide also shared interesting stories about the mangroves and wildlife at key points, which left a strong impression on me. Before I knew it, the time had flown by, and the tour was over. It truly felt like "time melted away" during that fulfilling moment. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to beginners!

今回、初めてのカヤック体験に挑戦しましたが、想像以上に楽しくて素晴らしい時間を過ごせました！
最初はうまく漕げるか不安でしたが、インストラクターの方の説明がとても分かりやすく、一つひとつ丁寧に教えてくださったおかげで、すぐにコツを掴んで安心して楽しむことができました。
ツアー中も、ただ漕ぐだけでなく、要所要所でマングローブや生き物について興味深いお話を挟んでくださったのが印象的です。ガイドさんのお話に引き込まれているうちに、気づけばあっという間に終了の時間。まさに「時間が溶ける」ような充実したひとときでした。初心者の方にも、心からおすすめしたいツアーです！

Before the canoe experience, I was suggested to wear rain pants, which was great because it kept my backside dry during the activity.

Also, during the canoe experience on the Higa River, I was worried about the river's current, but while paddling upstream, we stopped at key points for explanations about the mangroves and the scenery. There were also breaks to avoid fatigue from paddling, and the explanations were very well done, making it a fantastic experience.

カヌー体験の前にレインズボンを提案され、お尻が濡らさずに体験出来良かった。
また、比嘉川でのカヌー体験で、川の流れが心配だったが、上流へのカヌー進行では、マングローブや景色説明で要所要所で止まっての説明があり、カヌーを漕ぎ疲れを回避する休息もあり、説明も上手くて大変良かった。

It was my first time in Okinawa, and I went kayaking! I had always wanted to see mangroves up close, so I was planning to make a reservation, but it turned out to be a sunset tour! I love nature and sunsets, and just thinking about it was amazing, so I booked it right away!

When I actually tried it, I was worried about my sense of balance, but it was totally fine! In particular, the guide was funny and provided thorough guidance, answering all my questions, and I was very satisfied!

If I come to Okinawa again, I will definitely participate again! 🙇‍♀️

人生で初めての沖縄、そしてカヤックでした！ずっとマングローブが近くで見てみたかったので予約しようと思ってたのですが、まさかのサンセットツアー！大好きな自然と夕日、もう考えただけで最高ですぐ予約しました！
実際やってみたら、バランス感覚とかが不安だったけど、全然！特に、ガイドさんが面白く、丁寧にガイドしてくれたり、質問にも答えてくれて大満足でした！

Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the weather, but we had a wonderful experience paddling through the mangroves and getting close to the sea. Our guide, Mr. Wataya, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information not only about nature but also about drinks and food, making it a very enjoyable time. Since we couldn't see the sunset this time, I hope to have a chance to come back on a nice day for a redo!

あいにくの天気でサンセットは見られませんでしたがマングローブの間を通ったり海のそばまで漕いで行ったりと素敵な体験ができました。
船頭の渡谷さんはとても知識が豊富で、自然のあれこれ以外にもお酒やご飯のお話までいろいろ教えてくださりとても楽しい時間でした。
今回は夕日を見ることができなかったので、次は天気のいい日にリベンジできたらいいなと思っています！

The weather was nice, and it felt absolutely wonderful. The staff member in charge was also great at talking and was fantastic. My 2-year-old grandchild was with us, but it was a tour where we could enjoy ourselves with peace of mind.

I was curious if there was a place to do SUP or kayaking in such a town, but once I got here, I found myself paddling along a wide river surrounded by Okinawan plants.

As a traveler, I wanted to find a place where I could experience this without any gear, but since most places offer similar services, I recommend checking their websites thoroughly. There were changing rooms available, and the parking lot can accommodate five cars.

One thing to note is that your bottom will definitely get wet while kayaking. Experiencing this in January can be quite cold, and there's a possibility of rain. If you can prepare, you might need rain gear for both your top and bottom. However, when I mentioned to the staff that I didn't have any rain gear and didn't want to get wet during my trip, they kindly lent me rain pants for free. They also provided shoes. However, a towel is essential, as you'll need it to dry your feet afterward. I brought a towel that I didn't mind throwing away during my travels.

We paddled back and forth on a river about 300 meters long. Along the way, we listened to explanations from the staff. The distance was short, but we enjoyed a leisurely paddle on the kayak. This time in January was relatively cold, but in the summer, there are no trees to provide shade, so it will definitely be hot. You'll need to consider what time of year to experience this and which plan to choose.

こんな町中に、supやカヤックをする場所があるのか？と行く前は不思議に思っていましたが、いざ来てみると、川幅は広く沖縄の植物に囲まれた川を漕ぎます。
まず、旅行者なので、手ぶらで体験できるところを探したいですが、どこも同じようなサービスなので、HPをしっかりチェックすることをお勧めします。更衣室はありました。駐車場も5台停められます。

1番気になることとして、カヤックはお尻は確実に濡れます。そして、1月の体験は寒いです。雨の可能性もあります。もし、用意できるなら、上も下も雨具が必要かもしれません。ただ、旅行中の体験で、それらをもっていないこと、濡れたくないことをお店の方に伝えると、雨具のズボンは無料で貸し出していただけました。靴も貸してもらえます。ただし、タオルは必需品で、終わった後で足を拭きます。なので、旅行中に捨ててもいいタオルを持参しました。

300mほどの川を往復します。
途中、スタッフの方の説明を聞きながら
進んでいきます。移動距離は短いのですが、のんびり漕いでカヤックを満喫です。
今回は1月で、どちらかというと寒かったですが、夏は日を避ける木がないので、確実に暑いはずです。
どの時期に体験するか、また、どのプランにするか考える必要があります。

I participated in mid-December. The weather was just right, not too cold even in a light sweatshirt, but it was a bit disappointing that I didn't encounter many living creatures since it was winter. Nevertheless, the staff had a wealth of knowledge, and time flew by quickly. The plants were completely different from those in Honshu, and being able to see them up close was a valuable experience. This time of year is recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly, as there aren't many tourists. I would like to participate again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

12月中旬に参加しました。薄手のスウェットでも寒くなくちょうど良い気候でしたが、冬ということで生き物にあまり出会えなかったことが残念ではありました。それでもスタッフの方の知識量がとても多く、あっという間に時間が過ぎていきました。植物も本州とはまったく違うものばかり、それをすぐ近くで見ることができたのは貴重な経験だったと思います。この時期は観光客があまり多くないのでゆっくり楽しみたい方におすすめです。また機会があれば参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I joined to see the mangroves. Even though it was November, the sunlight was warm, and I was able to enjoy kayaking comfortably. The guide provided detailed explanations about the plants and creatures, which sparked my interest. They were particularly knowledgeable about fish, and I even asked about the highlights of the Churaumi Aquarium that I planned to visit afterward. I was lucky to catch a glimpse of a rare mongoose, which is not often seen. It was my first time kayaking, but I was able to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace that wasn't tiring. I would love to participate again.

マングローブが見たくて参加しました。11月なのに日差しが暖かくて快適にカヤックを楽しむことができました。ガイドさんが植物や生き物について詳しく説明してくださり、とても興味が湧きました。特にお魚に詳しい方で、その後行く予定だった美ら海水族館の見どころも聞いたりしました。あまり見れないらしい貴重なマングースもちらっと見ることができてラッキーでした。カヤックに乗るのが初めてでしたが、疲れないくらいの速度でゆったりと周りの景色を見ながら楽しめました。また参加したいです。

The young staff members had fun conversations and interesting discussions that were educational. By the end of the paddling session, I had improved.

Despite the inconvenience caused on our part, they responded pleasantly without any signs of annoyance. There were a few waves, but my one-year-old child seemed to enjoy themselves the entire time, so I'm glad we had the experience!

Due to the typhoon, I wasn't sure until the last minute if I could participate, but I was able to join without any issues. The staff were all very kind, the atmosphere was great, and the facilities were easy to use—absolutely the best! 😆 I will definitely repeat when I go sea kayaking and snorkeling again. Mac-chan and Chida-chan are the best‼️

This was the only sunset kayak tour I could join while pregnant and with a two-year-old! The staff were very kind to the children, and they even prepared a backrest for me. Kayaking while watching the sunset was the best experience ever! I will definitely participate again. Thank you very much.

We had an experience in mid-September as a family of five with three children (the youngest is four years old). We made a morning reservation, and by the time we finished, it was getting hot, so it was definitely the right choice to go early. We encountered fish, birds, bats, crabs, and other animals, making it a really great experience. The staff were also very nice!

９月中旬に子供３人(１番下は４才)の5人家族で体験をしました。
朝一予約でしたが､終わる頃には暑くなってきていたので朝一で正解でした。
魚や鳥､こうもり､カニ､動物などに出会えとてもいい体験が出来ました。
スタッフも良い方でした！

We participated as a family of three. The Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful with its stunning blue color, and we were very moved. There were concerns about whether we could go due to high waves, but they made the right decision, and we were really glad we could go. During the snorkeling to the cave, we were able to see many beautiful fish. Our guide, Sen-chan, was really kind, and we felt safe and had a great time throughout. My daughter was thrilled and said she wants to do it again! I definitely want to do this again when we go to Okinawa. Thank you, Sen-chan! The staff at the shop were all very friendly as well. It became a wonderful memory.

青の洞窟はびっくりするほど綺麗な青でとても感動しました。
波が高く行けるか行けないかという事でしたが適切な判断をして下さり行く事ができ本当に良かったです。
洞窟までのスノーケルもたくさんの綺麗な魚を見る事ができました。
ガイドをして下さったセンちゃんが本当に優しくて終始安心して楽しく満喫できました。
娘もまたやりたい！！と大喜びでした。
