I appreciated that the tour took me to places I wanted to visit. It was great to see both new locations and places I had been to in the past after a long time, especially with such nice weather. The male tour guide had a very kind way of speaking and remained calm no matter what happened, which left a very good impression. More than half of the tour participants were from overseas, and as mentioned in other reviews, some people were late returning to the meeting point, casually laughing and walking back to the bus, and even brought soft serve ice cream back despite the no food or drink rule on the bus. I think if someone is easily irritated by such laxity with time, a sightseeing tour might not be suitable for them. Personally, I enjoyed the tour until the end thanks to the tour guide's kind support, which helped cover for those issues. I would like to participate in other tours as well.

ツアーなら行きたい場所に連れて行ってもらえるのが良かった。初めての場所や昔行った事のある場所も久々に観に行けて天気もよくて楽しかったです。添乗員の男性もとても優しい話し方で何があっても落ち着いた対応でとても好印象でした。ツアー客の半分以上は海外の方でしたが、他の口コミにもありましたがやはり集合時間に帰ってこないで普通に笑って歩いてバスに戻ってきていて車内での飲食不可でもソフトクリーム持って帰ってきたりと時間にルーズな事にいちいちイラついてしまう人には観光ツアーは不向きかと思いました。個人的にはそれをカバーしてくれるだけと添乗員さんの優しい対応があったので最後まで楽しめました。また他のツアーにも参加してみたいです

I started snorkeling at the last possible age and became captivated by it, so I really wanted to go to the Blue Cave this time. I got lost using the navigation from the car address. It's better to follow the shop's directions.

This time, my guide, T, was from the same hometown, and she was cute and very nice. Thanks to her explanations, I made wonderful and fun memories. Plus, since I participated alone, I enjoyed the luxury of a one-on-one experience. The colors of the Blue Cave are something you can't replicate with paint, and I saw various colors depending on the location and angle. It was beautiful.

I also had fun interacting with the fish while feeding them (laughs). The sea is close by, and there are showers and lockers for valuables. I definitely want to go again. Thank you very much!

シュノーケル出来る年齢もギリギリになってから始めて、魅力にハマって今回青の洞窟にどうしても行きたくて参加しました。
車の住所からのナビで行くと迷ってしまった。お店の言う通りに行くのが良い。
今回ガイドのTさんが同郷で、可愛くてとても良い人で、彼女の説明で楽しく素敵な思い出が出来ました。そのうえ1人で参加だからマンツーマンと贅沢な待遇。青の洞窟は絵の具では出せない色で、場所や向きで色んな色も見れました。綺麗やったなぁ。

I participated without high expectations due to the heavy rain forecast from the previous day. Since it’s a famous tourist spot, there were many inbound visitors, creating an atmosphere that felt almost like traveling abroad, even on the bus.

I thought there might be some changes due to the bad weather, but thankfully, we were able to visit all the planned attractions as scheduled. The Churaumi Aquarium was bustling with a large number of tourists despite the rain.

I had heard that the blue sea of Kouri Island and the single road were wonderful, so it was disappointing to experience heavy rain. However, it was a relief that they made arrangements so we could see well from the bus.

At Manzamo, the rain lightened up, allowing us to take our time for photos. The long drive of nearly 12 hours was impressive, and the driver (a female driver from the Cerulean Blue Bus) showed no signs of fatigue. I made sure to express my gratitude on the way back.

前日から大雨の天気予報で期待せずに参加しました。有名な観光地なのでインバウンド客も多く、車中でもまるで海外旅行？と思うくらいの雰囲気でした。
悪天候で一部変更もありかな？と思っていましたが、お蔭様でどこも予定通りに観光できました。「美ら海水族館」は、雨にも関らず大変大勢の観光客で賑わっていました。
古利島の海のブルーと一本道が素晴らしいと聞いていただけに、大雨で残念でした。車中からもよく見えるように配慮してくださったのが救いでした。
万座毛では雨の小降りになり、ゆっくり写真撮影などもできました。
ほぼ12時間ほどの長い運転にドライバーさん（セルリアンブルーバスの女性運転手）が、疲れも見せない印象が良かったです。帰りには、キッチリお礼を申しました。

I was unsure which counter to go to for my boarding pass at the airport, but after exiting the arrival area, I was able to show my voucher and receive my boarding pass at the counter on the far left of the line. The validity was long, and the staff at the counter were very helpful.

The weather was nice, so the sea felt great. There were many foreign visitors, and I thought it must be a popular tour. Thanks to the very kind and attentive staff, I experienced the best blue sky and blue sea! They guided me through parasailing in a way that made it feel safe, so I was able to fly with peace of mind. The snorkeling was filled with lots of fish, and I loved the photos taken from the sea floor. The banana boat and the marble ride were so thrilling, I screamed with excitement after a long time. I was amazed by the beauty of the ocean when I entered with my snorkel! The clarity was incredible!! The fish and coral were colorful, and I felt like I could watch them forever.

I was grateful for the photos taken with the GoPro. I made wonderful memories.

Onboard services:

Showers = 2 booths, just enough to rinse off seawater
Restrooms = 2

I noticed a few people looking unwell, so I think it's a good idea for those who are concerned to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

- We had three groups for snorkeling, parasailing, and banana boat plans, so there was no waiting, and everything wrapped up smoothly in two hours.
- I think a smartphone case with a strap for underwater use is essential. The wind can blow your phone away, and you might get splashed.
- You can leave your car keys at the store.
- There is no canopy on the boat for parasailing. They said it's at your own risk to wear a hat, so I wore one with a chin strap, but without a strap, it might fly off due to the wind pressure.
- The banana boat went slowly at first, then picked up speed, and we screamed a lot. You get quite wet.
- For snorkeling, the water was clear, and I enjoyed the shallow areas with fish. You'll definitely want to take photos.
- On the way back from the offshore area, we circled around Sesoko Island and got to see Sesoko Bridge from below.

〇シュノーケリングは、水が透明で魚のいる浅瀬を堪能出来ました。絶対、写真撮影したくなります。
〇沖からの帰りは瀬底島をボートで1周、瀬底大橋を下から見られました。

The shuttle bus, boat, and schedule were all on time. The staff explained everything in either Japanese, English, or Mandarin, which is so important for non-local travelers. My diving coach Gavin made sure we understood everything before diving. His explanation in English made such a difference to my first diving experience. I really appreciate having him as my diving coach this time! The boat captain was also attentive to adjust my snorkel goggle. My Japanese snorkel leader was attentive to bring me a floating board when I needed it.
Overall, I feel this tour is so welcoming to all travelers, which is amazing and a good surprise to me!
I will definitely be interested in joining their tours in the future again!
Hope they will keep up their excellent work!

We experienced parasailing as a family of three. Before it started, the parents were quite anxious, but once we began, the scenery was amazing and it was full of fun. The sea had outstanding clarity, and we were very satisfied with the snorkeling as well. The boat facilities were excellent.

While I was trying to make a reservation with another company, I was told that the waves had improved and there was a 50% chance we could go, so I went ahead with it. Thank you for using our services. I sincerely apologize for the unfortunate conclusion of your activity experience due to our incorrect guidance. The reason for this was that we failed to communicate that the cancellation of parasailing was due to engine trouble on both the day before and the day of the event.

Around 11 AM the day before, we received a notification from the captain that parasailing would be canceled for the entire day due to engine trouble. However, when contacting guests, we mistakenly communicated that it was due to rough sea conditions. 試運転をして問題無い判断が下りたので開催判断が中止から当日海の状況しだいで開催するというご案内に変更になりました。

しかしながら返事をするのが19時頃になってしまい、
直接お電話にて波が回復してきたので当日の判断で出来る可能性があるとお伝えしました。

そして当日の朝に船長からやむを得ず終日中止になると伝えられ、
その理由がエンジントラブルから回復していないものによることをゲストに直接お伝えしておりませんでした。

今回の事態につきまして深くお詫び申し上げますとともに、再発防止に努めてまいります。

I have snorkeled in various places, including Miyako Island, Ishigaki Island, and Kume Island, but the most moving experience for me was about 15 years ago when I visited Kerama. The clarity of the water was so high that I could see deep down to the seabed, and the countless coral reefs and fish shining in shades of purple were breathtaking. I signed up for this tour to feel that excitement once again. After 15 years, the underwater scenery seemed a bit browner, possibly due to global warming, but the clarity of the water was still excellent, allowing me to see the seabed well. The countless coral reefs and fish were the most impressive I've seen in recent years. I also participated in the sea turtle tour, and thanks to the staff, I was able to see a sea turtle. For us, who didn't sign up for other activities, it was great to have a short 3-hour experience.

今まで海外を含めて、宮古島、石垣島、久米島、、、いろんなところでシュノーケルをしてきましたが、自分の中で一番感動したのは15年くらい前に行った慶良間でした。とても深い海底まで見えるほどの海の透明度、一面が紫色に輝く中に無数のサンゴ礁と魚達、その感動をもう一度感じたくてこのツアーに申込みました。15年の月日を経て海中は、地球温暖化のせいか昔よりは少し茶色ぽくなっていましたが、相変わらず海底までよく見える透明度、無数のサンゴ礁と魚達、ここ何年か見た中で一番に感動しました。ウミガメツアーにも参加してスタッフの方のおかげでウミガメも見ることができました。他のアクティビティを申し込まない私達にとって3時間という短めの時間がちょこっと体験できてよかったです。

I was planning to wrap up my last day in Okinawa with a tour and then head straight to the airport, but… I was told that since it was the first day of a three-day weekend and a festival, I might not be able to return on time, which was concerning. However, they offered various consultations and gave me advice.

In the end, I decided to leave the tour at the last sightseeing spot, the Churaumi Aquarium, and took a shuttle bus to the airport, successfully finishing my trip!

It was great to receive the tickets at the airport, which allowed us to avoid waiting in line on the day of our visit. There were a lot of people due to the holiday. When I came to Okinawa, I definitely wanted to try marine sports, so I chose this plan that includes both snorkeling and diving. It was my first time diving, and I found breathing to be more difficult than I expected, but I was taught patiently and was able to dive safely! My companion had never done marine sports before, but they said it was really fun. The waves were calm, so I didn't get seasick, but since we were on the water for a long time, it was a good decision to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

沖縄に来たら絶対マリンスポーツをしたくて、シュノーケリングとダイビングがどちらもできるこちらのプランを選びました。
ダイビングは初めてで、呼吸するのが思ったより難しく手間取りましたが、丁寧に教えていただいて無事に潜る事ができました！
連れはマリンスポーツが初めてでしたが、本当に楽しかったと言っていました。
波が穏やかで船酔いもしませんでしたが、長時間海上にいるので酔い止めを飲んでから行って正解でした。

I'm glad I was able to efficiently visit the tourist spots in Okinawa. It felt a bit rushed, but I suppose that's to be expected with limited time. The main attraction, the Churaumi Aquarium, was especially great. Both the guide and the driver were very nice people.

沖縄の観光地を効率よく回れたので良かったです。
多少あわただしい感じはしましたが限られた時間で
まわるのでしょうがないと思います。
メインの美ら海水族館は特に良かったです。
ガイドさんも運転手さんもとてもいい人でした。
