My first solo trip to Okinawa. I considered renting a car, but I wanted to enjoy the scenery from the window, so I joined this tour. About half of the participants were from overseas.
At the main Churaumi Art Museum, there was plenty of time for viewing, dining, and shopping, which was different from the hectic image I had of bus tours. Since I'm not particularly interested in shopping, I wouldn't have stopped at American Village if I had rented a car, but I had a relaxing time watching the sunset over the ocean in Chatan. The optional live performance at the folk song tavern was also a fun experience.

メインの美ら海美術館でも鑑賞と食事や買い物に十分な時間が取られており バスツアーは慌ただしいというイメージとは違います。 ショッピングにはそれほど興味が無いのでレンタカーならまず立ち寄らなかったであろうアメリカ村では北谷の海に沈む夕陽をゆったり眺める時間もあったし オプションの民謡酒場のライブも全て楽しい体験でした。

The weather was nice, and I was able to see wonderful scenery. On Kouri Island, if you're lucky while crossing the return bridge, you can see sea turtles from the bus. Unfortunately, I was sitting on the opposite side, so I couldn't see them. 😢
There were a few hectic moments, but I had a great time enjoying Okinawa.

I preferred the aquarium in the past. But now there are too many walking tours, which is tiring. The sightseeing course leading to the aquarium isn't enjoyable at all; is it really necessary? Although the weather was unfortunate, it only drizzled occasionally, and the road conditions were fine, allowing us to enjoy a full day of sightseeing. I am very grateful for Kim's sincere support and guidance during the tour. Both his English and Japanese were excellent. I found the information he researched about AW and Kadena Air Base to be very interesting.
Since it was a group activity, it would have been nice to cooperate on meeting times, but it was a bit disappointing that we ran out of sightseeing time. The Banta Cafe was a clean and lovely space, but due to the weather, we couldn't see the sunset that day, and 50 minutes felt long. It would have been better if we could have extended our stay at the Ryukyu Village in Maejima, which had been shortened. The Eisa performance was impressive, and I wanted to soak in the afterglow and take a closer look at the relocated Okinawan-style buildings.
Visiting so many attractions is something special about traveling by bus, and it was enjoyable.

Following my trip to Hawaii, I was also well taken care of during my time in Okinawa. The tour guide and the driver were kind and attentive. I traveled alone, but it was comfortable. It was a packed tour, so I highly recommend it for sightseeing in Okinawa. However, there were many overseas visitors, and the strong fragrance from the front row made it difficult for me throughout the day.

During my trip to Okinawa, unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't go to the Blue Cave. However, they quickly changed the spot to Itoman City, and thanks to that, I was able to swim with sea turtles!
I heard that you wouldn't encounter turtles at the Blue Cave, so it became a very precious experience. The instructor was also very nice and provided thorough explanations.
Next time, I definitely plan to book with the same company for a revenge trip to the Blue Cave!

I completed a route from the hotel in Sesoko to Manza Beach → Onna Village → Shuri Castle → Okinawa World → American Village → a supermarket in Motobu, and then back to the hotel in Sesoko in 8 hours. The view of the sea from the car was beautiful and absolutely stunning. Although it was still early for visiting Shuri Castle, it’s a must-see on an Okinawa trip. Overall, it was a satisfying tour. The driver also gave us a DVD of an Okinawa event as a souvenir.
瀬底のホテルから、万座毛→恩納村→首里城→沖縄ワールド→アメリカンビレッジ→本部のスーパーを経て、瀬底のホテルへ戻るというルートを8時間で回って来ました。時間的にはきつかったですが、ドライバーさんの協力で無事予定をこなせました。当初、美ら海水族館も回る予定でしたが、地元のスーパーでの買い物を優先し、水族館は中止にしました。とにかく車の中から見える海(景色)は綺麗で、最高でした。首里城見学はまだ早かったですが、沖縄旅行ですので外せません。全体的に満足できたツーアでした。ドライバーさんからお土産に記念として沖縄イベントのDVDも頂きましたし。

It was a comfortable tour. I think the price is quite reasonable. I wondered if it would be better to choose either Manzamo or Kouri Island and increase the stay time a little at each. Unfortunately, when crossing the bridge to Kouri Island, many people closed the window curtains (because the sun was too bright), so I couldn't see the beautiful ocean. There were foreign visitors both before and after, and we couldn't communicate... I wished the guide had said something like, "Please open the curtains as we cross the bridge."

I chose this tour because it allows me to visit both the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village.
While there is the downside of a limited time frame, I am very satisfied that I could visit many new places in a short amount of time!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Churaumi Aquarium for two and a half hours. I also had squid ink pasta at a café with a view of the large tank with whale sharks. I recommend adding lobster to the optional steak dinner.
